Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,包括左右对称设置的前轮组件、后轮组件、中驱轮组件以及位于中间的车架组件,每侧的中驱轮组件与后轮组件相固定,前轮组件分别与车架组件、后轮组件铰接连接,后轮组件又通过连杆组件与车架组件铰接连接,形成四连杆机构。本实用新型的前轮组件、后轮组件以及中驱轮组件与车架组件之间形成四连杆机构,从而使轮椅车在爬坡或在不平整路面上行驶时各车轮与地面始终能有效接触并自动调整重心、保持平衡,具有结构合理、运行平稳、性能可靠等突出的优点。

Description

一种新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及中驱轮椅车前轮组件、后轮组件以及中驱轮组件与车架组件之间的连接结构。
背景技术
目前,在医院及日常生活中,病人或年老行动不便者普遍采用轮椅车作为代步工具,其中,中驱电动轮椅车就是比较常见的一种,这种轮椅车包括有前脚轮、中轮、后脚轮三组车轮,前轮主要起导向作用,中轮为驱动轮,与动力系统相连,后轮用于保持整个轮椅车的平衡,在爬坡或上台阶时起到稳定支撑的作用,由于总共设置有三组车轮,因此轮椅车运行时的平稳性就成为一个必须要加以重视的技术环节,尤其是在爬坡或在不平整路面上行驶时,这一问题就显得尤为凸出,而现有中驱轮椅车的前轮组件、后轮组件以及中驱轮组件与车架组件之间大都为刚性连接,车体没有自主平衡功能,各组件之间不能相互活动,无法随路况作出相应的调整,在通过高、低路况时各车轮与地面不能正常接触并承重,从而出现停顿、颠簸甚至无法顺利通过的现象,不能很好地满足人们的使用要求。
实用新型内容
针对现有各种电动中驱轮椅车存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理、运行平稳且性能可靠的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构。该连接机构的前轮组件、后轮组件以及中驱轮组件与车架组件之间形成四连杆机构,从而使轮椅车在爬坡或在不平整路面上行驶时各车轮与地面始终能有效接触并自动调整重心、保持平衡。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,包括左右对称设置的前轮组件、后轮组件、中驱轮组件以及位于中间的车架组件,其中每侧的中驱轮组件与后轮组件相固定,前轮组件分别与车架组件、后轮组件铰接连接,后轮组件又通过连杆组件与车架组件铰接连接,形成四连杆机构。
所述前轮组件包括防倾轮、脚轮叉和前臂,后轮组件包括后从动轮、脚轮叉和后臂,中驱轮组件包括驱动轮和减速箱总成,前轮组件通过前臂与车架组件铰接连接,后轮组件通过后臂与车架组件铰接连接,前臂与后臂在对应端相互铰接,减速箱总成装配在后臂上。
所述前臂呈先向后再向下延伸的折弯状,包括直臂和弯臂两部分,后臂呈先向上再向前、向下延伸的折弯状,包括中间的直臂及其两端的弯臂三部分,前臂与后臂在其弯臂末端相互铰接,并通过其直臂与车架组件相铰接。
所述前臂与后臂的直臂上设有铰接座,弯臂末端开设有铰接孔,车架组件的两侧设有前、后两根转轴,其中前转轴与前臂的铰接座相铰接,后转轴与连杆组件的下端铰接连接,连杆组件的上端与后臂的铰接座相铰接。
所述连杆组件为一短连杆,该连杆的两端开设有分别与后臂、后转轴相对应的铰接孔。
所述连杆组件呈U形,包括相平行的两个立板和连接两立板的横向套管,两立板端部的铰接孔与后臂铰接座相对应,并通过后臂销相铰接,套管与车架组件的后转轴相铰接。
所述后臂直臂部分的下方设有一连接板,中驱轮组件的减速箱总成通过该连接板连同中驱轮一起固定在后臂下方。
所述铰接座设置在前臂与后臂直臂部分的上表面。
所述连杆组件与车架组件的铰接轴位于连杆组件与后臂铰接轴的后下方,连杆组件倾斜设置。
所述后臂直臂部分高出前臂直臂部分一定距离。
所述后臂的末端折弯成直角。
本实用新型为确保中驱轮椅在爬坡或在不平整路面上行驶时的稳定性,由前轮组件1、后轮组件2、中驱轮组件3以及车架组件4四部分组成一四连杆机构,其工作原理为(如图1、图2、图3所示):当轮椅车行驶于平整路面时,轮椅车处于图1所示的状态,车架组件的重力平均作用在″C″、″D″两铰链上,铰链″C″的重力经前轮组件1和铰链″A″分别传递给防倾轮5和后轮组件2上的驱动轮6,铰链″D″的重力则通过连杆组件7由铰链″B″作用在后轮组件2上,将力传递给驱动轮6和后从动轮8;当轮椅车行驶到斜坡处爬坡时,如图2所示,由于斜坡作用,防倾轮5沿斜坡上升,使得前轮组件1以铰链″A″为圆心顺时针转动,通过铰链″C″将运动传递到铰链″D″,迫使连杆组件7以铰链″B″为圆心作逆时针转动,由于前轮组件1和连杆组件7的转动,使得车架组件克服自重朝后上方运动;待轮椅车所有着地轮子完全进入坡道后,在车架组件4的重力作用下,连杆组件7绕铰链″B″作顺时针转动,前轮组件绕铰链″A″作逆时针转动,轮椅车回复到如如图3所示的状态。
本实用新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,最大特点之一就在于,一反传统设计中车架组件只起支架支持作用的局限性,巧妙地将车架组件融合在四连杆机构中,使车架组件既起支架作用,又起连杆作用,各组件之间能绕其铰轴相互活动、随路况作出适应性调整,车体具有自主平衡功能,能顺利爬坡和通过高、低路况而没有停顿、颠簸现象,乘坐者感觉舒适、平稳。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。

如图4、图5、图6、图7所示,该中驱电动轮椅车主要由前轮组件1、后轮组件2、车架组件4、连杆组件7四大部分组成,其中,提供驱动力的中驱轮组件3装配在后轮组件2上,车架组件4居中,前轮组件1、后轮组件2、连杆组件7左右对称分布,形成各自独立的四连杆机构系统。
如图7所示,车架组件4呈框形,其前后两端向外伸出有两根横向的转轴9,前轮组件由防倾轮5、脚轮叉10和前臂11组成,后轮组件由后从动轮8、脚轮叉12和后臂13组成,中驱轮组件由驱动轮6和减速箱总成14组成。
如图7所示,前臂11呈先向后再向下延伸的折弯状,由直臂和弯臂两部分组成,其支臂的上表面固定有铰接座15,前转轴9伸入铰接座15铰接连接,弯臂末端开设有铰接孔;后臂13呈先向上再向前、向下延伸的折弯状,由中间的直臂及其两端弧形弯臂和直角弯臂三部分组成,其直角弯臂的末端为开设有铰接孔的U形保持架,前臂11与后臂13在其弯臂末端通过对锁螺丝相互铰接,后臂直臂高出前臂直臂适当距离,后臂13的上表面也固定有铰接座15,铰接座15通过后臂销16与连杆组件7相铰接,连杆组件7呈U形,由相平行的两个立板和连接两立板的横向套管组成,后转轴9伸入套管由卡环定位实现铰接,连杆组件7与车架组件4的铰接轴位于连杆组件7与后臂13的铰接轴的后下方,即连杆组件7的立板斜向设置,后臂13直臂部分的下方设有一连接板17,减速箱总成14通过该连接板连同中驱轮一起固定在后臂13的下方。
本实用新型不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,如连杆组件为一短连杆,或前臂与后臂制成其他适宜的折弯状,或前轮组件、后轮组件、车架组件及连杆组件采用其他方式铰接成四连杆机构等等。但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请文件记载的技术方案相同或相近似的中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1、一种新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,包括左右对称设置的前轮组件、后轮组件、中驱轮组件以及位于中间的车架组件,其特征在于,每侧的中驱轮组件与后轮组件相固定,前轮组件分别与车架组件、后轮组件铰接连接,后轮组件又通过连杆组件与车架组件铰接连接,形成四连杆机构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述前轮组件包括防倾轮、脚轮叉和前臂,后轮组件包括后从动轮、脚轮叉和后臂,中驱轮组件包括驱动轮和减速箱总成,前轮组件通过前臂与车架组件铰接连接,后轮组件通过后臂与车架组件铰接连接,前臂与后臂在对应端相互铰接,减速箱总成装配在后臂上。
3、根据权利要求2所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述前臂呈先向后再向下延伸的折弯状,包括直臂和弯臂两部分,后臂呈先向上再向前、向下延伸的折弯状,包括中间的直臂及其两端的弯臂三部分,前臂与后臂在其弯臂末端相互铰接,并通过其直臂与车架组件相铰接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述前臂与后臂的直臂上设有铰接座,弯臂末端开设有铰接孔,车架组件的两侧设有前、后两根转轴,其中前转轴与前臂的铰接座相铰接,后转轴与连杆组件的下端铰接连接,连杆组件的上端与后臂的铰接座相铰接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述连杆组件为一短连杆,该连杆的两端开设有分别与后臂、后转轴相对应的铰接孔。
6、根据权利要求4所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述连杆组件呈U形,包括相平行的两个立板和连接两立板的横向套管,两立板端部的铰接孔与后臂铰接座相对应,并通过后臂销相铰接,套管与车架组件的后转轴相铰接。
7、根据权利要求5或6所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述后臂直臂部分的下方设有一连接板,中驱轮组件的减速箱总成通过该连接板连同中驱轮一起固定在后臂下方。
8、根据权利要求7所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述铰接座设置在前臂与后臂直臂部分的上表面。
9、根据权利要求8所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述连杆组件与车架组件的铰接轴位于连杆组件与后臂铰接轴的后下方,连杆组件倾斜设置。
10、根据权利要求9所述的新型中驱电动轮椅车的前后臂连接机构,其特征在于,所述后臂直臂部分高出前臂直臂部分一定距离。
