Äthoxy oder Äthyl bedeuten.
2. Pestizide Mischung, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1 als aktiven Bestandteil und inerte Trägerstoffe.
3. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man
eine Dialkyldithiophosphorsäure der Formel

mit N-Vinylphthalimid und N-Vinylcarbazol in an
sich bekannter Weise umsetzt.
Aus der US-PS 27 67 194 sind O.O-Dialkyl-phthalimidomethylmonothio- und -dithiophosphate bekannt, die
insektizide und akarizide Wirkungen haben; in der US-PS 35 55 353 sind O,O-Dialkyl-S-(2-halogen-lphthalimidoäthyl)-monothio- und -dithiophosphate und
deren insektizide Wirkung beschrieben; die US-PS 27 58 115 und 28 43 588 offenbaren
0,0-Dialkyl-S-(benzaziminomethyl)-monothio- und -dithiophosphate und deren Verwendung als Wirkstoffe
gegen saugende und fressinde Schädlinge.
Die Erfindung betrifft demgegenüber den in den Ansprüchen definierten Gegenstand. Überraschenderweise wurde festgestellt, daß die erfindungsgemäßen
Verbindungen eine erheblich stärkere insektizide Wirkung ausüben und/oder eine stärkere Cholinesterasehemmung bewirken als die bekannten Verbindungen,
wobei insbesondere die Wirkung gegen die mexikanische Bohnenkäferlarve hervorzuheben ist. Sie zeigen
ferner eine unerwartete fungizide und akarizide Wirkung, ohne gleichzeitig eine erhöhte Phytotoxizität
und/oder schlechtere Warmblüterverträglichkeit aufzuweisen, und werden vorzugsweise im Pflanzenschutz
eingesetzt.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen erfolgt im allgemeinen durch selektive Addition von
Dithiophosphorsäuren an die entsprechenden N-Vinylverbindungen. Solche Additionsreaktionen sind unter
anderem aus Houben — Weyl, »Methoden der organischen Chemie« 1964, XII, Teil 2, Seiten 708-720
bekannt
Die Herstellung der Vinylverbindungen erfolgt nach
der von S. A. Miller in »Acetylene«, Band 2,1966, auf
ι ο den Seiten 323 bis 355 beschriebenen Methode.
Es wurde gefunden, daß bei der Addition von Dithiophosphorsäuren, deren Stärke mit Salpetersäure
vergleichbar ist, die N-Vinylverbindungen nicht polymerisieren, sondern Monoaddukte ergeben. Die Addition
erfolgt in flüssiger Phase mit oder ohne Lösungsmittel. Geeignete Lösungsmittel sind unter anderem Oxy- oder
Thioäther, Ketone, Alkohole, Ester, aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe oder
Nitrile. Besonders bevorzugt werden Tetrahydrofuran,
Dimethylsulfid, Aceton, Methanol, Äthylacetat, Toluol,
Chloroform. Die Lösungsmittel können, wie beispielsweise Methanol, teilweise auch zur Umkristallisation
des rohen Adduktes verwendet werden. Im allgemeinen werden bis zu etwa 20 Volumenteile, vorzugsweise etwa
5 Volumenteile Lösungsmittel je Volumenteil Reaktionsteilnehmer eingesetzt
Die Reaktion wird bei Temperaturen in einem Bereich von -50 bis +120° C und insbesondere von
-20 bis +80° C durchgeführt
In der Regel wird die Umsetzung mit etwa äquimolaren Mengen der Reaktionsteiinehmer durchgeführt Ein Überschuß an Dithiophosphorsäure kann
als saurer Katalysator verwendet werden, um die gesamte oder mindestens die Hauptmenge der N-Vinyl
verbindung umzuwandeln. Man kann auch weniger als
die äquimolare Menge der Säure langsam zu den säureempfindlichen N-Vinylverbindungen geben, um
eine Polymerisation als Nebenreaktion zu vermeiden. Das Molverhältnis von Dithiophosphorsäure zu N-Vi
nylverbindung liegt insbesondere zwischen 1,5:1 bis
1 :1,5.
Im allgemeinen wird die Additionsreaktion unter Normaldruck durchgeführt, kann jedoch bei Verwendung von niedrigsiedenden Lösungsmitteln unter
Die Monoaddition verläuft unter den obigen Bedingungen innerhalb des angegebenen Temperaturbereichs nut oder ohne Katalysator ohne Schwierigkeiten.
Die Umwandlung erfolgte in einer guten Ausbeute, und
man erhält die Monoaddukte in einer Ausbeute von
mehr als 40%.
Die selektive Monoaddition von Dithiophosphorsäuren an N-Vinylverbindungen erfolgt über eine elektrophile Additionsreaktion. Die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit
kann jedoch vergrößert werden, indem man eine Säure zusetzt, die einen größeren pKa-Wert hat als die
Dithiophosphorsäure selbst Typische Beispiele für derartige Säuren sind Perchlorsäure, Schwefelsäure,
Phosphorsäure, Polyphosphorsäure, Methansulfonsäu
re, Benzolphosphonsäure und Bortrifluorid. Die Säure
wird gewöhnlich in katalytischer! Mengen von 0,01 bis
10 und vorzugsweise 0,05 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das
b5 dition kann aber auch durch Temperaturerhöhung
erheblich vergrößert werden, was eine vorteilhafte Alternative gegenüber der weiteren Zugabe von Säuren
sein kann. Die obere Temperaturgrenze ergibt sich
durch die Stabilität der beiden Reaktionsteilnehmer, wobei die Temperatur in der Regel über 00C und
bevorzugt zwischen 20 und 1000C liegt
Das flüssige Reaktionsgemisch enthält gewöhnlich noch nicht umgesetzte Dithiophosphorsäure, die zusammen mit den anderen Nebenbestandteilen vor dem
Erwärmen entfernt wird, beispielsweise durch Umwandlung der Säuren in wasserlösliche Alkali- oder
Ammoniumsalze. Nach Entfernung der Säure kann das Rohprodukt direkt eingesetzt oder weitergereinigt
werden.
Für die kationische Addition von Diäthyldithiophosphorsäure an N-Vinylphthalimid in Äthanol wurden zu
44,6 g einer 80%igeo. rohen Diäthyldithiophosphorsäure
(0,2 Mol) in 100 ml wasserfreiem Äthanol unter Rühren 34,6 g (0,2 Mol) N-Vinylphthalimid gegeben. Es wurde
eine klare, homogene Lösung erhalten, die über Nacht bei Zimmertemperatur belassen wurde. Der sich
bildende kristalline Niederschlag zeigte eine nahezu vollständige Umwandlung an. Die Mischung wurde bei
-200C abgesaugt und die rohen Kristalle mit kaltem Methanol gewaschen, dann wurde aus 100 ml Äthanol
umkristallisiert, wobei 47 g entsprechend einer Ausbeute von 66% reines Addukt mit einem Schmelzpunkt von
67 bis 68° C erhalten wurde.

Auf analoge Weise wurde das entsprechende Dimethyldithiophosphat erhalten. Ausbeute: 75%,
Schmelzpunkt 66,5—67,50G
CiH14NO4PS2:

gef.: C 43,61, H 431, N 437, S 19,46.
173 g (0,10 Mol) N-Vinylphthalimid wurden im Verlaufe von 15 Minuten unter Rühren zu 14,6 g
(0,105 Mol) flüssiger O-Methyläthandithiophosphonsäure gegeben. Nach 2 Stunden wurde die Mischung
homogen, und nach 17 Stunden waren 75% des Vinylphthalimids umgesetzt Die Mischung wurde in
200 ml Äther gelöst, mit 50 ml einer 5%igen Natriumhydrogencarbonatlösung gewaschen, über wasserfreiem
Natriumsulfat getrocknet und unter Vakuum vom Äther befreit Nach Entfernung sämtlicher flüchtigen Bestandteile bei 6O0C und 0,2 Torr wurden 27 g des rohen
neutralen Esteradduktes isoliert, das aus 82% des kationischen Adduktes bestand. Durch Umkristallisieren aus Äthanol bei — 200C wurden 19 g eines bei 64 bis
66°C schmelzenden Produktes in 57%iger Ausbeute erhalten.

44,64 g rohe 80%ige Diäthyldithiophosphorsäure entsprechend 0,2 Mol reiner Säure wurden unter
Rühren mit 38,6 g (0,2 Mol) Vinylcarbazol versetzt. Die
Reaktion verlief sofort exotherm, und das Gemisch
wurde bei Zugabe der zweiten Hälfte der festen Vinylverbindung stark viskos. Um die gesamte Vinylverbindung in der Mischung aufzulösen, wurde 4 Tage bei
Zimmertemperatur gerührt Trotzdem blieben 1,6 g Vinylcarbazol ungelöst zurück. NMR-Analyse des
flüssigen Reaktionsgemisches zeigte die Anwesenheit von etwa 60% des kationischen Adduktes, nämlich
S-(<x-N-Carbazyl)-äthyldiäthyldithiophosphat Es wur
den die entsprechenden typischen Werte für das
Methinproton (Quadruplett bei 6,4 ppm; JcHCH3=7 cps
JcHSP=13cps) und die Methylprotonen bei den benachbarten Kohlenstoffatomen (Dublett bei
2,02 ppm) erhalten. Die Intensität des letzteren ent
sprach einer halbquantitativen NMR-Analyse.
_ Das Addukt wurde durch Umkristallisieren aus Äthanol isoliert, wobei das wesentliche Nebenprodukt
das in heißem Äthanol unlösliche Polyvinylcarbazol war.

Die kationischen Addukte wurden zur Bekämpfung von Larven des mexikanischen Bohnenkäfers in Form
von wäßrigen Emulsionen eingesetzt Hierzu wurde die
zu untersuchende Substanz in Aceton aufgelöst und in
destilliertem Wasser zusammen mit einer Mischung aus Alkylarylpolyätheralkohol und Calciumdodecylbenzolsulfonat aufgelöst, so daß versprühbare Emulsionen mit
einem Gehalt von 250 ppm Wirkstoff erhalten wurden.
Die Bohnenblätter wurden in die Emulsion getaucht und getrocknet Die einzelnen behandelten Blätter
wurden dann in Petrischalen mit jeweils vier mexikanischen Bohnenkäferlarven belegt Nach 3 Tagen wurde
die Mortalität in % festgestellt Die Werte sind in der
folgenden Tabelle wiedergegeben. Hierbei wurden
Verbindungen der folgenden Formel verwendet:

Um die Cholinesteraseinhibierung festzustellen, wurden 0,03 ml einer Lösung des zu untersuchenden
Dithiophosphatadduktes in Benzol zu einer Lösung aus
0,2 Einheiten einer Rindercholinesterase in 2^7 ml einer
Pufferlösung mit 11,15 g Dinatriumhydrogenphosphatdodecahydrat und 1,81 g Kaliumdihydrogenphosphat je
Liter Wasser gegeben. Die Mischung wurde dann in einem Wasserbad bei 35° C 30 Minuten gereift. 1 ml
einer wäßrigen Lösung, enthaltend iti 200 ml 100 ml einer 5,5'-Dithiobis-{2-nitrobenzoesäure), 100 g Acetylthiocholinjodid
und 75 ml der Pufferlösung wurde zugesetzt, worauf wiederum 30 Minuten bei 35° C
gereift wurde. Das Ausmaß der Inhibierung der Rindercholinesterase wurde dann durch Absorptionsmessungen bei 420 ΐημ bestimmt Mehrere Lösungen
der zu untersuchenden Stoffe wurden bei verschiedenen Konzentrationen in Aceton untersucht, wobei die zur
50%igen Inhibierung erforderliche Konzentration bestimmt wurde.

Da die insektizide Wirksamkeit der Organophosphorverbindungen im allgemeinen mit der Cholinesteraseinhibierung
gleichläuft, wird die mittlere Cholinesteraseinhibierungskonzentration zur Abschätzung des
Insektiziden Potentials der neuen Organophosphorverbindungen benutzt, wobei niedrige Werte eine äußerst
große Wirksamkeit anzeigen.
Anwendungsbeispiel 3
Die Addukte gemäß Beispiel t, 2 und 3 wurden hinsichtlich ihrer Wirksamkeit zur Bekämpfung von
zweifleckigen Spinnmilben untersucht, welche zu den Arachnida-Typen gehören. Ferner wurden Bohnenaphiden
aus der Klasse der Monoptera, ferner Sauginsekten und HausFliegen, also Ungeziefer der Klasse der
Diptera, untersucht.
Bezüglich der Milben wurden Bohnenpflanzen in Töpfen mit den zweifleckigen Spinnmilben auf einem
Drehtisch mit der zu untersuchenden Substanz besprüht, 5 Tage so belassen und die Ungezieferbekämpfung
nach 2 Tagen beurteilt Bei den Aphiden wurden Nasturtiumpflanzen in Töpfen mit Bohnenaphiden
infiziert, auf einem Drehtisch mit der zu untersuchenden
Substanz besprüht und nach 2 Tagen auf Befall hin
untersucht.
Die Hausfliegen wurden mit der zu untersuchenden Substanz besprüht und nach 2 Tagen hinsichtlich des
Befalles untersucht.
Es wurde eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel K mit den folgenden Substituenten verwendet:

AnwendungsbeispieU Tieren von 2io bis 260 g verabfolgt wurde. Vor der
