Description
Platten, die zu Rohren umgebogen werden, sind innen häufig rauh. Die rauhen Stellen können zumindest
sehr leicht an der Schweißnaht entstehen, wenn die Schweißnaht z. B. infolge eines kurzzeitigen
Stromausfalles beim Stromumschalten, wie es in großen Firmen immer vorkommt, nicht vollständig
glatt geworden ist.
Auch können Grate beim Verschweißen übriggeblieben sein. Wenn nunmehr durch ein derartiges
Rohr Drähte gezogen werden sollen, so ist das häufig unmöglich, weil die Drähte an den Kanten, Vorsprüngen
oder sonstigen Unebenheiten hängenbleiben und sich gegebenenfalls verwickeln.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, derartiges zu vermeiden und eine innerhalb des Rohres liegende,
gut schmierende Schicht zu schaffen, mittels derer die Drähte einwandfrei durch das Rohr gezogen werden
können.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein außen feuerverzinktes Rohr aus Eisen oder einer Eisenlegierung. Das Rohr
ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Oberfläche mit einer Schicht von Eisenoxyd überzogen ist.
Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen eines Rohres zum
Feuerverzinken, wobei das Rohr aus einem Band zu einem Rohr umgebogen wird, die Kanten miteinander
verschweißt werden und schließlich das fertige Rohr in das Verzinkungsbad eingeführt wird. Die Vorrichtung
ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Ausbildung einer Eisenoxydschicht im Inneren des Rohres vor
dem Verzinken in axialer Richtung des zu bildenden noch offenen Rohres ein Sauerstoff oder mit Sauerstoff
angereicherte Druckluft führendes Rohr eingeführt wird, dessen Ausläßdüse in Höhe der letzten
Formrollen endet.
Weitere Merkmale, Vorteile und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der
Darstellung von Ausführungsbeispielen sowie aus der folgenden Beschreibung. Es zeigt

F i g. 2 eine Draufsicht der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung.
Wie aus den Figuren zu ersehen ist, ist an einem Behälter 49 a, der mit Druckluft oder Sauerstoff enthaltenden
Gasen gefüllt ist, ein Rohr 49 angebracht, das mehrfach rechtwinklig abgeknickt ist. Dieses besitzt
an seinem Auslaßende 49 b eine Auslaßdüse 49 c, aus der das Gas in das geformte Rohr 10 einströmt.
Die Auslaßdüse ist in axialer Richtung des zu bildenden Rohres geführt und liegt etwa in Höhe der
letzten formenden Rollen 48 c und 48 d. Wenn daher das sauerstoffhaltige Gas in das Rohr eingeführt wird,
kann sich der Sauerstoff bei Erhitzung mit den innerhalb des Rohres befindlichen Eisenteilen verbinden,
um so eine schmierend wirkende Schicht von Eisenoxyd zu bilden.
Claims (2)
1. Außen feuerverzinktes Rohr aus Eisen oder einer Eisenlegierung, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die innere Oberfläche mit einer Schicht von Eisenoxyd überzogen ist.
2. Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Herstellen eines Rohres nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Rohr
aus einem Band zu einem Rohr umgebogen wird, die Kanten miteinander verschweißt werden und
schließlich das fertige Rohr in das Verzinkungsbad eingeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Ausbildung einer Eisenoxydschicht im Inneren des Rohres vor dem Verzinken in axialer
. Richtung des zu bildenden noch offenen Rohres (10) ein Sauerstoff oder mit Sauerstoff angereicherte
Druckluft führendes Rohr (49) eingeführt ist, dessen Auslaßdüse (49 c) in Höhe der letzten
Formrollen (48 c, 48 d) endet.
