Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Phosphorsäureester
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Phosphorsäureester der allgemeinen Formel I :

In dieser Formel bedeuten R und R2 Alkylgruppen mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, Rg eine gegebenenfalls durch eine Carbonsäureestergruppe substituierte Alkylgruppe mit 1-12 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine gegebenenfalls durch eine oder mehrere Alkylgruppen mit 1-3 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine oder mehrere Halogen- und/oder Nitrogruppen substituierte Arylgruppe, R4 Alkylgruppen mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, Rs Wasserstoff, eine Carboxyalkylgruppe mit 1-5 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Alkylgruppe mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Chlor, und x die Zahl null, l oder 2, wobei,
wenn Rg einen Alkylrest mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet und gleichzeitig Rg Wasserstoff oder Chlor sowie x die Zahl null ist, R4 nicht Methyl sein darf.
Die Herstellung der Verbindungen der Formel (I) erfolgt durch Umsetzung der halogenierten Alkanonthioäther bzw. deren Oxydationsprodukte der allgemeinen Formel II :

worin Hal Chlor oder Brom bdeutet und Ra, R4, R5 und x die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzen, mit Trialkylphosphiten, deren Alkylgruppen 1-4 Kohlenstoffatome aufweisen, bei Temperaturen zwischen 10 und 120 C und gegebenenfalls nachträgliche Oxydation des Schwefels, vorzugsweise mit HO.
Das im Verlauf der Reaktion mit dem Trialkylphosphit abgespaltene Alkylhalogenid wird vorteilhafterweise durch Einleiten eines inerten Gases aus dem Reaktionsgemisch entfernt. Die Reaktion kann sowohl ohne Lösungsmittel als auch in Anwesenheit von inerten Lösungsmitteln, z. B. von Benzol, Toluol, Äther durchgeführt werden.
Die neuen Phosphorsäureester der allgemeinen Formel (I) sind vorzüglich geeignet zur Bekämpfung tierischer Schädlinge. Sie sind insbesondere stark wirksame und schnell wirkende Insektizide und Akarizide mit einem breiten Anwendungsbereich als Kontakt- und als Frassgifte.
Die erfindungsgemäss erhältlichen Phosphorsäureester sind gegen Warmblüter wenig toxisch, wie die folgenden Werte zeigen : 0, 0-Dimethyl-0- (l-methyl-2-methoxy-carbonylmethyl-mercapto-äthenyl-l)-phosphat.

Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemäss erhältlichen Wirkstoffe erfolgt in der für Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel üblichen Weise. Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) können auf gasförmigen, flüssigen oder festen Trägern, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von Emulgatoren, Streckmitteln, sowie unter Zusatz von Agentien, die die Haftfähigkeit erhöhen, zur Anwendung gebracht werden. Die Verbindungen können für sich allein oder in Mischung mit andern Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln verwendet werden. Als Beispiele geeigneter Anwendungsformen seien genannt : Streumittel, Emulsionen, Lösungen, Aerosole oder Salben. Die bevorzugte Wirkstoffkonzentration beträgt 0, 01-5 Gew.-%.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen die Erfindung näher erläutern, ohne sie zu beschränken.
Beispiel1 :0,0-Diisopropyl-0-(1,2-dimethyl-2-äthylmercapto-äthenyl-1)-phosphat.

Zu 16, 6 g 2-Äthylmercapto-2-chlorbutanon-3 (0, 1 Mol) wurden 22 g Triisopropylphosphit (0, 11 Mol) tropfenweise zugegeben. Die Temperatur stieg dabei von 20 auf 300 C an. Zur Entfernung des entstehenden Isopropylchlorids wurde langsam Stickstoff eingeleitet. Nach fünfstündigem Erhitzen auf 90-100 C war die Reaktion beendet. Der Überschuss an Triisopropylphosphit wurde an der Wasserstrahlpumpe abdestilliert und der Rückstand 10 min an der Ölpumpe im kochenden Wasserbad erhitzt.
Es wurden 26 g eines Öls erhalten, entsprechend 87, 8% der theoretischen Ausbeute. Das Öl besass bei einem Druck von 0, 05 mm Hg einen Siedepunkt von 102 bis 103 C.

Zur Entfernung des entstehenden Äthylchlorids wurde langsam Stickstoff duich das Reaktionsgemisch geleitet. Nach fünfstündigem Erhitzen im kochenden Wasserbad war die Reaktion beendet.
Das Toluol wurde abdestilliert und der Rückstand noch 15 min im kochenden Wasserbad an der Ölpumpe erhitzt. Es wurden 32 g eines nichtdestillierbaren Öls erhalten, entsprechend 95, 6% der theoretischen Ausbeute.
