Abstract

一种铺设木地板用的防震地板垫块，它呈板块状，在其纵向一端的端部设有两个外伸的T形扣件10及设于顶面的供相邻垫块卡扣件对应卡入的两个凹槽20，在垫块顶面一侧设有与地板连接用的横向T形凸条30。垫块中间为网状材料自身弹性结构40。在板块顶面上设有凸出板面的防震弹性片50。本实用新型可消除地板安装间隙所产出的响声。

防震地板垫块
技术领域
本实用新型涉及木地板的附件，特别是涉及一种可以防震消音的地板垫块。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识提高，可以重复使用的悬浮式地板渐渐流行，而随之出现的与悬浮式地板配套的地板垫块也有七、八种。这些垫块设计的共同特点是用地板垫块取代木龙骨或夹板，用弹簧来控制木地板的热胀冷缩，如ZL 0104353.2号实用新型所公开的U型弹簧夹式地板，但这种设计的最大缺陷是忽略了木地板与垫块的安装间隙，当人在地板上行走时，会发出“吱、吱”声音，这是目前悬浮式地板普遍存在的、急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型就是为解决上述问题而提供可以消除悬浮式地板与地板垫块安装间隙的一种技术方案。
本实用新型的防震地板垫块呈板块状，在其纵向一端端部设有两个外伸的T型扣件10及设于另一端供相邻垫块扣件卡入的两个凹槽20，在垫块顶面设有地板连接用的横向T形凸条30及四个防震弹性片50，上述两个外伸的T型扣件10可卡入相邻垫块上的凹槽20内。
垫块中间设有网状弹性结构40。
由上述技术方案可见，本实用新型由于增加了高于地板垫块板面上的防震弹性片，使地板卡入T形槽时受弹力作用，消除了卡扣与地板的安装间隙，起到了防震消音的效果。

具体实施方式
图1、图2示出了本实用新型的地板垫块顶面及相邻地板垫块的连接结构。如图示：该地板垫块呈长方形板块，在该块板的纵向一端端部设有两个向外伸出的T形卡扣件10，在板块的另一端设有供相邻地板垫块扣件镶入凹槽20，中间有网状弹力结构40。该结构设计使得垫块与垫块之间的连接既紧密又有卡入地板所需的弹性，地板垫块T形扣件10与另一端地板垫块凹槽20形状相对应，使得相邻垫块的扣件可以方便卡入其中。在垫块顶面一侧设有与地板连接用的横向T形凸条30。每块地板可卡入相邻两块地板垫块上的T形凸条之间，T形凸条的凸起部分卡入地板侧面的凹槽内，由于地板加工公差存在，垫块的T形凸条30，与地板侧面的凹槽存在间隙，地板安装后产生响声，在地板垫块顶面上设凸出平面的防震弹性片50，使得地板铺设完成后，走路时由于弹性片作用，消除了间隙磨擦声，起到了防震消音作用，解决了悬浮式地板走路产生响声的问题。

Claims (1)

1、一种铺设木地板用的防震地板垫块，其特征在于：该地板垫块呈板块状，在垫块顶面一侧设有与地板连接用的横向T形凸条30，弹性结构连结，板块顶面上至少有一处凸出平面具有反弹力作用的弹性片(50)。
