Die Erfindung hat ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Carbamoylmethylestern von Thiosäuren des
Phosphors der allgemeinen Formel

zum Gegenstand, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß man Thiophosphor-(-phosphon-, -phosphin-)-säuren
der allgemeinen Formel

worin R1 und Rx für niedere Alkyl- oder Alkoxyreste
stehen, in Form ihrer Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze oder in Gegenwart von säurebindenden
Mitteln mit Halogenessigsäure-N-propenylamiden der
allgemeinen Formel

in der R3 und R1 Propenylreste bedeuten, R3 darüber
hinaus auch für Wasserstoff steht, in an sich bekannter Weise umsetzt, wobei R3 stets Wasserstoff bedeutet,
falls R1 und R2 niedere Alkoxyreste darstellen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Reaktion wird bevorzugt in Anwesenheit inerter Organischer Lösungsmittel durchgeführt.
Als solche kommen vor allem Ketone oder Nitrile, z. B. Aceton, Methyläthyl-, Methylisopropyl-
oder Methylisobutylketon sowie besonders Aceto- oder Propionitril in Frage.

Ferner hat es sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, die Umsetzungen bei erhöhter Temperatur (40 bis 1000C)
durchzuführen.
Die verfahrensgemäß erhältlichen Thiol- bzw. Thionothiolphosphor- (-phosphon-, -phosphin-)-säureester
stellen meist farblose, zum Teil wasserlösliche, auch im Hochvakuum nicht ohne Zersetzung destillierbare
öle dar.
Die Verfahrensprodukte zeichnen sich durch hervorragende
insektizide sowie akarizide Eigenschaften aus und sind sowohl gegen saugende (Blattläuse) als auch
gegen fressende Insekten, z. B. Raupen, gleichermaßen gut wirksam. Neben dieser kontaktinsektiziden Wirkung
besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen auch eine ausgesprochen systemische Wirksamkeit.
Sie finden daher als Schädlingsbekämpfungs- bzw. Pflanzenschutzmittel Verwendung.
Gegenüber den aus der französischen Patentschrift 1 269 087 bekannten Verbindungen analoger Konstitution
zeichnen sich die Verfahrensprodukte durch eine wesentlich bessere insektizide Wirkung aus. Diese
überraschende, technisch wertvolle Überlegenheit der verfahrensgemäß herstellbaren Verbindungen geht aus
den folgenden tabellarisch zusammengestellten Ergebnissen von Vergleichsversuchen hervor:

Aus den oben angegebenen Werten ist ersichtlich, .··: daß die verfahrensgemäß herstellbaren Verbindungen
eine sehr gute Wirkung gegen resistente Spinnmilben besitzen, während die. analog gebauten Vergleichspräparate bei Anwendung in der gleichen Wirkstoff-
konzentration keinerlei Wirkung gegen die genannten Schädlinge zeigen.

133 g (1 Mol) Monochloressigsäure-N-allylamid
werden in 200 ecm Acetonitril gelöst. Diese Lösung tropft man bei 70 bis 8O0C unter Rühren zu einer
LösuDg von 187 g (1 Mol) Ο,Ο-diäthylthiolphosphorsaurem
Ammonium in 500 ecm Acetonitril, rührt das Reaktionsgemisch dann noch 2 Stunden bei 80°C,
kühlt es auf 00C und saugt die ausgeschiedenen Salze
ab. Aus dem Filtrat wird das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdestilliert. Man erhält das 0,0-Diäthylthiolphosphorylessigsäure-N-allylamid
als ein färbloses, wasserunlösliches öl. Die Ausbeute beträgt
258 g (97% der Theorie).
Analyse für ein Molgewicht von 267:

gefunden ... P 11,98°/,, S 12,13°/*, N 5,35%.
Zu einer Lösung von 203 g (1 Mol) O,O-diäthylthionothiolphosphorsaurem
Ammonium in 500 ecm Acetonitril tropft man bei 70 bis 8O0C eine Lösung
von 133 g (1 Mol) Monochloressigsäure-N-allylamid
in 200 ecm Acetonitril. Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wird das Reaktionsgemisch noch 2 Stunden bei 70 bis
80° C gerührt und dann auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Die ausgeschiedenen Salze saugt man ab,
verdampft anschließend das Acetonitril im Vakuum, nimmt den Rückstand in Methylenchlorid auf und
wäscht die Methylenchloridlösung mit wenig Wasser. Danach wird die organische Phase über Natriumsulfat
getrocknet und das Methylenchlorid abdestilliert. Es hinterbleiben 267 g (94% der Theorie) Ο,Ο-Diäthylthionothiolphosphorylessigsäure-N-allylamid
in Form eines hellbraunen Öles.
Analyse für ein Molgewicht von 289: Berechnet ... P 10,95%, S 22,6%, N 4,95%;
gefunden ... P 10,68%, S22,83%, N4,81%.
Blattläuse werden von 0,01%igen, Spinnmilben sogar noch von 0,004%igen Lösungen der Verbindung
100%ig abgetötet. Die systemische Wirkung O,l%iger Lösungen des Präparats gegen Haferläuse beträgt
100%.

Man löst 66,5 g (0,5 Mol) Monochloressigsäure-N-allylamid.
in 100 ecm Acetonitril, tropft diese Lösung bei 70 bis 8O0C zu 97 g (0,5 Mol) methyl-O-äthylthionothiolphosphonsaurem
Kalium, gelöst in 200 ecm Acetonitril, rührt das Reaktionsgemisch
anschließend noch 2 Stunden, kühlt es dann auf Raumtemperatur ab und gießt es in Wasser. Das
ausgeschiedene öl wird in Methylenchlorid aufgenommen,
die Methylenchloridlösung getrocknet und schließlich das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Man erhält
als Rückstand 98 g (78°/0 der Theorie) Methyl-O
- äthylthionothiolphosphonylessigsäure -N- allylamid in Form eines hellbraunen Öles.
Analyse für ein Molgewicht von 253:
Berechnet... P 12,25%, 8 25,3%, N 5,54%;

Anschließend wird das Reaktionsgemisch noch 1 Stunde bei 700C gerührt und dann auf 00C gekühlt. Man
saugt die ausgeschiedenen Salze ab und entfernt das Lösungsmittel durch Destillation im Vakuum. Als
Rückstand werden 45 g (75% der Theorie) O,O-Dimethylthiolphosphorylessigsäure-N-allylamid
in Form eines farblosen Öles vom Brechungsindex η j,' = 1,5040
erhalten.

Das Produkt ist in Wasser leicht löslich. Spinnmüben werden von 0,004%igen, Blattläuse von 0,01%igen
Lösungen der Verbindung 100%ig vernichtet, während Raupen von 0,02%igen Lösungen noch zu 60%
abgetötet werden. Die systemische Wirkung des Präparats beträgt bei Anwendung 0,l%iger Lösungen
gegen Haferläuse 100%.
Unter analogen Reaktionsbedingungen, wie im Beispiel 3 beschrieben, werden durch Umsetzung von
66,5 g (0,5 Mol) Monochloressigsäure-N-allylamid und
82 g dimethylthionothiolphosphinsaurem Kalium 85 g (77% der Theorie) Dimethylthionothiolphosphinyl- »5
essigsäure-N-allylamid erhalten.

Zu einer Lösung von 40 g (0,25 Mol) O,O-dimethylthiolphosphorsaurem
Ammonium in 300 ecm Acetonitril tropft man bei 40 bis 500C 44,5 g Monobromessigsäure-N-allylamid,
gelöst in 100 ecm Acetonitril. Durch Umsetzung von 178 g (1 Mol) Monobromessigsäure-N-allylamid
und 175 g Ο,Ο-dimethylthionothiolphosphorsaurem Ammonium in der im Beispiel 2
beschriebenen Weise werden 185 g (73% der Theorie) O,O - Diraethylthionothiolphosphorylessigsäure- N- allylamid
erhalten. Das Produkt schmilzt nach dem Umkristallisieren aus einem Benzol-Ligroin-Gemisch
bei 55 bis 56°C.

Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung von Carbamoylmethylestern von Thiosäuren des Phosphors, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Thiophosphor- (-phosphon-, -phosphinsäuren der allgemeinen FormelR1,O(S)P-SHworin R1 und R2 für niedere Alkyl- oder Alkoxyreste stehen, in Form ihrer Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder Ammoniumsalze oder in Gegenwart von säurebindenden Mitteln mit Halogenessigsäure-N-propenylamiden der FormelHalogen — CH2 — C — N (Il R1in der R3 und R4 Propenylreste bedeuten, R3 darüber hinaus auch für Wasserstoff steht, in an sich bekannter Weise umsetzt, wobei R3 stets Wasserstoff bedeutet, falls R1 und R2 niedere Alkoxyreste darstellen.In Betracht gezogene Druckschriften:
