Phosphorsäureesterderivate
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft wertvolle neue Pho.sphorsäureesterderivate
mit starker insektizider Wirkung, Insektizide,, die diese Verbindungen als Wirkstoffe enthalten und Verfahren
zu ihrer Herstellung.
Es ist bekannt, 0,0-Dimethyl-S-1,2-di(äthΌxycarbonyl)-äthylphosphordithioat
(US-Patentschrift 2 578 652, deutsche Patentschrift 847 897) oder O^-Diäthyl-dithiophosphoryl^-methyl-echlor-benzoxazolon-(2)
(belgische Patentschrift 609 209) oder 0,0-Dimethyl-S-2-methoxy-1,4-pyron-5-methyl-phosphorthioat:
(deutsche Auslegeschrift 1 004 422, US-Patentschrift 2 811 476) zur Bekämpfung von Insekten zu verwenden. Ihre Wirkung befriedigt
jedoch nicht immer.
Es wurde gefunden, daß Phosphorsäureesterderivate der Formel

haben.
Die Wirkstoffe können hergestellt werden» indem man 0,0-Dialkylthionophosphorsäureesterhalogenide
der Formel

ein Halogenatom (Cl, Br) bedeutet mit Oxadiazolidindionen der Formel

in der R"1 die obengenannten Bedeutungen hat, umsetzt.
Die Herstellung wird mit Vorteil in Gegenwart von Säurebindemitteln
durchgeführt. Als solche eignen sich vor allem Alkalicarbonate, -alkoholate, -hydroxide oder organische Basen, wie
Pyridin oder Trialkylamine. Man kann aber auch bevorzugt die
Alkalisalze der vorgenannten Oxadiazolidindione mit Thionophosphorsäureesterhalogeniden
obiger Formel zur Reaktion bringen. Man führt die Reaktion vorteilhaft in einem inerten organischen
Lösungsmittel bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 1500G,
bevorzugt 30 bis 10O0C, aus. Als Lösungsmittel eignen sich besonders
Ketone, Benzol, Toluol, Dioxan, Nitrile, wie Acetonitril oder Propionitril, ferner Dimethylformassid, Mmethylsulfoxid
oder Ester organischer Säuren. Zur Steigerung der Aus-

beute erwärmt man nach Vereinigung der Ausgangsprodukte noch
längere Zeit unter Rühren auf die beschriebene Temperatur. Die
als Ausgangsprodukte TaenÖtigten ThionophosphorsäureeBterhalogenide
sind bekannt. Die Oxadiazolidindione lassen sich in an
sich bekannter Weise durch Addition von Isocyanaten an N-Hydroxyurethane
und anschließende Cyclisierung mit Basen, z.B. Na-Methylat,
herstellen. Durch die große Variabilität der einzusetzenden Isocyanate kann man viele verschiedenartig substituierte
Oxadiazolidindione erhalten, deren Phosphorsäureester obiger Formel gute insektizide Eigenschaften aufweisen. Die
neuen ThionophOsphorsäureester sind meist farblose bis rötlich gefärbte Öle, die in Wasser unlöslich sind und sich auch unter
stark vermindertem Druck nur schlecht unzersetzt destillieren lassen. Die Verbindungen zeigen eine ausgezeichnete Wirkung
gegen eine Vielzahl von Schädlingen, z.B. Schaben, Kornkäfer,
Schmetterlingsraupen, Moskitolarven, bei. teils geringer Toxizität gegenüber Warmblütern. Wegen dieser hervorragenden
Insektiziden Eigenschaften eignen sich die vorgenannten Produkte ausgezeichnet als Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel im Pflanzenschutz,
z.B. im Obst- und Gemüsebau, in Baumwollkulturen oder Porstpflanzgärten.
Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die Herstellung und Anwendung
der neuen Verbindungen:
Die Natriumsalze der Oxadiazolidindione* können nach folgender
Gleichung hergestellt werden: -

Sie werden in guter Ausbeute und hoher Reinheit erhalten, wenn
man zunächst in einem inerten Lösungsmittel dad Isocyanat an
Hydroxymethane anlagert (Gleichung I) und das Lösungsmittel
durch einen Alkohol, z.B. Äthanol, ersetzt und danach "mit tech
nischer Methylatiauge die Cycli/Sierung vornimmt, wobei man zur

Vervollständigung der Reaktion einige Zeit am Rückfluß kocht. Nach kurzer Zeit fallen dann die Na-Salze aus oder lassen sich,
je nach Substituenten, durch Entfernen des Lösungsmittels im Vakuum isolieren. Die so gewonnenen Salze sind für eine anschließende
Phosphorylierung rein genug.
4-tert.-Butyl-Oxodiazolidindion-3,5 (Na-SaIz):
Zu 1 Mol 4-N-Hydroxyurethan in 500 ml Benzol gibt man 3 Mol Triäthylamin und tropft anschließend 1 Mol tertiäres Butylisocyanat
zu und erwärmt 1 Stunde am Rückfluß. Anschließend dampft man das Benzol ab und ersetzt es durch Alkohol. Man tropft
1 Mol technische Methylatiauge (Methylalkohol-Lösung) zu und erwärmt 18 Stunden am Rückfluß. Man dampft anschließend das
Lösungsmittel ab und trocknet noch bei 800C und 1 mm Druck.
Ausbeute ca. 90 #; Pp.<360°0 (unter Zersetzung)
4-Phenyl-Oxodiazolidindion-3,5 (Na-SaIz)
Zu 1 Mol N-Hydroxyurethan in 500 ml Benzol gibt man 3 ml Triäthylamin und tropft 1 Mol Phenylisocyanat zu. Anschließend
erwärmt man noch 1 Stunde am Rückfluß und entfernt dann das Benzol im Takuum. Der Rückstand wird in 500 ml Äthylalkohol
aufgenommen und 1 Mol technische Methylatiauge (Methylalkohol- Lösung) zugetropft. Man erwärmt noch 1 Stunde auf 6O0C, kühlt
ab und saugt das Na-SaIz ab.
Ausbeute 50 i»\ Pp. 150 bis 2300C (unter Zersetzung)
Aus der Mutterlauge lassen sich durch Eindampfen weitere 45 #
eines etwas verunreinigten Produktes gewinnen.
Alle anderen Salze können in entsprechender Weise nach Bei-, spiel 1 oder 2 hergestellt werden.

0,0-Diäthyl-O- [4-n-Propyl-1-Oxa-2,4-diasolidinon-5-yl-3]-thionophosphat
24,91 Gewichtsteile Na-SaIz des 4-n-PropyloxazOlidindions
werden in 150 Teilen Acetonitril suspendiert und auf 500C.
erwärmt. Im Verlauf von etwa 10 Minuten werden 28,35 Teile O.O-Diäthyl-thiophosphorylchlorid zugetropft. Anschließend
steigert man die Temperatur,bis das Gemisch am Rückfluß siedet,
und halt die Mischung 5 Stunden auf dieser Temperatur. Dann
kühlt man ab auf Raumtemperatur (200C), saugt von ausgeschiedenem
NaCl ab und entfernt das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum. Der Rückstand, 45,3 Teile trübes orangefarbenes Öl, wird in 300 Teilen
Benzol aufgenommen und einmal mit 40"Teilen HgO, einmal
mit 40 Teilen 10#iger (Gewichtsprozent) wäßriger NaHCO,-Lösung
und einmal mit 3%iger (Gewichtsprozent) wäßriger NaHCO,-Lösung
gewaschen, die Benzolschicht wird abgetrennt, über NagSO, getrocknet, das Lösungsmittel entfernt und anschließend noch
2 Stunden bei 900C und 0,5 mm Druck von flüchtigen Verunreinigungen befreit. , "..·...
Ausbeute: 34,2 Teile orangefarbenes Öl', n£ = 1,4822.

30 Teile Na-SaIz des 4-Phenyloxadiazolidindions werden in
150 Teilen Dimethylformamid suspendiert und auf 500C erwärmt.
Dann tropft man 28,35 Teile 0,0-Diäthylthio-phosphorylchlorid
zu und erwärmt 6 Stunden auf 800C, kühlt ab, saugt vom ausgeschiedenen
NaCl ab, engt das Piltrat im Vakuum ein, gießt es in Wasser, nimmt es in Benzol auf und wäscht mit zweimal
50 Teilen 3#iger (Gewichtsprozent) wäßriger NaHCO^-Lösung.
Nach dem Trocknen über Na3SO4, filtrieren und Entfernen des
Lösungsmittels befreit man die Substanz von flüchtigen Bestandteilen, indem man 2 Stunden bei 900C und 0,5 mm Druck am
Rotationsverdampfer beläßt. Man erhält 32,2 Teile rötliches Öl, n^° = 1,5160.
Die weiteren Verbindungen können entsprechend Beispiel 3 her
gestellt werden. Nachfolgend werden - zur phys.-chem. Charak terisierung - die Brechungsindices von einigen der synthetisierten
Verbindungen aufgeführt.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können als Lösungen, Emulsionen,
Suspensionen oder Stäubemittel angewendet werden. Die Anwenduigsformen richten sich ganz nach den Verwendungszweckeil; sie
sollen in jedem Pail eine feine Verteilung der wirksamen Substanz gewährleisten.
Zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren Lösungen kennen Kohlenwasserstoffe mit Siedepunkten höher als 15O0C, z*B. Tetrahydronaphthalin oder alkylierte Naphthaline, oder organische
Flüssigkeiten mit Siedepunkten höher als 15O0C und einer oder
mehreren funktioneilen Gruppen, z.B. der Ketogruppe, der Äthergruppe, der Estergruppe oder der Amidgruppe, wobei diese
Gruppe als Substituent an einer Kohlenwasserstoffkette stehen oder Bestandteil eines heterocyclischen Ringes sein kann, als
Spritzflüssigkeiten verwendet werden.
Wäßrige Anwendungsformen können aus Emulsionskonzentraten,
Pasten oder netzbaren Pulvern (Spritzpulvern) durch Zusatz
von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen
können die Substanzen als solche oder in einem Lösungsmittel
gelöst, mittels Netz- oder Dispergiermitteln, z.B. Polyäthylenoxidadditionsprodukten in Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln homogenisiert werden. Es können aber auch aus wirksamer
Substanz, Emulgier- oder Dispergiermittel und eventuell Lösungsmittel bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden, die zur
Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind.
Stäubemittel können durch Mischen oder gemeinsames Vermählen
der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen Trägeretoff, z.B.
Kieselgur, Talkum, Ton oder Düngemittel hergestellt werden.
Die insektizide Wirkung der neuen Verbindungen wird durch die folgenden Versuche erläutert. Die Numerierung der Proben entspricht der Numerierung in der Wirkstoffliste.
Als bekannte Vergleichssubstanzen wurden die folgenden Wirkstoffe verwendet

gesetzt, deren Wände mit der azetonischen Wirkstofflösung gleichmäßig behandelt wurden. Nach dem Verdunsten des

Man vermischt 70 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 1 mit 30 Gewichtsteilen
IT-Methyl-D(-pyrrolidon und erhält eine Lösung, die
zur Anwendung In Form.kleinster Tropfen geeignet ist.

20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 2 werden in einer Mischung gelöst, die aus 80 Gewichtsteilen Xylol, TO Gewichtsteilen des
Anlagerungsproduktes von 8 b^s 10 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol
Ölsäure-N-monoäthanolamiä, 5 Gewichtsteilen Calciumsalz der .
Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure und 5 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinusöl besteht.
Durch Ausgießen und feines Verteilen der Lösung in TOO 000 Gewichtsteilen
Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.

20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 3 werden in einer Mischung gelöst,
die aus 40 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanon, 30 Gewichtsteilen Isobutanol, 20 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 7
Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol Isooctylphenol und 10 Gewichtsteilen
des Anlagerungsprodufctes von 40 Mol Äthylenoxid an .1 Mol Ricinusöl
besteht. Durch Eingießen und feines Verteilen der Lösung
in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wäßrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gewichtsprozent des Wirkstoffs enthält.
20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs 4 werden mit 3 Gewichtsteilen
des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnaphthalin-X-sulfonsäure,, 17
Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes einer Ligninsulfonsäure aus einer SuIfit-Ablauge und 60 Gewiehteteilen pulverförmigem Λ
Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in· einer Hammermühle vermählen.
Durch feines Verteilen der Mischung in 20 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine Spritzbrühe, die 0,1 Gewichtsprozent

3 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 5 werden mit 97 Gewichtsteileu
feinteiligem Kaolin innig vermischt. Man erhält auf diese We:.i:

30 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung 6 werden mit einer Mischung
