Abstract
Un método para la aplicación de iconos decorativos a lasuperficie de un artículo vítreo que comprende los pasos de:(a) aplicación a la superficie del artículo de una composición de cebado que contiene un solvente y un agente de acoplamiento capaz de la formación de una unión química entre la superficie del artículo vítreo y una composición curable por radiación, (b) después que la composición de cebado aplicada está sustancialmente seca, aplicando una composición de tinta curable por radiación orgánica sobre la composición de cebado en un diseño deseado, (c) el curado de la composición de tinta orgánica sobre el artículo por exposición de éste a la radiación mediante la cual es curable, con lo cual se logra que el agente de acoplamiento forme una unión química entre la superficie del artículo vítreo y la composición de tinta orgánica curada.1Un método para aplicar indicios decorativos curables por radiación orgánica a un artículo vítreo que consiste en aplicar a dicho artículo una composición principal que comprende, por peso de la composición total en: 75-99.99% agua 0,01-20% de un agente de acoplamiento de silano con la siguiente fórmula: donde n = 0-3 a = 0-2 Y = -NH2 , CH2 , =CH-, CH2 =C-COO, CH2 =CH-COO-, ¦¦CH3 CH3 -NH-, NH2 -CO-NH-, HS-, -Cl, NH2 (CH2 )2 NH-, X es cada uno independientemente -CH3 , -Cl, -OCOR´, -OC2 H4 OCH3 , -(OCH2 H4 )OCH3 , o -OR, donde R es una cadena recta o ramificada de C1-20 alquil, y R´ es C1-3 alquil o alquenil, y y es 1-3;...
