本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是由缓冲体制成，缓冲体形状为长方体，缓冲体上开有通孔，每个通孔方向相同，呈平行状态。缓冲体的材料是有弹性的柔性材料，可以是橡胶材料。安装时，将缓冲体固定在汽车的前保险杠与车桥前骨架之间的机箱内，通孔方向为上下垂直放置。当汽车发生碰撞时，前保险杠被动快速后移，挤压缓冲体，通孔被压扁，碰撞产生的能量被削弱，变硬碰撞为软接触，并且避免了碰撞后的反弹现象。
