Description
Aus der deutschen Patentschrift 848 812 sind Dithiopyrophosphorsäureester
bekannt. Man kann diese Ester dadurch erhalten, daß man beliebige Dialkylthionophosphorsäurechloride
in Gegenwart etwa stöchiometrischer Mengen Wasser mit Pyridin oder anderen alkalisch reagierenden Stoffen umsetzt, wie aus folgendem

Es wurde nun gefunden, daß diese Reaktion auch auf die jetzt zugänglich gewordenen Alkyl-thionophosphonsäure-O-alkylesterchloride
übertragen werden kann. Daher betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung
neuer Dithiopyrophosphonsäureester der Formel,
(C2H5O)2P-O —P(OC2H5)2
mit dem erfindungsgemäß erhältlichen Ester der Formel S S
R1O
in welcher R und R1 Alkylreste sind, das dadurch gekennzeichnet
ist, daß Alky-Uthionophosphonsäure-O-alkylesterchloride
mit etwa der stöchiometrischen Menge Wasser in Gegenwart von Säurebindemitteln umgesetzt
werden.
Gegenüber den vergleichbaren Dithiopyrophosphorsäureestern
besitzen die neuen Dithiopyrophosphonsäureester eine höhere thermische Stabilität sowie eine größere
Stabilität gegen verseifende Mittel. Hinsichtlich der Insektiziden Wirkung und anderer Eigenschaften sind
die Dithiopyrophosphonsäureester den entsprechenden Phosphorsäureestern überlegen, wie aus den folgenden
Versuchsergebnissen hervorgeht.
Verglichen wurde der aus der deutschen Patentschrift 848 812 bekannte Ester der Formel

Für die Bestimmung der mittleren Toxizität wurden die Ester I, II und III der Ratte per os verabreicht. Der
EsterI.hat eine DL50 von 5mg/kg, der EsterII eine
solche von 1 mg/kg, während der erfindungsgemäße Ester III eine Toxizität von 10 mg/kg Ratte aufweist.
Die Fliegenwirkung der beiden Ester des Standes der Technik ist 100°/0ig bis zu einer Konzentration von
0,001%; der erfindungsgemäß erhältliche Ester der Formel
III wirkt jedoch noch in einer Konzentration von 0,000001 % auf Füegen 100°/0ig abtötend.
Schließlich haben die beiden Ester des Standes der Technik keine systemische Wirkung, und nur die Verfahrensprodukte
sind systemisch wirksam.

und der aus J. Amer. Chem. Soc, 1957, S. 3604, bekannte
Ester der Formel
80 g (0,5 Mol) Methyl - thionophosphonsäure - O - äthylesterchlorid
(Kp.12 = 600C) werden in einem Rührkolben
vorgelegt. Dazu gibt man unter Rühren ein Gemisch aus 40 g Pyridin und 4,5 g Wasser. Die Reaktionstemperatur
steigt auf 50° C. Man hält diese Temperatur 4 Stunden.

Anschließend nimmt man das Reaktionsprodukt in 200 ecm Benzol auf. Die Benzollösung wird mit verdünnter
Salzsäure und anschließend mit Wasser gewaschen und dann getrocknet. Beim Fraktionieren erhält
man 32 g Dimethyl-dithiopyrophosphonsäure-O-diäthylester
vom Kp.0>01 = 74° C. Ausbeute 49% der Theorie.
Mittlere Toxizität Ratte per os 5 mg/kg.

esterchlorid (Kp.x = 44° C) werden in einem Rührkolben
vorgelegt. Man tropft unter Rühren ein Gemisch aus 40 g Pyridin und 4,5 g Wasser hinzu. Die Temperatur steigt
auf 45 bis 5O0C. Man hält noch 4 Stunden bei 50° C und
arbeitet dann wie im Beispiel 1 auf. Es werden auf diese Weise 22g Diäthyl-dithiopyrophosphorisäure-O-dimethylester
vom Kp.0>01 = 69° C erhalten. Ausbeute 34% der
Theorie. Mittlere Toxizität Ratte per os 10 mg/kg.

87 g (0,5 Mol) Äthyl-thionophosphonsäure-O-äthylesterchlorid
(Κρ.χ = 48° C) werden in einem Rührkolben vorgelegt.
Man tropft unter Rühren ein Gemisch aus 40 g Pyridin und 4,5 g Wasser hinzu. Die Temperatur steigt
von selbst auf 5O0C. Man hält noch 4 Stunden bei 50° C und arbeitet dann wie im Beispiel 1 auf. Es werden auf
diese Weise 47 g Diäthyl-dithiopyrophosphonsäure-O-diäthylester
vom Kp.OtO1 = 84° C erhalten. Ausbeute 65%
der Theorie. Mittlere Toxizität Ratte per os 10 mg/kg.

- Patentanspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen Dithiopyrophosphonsäureestern der FormelS SR\l!
