Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电动轮椅车悬吊装置,该装置以连动臂作为驱动轮与车架的枢设连结,通过前悬臂作为前导轮与车架的枢配连结,并以滑动组件作为连动臂与前悬臂的滑动枢设,构成电动轮椅车悬吊装置。本实用新型的电动轮椅车通过具高、低落差路况时,该前悬臂及连动臂可通过滑动组件,调节前导轮上扬而驱动轮保持良好抓地状态,进而使轮椅车顺利通过驳坎。本实用新型结构简单、成本低。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动轮椅车的悬吊装置,特别涉及一种适合于高、低落差或驳坎路况下安全行驶的电动轮椅车悬吊装置。
背景技术
电动轮椅车、电动代步车等电动车辆,对于行动较不方便的长者或病患而言,是相当重要的代步交通工具,不仅可作为日常的生活代步,还可作为上街购物、登机的交通工具。
传统电动轮椅车行驶于平坦的路况时,并无太大的问题。然而,当电动轮椅车行驶于具高、低落差的路况或通过驳坎路况时,一般无悬吊结构设计的轮椅车无法顺利通过,必须通过他人抬起轮椅车越过。若直接强行通过,不免会发生轮椅车翻覆或车体损坏等情况。
由此可知,传统无悬吊结构设计的电动轮椅车,行驶上受到路况的限制及影响。而对于电动轮椅车的设计而言,能否顺利通过驳坎或具高、低落差的路况,不仅关系到行驶顺畅,还有使用安全的问题。
美国专利说明书(专利号US6199647)公开了一种具有悬吊结构设计的电动轮椅车(如图1、2所示),主要是在车架10、驱动轮11及前导轮12间,配置有多个压缩弹簧13。当轮椅车通过高、低落差路况时,可通过压缩弹簧13使前导轮12、驱动轮11适时扬起及着地,让轮椅车顺利通过高、低落差路况或驳坎。该电动轮椅车悬吊结构设计,在实际使用中存在的问题及缺陷是:
其一,就操作的稳定性而言,该轮椅车的前导轮12与驱动轮11的悬吊是各自独立配置的,运作上,主要通过压缩弹簧13的压缩弹力及弹性恢复力来适应高、低起伏路况。因此,当轮椅车通过高、低落差的路况时,车身会大幅度的倾斜及晃动(弹簧压缩及复位的原因)。对于操作者而言,会有相当程度的晃动不安全感。另外,各压缩弹簧13的弹力配置,会实际影响一般路况下行驶的稳定。换言之,以弹簧作为轮椅车的悬吊会有弹簧弹性疲乏而不稳定的问题。
其二,就技术面而言,当电动轮椅车通过驳坎路况,且前导轮12遇阻力时(前导轮与驳坎坡面卡挡时),因该轮椅车其前导轮12与驱动轮11并未作悬吊结构的连动设计,驱动轮无法适时对应增加抓地。因此,当前导轮12与驳坎的阻力过高时,轮椅车并不容易顺利通过。
其三,由于采用压缩弹簧13作为驱动轮11及前导轮12的悬吊结构,就构件组成而言,必需有二个前悬杆14、二个驱动杆15、四个压缩弹簧13及穿轴16、二位移限制杆17等,构件数量相当多,不仅耗费构件成本且构件组配成本亦高。
因此,若能在不大幅变更车架设计、不大幅增加构件、不使用压缩弹簧、不影响行驶安全等前提下,将电动轮椅车的悬吊结构作一突破性的改进,使其可顺利通过驳坎,则不仅传统电动轮椅车悬吊结构高成本的缺陷得以解决,且更能符合使用者的实际需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,它可在高、低落差或驳坎路况下安全行驶,而且结构简单,成本低。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,包括构成电动轮椅车主体的车架,在该车架后端则可配置有后轮;它还包括枢设于车架的连动臂,该连动臂一端与可带动电动轮椅车行驶的驱动轮连结;一端配置有前导轮的前悬臂,该前悬臂另一端则与车架枢结;可由二滑片及一滑轴构成的滑动组件,所述滑片上开设有滑槽,二滑片对应配置后,可分别通过二枢轴与连动臂及前悬臂滑动枢设,而滑轴则滑动地配置于所述二枢轴之间。
由于采用上述结构,本实用新型的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,主要以连动臂作为驱动轮与车架的枢设连结,以前悬臂作为前导轮与车架的枢配连结,并通过滑动组件作为连动臂与前悬臂的滑动枢设连结,使电动轮椅车能顺利通过高、低落差路况或驳坎。由于本实用新型的构件组成相当精简、构件组配容易且使用安全可靠,对于产业界而言,符合制造成本低及行驶安全的实际需求。

具体实施方式
首先,参看图3、4、5,本实用新型的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,主要在电动轮椅车其车架20、驱动轮31及前导轮41之间,配置有连动臂30、前悬臂40及滑动组件50而构成。其中:
该车架20为电动轮椅车的主体,以装配及承载电动轮椅车的各构件,在车架20前侧可成型有第一、二枢耳21、22,而车架20后端则可配置有后轮23。
该连动臂30可摆动地枢配设于车架20的第一枢耳21,并且连动臂30一端与驱动轮31连结,而该驱动轮31可通过马达32带动电动轮椅车行驶。
该前悬臂40一端配置有前导轮41,而另一端则与车架20第二枢耳22枢设结合,使前悬臂40能枢转摆动。
该滑动组件50可由二滑片51及一滑轴52所构成,在二滑片51上各开设有滑槽511,二滑片51对应配置后,可分别通过二枢轴53与连动臂30及前悬臂40滑动枢设,使枢轴53能在滑槽511内移动,而滑轴52则滑动地枢设配置于所述二枢轴53之间。
以上所述即为本实用新型各构件及结构的组配关系位置。该电动轮椅车除了可平稳的行驶于一般路况外,当行驶通过具高、低落差的驳坎60路况时,可顺利安全的通过。其运作方式及状态说明如下:
在一般的平坦路况下,前导轮41与驱动轮31与路面直接接触行驶;当电动轮椅车行驶通过具高、低落差的驳坎60路面时,如图5、6所示,前导轮41会先与驳坎60的坡面61接触,该前导轮41被驳坎60的坡面61所阻挡(如图5所示)。此时,驱动轮31仍持续驱转带动电动轮椅车往前,而受到驱动轮31持续向前的推动下,前导轮41及前悬臂40会逐渐往上扬;上扬的前悬臂40通过滑动组件50的传导,会连带将与滑动组件50连结的连动臂30一端扬起,而连动臂30位于与驱动轮31连结的另一端则会下摆,换言之,连动臂30以枢设处的第一枢耳21为支点一端上扬而另一端则下摆。
值得注意的是,连动臂30与驱动轮31连结端的下摆作用,会迫使驱动轮31的抓地增加(驱动轮紧贴路面),使驱动轮31能有效发挥驱动力,并持续往前驱转,促使前导轮41持续上扬并顺利越过驳坎60的坡面61。在实际的操作状况下,前导轮41的上扬幅度是先小幅微扬,然后瞬间大幅扬起,而顺利通过驳坎60。
值得一提的是,当前导轮41越过驳坎60的坡面61后(参看图7、8),前导轮41与驱动轮31之间的高、低落差,是通过连动臂30与前悬臂40其位于滑动组件50部位的滑移而调节的,并藉此使前导轮41与驱动轮31保持与路面接触。其中,该滑轴52可使位于滑片51内的连动臂30及前悬臂40滑移顺利。当前导轮41与驱动轮31越过驳坎60回复到平坦路况时,则前悬臂40及连动臂30再度通过滑动组件50复位。换言之,本实用新型是通过滑动组件50同时提供连动臂30与前悬臂40的枢结及滑移,以应付高、低起伏路况的落差变化。
再参看图3,位于连动臂30与车架20之间,可配置有缓冲垫70,该缓冲垫70可为具弹性的橡胶所构成。当连动臂30在通过驳坎60或具高、低落差的路况时,连动臂30摆动复位的幅度通过缓冲垫70作为行程限制及冲击缓冲,并增加电动轮椅车行驶的乘坐舒适度。当然,该缓冲垫70仅为缓冲辅助构件,而非绝对必要的构件。
经过以上的说明可知,本实用新型的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,在构件组成上主要通过连动臂30、前悬臂40及滑动组件50构成,完全不需传统的压缩弹簧及钢索,亦无弹性疲乏的缺陷。
附带一提的是,本实用新型的后轮23是为无避震结构设计,该设计并不会影响电动轮椅车通过驳坎路况。但乘坐上,无避震的后轮设计较不舒适。因此,本实用新型提供一可行的简单避震方式。如图9所示,在电动轮椅车其车架20后端枢设一悬臂80,并于悬臂80与车架20间以一避震弹簧作为车架20与悬臂80的连结,而构成电动轮椅车的后轮悬吊结构。其中,该悬臂80一端可组设后轮23,而悬臂80另一端则枢设于车架20的后侧,使悬臂80能进行枢摆。在悬臂80后端侧可成型有一枢耳81。该避震弹簧可由轴杆82与弹簧83构成,弹簧82穿套设于轴杆82。轴杆82一端枢设于悬臂80的枢耳81,另一端则可穿设于车架20的枢座84,并通过一限制栓85限制轴杆82脱离枢座84。当后轮23通过驳坎或颠簸路况时,后轮23得以因应路况而作起伏调节,并缓冲高、低落差路况所造成的冲击力,使轮椅车的乘坐者获得舒适安全的行驶乘坐感受。
Claims (4)
1.一种电动轮椅车悬吊装置,它包括构成电动轮椅车主体的车架,其特征在于:该车架后端则可配置有后轮;枢设于车架的连动臂,该连动臂一端与可带动电动轮椅车行驶的驱动轮连结;还包括一端配置有前导轮的前悬臂,该前悬臂另一端则与车架枢结;可由二滑片及一滑轴构成的滑动组件,所述滑片上开设有滑槽,二滑片对应配置后,可分别通过二枢轴与连动臂及前悬臂滑动枢设,而滑轴则滑动地配置于所述二枢轴之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,其特征在于:该车架前侧可成型有供连动臂及前悬臂枢设的枢耳。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,其特征在于:于连动臂与车架之间,可配置有可作为连动臂摆动行程限制及缓冲的缓冲垫。
4.如权利要求1所述的电动轮椅车悬吊装置,其特征在于:于电动轮椅车车架后端可枢设一悬臂,并于悬臂与车架间以一避震弹簧作为车架与悬臂的连结;所述后轮可组设于该悬臂一端,而构成后轮悬吊结构。
