Claims (3)
- 평균 단위 일반식(a)의 아크릴아미드 작용성 폴리오가노실록산과 감광 시스템의 혼화성 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.상기식에서, R은 100mol%에 해당하는 모든 R을 기준으로 하여 R의 적어도 5 내지 50mol%가 방향족인 1가 유기 그룹이고, Y는 실리콘-탄소 결합을 통하여 실리콘 원자에 결합된 아크릴아미드 작용 그룹이며, a는 분자당 적어도 0.4개의 아크릴아미드 작용 그룹이 존재하는 값이며, b는 폴리오가노실록산을 기질에 적용하여 UV방사에 노출시켜서 경화시킬 수 있도록 하는 값이며, a와 b의 합은 적어도 0.7이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-실리콘-함유 반응성 희석제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아클리아미드 작용성 폴리오가노실록산이 폴리디오가노시록산이고 하기의 평균 일반식으로 표현되는 조성물. YR2SiO(R2SiO)x(YRSiO)ySiR2Y상기식에서, x는 적어도 10이고, y는 0 이상일 수 있으며, Y는 일반식(여기에서, R″는 수소원자 또는 메틸이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼이며, R3은 2가 탄화수소 라디칼이다)의 아크릴아미드 작용 그룹이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
