Claims (6)
- 변속레버(36)의 조작에 의해 원동기(11)로부터의 동력을 작업용 변속축(67) 상에서 그리고 주행용 변속축(78) 상에서 변속하여 작업용 장치(15, 16) 및 주행차륜(13, 14)에 전달하는 변속장치(111)에서:작업용 변속축(67)에서 원동기측으로부터의 동력을 받는 입력기어(66);상기 입력기어(66)의 동력을 작업용 장치측으로 전달 또는 차단하는 상시 치합식 변속기구(122); 및상기 작업용 변속축에 일체적으로 취부되는 복수의 기어로 이루어지는 제1 기어열(139A); 및상기 주행용 변속축(78)에서 이 축에 회전 가능하게 취부되며 상기 제1 기어열과 치합되는 다수의 기어로 구성되는 제2 기어열(139B); 및축방향으로 이동 가능하게 취부되며 상기 제2 기어열의 각 기어에 선택적으로 계합함으로써 선택된 기어 및 주행용 변속축을 일체적으로 회전시켜 동력을 상기 주행차륜측으로 전달하는 키 슬라이드식 변속기구(138a); 및상기 상시 치합식 변속기구 및 키 슬라이드식 변속기구에 각각 부설되는 시프트 부재(138A)를 포함하며, 상기 시프트 부재는 변속조작을 위해 변속레버와 계합되는 때에 축방향으로 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상시 치합식 변속기구(122)는:작업용 변속축(67);상기 작업용 변속축에 취부되는 입력기어(126);상기 입력기어와 치합되는 치부를 가지는 결합 슬리브(127);상기 슬리브가 축 방향으로 이동할 때, 결합 슬리브와 계합되는 기어(68a)를 가지는 구동 스프라켓(68);및상기 구동 스프라켓의 기어(68a)와 계합되거나 비계합되도록 상기 결합 슬리브의 치부(127a)의 원주방향의 이동을 가능하게 하는 클러치 기구(124)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합 슬리부(127)의 치부(127a)와 상기 기어(68a)의 결합치(68c)는 그 단부에 서로 대향하는 테이퍼부(127d, 68d)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 클러치 기구(124)는:상기 작업용 변속축(67)의 축에 대해 수직으로 형성되는 관통공(67f, 222);상기 관통공(67f, 222)의 제1 개구로 출입가능하게 설치된 돌출부재(142);상기 관통공(67f)의 제2개구로 부터 돌출하여 상기 입력기어의 내주면과 계합하여 상기 입력기어(126, 212, 224)가 상기 작업용 변속축에 대해 회전하지 못하도록 제어하는 계합부재(143, 211, 233); 및상기 돌출부재 및 계합부재 사이에 개재되어 상기 돌출부재 및 계합부재를상기 관통공의 외부로 압압하는 편향부재(141)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 입력기어(126, 212, 224)는 그 내주면에 상기 계합부재가 출입할 수 있는 제1 요홈(126d)과 상기 계합부재(143, 211, 223)가 상기 작업용 변속축(67)의 회전방향으로 이동될 수 있도록하는 제2 요홈(126e, 213, 226)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 요홈은 상기 돌출부재가 들어갈 수 있는 요부(126j)와 상기 요부로부터 연속적으로 형성되는 경사면(126k)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속장치.
