背景技术
例如在日本实用新型公开No.平6-43561中公开了一种具有选择滑动传动机构的传动装置,其中,操纵杆的操作使得主齿轮与选定的齿轮啮合。
将参考图29和30介绍使用选择滑动传动机构的这种传动装置。
图29中所示的传动装置包括作为第一轴的输入轴402、第二轴403、第三轴404和输出轴405,它们可旋转地支承在壳体401中。
齿轮406和407安装在输入轴402上。齿轮408和409可旋转地安装在第二轴403上,并与齿轮406、407恒定啮合。用于使第二轴403与任意一个齿轮408、409选择连接的机械离合器410布置在第二轴403上并位于齿轮408和409之间。
滑动齿轮413可滑动地与第二轴403花键啮合。松配合齿轮414可旋转地安装在该第二轴403上。

当主变速操纵杆422可以在不通过空档位置的情况下进行控制时,在第一前进齿轮和第二前进齿轮之间的转换可以平滑,从而改善了可操作性。齿轮413和415之间的改善啮合还能够在并不卡入各齿轮位置的情况下进行转换,从而使主变速操纵杆422更平滑地操作。
例如当齿轮413和415可能不是很容易如上述彼此啮合时,还可以加入同步啮合传动机构,该同步啮合传动机构通过使滑动齿轮413和传动齿轮415之间的旋转同步而进行啮合。不过,该同步啮合传动机构有大量形状复杂的部件,从而导致成本和重量增加。
因此,希望对传动装置进行改进,以便提高变速操纵杆的可操作性,同时限制成本和重量的增加。
实用新型内容
根据本实用新型,提供了一种传动装置,用于通过操作向工作装置和驱动轮或运行轮传动的变速操纵杆而改变作用在工作传动轴和驱动传动轴上的马达动力,该传动装置包括:输入齿轮,位于工作传动轴上,用于接收马达的动力;恒定啮合传动机构,用于将输入齿轮的动力传递给工作装置或断开该动力传递;以及第一齿轮行,该第一齿轮行包括多个齿轮,这些齿轮成一体地安装在工作传动轴上;以及,第二齿轮行,位于驱动传动轴上,该第二齿轮行包括多个齿轮,这些齿轮可旋转地安装在驱动传动轴上,并与第一齿轮行啮合;以及键滑动传动机构,该键滑动传动机构可轴向运动地安装,以便使选定的一个齿轮和驱动传动轴一起旋转,从而向驱动轮传递动力;以及变速部件(shift member),该变速部件分别安装在恒定啮合传动机构和键滑动啮合传动机构上,该变速部件可在与变速操纵杆啮合时轴向运动,以便执行变速操作。
在普通的选择滑动传动机构中,齿轮在轴上运动以便与另外两个齿轮中的一个啮合,这需要在例如变速操纵杆的变速形式中,将第一齿轮位置和第二齿轮位置布置在空档位置的相对两侧。在本实用新型中,在驱动传动轴上提供键滑动传动机构使得第一齿轮、第二齿轮和第三齿轮能够在驱动传动轴上从空档位置起顺序对齐,并使键滑动,以便顺序选择一个齿轮来与驱动传动轴连接。因为空档位置并不是布置在齿轮位置之间,这有助于凭直观识别变速操纵杆的变速形式,并提高变速操纵杆的可操作性。
在本实用新型的传动装置中,与普通的选定滑动传动机构相比,恒定啮合传动机构用于减小在齿轮变速时的齿轮噪音或齿轮磨损,以便更平滑地进行齿轮啮合。齿轮变速中的卡住出现的情况更少,且能够更平滑地操作变速操纵杆。
优选是,本实用新型的恒定啮合传动机构包括:工作传动轴;输入齿轮,该输入齿轮安装在该工作传动轴上;连接套筒,该连接套筒有与输入齿轮恒定啮合的齿;驱动链轮,该驱动链轮有齿轮,用于当套筒轴向运动时与该连接套筒啮合;以及离合器机构,用于使连接套筒的齿发生周向运动,以便使套筒的齿与驱动链轮的齿轮啮合或脱开。

在空档处,偏压或推压部件将凸出部件压向凹形部分,并使啮合件(engaging piece)可运动地定位在凹口(recess)内预定角度处。
当连接部件的齿压靠第二齿轮的齿以便进行齿轮变速时,连接部件周向运动,而该连接部件的齿的圆锥部分与第二齿轮的齿的圆锥部相接触。也就是,第一齿轮和连接部件关于工作传动轴进行相对旋转,以便使连接部件的齿到达与第二齿轮的齿啮合的位置。在该状态下,连接部件进一步压靠该第二齿轮,以便使连接部件的齿与该第二齿轮的齿啮合。这时,凸出部件从凸轮部分的凹形部分向倾斜表面运动。
工作传动机构的驱动扭矩使得第一齿轮相对于工作传动轴旋转,使得啮合件与形成于第一齿轮中的凹口的周向边缘的内壁接触,从而将动力从工作传动轴传递给第一齿轮。
如上所述,可以不只是使得成一体安装在工作传动轴上的齿轮通过连接部件与第二齿轮连接,而是,本实用新型包括离合器机构,该离合器机构有在连接部件的齿上以及在第二齿轮的齿上的圆锥部分,并有在第一齿轮中的凹口,该凹口允许啮合部件沿工作传动轴的旋转方向运动预定角度,这样当在变速操作的开始阶段连接部件的齿和第二齿轮的齿并不处于啮合位置时,连接部件的齿可以周向运动至与第二齿轮的齿啮合的位置处。这有利于连接部件和第二齿轮之间的啮合,从而能在连接部件和第二齿轮之间实现平滑连接,并提高变速操纵杆的可操作性。因此,该变速操纵杆的操作并不需要技巧。

具体实施方式
在本实用新型中的工作机以耕耘机10作为示例,该耕耘机10为跟走式(walk-behind)农用机或耕作机。
图1所示的耕耘机10包括发动机(马达)11。该发动机通过驱动单元12向左右驱动轮13、14(见图3)以及布置在该驱动轮13、14前面的左右耕作装置(tilling device)15、16传递动力。例如,起垄犁与构成驱动单元12一部分的传动箱12a的后部连接。该耕耘机10利用耕作装置15、16来犁地,同时利用起垄犁形成垄。
如图2所示,耕耘机10包括:发动机11,该发动机11布置在机器本体的顶部;驱动单元12,该驱动单元12安装在发动机11下面;耕作装置(工作装置)15、16,该耕作装置15、16通过左右耕作轴15a、16a(见图6)而可旋转地安装在驱动单元12的前面;驱动轮13、14,该驱动轮13、14通过左轴13a和右轴14a(见图3)而可旋转地安装在驱动单元12的后面;手柄18,该手柄18沿向后且向上的方向从该传动箱12a的后部倾斜伸出;以及连接机构21,该连接机构21安装在传动箱12a的后部。

参考标号34表示空气滤清器,35表示油箱加油口盖。参考标号36表示变速操纵杆,37表示差速器锁定杆。参考标号38表示离合器操纵杆。
与连接机构21相连的起垄犁通过升高操纵杆41而向上翻。下陷位置调节操纵杆42调节与连接装置21相连的起垄犁的下陷位置。
如图3所示,用于起动发动机11的反冲起动器按钮51、用于调节发动机11的每分钟转动次数的油门操纵杆52以及差速器锁定杆37布置在手柄18的右前部位置。
用于使发动机11工作或停止的发动机开关53安装在手柄18的左侧后部。
离合器操纵杆38安装在手柄18的后部。变速操纵杆36从驱动单元12(见图1)的后侧中部向后伸出。升高操纵杆41从连接机构21的左侧后部向后伸出。
图4表示了包括本实用新型的传动装置的驱动单元12。
如图3所示,驱动单元12是用于将发动机11的动力传递给驱动轮13、14和耕作装置15、16(见图2)的系统。驱动单元12包括:离合器61,该离合器61与发动机11的曲轴11a连接;动力传动机构62,该动力传动机构62与该离合器61连接;离合器箱17;以及传动箱12a,该传动箱容装有该动力传动机构62。
离合器61的输入轴与曲轴11a连接,输出轴61a与动力传动机构62的输入轴64连接。
动力传动机构62有输入轴64、圆锥齿轮(输入齿轮)66、工作轴(工作传动轴)67、第一驱动链轮68、第二驱动链轮71、第一从动链轮73、辅助耕作轴74、耕作轴15a、16a、第二从动链轮77、驱动轴(驱动传动轴)78、第三驱动链轮81、第三从动链轮83、以及左轴13a和右轴14a。
圆锥齿轮66与形成于输入轴64上的圆锥齿轮64a啮合。工作轴67支承该圆锥齿轮66。第一驱动链轮68和第二驱动链轮71安装在该工作轴67上。
第一从动链轮73通过第一链条72与第一驱动链轮68相连。第一从动链轮73支承在辅助耕作轴74上。
耕作轴15a、16a通过多个齿轮从辅助耕作轴74接收驱动力。
第二从动链轮77通过第二链条76与第二驱动链轮71相连,并支承在驱动轴78上。

工作轴67和驱动轴78是下面将介绍的传动装置的部件。
离合器箱17有:上部箱体86,该上部箱体86有轴插入孔17a,曲轴11a通过该轴插入孔17a插入;以及下部箱体87,该下部箱体87安装在该上部箱体86的底部。
下部箱体87有:基本为柱形的支承件(bearing)91,该支承件91可旋转地支承离合器输出轴61a和输入轴64;以及离合器安装表面(第一配合表面)92,其用于安装在传动箱12a上。
支承件91在其下部有管形部分93,用于装配到传动箱12a上。
在附图中,参考标号90表示管形部分93的轴中心。离合器安装表面92为垂直于轴中心90的水平平面。
如图5中所示,传动箱12a分成左右两半部分。该传动箱12a在它的上部有:装配孔94,用于安装离合器箱17的管形部分93;以及传动装置安装表面95,其安装在离合器箱17的离合器安装表面92上。
离合器箱17和传动箱12a通过多个螺栓96连接起来。
在附图中,参考标号100表示装配孔94的轴中心,它与轴中心90重合。传动装置安装表面95是垂直于该轴中心100的水平平面。
图5表示了以实线表示的传动箱12a以及以虚线表示的离合器箱17。
传动箱12a包括左侧箱体101和右侧箱体102。该左侧和右侧箱体101、102在它们的相应配合表面101a、102a处配合在一起。左侧箱体101和右侧箱体102分别在它们的上部有基本为U形的左安装表面101b和右安装表面102b。
左侧箱体101和右侧箱体102通过多个螺栓103和螺母104而进行配合。
左侧安装表面101b和右侧安装表面102b构成图4中所示的传动装置安装表面95,其分别有螺栓插入孔101c、101c、102c、102c,用于安装各螺栓96。
传动箱12a的装配孔94包括在左侧箱体101中形成为半圆形的左侧半圆凹穴(hollow)105以及在右侧箱体102中形成为半圆形的右侧半圆凹穴106。
传动装置安装表面95为与图4中所示的轴中心100垂直的水平平面。因此,左侧安装表面101b和右侧安装表面102b为垂直于轴中心100的水平平面。
如图6所示,驱动单元12的动力传动机构62包括:传动装置111,该传动装置111有工作轴67和驱动轴78;链驱动减速齿轮112,该链驱动减速齿轮112与该传动装置111连接;差速器113,该差速器113与该减速齿轮112连接;以及左轴13a和右轴14a,该左轴13a和右轴14a与差速器113的左侧和右侧连接。
参考标号15b和16b表示安装在耕作轴15a、16a上的耕作齿(tillagetine)。
减速齿轮112包括第三驱动链轮81、第三从动链轮83、以及在该第三驱动链轮81和第三从动链轮83之间延伸的第三链条82。
图7是图6所示的本实用新型传动装置111的放大剖视图。该传动装置111有:工作轴67和驱动轴78,它们通过轴承116、117、118和119可旋转地安装在传动箱12a的左侧箱体101和右侧箱体102上;工作传动机构122,该工作传动机构122布置在工作轴67上;以及驱动传动机构123,该驱动传动机构123布置在驱动轴78上。

在本实施例中,工作传动机构122能够通过将工作轴67的扭矩传递给第一驱动链轮68或与其脱开,从而在零速度和工作轴67的两个转速之间变化。在这个意义上,使用术语“传动机构”。
工作传动机构122包括:工作轴67;输入齿轮(第一齿轮)126,该输入齿轮126与在工作轴67上的第二外花键67b进行花键连接;连接套筒127,该连接套筒127与输入齿轮126啮合;以及第一驱动链轮68,该第一驱动链轮68具有齿轮(第二齿轮)68a,以便当套筒127沿工作轴67纵向运动时与该连接套筒127啮合。

驱动传动机构123包括:驱动轴78;在工作轴67上的第一驱动齿轮67c、第二驱动齿轮131、第三驱动齿轮132和第二驱动链轮71;第二链条76;第二从动链轮77;第一从动齿轮133;第二从动齿轮134;第三从动齿轮136;空档定位环137;以及滑动键138。
第二和第三驱动齿轮131、132与工作轴67上的第二外花键67b进行花键连接。
第一、第二和第三从动齿轮133、134和136可旋转地安装在驱动轴78上。该第一从动齿轮133与工作轴67上的第一驱动齿轮67c啮合。第二从动齿轮134与第二驱动齿轮131啮合。第三从动齿轮136与第三驱动齿轮132啮合。
空档定位环137可旋转地安装在驱动轴78上,用于提供在变速时的空档位置。
滑动键138可运动地布置在纵向槽78a中,该纵向槽78a轴向形成于驱动轴78的外表面中。
驱动轴78、滑动键138、空档定位环137、第一从动齿轮133、第二从动齿轮134、第三从动齿轮136和第二从动链轮77构成键滑动传动机构138A。
第一从动齿轮133、第二从动齿轮134、第三从动齿轮136和第二从动链轮77在使得驱动轴78沿其插入的表面中有它们各自的啮合槽133a、134a、136a和77a,用于与滑动键138啮合。
第一驱动齿轮67C、第二驱动齿轮131和第三驱动齿轮132构成第一齿轮行139A。第一从动齿轮133、第二从动齿轮134和第三从动齿轮136构成第二齿轮行139B。
空档定位环137在使得驱动轴78沿其延伸入的表面中有啮合凹穴137a,用于与滑动键138啮合。

第一前进运行传动(travel gear)由第一驱动齿轮67c和第一从动齿轮133实现。第二前进运行传动(travel gear)由第二驱动齿轮131和第二从动齿轮134实现。第三前进运行传动(travel gear)由第三驱动齿轮132和第三从动齿轮136实现。倒档运行(travel)由第二驱动链轮71、第二链条76和第二从动链轮77实现。

图7中所示的工作轴67和输入齿轮126通过使得形成于工作轴67上的第二外花键67b与形成于输入齿轮126中的内花键126a进行花键连接而啮合。
形成于输入齿轮126的外周上的齿126b与形成于连接套筒127中的齿127a啮合。
连接套筒127沿输入齿轮126的轴线朝着第一驱动链轮68滑动,从而使连接套筒127中的齿127a与形成于第一驱动链轮68外周上的连接齿轮68a啮合。连接套筒127具有形成于它的外周表面中的环形槽127b。
将要被连接在一起的连接套筒127和第一驱动链轮68在同一工作轴67上。当连接套筒127与第一驱动链轮68连接时,该连接套筒127的齿127a与第一驱动链轮68的齿轮68a平滑啮合,几乎不会产生噪音(由于在变速时旋转速度不一致引起),并几乎不会造成齿磨损或破损。当两个轴平行布置,且可滑动地安装在一个轴上的齿轮C与安装在另一轴上的两个齿轮A和B中的任意一个选择啮合时(这样的传动机构称为“选择滑动传动机构”),齿轮A和C(或者齿轮B和C)并不能很容易地彼此啮合,并很可能产生噪音或齿破损。
图9A表示了用于工作传动机构122的工作变速部件(变速部件)145。图9B表示了用于驱动传动机构123的驱动变速部件(变速部件)157。
参考图9A,工作变速部件145包括:工作变速杆(shift rod)146,该工作变速杆146可轴向滑动地安装在传动箱12a上;工作叉部件147,该工作叉部件147安装在工作变速杆146的中部,以便与连接套筒127的环形槽127b配合;以及工作臂部件148,该工作臂部件148安装在工作变速部件146的、从传动箱12a向外凸出的端部上,以便与变速操纵杆36(见图3)啮合。

为了支承工作变速杆146,左侧箱体101有:孔101d,用于接收工作变速杆146的远端部分;以及工作步进滑动机构153,用于通过由弹簧152将滚珠151压靠设置在工作变速杆146的远端部分中的多个圆形凹穴146a中的一个,从而使工作变速杆146逐步滑动。
右侧箱体102有:通孔102d,用于使工作变速杆146通过;以及防尘密封件154,该防尘密封件154布置在该通孔102d附近。
如图9B所示,驱动变速部件157包括:驱动变速杆158,该驱动变速杆158可轴向滑动地安装在传动箱12a上;H形截面的环形部件161,该环形部件161与滑动键138的固定端138c啮合;驱动叉部件162,该驱动叉部件162安装在驱动变速杆158的中部,用于插入形成于环形部件161的外表面中的环形槽161a内;以及驱动臂部件163,该驱动臂部件163安装在驱动变速杆158的、从传动箱12a向外凸出的端部上,以便与变速操纵杆36(见图3)啮合。
驱动臂部件163通过螺栓149而安装在驱动变速杆158上,并有啮合凹穴163a,用于与变速操纵杆36啮合。
为了支承驱动变速杆158,左侧箱体101有:孔101e,用于接收驱动变速杆158的远端部分;以及驱动步进滑动机构165,用于通过由弹簧152将滚珠151压靠在驱动变速杆158的远端部分中形成的多个圆形凹穴158a中的一个,从而使驱动变速杆158逐步滑动。
右侧箱体102有:通孔102e,用于使驱动变速杆158通过;以及防尘密封件166,该防尘密封件166布置在该通孔102e附近。
图10表示了差速器113。当耕耘机10(见图3)转动时,该差速器113吸收驱动轮13、14(见图3)之间的转速差,从而使得转动平滑。
差速器113包括:第三从动链轮83;多个支承轴171(图中只表示了一个),这些支承轴171以径向延伸的方式安装在第三从动链轮83上;多个较小的差动圆锥齿轮172(图中只表示了一个),这些较小差动圆锥齿轮172可旋转地安装在支承轴171上;左侧较大的差动圆锥齿轮173,它与该较小差动圆锥齿轮172啮合,并与左轴13a花键连接;以及右侧较大的差动圆锥齿轮174,它与该较小差动圆锥齿轮172啮合,并与右轴14a花键连接。

左轴13a在它端部有装配凹穴13b。右轴14a在它端部有装配凸起14b。该装配凸起14b通过用于在左轴13a和右轴14a之间连接的第三从动链轮83而可旋转地装入该装配凹穴13b中。
参考标号13c和14c表示布置在第三从动链轮83和轴13a、14a之间的衬套。
差速器锁定机构181使差速器113的功能停止,以便使左轴13a和右轴14a联合旋转。
差速器锁定机构181包括:锁定部件182,该锁定部件182与左轴13a花键连接;滑动器183,该滑动器用于使锁定部件182轴向滑动;差速器锁定杆37(如图3所示);以及绳索(未示出),该绳索使滑动器183与差速器锁定杆37连接。

在图13A所示的实施例中,变速引导板195有引导孔197,用于引导变速操纵杆36(见图12)。

横向孔197d接收通向倒档位置36H的变速操纵杆36,该倒档位置36H用于使耕耘机10向后运动。
这样,在本实施例中的变速形式允许速度从空档位置36A、36E逐渐增加,以便进行驱动和工作,从而便于凭直观认识变速形式和便于进行变速控制。
在图13B的对比示例中,变速引导板320有引导孔322,用于引导变速操纵杆36。

参考图15A,变速操纵杆36从驱动空档位置36A运动至第一前进齿轮位置36B。
这时,如图15B所示,第一凸起191与驱动臂部件163啮合,第二凸起192并不与工作臂部件148啮合。操纵杆本体188绕管187a朝着图纸的前面摆动以便使变速操纵杆36如图15A所示运动,从而使得第一凸起191运动,由此驱动变速杆158向外滑动,也就是沿图15C中箭头所示方向滑动。

图18与第一实施例的图6相对应,表示了第二实施例的驱动单元12,其中,工作传动机构122包括离合器机构124。其它部件与第一实施例中的部件相同。
图19表示了第二实施例的传动装置111。恒定啮合传动机构的工作传动机构122包括离合器机构124,用于与第一驱动链轮68平滑啮合。该离合器机构124与输入齿轮126啮合。第二实施例中的传动装置111的其它部件与图7中所示的第一实施例中的传动装置相同。

孔67f形成于工作轴67中并与工作轴67的轴线垂直。轴凹口67g形成于孔67f的一个开口处。弹簧141插入该孔67f中。滚珠142抵靠弹簧141的一端,以便从该孔67f中凸出或退回到该孔67f中。
柱形部件143与弹簧141的另一端接触,并布置在轴凹口67g中。
第一槽126d形成于输入齿轮126中,以便当输入齿轮126安装在工作轴67上时部分保持滚珠142。
第二槽126e形成于输入齿轮126中,以便部分保持柱形部件143。
参考标号67h表示形成于孔67f的另一开口处的倒角。
当连接套筒127与第一驱动链轮68连接时,因为连接套筒127和第一驱动链轮68在同一工作轴67上,因此连接套筒127的齿127a与第一驱动链轮68a的齿68c平滑啮合,从而几乎不会产生噪音以及齿磨损或破损。

图24A和24B表示了在第二实施例的传动装置111中当工作变速部件145用于工作传动机构122以及驱动变速部件157用于驱动传动部件123时的示例。该示例与图9A和9B中所示的第一实施例的区别只是该工作传动机构122包括离合器机构124。其它部件给出的参考标号与图9A和9B中的相同,从而不再描述。
图25A、25B和25C表示了第二实施例的工作传动机构122的工作。驱动传动机构123和倒档运行操作与在第一实施例中的图15A至15C和16A至16C所述相同。下面只介绍工作传动机构122的操作。
参考图25A,变速操纵杆36从驱动空档位置36A经过工作空档位置36E运动至工作第一齿轮位置36F。
这时,如图25B中所示,操纵杆本体188沿箭头所示方向绕支承轴186摆动。这使得第一凸起191与驱动臂部件163啮合,也使第二凸起192与工作臂部件148啮合。
操纵杆本体188使其绕管187a朝着图纸的前面摆动以使变速操纵杆36如图25A所示运动,这使得第二凸起192运动,从而使得工作变速杆146向外滑动,也就是沿图25C中箭头所示方向滑动。这时,图15C中所示的驱动变速杆158也滑动。
连接套筒127与工作叉部件147一起运动以与第一驱动链轮68的齿轮68a啮合。工作轴67和第一驱动链轮68通过离合器机构124而联合旋转,从而通过第一链条72(见图4)将动力从工作轴67传递给辅助耕作轴74(见图4)。
同样,如图25A至25C所示,当变速操纵杆36从工作第一齿轮位置36F运动至工作第二齿轮位置36G时,工作叉部件147运动至由虚线表示的位置,从而使连接套筒127进一步滑动,并保持与齿轮68a的啮合。
下面将参考图26A至26F介绍第二实施例的离合器机构124的操作。
图26A表示了在起动之前的离合器机构124。具体地说,滚珠142位于第一槽126d的底部,柱形部件143位于第二槽126e的周向中心,且工作轴67、输入齿轮126和连接套筒127(见图21)一起旋转。参考标号198表示经过输入齿轮126的齿126A的顶部中心和输入齿轮126的旋转中心的直线。
参考图26B,连接套筒127的齿127a压靠在第一驱动链轮68的齿68c上,以便进行变速操作。
如图18和19所示,第一驱动链轮68通过第一链条72与耕作装置15、16连接。使第一驱动链轮68开始旋转将需要相对较大扭矩。当连接套筒127的齿127a并不与第一驱动链轮68的齿68c啮合时,如图26B所示,在普通技术中需要重复多次变速操作。
在本实施例中,连接套筒127的齿127a保持压靠第一驱动链轮68的齿68c的状态。
参考图26C,使齿127a压靠齿68c的力使得齿127a的圆锥部分127d在齿68c的圆锥部分68d上滑动,从而使齿127a在齿68c之间运动,并使齿127a能够与齿68c啮合。
图26D表示图26C中所示的齿127a运动时的状态,也就是,输入齿轮126与连接套筒127一起逆时针方向旋转(见图21)。φ1表示输入齿轮126从图26A中所示状态旋转的角度。这时,滚珠142处于第一槽126d的线性部分126k上。
图26E表示了当连接套筒127进一步压靠第一驱动链轮68,以便使齿127a与齿68c啮合时的状态。
图26F表示了输入齿轮126相对于工作轴67进一步旋转时的状态,其中连接套筒127的齿127a与第一驱动链轮68的齿68c啮合,如图26E所示。离合器机构124的柱形部件143抵靠在第二槽126e的圆形边缘部分126q上,从而将动力从工作轴67传递给输入齿轮126。
从该状态开始当动力不从工作轴67传递给输入齿轮126时,弹簧141使得滚珠142从线性部分126k运动至圆形底部126j中,返回到图26A中的状态。
在本实施例中,如图26B至26D所示,提供了用于使连接套筒127的齿127a能够周向运动的离合器机构124,也就是,提供用于使柱形部件143能够在第二槽126e中运动的间隙126f、126f,从而使得连接套筒127的齿127a与第一驱动链轮68的齿68c在变速操作时即使从齿127a和齿68c并不啮合的位置(如图26B所示)开始,也能够很方便地啮合。
图27A至27C表示了本实用新型第三实施例的离合器机构。与图21和22中所示的第二实施例相同的部件给出相同的参考标号,且不再说明。
图27A中所示的实施例的离合器机构210包括:在工作轴67中的开口孔67F和轴凹口67g;弹簧141;滚珠142;键(啮合部件)211,该键211布置在轴凹口67g中,并抵靠在弹簧141的端部;第一槽126d,该第一槽126d形成于与连接套筒127(见图21)啮合的输入齿轮212的内周表面中;以及第二槽(凹口)213,该第二槽213形成于输入齿轮212的内周表面中,用于局部保持该键211。
参考标号215、215表示使得键211能够在第二槽213中周向运动的间隙。
图27B表示如图26C所示当连接套筒127的齿127a运动至第一驱动链轮68的齿68c中时的状态。也就是,图27B表示输入齿轮212相对于工作轴67逆时针方向旋转。
如图27C所示,通过如图26E所示使连接套筒127的齿127a与第一驱动链轮68的齿68c啮合,键211抵靠在第二槽213的边缘上,从而将动力从工作轴67向输入齿轮212传递。
图28A至28C表示了本实用新型第四实施例的离合器机构。与图21和22所示的第二实施例中相同的部件将给出相同的参考标号,且不再进行说明。
图28A中所示的实施例中的离合器机构220包括:盲孔(孔)222,该盲孔形成于工作轴221中,并与轴线垂直;弹簧141,该弹簧141布置在孔222中;滚珠142;三个凸起(啮合部件)223,这三个凸起223从工作轴221的外周凸出;第一槽126d,该第一槽126d形成于与连接套筒127(见图21)啮合的输入齿轮224的内周表面中;以及三个第二槽(凹口)226,它们形成于输入齿轮224的内周表面中,用于与工作轴221的凸起223啮合。
参考标号227表示间隙,该间隙允许凸起223在相应的第二槽226中进行周向运动。
图28表示如图26C所示当连接套筒127的齿127a在第一驱动链轮68的齿68c之间运动时的状态。具体地说,图28B表示当输入齿轮224相对于工作轴221逆时针方向旋转时的状态。
如图28C所示,通过图26E所示的使连接套筒127的齿127a与第一驱动链轮68的齿68c啮合,如凸起223抵靠在相应第二槽226的边缘上,从而将动力从工作轴221传递给输入齿轮224。
在图27A所示的第三实施例中,孔67f形成于工作轴67中,轴凹口67g形成于孔67f的端部,且键211布置在轴凹口67g中。本实用新型并不局限于此。也可以在不提供轴凹口67g的情况下使柱形键可运动地布置在孔67f中。

Claims (6)

1.一种传动装置(111),用于通过操作向工作装置(15、16)和驱动轮(13、14)传动的变速操纵杆(36)来改变作用在工作传动轴(67)和驱动传动轴(78)上的马达(11)的动力,该传动装置包括:
在工作传动轴(67)上,
输入齿轮(66),用于接收马达的动力;
恒定啮合传动机构(122),用于将输入齿轮的动力传递给工作装置或断开该动力传递;以及
第一齿轮行(139A),该第一齿轮行包括多个齿轮,这些齿轮成一体地安装在工作传动轴上;以及
在驱动传动轴(78)上,
第二齿轮行(139B),该第二齿轮行包括多个齿轮,这些齿轮可旋转地安装在驱动传动轴上,并与第一齿轮行啮合;以及
键滑动传动机构(138A),该键滑动传动机构可轴向运动地安装,以便使选定的一个齿轮和驱动传动轴一起旋转,从而向驱动轮传递动力;以及
变速部件(145、157),该变速部件分别安装在恒定啮合传动机构和键滑动传动机构上,该变速部件在与变速操纵杆啮合时可轴向运动,以便执行变速操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动装置,其特征在于,该恒定啮合传动机构(122)包括:
工作传动轴(67);
输入齿轮(126),该输入齿轮安装在该工作传动轴上;
连接套筒(127),该连接套筒具有与输入齿轮啮合的齿;
驱动链轮(68),该驱动链轮有齿轮(68a),用于当套筒轴向运动时与该连接套筒啮合;以及
离合器机构(124),用于使连接套筒的齿(127a)周向运动,以便使套筒的齿与驱动链轮的齿轮(68a)啮合或脱开。
3.根据权利要求2所述的传动装置,其特征在于:连接套筒(127)的齿(127a)和齿轮(68a)的齿(68c)在它们的第一端具有形成为彼此相对的圆锥部分(127d、68d)。
4根据权利要求2所述的传动装置其特征在于,该离合器机构(124)包括:
孔(67f、222),该孔形成为垂直于工作传动轴(67)的轴线;
凸出部件(142),该凸出部件布置成从孔(67f、222)的第一开口凸出,或者退回到该第一开口中;
啮合部件(143、211、223),该啮合部件从孔(67f)的第二开口凸出,以便与输入齿轮的内周表面啮合,从而限制该输入齿轮(126、212、224)相对于工作传动轴的旋转;以及
偏压部件(141),该偏压部件布置在凸出部件和啮合部件之间,用于将该凸出部件和啮合部件压向孔的外部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的传动装置,其特征在于,该输入齿轮(126、212、224)在其内周表面有:第一槽(126d),凸出部件可以进出该第一槽;以及第二槽(126e、213、226),该第二槽允许啮合部件(143、211、223)沿工作传动轴(67)的旋转方向运动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的传动装置,其特征在于,第一槽包括:凹形部分(126j),凸出部件进入该凹形部分;以及倾斜表面(126k),该倾斜表面从该凹形部分周向连续形成。
