Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Herstellung
der neuen Verbindung Divinylzinnoxyd.
Erfindungsgemäß wird Divinylzinndichlorid oder Divinylzinndibromid mit .einer basischen Verbindung
in wäßriger Lösung umgesetzt.
Die Umsetzung erfolgt nach den Gleichungen:

Die wäßrige Lösung muß genügend Hydroxylionen enthalten, um das gesamte Halogen durch Sauerstoff
zu ersetzen, zur Erzielung guter Ausbeuten ist ein Überschuß an Hydroxylionen anzuwenden.
Die verwendeten Basen müssen in wäßriger Lösung
ionisieren und schließen ein: Natriumhydroxyd, Natriumcarbonat, Natriumbicarbonat, Kaliumhydroxyd,
Kaliumcarbonat, Kaliumbicarbonat, Ammoniumhydroxyd, Anilin, Pyridin, Morpholin, Tetraalkylammoniumhydroxyde, Calciumoxyd und
-hydroxyd und Bariumhydroxyd.
Das Divinylzinndilhalogenid kann als solches oder in
Lösung eines inertenKohlenwasserstofflösungsmittels,
wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Leichtbenzinfrafctionen, wie Pentan, Hexan, Heptan oder Cyclohexan, oder
anderer Lösungsmittel, wie Alkohole und Äther, welche nicht irreversibel mit dem Divinylzinndihalo'genid
reagieren oder eine Reaktion der Vinylgruppe, z. B. Spaltung, Umlagerung oder Polymer is ierung,
bewirken, mit der wäßrigen Lösung gemischt werden. Die Reaktion wird vorzugsweise durch langsame Zugabe
des Divinylzinndihalogenids gegebenenfalls gelöst in einem der obigen Lösungsmittel unter Rühren
zu der wäßrigen basischen Lösung durchgeführt. Die angewendeten Temperaturen können zwischen —5
und —10° C und der Rückfluß Siedetemperatur der Reaktionsmischung, vorzugsweise nicht über 1500C,
liegen. Die Durchführung der Reaktion in einer inerten Atmosphäre, vorzugsweise in Stickstoff, ist
zweckmäßig, obwohl nicht unbedingt notwendig.
Divinylzinnoxyd ist eine feste Substanz. Da Zinn mit Sauerstoff keine Doppelbindungen bildet, wird
angenommen, daß Divinylzinnoxyd eine polymere Substanz ist, die aus einer Reihe von

zusammengesetzt ist. Die Endgruppen des Polymers sind wahrscheinlich Hydroxylgruppen.
Divinylzinndichlorid kann folgendermaßen erhalten werden: 4 Mol Vinylmagnesiumchlorid in 12 Mol
Tetrahydrofuran werden mit 1 Mol Zinntetrachlorid unter Bildung von Tetravinylzinn umgesetzt. 1 Mol
Tetravinylzinn mit 1 Mol Zinntetrachlorid gemischt, ergibt nach Einstellung des Gleichgewichts 2 Mol
Divinylzinndichlorid. Analog kann man Divinylzinndibromid herstellen'.
100 g (0,411 Mol) Divinylzinndichlorid wurden tropfenweise unter gutem Rühren zu einer Lösung
von 40 g (1 Mol) Natri-umhydroxyd in 300 ecm
Wasser, die sich in einem 500-ccm-Kolben befanden, zugefügt. Die Temperatur stieg von. 30 auf 65° C.
Nach der Zugabe wurde die Mischung 1 Stunde lang gerührt und filtriert. Das rohe Oxyd wurde zur Entfernung
des restlichen Chlorids auf dem Dampfbad 1 Stunde lang mit 100 ecm Wasser digeriert, heiß
filtriert, an der Luft und dann im Vakuumexsiccator über Kaliumhydroxyd—Natriumhydroxyd 18 Stunden
im Vakuum getrocknet. Die Ausbeute an Divinylzinnoxyd betrug 32,5 g.

Die Analyse ergab für C4H6OSn:
Berechnet Sn 62,95;
gefunden Sn 60,60, Cl 0,67.
Auf ähnliche Weise erhält man Divinylzinnoxyd durch Hydrolyse von Divinylzinnbromid in wäßriger
Lösung.
Divinylzinnoxyd kann mit anderen Monomeren, die ungesättigte Bindungen enthalten, wie Vinylchlorid,
Styrol, Vinylsilane, Methylmethacrylate, Acrylate usw., mischpolymerisiert werden>
wobei man neuartige Mischpolymere erhält.
Außer seiner hervorragenden Nützlichkeit als Monomer bei der Darstellung von Mischpolymeren
hat Divinylzinnoxyd noch andere einzigartige Verwendungszwecke. In Verbindung mit Kückenfutter
^ oder -medizinen dient >es als Antihelminthicum. Es ist
auch als Stabilisator für Polyvinylchlorid und als ein Zwischenprodukt für die Herstellung von anderen
organischen Zinnverbindungen, welche als Polyvinyl-Chloridstabilisatoren
dienen, zu verwenden. So können beispielsweise eine oder beide der ungesättigten Bindungen
des Divinylzinnoxyds zu Epoxyäthylzinnoxyden epoxydiert werden, welche als Polyvinylchloridkunststoffstabilisatoren
dienen.

- Patentanspruch:Verfahren zur Verstellung von Divinylzinnoxyd, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Divinylzinndichlorid oder Divinylzinndibromid mit einer basischen Verbindung in wäßrige Lösung umgesetzt wird.507/579 4.59
