V současné době se obvykle u motorových vozidel používá vrstvených skleněných tabulí, které obsahují fólii z polyvinylbutyrátu, která tvoří absorbér energie, a která je vložena a vlepena mezi dvě fólie ze skla. Byla vytvořena zdokonalení těchto vrstvených skleněných tabulí, z nichž jedno je popsáno ve francouzském patentovém spise č. 2 187 719, jakož i č. 2 251 608. Tyto patentové spisy popisují vrstvené skleněné tabule výše uvedeného typu, které obsahují plastickou hmotu, například polyuretan s trojrozměrnou sítí, vytvrditelný teplem, který pokrývá skleněnou fólii ze strany kabiny motorového vozidla. Tato plastická hmota vytváří bezpečnostní charakteristiky vrstvené skleněné tabule. Při nárazu hlavy cestujícího v motorovém vozidle na vrstvenou skleněnou tabuli odolává plastická hmota roztříštění a chrání cestujícího proti řezným poraněním, která by mohla být způsobena střepinami vnitřní fólie skla. Zde se používá výroku, že plastická hmota má antilacerační vlastnosti. Kromě toho je tato plastická hmota autocikatrisovatelná, to znamená, že je to hmota, na které deformace nebo místní vtisky rychle zmizí po několika minutách, přičemž rychlost zmizení závisí na druhu deformace.
Bylo navrženo několik rozličných prostředků pro vytvoření přilnavosti tepelně vytvrditelné hmoty uvedené výše na podložkách, jako jsou vrstvené skleněné tabule.
Ve francouzském patentavém spise číslo 2 187 719 je uvedeno, že alifatický polyuretan s trojrozměrnou sítí, vytvrditelný teplem, který má antilacerační a autocikatrisační vlastnosti, může být nanášen na sklo bez použití dalšího· lepidla.
Zkušenosti ukázaly, že některé polyuretany tohoto typu, zejména polyuretany popsané ve francouzském patentovém spise č. 2 251 608 po jistém čase jeví zmenšení přilnavosti ke sklu zejména tehdy, když vrstvená skleněná tabule je ve vlhkém ovzduší.
Ve výše uvedeném patentovém spise se uvádí, že se polyuretan lije přímo na povrch skleněné fólie. Vytvořená vrstva má zpočátku ke sklu dobrou přilnavost, která se však v přítomnosti vlhkosti porušuje.
Rovněž je známo, že když se kapalina lije přímo na vyklenutou podložku, například přední sklo motorového vozidla, je prakticky nemožné vytvořit vrstvu stejnoměrné tloušťky. Je známo, že nerovnoměrná tloušťka takovéto vrstvy vytváří optické deformace vrstvené skleněné tabule.
Ve výše uvedeném francouzském patentovém spise č. 2 187 719 se dále uvádí, že tepelně vytvrditelný polyuretan může být vyráběn ve tvaru fólie, která se na podložku upevní lepidlem. Rozličné techniky po4 užívané pro tento typ spojení přinášejí četné problémy.
Tak například použije-li se roztoků lepidla rozpuštěného v rozpouštědle, je po přilepení třeba rozpouštědlo odstranit. To nastává stejně i u jiných způsobů, při kterých se používá rozpouštědla nebo kapaliny, která má být následně odstraněna.
Při použití kapalných lepidel, která neobsahují rozpouštědla nebo jiné složky, které mají být odstraněny odpařením, je obtížné vytvořit stejnoměrnou vrstvu lepidla i když je podložka rovinná. I v případě, že se zpočátku vytvoří rovnoměrná vrstva lepidla, je zde stále nebezpečí, že vrstva lepidla nezůstane rovnoměrnou při následujícím přikládání fólie z plastické autocikatrisovatelné hmoty. Nepatrné rozdíly v tloušťce vrstvy lepidla, které jsou nesnadno zjistitelné, mohou způsobit významné optické defekty ve formě zkreslení. U předních skel motorových vozidel, kde se vyžaduje zvláště výborná optická jakost, by tato zkreslení mohla tato skla učinit nepoužitelnými.
Ve franzouzském patentovém spise číslo 2 247 348 se dále uvádí, že fólie z plastické hmoty vytvrditelné teplem může být předběžně povlečena povlakovou vrstvou aktivovatelnou teplem nebo/a tlakem, neuvádějí však žádné konkrétní příklady těchto povlakových vrstev.
Úkolem vynálezu je vytvořit zlepšený typ vrstvené skleněné tabule, u které by byly výše uvedené nevýhody odstraněny.
Vynález řeší úkol tím, že vytváří vrstvenou skleněnou tabuli, zejména pro motorové vozidlo nebo budovu, masku, stínítko obrazovky, optickou čočku, sklo brýlí, jejíž podstata spočívá v tom, že sestává z fólie ze skla, popřípadě z plastické hmoty, na které je nalepen fóliový útvar pozůstávající z termoplastického a teplem vytvrditelného polyuretanu.
Podle výhodného vytvoření vynálezu fólie z plastické hmoty je fólie z polykarbonátu.
Podle dalšího výhodného vytvoření vynálezu fólie z plastické hmoty je fólie z polymeru akrylové pryskyřice, například z methylpolyuretanu.
Podle dalšího výhodného vytvoření vynálezu, vrstvená skleněná tabule podle vynálezu obsahuje vložkovou fólii z materiálu absorbujícího energii o tloušťce od 0,5 do 1 mm, přičemž termoplastická hmota fóliového útvaru má tloušťku od 0,02 do 0,6 mm a tepelně vytvrditelná hmota má tloušťku od 0,4 do 0,6 mm, přičemž tento fóliový útvar přilíná vrstvou termoplastické hmoty ke vnitřní skleněné fólii.
Podle dalšího výhodného vytvoření vynálezu fólie z materiálu absorbujícího energii je fólie z polyvinylbutyralu.
Podle dalšího výhodného vytvoření vynálezu tepelně vytvrditelná hmota je vytavena.
Podle dalšího výhodného vytvoření vynálezu, tloušťka vrstvy z termoplastické hmoty je od 0,5 do 1,0 mm.
Příklad provedení vynálezu je znázorněn na připojených výkresech, kde obr. 1 je příčný řez vrstvenou skleněnou tabulí podle vynálezu a obr. 2 je příčný řez jiným typem vrstvené skleněné tabule podle vynálezu.
Vrstvená skleněná tabule podle obr. 1 obsahuje tabuli skla 1, například obvyklé křemičité sklo vyrobené plavením na lázni roztaveného kovu nebo temperované nebo chemicky zpevněné křemičité sklo, a předem vytvarovaný fóliový útvar 2 přilepený k tabuli skla 1 adhesivní vrstvou termoplastického polyuretanu 2a předem vytvarovaného fóliového· útvaru 2. Adhesivní vrstva 2a tvoří pevnou vazbu s povrchem tabule skla 1 použitím tepla a tlaku. Adhesivní vrstva termoplastického polyuretanu 2a, která má tloušťku asi 0,05 mm, je připojena k vrstvě tepelně vytvrditelného polyuretanu 2b, která má tloušťku asi 0,5 mm a má vlastnosti, které jí dovolují podstoupit značné deformace bez vzniku plastické deformace i při velkých vychýleních. Vrstva tepelně vytvrditelného polyuretanu 2b má samoregenerační a antilacerační vlastnosti.
Claims (7)
1. Vrstvená skleněná tabule, zejména pro motorové vozidlo nebo budovu, masku, stínítko obrazovky, optickou čočku, sklo brýlí, vyznačená tím, že sestává z fólie ze skla, popřípadě z plastické hmoty, na které je nalepen fóliový útvar, pozůstávající z termoplastického a teplem vytvrditelného polyuretanu.
2. Vrstvená skleněná tabule podle bodu 1, vyznačená tím, že fólie z plastické hmoty je fólie z polykarbonátu.
3. Vrstvená skleněná tabule podle bodu 1, vyznačená tím, že fólie z plastické hmoty je fólie z polymeru akrylové pryskyřice, například z methylpolyuretanu.
4. Vrstvená skleněná tabule podle bodů 1 až 3, vyznačená tím, že obsahuje vložkovou fólii z materiálu absorbujícího energii
Fóliový útvar 2 tudíž zabraňuje dotyku s ostrými hranami kusů skla při rozbití tabule skla 1. Jeden příklad použití vrstvené skleněné tabule podle obr. 1 je například sklo bezpečnostních nebo protislunečních brýlí a kukátek.
V obr. 2 je znázorněna vrstvená skleněná tabule obsahující předem vytvarovanou tabuli podle tohoto vynálezu a laminát, který může být použit jako ochranný štít. Předem vytvarovaná plastická tabule je v podstatě fóliový útvar 2 stejného typu, jako v obr. 1. Je přilepena k tabuli skla 5, která je opět přilepena k tabuli skla 3 plastickou mezivrstvou 4, například z polyvinylbutyralu, který působí jako absorbér energie. Ve skutečnosti ukazuje obr. 2 použití vrstvené skleněné tabule podle tohoto vynálezu pro modifikaci a zlepšení laminovaných ochranných štítů typu nyní v široké míře používaného.
Fóliový útvar 2 může být přilepen k tabuli skla 5 stejným laminačním postupem použitým ke spojení tabulí skla 3 a 5 a mezivrstvy 4. Alternativně může být fóliový útvar 2 přilepen k tabuli skla 5 v odděleném výrobním kroku.
ynAlezu o tloušťce od 0,5 do 1 mm, přičemž termoplastická hmota fóliového útvaru má tloušťku od 0,02 do 0,6 mm a tepelně vytvrditelná hmota má tloušťku od 0,4 do· 0,6 mm, přičemž tento fóliový útvar přilíná vrstvou termoplastické hmoty ke vnitřní skleněné fólii.
5. Vrstvená skleněná tabule podle bodu 4 vyznačená tím, že fólie z materiálu absorbujícího energii je fólie z polyvinylbutyralu.
6. Vrstvená skleněná tabule podle bodu 1, vyznačená tím, že tepelně vytvrditelná hmota je vytavena.
7. Vrstvená · skleněná tabule podle bodu 6, vyznačená tím, že tloušťka vrstvy z termoplastické hmoty je od 0,5 do 1 mm.
