Gegenstand des Patents 1137 210 ist em mehrstufiges Verfahren zum Herstellen durch Hitzeharten von durch fasenges Material verstärkten Kunstharzplatten mit einer glatten, mchtklebrigen Haut auf emer Unterlage aus Fasern, die mit Metallverbindungen sowie Polyesterharzmassen, die bereits üblichen Polymerisationskatalysatoren, anpolymensierbare, ungesättigte Monomere und einen Inhibitor enthalten, imprägniert sind Das Hauptpatent ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zunächst fur sich allein die Faserunterlage mit einer Losung trankt, die mindestens em reduzierendes Metallsalz in Athylenglykol oder Abkömmlingen des Athylenglykols, gegebenenfalls zusammen mit einem leicht verdunstenden Alkohol, gelost enthält, und wobei man dann mit der Polyestermasse imprägniert, wobei diese Polyestermasse in äußerst feiner Verteilung m die vorbereitete Unterlage gebracht wird, und wobei man schließlich wenigstens eme Oberfläche der Platte emer Oberflachenbehandlung unterwirft und an- ao schließend in dei Hitze verpreßt
Es hat sich nua gezeigt, daß man die nichtklebrige Haut der Kunstharzplatten durch Oberflachenbehandlung mit Merkaptanen besonders gunstig bilden kann Bevorzugt wird Laurylmerkaptan verwendet
Außer der durch das Laurylmerkaptan erhaltenen Beschleunigung der Polymerisation, die zur Bildung emer glatten, mchtklebrigen Haut auf der Oberflache des Gels fuhrt, eihalt man so einen »fetten« Überzug, der die spatere Bearbeitung der Platten bzw Folien erheblich erleichtert Dadurch ist es spater insbesondere bei Verwendung bewahrter Harzfolien in Ziehwerkzeugen nicht mehr erforderlich, diese Werkzeuge derart fern zu bearbeiten bzw zu polieren, wie dies bisher zur Verhütung einer unerwünschten Haftung des Harzes an der Oberflache der Ziehwerkzeuge bei dei Verformung von Fohen aus getränktem Harz der Fall war

    Mehrstufiges Verfahren zum Herstellen durch Hitzeharten von durch faseriges Material verstärkten Kunstharzplatten mit einer glatten, nichtklebngen Haul auf emer Unterlage aus Fasern, die mit Metallverbindungen sowie Polyesterharzmassen, die bereits ubhchen Polymensations-Mehrstufiges Verfahren zum Herstellen von
