Für die Herstellung der Monoester und Diester der Formel I ist das Mengenverhältnis der Reaktionspartner nicht kritisch,, bevorzugt werden jedoch pro Mol tr!substituiertes Phosphit ca. 0,5 bis ca. 1,5 Mol Wasser, ca. 1/4 bis ca. ·- 1/2 Mol 1,3,5-trisubstituiertes Hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin (entspricht 1 Mol des Monomers der Schiffschen Base von Formaldehyd und eines entsprechenden Amins).
In der vorliegenden Beschreibung und in den Ansprüchen bedeutet der Ausdruck "Niederalkyl" Alkylreste mit bis zu 8 Kohlenstoffatomen in der unverzweigten oder verzweigten Kette, wie z.B. Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl, Isopropyl, Butyl", Isobutyl, sec.-Butyl, t-Butyl, Pentyl, Hexyl, Heptyl und Octyl.

Obwohl ein Katalysator für die beschriebene Umsetzung nicht erforderlich ist, kann ein solcher dennoch gegebenenfalls verwendet werden.
Die Reaktionsdauer beträgt ca. 1 bis 72 Stunden, vorzugsweise ca. 2 bis ca. 50 Stunden;
Obwohl das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bei Atmosphärendruck, darunter oder darüber durchgeführt werden .kann, ist es im allgemeinen doch zweckmäßig und wirtschaftlich, unter Atmosphärendruck zu arbeiten.
Ein geeignetes Lösungsmittel kann zwar verwendet werden, vorzugsweise wird die Reaktion jedoch in Abwesenheit eines Lösungsmittels durchgeführt.
Das Reaktionsgemisch wird zweckmäßigerweise entsprechend gemischt, vorzugsweise durch Rühren oder auf andere Weise.

Zur Durchführung des erf indungrsgemäßen Verfahrens werden die ' angeführten Reaktionskomponenten miteinander vermischt, wobei die Art und Weise des Mischens keine Rolle spielt.
Gegebenenfalls können aus den Monoestern landwirtschaftlich verträgliche Salze hergestellt werden, insbesondere von Alkalimetallen, wie Natrium, Kalium und Lithium, sowie von Erdalkalimetallen, wie Magnesium-und Calcium, sowie solche Salze wie sie in US-PS 3 799 758, erteilt am 26. März 1974 an John E. Franz, beschrieben wurden, vorzugsweise Ammonium-und organische Ammoniumsalze. Letztere werden aus niedermolekularen organischen Aminen (Molekularmasse unter ca. 300), wie Alkylaminen, z.B. Isopropylaminalkylaminen und Alkanolaminen mit höchstens 2 Amingruppen,hergestellt.
Landwirtschaftlich verträgliche Salze können auch mit starken Säuren hergestellt werden, wie z.B. mit solchen mit einem pk von 2,5 oder darunter, wie Chlorwasserstoff- Schwefel-, Phosphor-, Trifluoressig-, Trichloressigsäure u.a.. Die Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallsalze können durch Umsetzung der Monoester mit einem geeigneten Alkalimetallhydroxid oder Alkalimetallcarbonat.hergestellt werden,wobei zur Bildung der Erdalkalimetallsalze 2 Teile Säure.pro Teil Erdalkalimetall eingesetzt werden.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele dienen zur Illustration der Erfindung ohne diese einzuschränken. Alle Teile und Prozentangaben beziehen sich, wenn nicht anders angegeben, auf das Gewicht.
Ein aus 15,8 g (0,065 Mol) Tri-(1-cyanoäthyl)phosphit, 1,2 g (0,065 Mol) Wasser und 7,5 g (0,022 Mol) 1,3,5-Tri(äthoxycarbonylmethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin bereitetes Reaktionsgemisch wurde unter Halten der Reaktionstemperatur bei ca. bis ca. 20°C unter Außenkühlung mit Hilfe eines Eiswasser-

bades während 3 Stunden gerührt. Mach Abschluß der Reaktion wurde das alkoholische Nebenprodukt cC-Hydroxypropionitril durch Kugelrohrdestillation bei einem Druck von 0,05 mm Hg und einer Temperatur von 25 C entfernt. Das erwünschte Glycinprodukt wurde säulenchromatographisch (mikrokristalline Cellulose) mit Äthylacetat:Cyclohexan (1:3) aus dem Destillationsrückstand gewonnen. Es handelt sich um Glycin-N-^~^""bis(l-cyanoäthoxy)-phosphinyl7-methyl7-äthylester, ein viskoses rötliches öl. Ausbeute: 2,0 g (10,2 %)

Ein Reaktionsgemisch aus 15 g (0,053 Hol) Tri-(1-cyano-lmethyläthyljphosphit, 0,95 g (0,053 Mol) Wasser und 6,11 g (0,0177 Mol) 1,3,5-Tri-(äthoxycarbonylmethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin wurde bei ca. 25 C 24 Stunden gerührt., wodurch man eine blaßgelbe Lösung erhielt. Diese wurde 3 Stunden lang bei ca. 50 C unter Rühren erwärmt. Das alkoholische Nebenprodukt Jj -Hydroxyisobutyronitril verblieb in der Lösung. Das Reaktionsgeraisch wurde chromatographisch an mikrokristalliner Cellulose mit Äthylacetat als Elutionsmittel gereinigt. Das erhaltene Produkt ist Glycin-N- ^~bis(1-cyano-l-methyl-äthoxy)-phosphinylmethyl7-athylester, ein viskoses rötlich-braunes öl. Ausbeute: 16,6 g (94 %)

Ein Gemisch aus 15,0 g (0,0622 Mol) Tri-(l-cyanoäthyl) phosphit, 1,12 g (0,0622 Mol) Wasser und 4,17 g (0,0207 Mol) 1,3 ,5-Tri-(propinyl)hexahydro-l,3,5-triazin wurde 6 Stunden bei ca. 250C bei leicht exothermer Reaktion gerührt.
□as .alkoholische Produkt, 2-Hydroxypropionitriiä wurde durch Kugelrohrdestillation bei 25°C und 0,1 mm Hg entfernt. Der Destiallationsrückstand wurde an mikrokristalliner Cellulose mit Äthylacetat als Elutionsmittel chromatographisch gereinigt. Der erhaltene Phosphonsäure-^~2- -propinylamino)methyl/-bis(l-cyanoäthyl)ester ist ein viskoses rötlich-braunes" öl

Ein Gemisch aus 15,0 g (0,0622 Mol) Tri-(l-cyanomethyl) phosphit, 1,12 g (0,0622 Mol) Wasser und 5,29 g (0,0207 Mol) 1,3 ,5-Tri-( tert. bu ty 1)-hexahydro-.!·, 3,5-triazin wurde bei leicht exothermer Reaktion bei ca. 250C 6 Stunden gerührt. Das alkoholische Nebenprodukt, 2-Hydroxy-propionitril, wurde durch Kugelrohrdastillation bei 25°C und 0,1 ram. Hg entfernt. Der Destillationsrückstand wurde chromatographisch an mikrokristalliner Cellulose mit Äthylacetat als Elutionsmittel gereinigt. Der Phosphonsäure </~^~l,1-diraethyläthyl) amino/methyl7-bis(l-cyanoäthyl)ester wurde als viskoses oranges öl in einer Ausbeute von 82 % (14,0 g) erhalten. Ein Reaktionsgemisch aus 5 g (0,02 Mol) Tri-(l-cyanoäthyl)-phosphit, 0,37 g (0,02 Mol) Wasser und 1,4 g (0,0066 Mol) 1,3,5-Tri(cyanomethyl)-hexahydro-l,3,5-triazin wurde bei ca. 15°C während 16 Stunden gerührt. Das Nebenprodukt ^- Hydroxypropionitril wurde durch Kugelrohrdest/illation bei 300C und 0,05 mm Hg entfernt. Oer Destillationsrückstand wurde an mikrokristalliner Cellulose mit Äthylacetat:Cyclohexan (1:3) als Eluierungsmittei chromatographiert. Die vereinigten Säulenkonzentrate wurden einem Vakuum bei 60°C (0,1 mm Hg) 30 Minuten ausgesetzt. Der Rückstand war dann das gewünschte Produkt. Ein Reaktionsgemisch aus 19,9 g (0,033 Mol) Tri(l,2-diäthoxycarbonyläthyl)phosphit, 0,6 g (0,033 Mol) Wasser und 3,8 g (0,011 Mol) 1,3,5-Tri-^thoxycarbonylmethyl)hexahydro-1,3,5-triazin wurde während 2,5 Stunden auf ca. 100 bis 110° C erwärmt. Das alkoholische Diäthylmalat-Nebenprodukt (qL-Hydroxysuccinat) wurde durch Kugelrohrdestillation bei 75°C und 0,1 mm Hg entfernt. Der Destillationsrückstand wurde an Silcagel mit Äthylacetat als Eluierungsmittel chromatographiert. Das Produkt, Butanonsäure-2,21-/2~(2-äthoxy-2-oxoäthyl)-amino7methyl7phosphinyldiden7bis(oxy)-bis-tetraäthyl- ester, wurde als viskoses gelbes öl erhalten, Ausbeute: 13 % (2,4 g).

Die Verbindung wurde als viskoses gelbes Öl in einer Ausbeute von 80,9 % (12,3 g) erhalten. Das Produkt, Glycin-äthylester-N-(diäthoxyphosphinylmethyl), hatte folgende Elementaranalyse:
Berechnet: C 42,70; H 7,97; N 5,53; P 12,24; Gefunden: C 43,90; H 8,36;- N 5,38; P 11,77.
Das Produkt hatte einen Kp von 135 bis 137°C bei 0,2 mm Hg und stellte ein farbloses Öl dar.
Die herbizide Nachauflaufaktivität einiger erfindungsgemäßer Verbindungen läßt sich durch Glashaustests wie folgt nachweisen. Eine gute Sorte Erde wird in Aluminiumschalen gegeben, die.im Boden Löcher aufweisen, und bis zu einer Tiefe von 0,95 bis 1,27 mm von der Oberkante der Schalte aus verdichtet. Oben auf die Erde wird eine bestimmte Anzahl Samen von mehreren Dicotyledonen und Monocotyledonen einjähriger Pflanzenarten und/oder vegetative Propagulae (Fortpflanzungskörper) verschiedener mehrjähriger Pflanzenspezies gelegt und in die Bodenoberfläche hineingepreßt. Die Samen und/oder vegetativen Propagulae werden dann mit Erde bedeckt und eingeebnet. Danach werden die Töpfe auf eine Sandbank im Ge- __ wächshaus gestellt und von unten nach Bedarf bewässert. Nach Erreichung eines bestimmten Alters der Pflanzen (2 bis 3 Wochen) wird jeder Topf einzeln, mit Ausnahme der Kontrolltöpfe, in eine Sprühkammer gestellt und mit einem Sprühge-
rät bei einem Druck von ca. 14,6 N/cm besprüht.
Das Sprühgerät enthielt 6 ml einer Lösung oder Suspension des chemischen Präparats und eine solche Menge an Cyclohexanonemulgatormischung, daß die Spraylösung oder -suspension ca. 0,4 Gew.-% Emulgator enthielt Die Spraylösung oder -suspension enthielt eine ausreichende Menge an erfindungsgemäßem

Präparat, um die in der Tabelle angeführten Aufwandmengen zu gewährleisten. Die Stammlösung wird aus einem bestimmten Anteil einer 1,0 Gew.-%-igen Spraylösung oder -suspension des betreffenden Präparats in einem organischen Lösungsmittel wie Aceton oder THF oder in Wasser bereitet. Der dazu verwendete Emulgator stellte ein Gemisch aus 35 Gew.-% Butylamin-dodecylbenzolsulfonat und 65 Gew.-% Tallöl-Äthylenoxid.Kondensat mit ca. 11 Molen.Äthylenoxid pro Mol Tallöl dar. Die Töpfe wurden in das Gewächshaus zurückgebracht und, wie oben angegeben, bewässert. Nach ca. 2 bzw. 4 Wochen, wie in der Tabelle in der Spalte WNB (Wochen nach der Behandlung) angegeben ,wurde der Grad der Schädigung der Pflanzen verglichen mit der Kontrolle, konstatiert und festgehalten. In einigen Fällen verzichtete man auch auf die vierwöchentliche Bonitierung.
Der Index der Nachauf lauf-He.rbidid-Aktivität, wie er in Tabelle 1 und 2 verwendet wird, beruht auf der nachfolgenden Skala . '

Aus den in Tabelle 1 und 2 zusammengefaßten Ergebnissen geht hervor, daß die herbizide Nachauflaufaktivität der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen in den meisten Fällen allgemeiner Natur ist. In einigen bestimmten Fällen hat sich jeoch eine gewisse selektive Wirkung gezeigt. In dieser Hinsicht muß festgestellt werden, daß jede für die angeführten Tests ausgewählte Spezies ein repräsentativer Vertreter der betreffenden Pflanzenfamilie ist.
Aus Tabelle 3 geht hervor, daß die herbizide Nachauflaufaktivität eine gewisse Selektivität zeigt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen herbiziden Zusammensetzungen einschließlich der Konzentrate, die vor ihrer Anwendung auf die Pflanzen eine Verdünnung erforderlich machen) enthalten ca. 5 bis Gew.-T. mindestens einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung und 5 bis 95 Gew.-T. eines Hilfsstoffes in flüssiger oder fester Form, wie z.B. 0,25 bis 25 Gew.-T. eines Netzmittels, ca. 0,25 bis 25 Gew.-T. eines Dispergators und 4,5 bis ca. 4,95 Gew.-T. eines inerten flüssigen Streckmittels, wie z.B. Wasser, Aceton, THF, wobei sich sämtliche Teile auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zusammensetzung beziehen. Die Zusammensetzungen enthalten vorzugsweise 5 bis 75 Gew.-T. mindestens einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung zusammen mit Hilfsstoffen. Gegebenenfalls können 0,1 bis 2,0 Gew.-T. des inerten flüssigen^. Streckmittels durch einen Korrosionsinhibitor wie Äthanolmercaptan, Thiosulfat-Na, Dodecylmono- oder -dimercaptan und/oder einen Schaumdämpfer wie Dimethylpolysiloxan ersetzt sein. Die Zusammensetzungen werden durch Vermischen des Wirkstoffes mit einem Hilfsstoff, der Verdünnungsmittel, Streckmittel, Trägermittel und Konditioniermittel umfaßt, vermischt, damit. Zusammensetzungen in Form von feinverteilten Feststoffen, Granulaten, Pellets, Lösungen, Dispersionen oder Emulsionen entstehen. Somit kann der Wirkstoff mit einem Hilfsstoff wie einem feinverteilten Feststoff, einer Flüssigkeit organischer Herkunft, Wasser, einem Netzmittel,

einem Dispergiermittel, einem Emulgiermittel oder irgendeiner geeigneten Kombination derselben verwendet werden.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen, vor allem Flüssigkeiten und lösliche Pulver, enthalten vorzugsweise als Konditioniermittel ein oder mehrere oberflächenaktive Mittel in Mengen, die so bemessen sind, daß eine bestimmte Zusammensetzung in Wasser oder Öl leicht di'spergiert werden kann. Der Einbau eines oberflächenaktiven Mittels in die Zusammensetzung verstärkt deren Wirkungsgrad ganz erheblich. Unter der Bezeichnung "oberflächenaktives Mittel" sind Netzmittel, Dispergiermittel, Suspendiermittel und Emulgiermittel zu verstehen. Anionische, kationische und nicht-ionische Mittel können mit gleichem Erfolg verwendet werden. Bevorzugte Netzmittel sind Alkylbenzol und Alkylnaphthalinsulfonate, sulfatierte Fettalkohole, Amine oder Säureamide, langkettige Säureester von Natriumisothionat, Ester von Natriumsulf os-uccinat, sulfatierte oder sulfonierte Festtsäureester-Petroleumsulfonat, sulfonierte pflanzliche Öle, Polyoxyäthylenderivate von Phenolen und Alkylphenolen (vor allem Isooctylphenol und Nonylphenol) und Polyoxyäthylenderivate der monohöheren Fettsäureester von Hexitolanhydriden (z.B. Sorbitan). Bevorzugte Dispergiermittel sind Methylcellulose, Polyvinylalkohol, Natriumligninsulfonate, polymere Alkylnaphthalinsulfonate, Natriumnaphthalinsulfonat und das Polymethylenbinaphthalinsulfonat und N-Methyl-N-(langkettige Säure)taurate-Na.
Beim erfindungsgemäßen- Arbeiten"werden wirksame Mengen der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen oder Zusammensetzungen auf die Pflanzen oder auf den die Pflanzen enthaltenden Boden oder in das Wasser in geeigneter Form aufgebracht bzw. eingetragen. Die Aufbringung flüssiger oder fein verteilter fester Zusammensetzungen auf die Pflanzen oder den Boden kann mit Hilfe herkömmlicher Methoden erfolgen, z.B. mit Pulversprüh-
geräten, Feldspritzrohren und Handspritzgeräten und Spritznebelgeräten. Die Zusammensetzungen können auch aufgrund ihrer Wirksamkeit bei niedriger Dosierung vom Flugzeug aus als Staub oder Spray aufgebracht werden.
Die Aufbringung der Herbizidzusammensetzungen auf Wasserpflanzen wird gewöhnlich so durchgeführt, daß man die Zusammensetzungen in das die zu bekämpfenden Pflanzen umgebende Wasser eingebracht werden.
Die Aufbringung einer wirksamen Menge der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen oder Zusammensetzungen auf die betreffenden Pflanzen ist für die praktische Durchführung der vorliegen den Erfindung von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die genaue Menge des zu verwendenden Wirkstoffes hängt ab von der erwünschten Wirkung auf die Pflanze sowie von anderen Faktoren wie Pflanzenart-, EntwicklungsStadium, bzw. vom konkret eingesetzten Glycin. Bei der Blattbehandlung zur Unterdrückung des vegetativen Wachstums werden die Wirkstoffe in Mengen von ca. 0,112 bis ca. 56,0 kg/ha oder darüber eingesetzt. Bei der Nachauflaufbehandlung beträgt die Aufwandmenge ca. 0,56 bis ca. 22,4 kg/ha und bei der Bekämpfung von Wasserpflanzen ca. 0,01 ppm bis ca. lOOO ppm, bezogen auf das wässerige Medium. Unter einer "wirksamen Menge" ist eine phytotoxisch oder herbizid wirksame Menge zu verstehen, d.h. eine Menge, wie sie für eine totale oder selektive Unterdrückung erforderlich ist. Ein Fachmann auf dem vorliegenden Gebiet kann ausgehend von den Lehren der vorliegenden Anmeldung einschließlich der Beispiele die erforderliche Aufwandmenge leicht ermitteln.
Für die Aufbringung der flüssigen Zusammensetzungen auf die bereits aufgelaufenen Pflanzen gibt es verschiedene Methoden. Zu diesen zählt auch die Verwendung von Abstreifsystemen, bei denen die zu behandelnde Pflanze mit einem Material

von entsprechender Absorptionsfähigkeit, das^die betreffende flüssige Zusammensetzung enthält, in Berührung gebracht wird, wobei ein Teil der Zusammensetzung auf der Pflanze freigesetzt wird. Derartige Systeme bestehen gewöhnlich aus einem Behälter für die Aufnahme der flüssigen Zusammensetzung, in die ein Teil des Absorptionsmaterials eintaucht und sie auf diese Weise aufnimmt. Als Absorptionsmaterial kommen im allgemeinen Stoffe verschiedenster Form- in Frage, welche die flüssige Zusammensetzung zu absorbieren und einen Teil davon bei Kontakt mit der Pflanze freizusetzen vermögen. Dazu zählen Filz, Schaumgummi, Cellulose, Nylon, Schwämme, Hanf, Baumwolle, Packleinwand, Polyester auf Acryl, Kombinationen davon u.a. Als Formen für das Absorptionsmaterial kommen Stränge, Garne, Bindfaden, Schnüre, Teppiche sowie Kombinationen davon u.a. in Frage. Diese können auf verschiedenste Weise kombiniert sein,' wie z.B. in Form von schlauchförmigen oder keilförmigen aus Strängen bestehenden Dochten, Mehrstrangdochten usw.
Nach einem anderen Applikationsverfahren können die flüssigen Zusammensetzungen auf die Unkräuter durch Verwendung von Spraysystemen mit geschlossenem Kreislauf selektiv aufgebracht werden, wobei die Sprayvorrichtung auf einem Traktor oder einem Fahrzeug mit hoher Bodenfreiheit montiert ist, und die innerhalb einer Kultur wachsenden Unkräuter horizontal besprüht werden. Das von den Unkräutern nicht aufgenommene versprühte Material wird dann, bevor es noch mit den Kulturpflanzen in Berührung kommt, in einer eigens dafür vorgesehenen Kammer gesammelt und der erneuten Verwendung zugeführt. Außerdem können zur Applikation der flüssigen Zusammensetzungen auf die Unkräuter auch noch Walzen eingesetzt werden.
Nach einem weiteren Applikationsverfahren können schließlich abgeschirmte Applikatoren zur Besprühung der Unkräuter mit der flüssigen Zusammensetzung verwendet werden, wobei die

Kulturen vom Kontakt mit der Zusammensetzung wirksam abgeschirmt sind.
Diese und andere Applikationsverfahren zur selektiven Aufbringung von flüssigen Zusammensetzungen auf Unkräuter werden in "Innovative Methods of Post-Emmergence Weed Control", McWhorter CG, Southern Weed Science Society, 33rd Annual Meeting Proceedings, Jan. 15-17, 1980; Auburn University Printing Ser.vide., Auburn, Alabama,USA, eingehend erörtert. Auf die Gesamtheit der dort enthaltenen Lehren wird in der vorliegenden Anmeldung Bezug genommen.
Ein anderes Verfahren zur Applikation der erfindungsgemäßen flüssigen Zusammensetzungen auf die Pflanzen stellt die kontrollierte Tröpfchenapplikation dar, die auch unter dem Namen ULV-Applikation (ultra low-volume application) .bekannt ist. Dieses besteht in der Erzeugung einheitlicher oder fast einheitlicher Spraytröpfchen von vorgegebener Größe und dem Transport dieser Tröpfchen unter vernachlässigbarer Verdampfung auf das zu besprühende Objekt. Insbesondere besteht dieses Verfahren in der Zufuhr von Spraylösungen zu einem Rotationszerstäuber, bestehend aus einer kleinen Scheibe mit gezackten Ecken, wobei bei Drehung der Scheibe die Flüssigkeit zu Tröpfchen zerstäubt wird. Die Tröpfchengröße kann dabei durch Änderung der Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Lösung der. Drehscheibe zugeführt wird, oder durch Änderung der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit der Scheibe eingestellt werden.

Obwohl die Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf verschiedene Modifikationen beschrieben wurde, so sind deren Einzelheiten nicht als Einschränkungen anzusehen, sondern es dürfte deutlich sein, daß verschiedene Äquivalente, Veränderungen und Modifikationen ohne Abweichung vom Geist und Inhalt der Erfindung möglich sind, und derartige äquivalente Ausführungsformen sollen hier mit einbezogen sein.
Claims (9)
- 240884 4Erfindungsanspruch :1. Herbizide Zusammensetzung zur Steigerung der herbiziden Wirkung und Verminderung der Phytotoxizität gegenüber Nutzpflanzen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß sie neben Tensiden und Verdünnungsmitteln als Wirkstoff 5 bis 95 Gew.-% einer Phosphonatverbindung der Formel (I) enthaltenZ-N- CH0 -P-(°R)aworin a+b = 2, a = 0 oder 1 und Z ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe, bestehend ausRO2 - CCH2worin R2 Niederalkyl, Niederalkoxynideralkyl, Haloniederalkyl oder Phenylniederalkyl bedeutet und Z Niederalkinyl oder Niederalkyl oder N = CCH2 bedeutet, R ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe Wasserstoff, Niederalkyl, Niederalkoxyniederalkyl, Haloniederalkyl oder Phenylniederalkyl, R-, ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe- CNworin η 1 bis 4 bedeutet, R-, ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe Wasserstoff, Niederalkyl, Niederalkoxynideralkyl, Haloniederalkyl, Phenylniederalkyl und R4 Wasserstoff oder Niederalkyl bedeutet, wobei jedoch R3 und R4 nicht gleichzeitig Wasserstoff bedeuten können, wenn η 1 und b 1 oder 2 bedeuten ; , o— Πι24U884 Aworin R1- Wasserstoff, Niederalkyl, Niederaikoxycarbonyl und Rg Halogen, Niederalkoxycarbonyl bedeutet, undworin L Niederalkyl und n-,.0 bis 3 bedeutet; -(C worin X Niederalkyl oder Niederalkoxycarbonyl bedeutet und n2 1 bis 4 ist ;worin T Niederalkyl bedeutet und ~(c n3Hpn3^"Y' worin n3 0 bis 4 ist und Y ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe Trihalomethyl, Niederalkoxycarbonyl, Furanyl, Pyrolidinyl, Pyranyl, ThiopyranylO-CH,0-CH0i 2CH2-worin Mi und M unabhängig voneinander Niederalkyl bedeuten, und der für landwirtschaftliche. Zwecke verwendbaren Salze davon, und 5 bis 95 Gew.-% eines Hilfsstoffes in flüssiger oder fester Borin.Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Wirkstoff der Glycin-N-^2""(l-Cyano-äthoxy)hydroxy- -phosphiny^methylj-pentylester ist bzw, seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Wirkstoff der Glycin-N-^2"(l-Cyano-äthoxy)hydroxy-240884 4phosphinyl7inethyl7v2-chloräthylester ist bzw. seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.
- 4. Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß derlVirkstoff der Glycin-N-^2~(1-Cyano-propoxy)hydroxyphosphinyl7methyl7äthylester ist bzw, seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.
- 5. Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Wirkstoff der Glycin-N-^2~(1-Cyano-äthoxy)hydroxyphosphinyl7methyl7-2-äthoxyäthylester ist bzw« seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.
- 6. Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Wirkstoff der Glycin-IM-^" (l-Cyano-äthoxy}hydroxyphosphinyl7methyl7phenylmethylester ist bzw. seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.
- 7. Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß derWirkstoff der Glycin-N-^^ydroxy-i 2,2,2-trichloräthoxy)phosphinyl/methyl7äthylester ist bzw. seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.
- 8. Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Wirkstoff der Glycin-N-^'iCyanomethoxyJhydroxyphosphinyl7methyl7äthylester ist bzw, seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.
- 9. Zusammensetzung nach Punkt 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß der Wirkstoff der Glycin-N-^2 (bis(l- Cyanopropoxy)phosphinyl/methyl7äthylester ist bzw. seine für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verwendbaren Salze sind.240884 4
- 10. Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von unerwünschtem Pflanzenwuchs, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man auf den Standort der unerwünschten Pflanzen ca. 0,112 bis ca. 56,0 kg/ha oder
darüber einer Verbindung gemäß Punkt 1 bis 10 aufbringt. - 11. Verfahren nach Punkt 11, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß es
wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, durchgeführt wird.
