M244070 五、創作說明(1) 【技術領域】 本創作係關於一種電動輪椅車的懸吊結構,更具體 而言之,尤指於電動輪椅車車架、前導輪與驅動輪之 間,透過前懸臂、連動臂及滑動組件而構成電動輪椅車 的懸吊結構設計者。 【先前技術】 電動輪椅車、電動代步車等電動車輛,對於行動較 不方便的長者或病患而言,是相當重要的代步交通工 具,不僅可作為曰常的生活代步,甚而可作為上街購 物、登機的交通工具; 傳統輪椅車行駛於平坦的路況時,並無太大的問 4 題,然而,當輪椅車行駛於具有高、低落差的路況或通 過驳坎路況時,一般無懸吊結構設計的輪椅車,並無法 順利通過,必須透過他人以抬高輪椅車方式越過;若直 接強行通過則不免會發生輪椅車翻覆或車體損壞等情 況; 由此可知,傳統無懸吊設計的輪椅車,行驶上相當 容易受到路況的限制及影響;而對於輪椅車的設計而 言,能否順利通過駁坎或具高、低落差的路況,不僅攸 關行駛順暢更有安全上的考量;請參閱第一、二圖所示 (取自美國專利號:US6199647),此為目前電動輪椅車業 界所研發出,具有懸吊結構設計的電動輪椅車,其主要 · 係於車架(1 0 )、驅動輪(1 1 )及前導輪(1 2 )間,配置有多 個壓縮彈簧(1 3 );俾使輪椅車通過具高、低落差路況
M244070 五、創作說明(2) 時,可透過壓縮彈簧(1 3 )令前導輪(1 2 )、驅動輪(1 1 )適 時揚起及著地,據使輪椅車得以順利通過具高、低落差 路況或駁坎;該前述輪椅車懸吊結構設計,雖然可順利 通過駁坎,然而實際上卻存在有諸多使用問題及缺陷; 例如: 其一,就操作的穩定性而言,前述輪椅車其前導輪 (1 2 )與驅動輪(1 1 )的懸吊係各自獨立配置者,運作上, 主要透過壓縮彈簧(1 3 )的壓縮彈力及彈性恢復力作為 高、低起伏路況的適應;因此,當輪椅車通過具高、低 落差的路況時,車身會大幅度的傾斜及晃動(彈簧壓縮及 復位之故),對於操作者而言,會有相當程度的晃動不安 全感;再者,各壓縮彈簧(13)的彈力配置,會實際影響 一般路況行駛的穩定,換言之,以彈簧作為輪椅車的懸 吊會有彈簣彈性疲乏而不穩定的問題; 其二,就技術面而言,當輪椅車通過驳坎路況,且 前導輪(1 2 )遇阻力時(前導輪雨駁坎坡面卡擋時),因前 述輪椅車其前導輪(1 2)與驅動輪(1 1)並未作懸吊結構的 連動設計之故,驅動輪無法適時對應增加抓地;因此, 當前導輪(1 2 )與駁坎的阻力過高時,輪椅車並不容易順 利通過; 其三,由於採用壓縮彈簧(1 3 )作為驅動輪(1 1 )及前 導輪(1 2 )的懸吊結構,就構件組成而言,必需有二前懸 ® 桿(1 4 )、二驅動桿(1 5 )、四個壓縮彈簧(1 3 )及穿軸 (1 6 )、二位移限制桿(1 7 )等,構件數量相當多,對於產
¥244070 五、創作說明(3) 業界而言,不僅耗費構件成本且構件組配成本亦高; 緣是,若能在不大幅變更車架設計、不大幅增加構 件、不使用壓縮彈簧、不影響行駛安全等前提下,將輪 椅車的懸吊結構作一突破性的改良,使其可順利通過駁 坎,則不僅傳統輪椅車懸吊結構高成本的缺陷得以解 決,且更能符合使用者的實際需求。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,係在於提供一種輪椅車懸吊結 構,主要係藉以連動臂作為驅動輪與車架的樞設連結, 以前懸臂作為前導輪與車架的樞配連結,並透過滑動組 件作為連動臂與前懸臂的滑動樞設連結;據使輪椅車得 0 以順利通過具高、低落差路況或駁坎;由於本創作的構 件組成相當精簡、構件組配容易且作動相當安全可靠; 對於產業界而言,可符合製造成本低及行駛安全的實際 需求。 【實施方式】 關於本創作為達成上述目的,所採用之技術、手段 及其它之功效,茲舉一個較佳可行實施例並配合圖式詳 細說明如后,相信本創作上述之目的、特徵及其它之優 點,當可由之得一深入而具體之瞭解;當然,此並非用 以限制本創作,本創作之範圍應以所附之申請專利範圍 為準;首先請配合參閱第三、四、五圖所示,本創作實 · 施例所提供之一種輪椅車懸吊結構,主要係於輪椅車其 車架(20)、驅動輪(31)及前導輪(41)之間,配置有連動

M244070 六、申請專利範圍 1. 一種輪椅車懸吊結構,其係於輪椅車其車架、驅 動輪及前導輪之間,配置有連動臂、滑動組件與前懸臂 而構成輪椅車的懸吊結構者,其中: 該車架,為輪椅車的主體,車架後端則可配置有後 輪; 該連動臂,係樞設於車架,連動臂一端與驅動輪連 結,並可透過驅動輪帶動輪椅車行駛; 該前懸臂,配置有前導輪,而另端則與車架樞結; 該滑動組件,可由二滑片及一滑軸構成,滑片上開 設有滑槽,二滑片對應配置後,可分別透過二樞軸與連 動臂及前懸臂滑動樞設,而滑軸則滑動地配置於前述二 $ 樞軸之間。 2 ·依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種輪椅車懸吊結 構,其中該車架前側可成型有樞耳,俾供連動臂及前懸 臂樞設。 3.依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種輪椅車懸吊結 構,其中於連動臂與車架之間,可配置有緩衝墊,可作 為連動臂擺動行程限制及緩衝。 4 ·依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種輪椅車懸吊結 構,其中於電動輪椅車車架後端可樞設一懸臂,並於懸 臂與後車架間以一避震彈簧,作為後車架與懸臂的連 結,於懸臂一端並可組設後輪,而構成後輪懸吊結構。❿
