Abstract
本申请涉及便携式皮肤护理设备器领域,公开了用于皮肤保养的便携式皮肤护理设备及美容仪,其具有散热效率高、热量回溯少、携带及使用方便的特点。该便携式皮肤护理设备包括光/电产生组件、散热件以及壳体;其中,壳体至少部分包裹散热件和光/电产生组件,壳体外侧具有握持区域;散热件一端与光/电产生组件热耦合,另一端向便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部延伸;散热件的一侧具有散热鳍片结构。该设备利用光/电产生组件对皮肤进行接触式保养,并通过与光/电产生组件热耦合的散热件将光/电产生组件工作中产生的热量吸收并散发出去,还通过外侧具有握持区域的壳体至少部分包裹散热件和光/电产生组件,提高该设备的便携性和可操作性。

技术领域
本申请涉及接触式美容设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种便携式皮肤护理设备及美容仪。
背景技术
随着科技进步和时代发展,人们越来越注重对皮肤的保养,并且在注重保养皮肤的效果的同时,对于保养皮肤时的体验也越来越重视,皮肤保养设备应运而生,其中有一部分皮肤保养设备是接触式的,即该设备在对皮肤进行保养工作时时与皮肤接触的。
部分接触式皮肤保养设备在保养皮肤的过程中会产生热量,需要通过相应的散热结构进行散热,以免降低设备的保养效果。接触式皮肤保养设备的保养效果和保养时间均受到其散热结构的限制,现有的散热结构或过于复杂、或过于笨重、或散热效果差而容易导致热量回溯,均不利于接触式皮肤保养设备对皮肤进行保养。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本申请提供了一种便携式皮肤护理设备,其具有散热效率高、热量回溯少、携带及使用方便的特点。该便携式皮肤护理设备包括光/电产生组件、散热件以及壳体;其中,壳体至少部分包裹散热件和光/电产生组件,壳体外侧具有握持区域;散热件一端与光/电产生组件热耦合,另一端向便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部延伸;散热件的一侧具有散热鳍片结构。
可选地,散热件外侧具有若干槽体,槽体从临近光/电产生组件的一端延伸至远离光/电产生组件的另所述一端,以形成散热鳍片结构。
可选地,壳体套设于散热件;散热鳍片结构抵接于壳体的内壁,以使槽体和壳体的内壁之间形成风道。
可选地,风道沿散热件的邻近光/电产生组件的一端延伸至远离光/电产生组件的另一端;
可选地,若干风道的径向尺寸均相同,且沿风道延伸方向与壳体交叉处对散热件进行铣切,以使散热件贴合壳体。
可选地,散热件自便携式皮肤护理设备的头部延伸至便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部;散热件具有热耦合面,热耦合面与光/电产生组件热耦合,以将来自光/电产生组件的热量散发出去。
可选地,散热件位于便携式皮肤护理设备尾部的末端与便携式皮肤护理设备尾部末端之间具有间隙,该间隙的尺寸小于便携式皮肤护理设备长度的三分之一。
可选地,便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部设有出风口,散热件的尾部对应出风口设置;风道的末端临近出风口,以将风道中的热空气排出便携式皮肤护理设备。
可选地,散热件设置有安装槽,安装槽背离散热鳍片结构。
可选地,便携式皮肤护理设备包括安装板;安装板安装于安装槽的开口处并向便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部延伸;安装槽的侧壁上设置有安装部,安装板固定于安装部。
可选地,散热件为一体成型制成;壳体为一体成型制成,其头部具有开口,散热件通过该开口安装于壳体内。
为解决上述问题,本申请还提供一种美容仪,包括热源和散热件。散热件一端与热源热耦合,另一端向美容仪尾部延伸;其中,散热件一侧具有散热鳍片结构。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请公开一种便携式皮肤护理设备,利用光/电产生组件对皮肤进行接触式保养,并通过与光/电产生组件热耦合的散热件将光/电产生组件工作中产生的热量吸收;进一步地,散热件的一端与光/电产生组件热耦合,另一端向便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部延伸,从而散热件能够有效吸收光/电产生组件等热源产生的热量;进一步地,设于散热件一侧的散热鳍片结构增大了散热件与空气之间的接触面积,有助于提高散热效率,使得热量能够在散热件处快速的散发出去,能够减少一段时间后热量的回溯;进一步地,至少部分包裹散热件和光/电产生组件的壳体能够有效减少砂石、水分等外界因素对便携式皮肤护理设备的不良影响,且外侧具有握持区域的壳体能够提高便携式皮肤护理设备在携带和使用时便携性和可操作性,有利于便携式皮肤护理设备的工作。

本申请实施例提供了一种便携式皮肤护理设备10,其至少包括:壳体100、光/电产生组件200以及散热件300;其中,散热件300的一端即其头端与光/电产生组件200热耦合,另一端即其尾端向便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部延伸;壳体100至少部分包裹散热件300和光/电产生组件200,壳体100外侧具有握持区域;其中,散热件300一侧具有散热鳍片结构302。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请便携式皮肤护理设备10一实施例的结构示意图。可选地,本实施例提供的便携式皮肤护理设备10包括但不限于壳体100和光/电产生组件200,其中,壳体100可以是便携式皮肤护理设备10的外壳结构,光/电产生组件200可以是便携式皮肤护理设备10用于接触人体皮肤的治疗头结构,壳体100的首端可以形成有开口,光/电产生组件200可以部分容纳于此开口,以使壳体100可以部分包裹光/电产生组件200,使得壳体100形成便携式皮肤护理设备10的手柄结构,光/电产生组件200形成便携式皮肤护理设备10的治疗头结构,进而使用者可以手持便携式皮肤护理设备10以对人体皮肤进行护理。
进一步地,请参阅图2至图3,图2是图1实施例中壳体100的结构示意图,图3是图1实施例的分解结构示意图。可选地,便携式皮肤护理设备10可以包括散热件300,散热件300可以是由铝、铜、铝合金、石墨烯等高导热材料加工形成,用于对便携式皮肤护理设备10进行散热,具体可以通过将便携式皮肤护理设备10中的热源,如光/电产生组件200,在运作中产生的热量传导出去。在本实施例中,散热件300可以容纳于如图2所示的壳体100中,散热件300的首端可以与光/电产生组件200连接,散热件300的尾端可以向便携式皮肤护理设备10的尾部延伸,以使得壳体100能够至少部分包裹光/电产生组件200和散热件300。
可选地,壳体100尾部的内部空间的径向尺寸小于壳体100头部的内部空间的径向尺寸,使得壳体100外侧形成至少一个斜面,该斜面可作为壳体100的握持区域,以提高便携式皮肤护理设备10用于护理时的便携性;此外,壳体100内侧也可相应的形成至少一个斜面,使得散热件300的尾部可以抵接于壳体100内侧,以限制散热件300相对于壳体100的轴向位移。
需要注意的是,在本申请实施例中,壳体100外侧形成握持区域的结构并不限于本实施例,例如,壳体100中部的径向尺寸可以小于壳体100的头部和尾部,以在壳体100中部形成一个握持区域,壳体100也可以在其他位置形成便于握持的结构以作为握持区域,在此不做具体限定。
进一步地,请结合参阅图2及图4,图4是图1实施例中散热件300的结构示意图。可选地,散热件300的头端可以设有热耦合面301,热耦合面301可以与光/电产生组件200热耦合,以将来自光/电产生组件200的热量散发出去;散热件300自便携式皮肤护理设备10的头部延伸至便携式皮肤护理设备10的尾部。热耦合可以通过热传递方式、热对流方式或热辐射方式,或者上述三者方式的任意组合来实现热传递。散热件300可以借由其头端的热耦合面301对光/电产生组件200进行散热,保证光/电产生组件200在工作时处在一个不过热的状态下,使得光/电产生组件200可以持续对皮肤表部进行保养护理,既不会对皮肤部位造成额外的损伤,又不会减弱对皮肤的美容效果。
可选地,散热件300为一体成型制成;壳体100为一体成型制成,其头部具有开口,散热件300通过该开口安装于壳体100内。散热件300为一体成型制成,在加工方面具有加工难度低、加工方便的特点,一体成型的散热件300结构整体紧密无缝,稳固耐用,同时一体成型的散热件300与光/电产生组件200连接的时候具有良好的稳定性,能够提升散热件300对光/电产生组件200的散热效果。壳体100为一体成型制成,其具有结构稳定、加工难度低的特点,且其头部设有用于容纳散热件300的开口,使得一体成型的壳体100和一体成型的散热件300的连接结构稳定性好,进而能够提升便携式皮肤护理设备10的整体结构的结构稳定性和使用寿命。
请继续参阅图2至图3,可选地,散热件300的一侧具有散热鳍片结构302,在本实施例中,散热鳍片结构302可以贴附在散热件300的一侧,散热鳍片结构302可以由导热性好、质量轻、易加工的材料形成,例如铝、银、铜等。散热鳍片结构302能够增大散热件300散热表面积,使得散热件300的散热效果良好同时还兼具轻便的特点。散热鳍片结构302吸收了热量以后,可以用对流的形式将热量散发掉,在对流散热的过程中散热面积主要由散热鳍片结构302的表面积的大小决定的,其表面积越大,散热效果越好;其表面积越小,散热效果就越差。可以理解地,散热件300可以通过增加散热鳍片结构302的数量、增加散热鳍片结构302的长度等方式,增大散热件300的有效散热表面积,进而提升散热件300的散热性能;当然,散热鳍片结构302的数量、长度等不限于本实施例。
可选地,散热件300外侧具有若干槽体303,槽体303从邻近光/电产生组件200的一端延伸至远离光/电产生组件200的另一端,以形成散热鳍片结构302。换而言之,散热件300外侧可以设有若干槽体303,槽体303可以固定于散热件300,也可以由散热件300直接形成,若干槽体303之间的壁可以形成散热鳍片结构302。在便携式皮肤护理设备10的工作过程中,热量从热源如光/电产生组件200向远离热源的一端传递,槽体303顺着热量传递方向延伸,能够促进热量的散发。例如,槽体303的一端可以设于散热件300的头端,即邻近光/电产生组件200的位置,另一端可以延伸至散热件300的尾部,即延伸至远离光/电产生组件200的位置,进而散热鳍片结构302可以有效增大散热件300的散热表面积,以将光/电产生组件200产生的热量充分地散发出去,同时散热件300可以延伸到便携式皮肤护理设备10的尾部,能够有效吸收光/电产生组件200的热量。
需要注意的是,当散热件300温度接近或者高于热源如光/电产生组件200的温度时可能会发生热量的回溯。散热鳍片结构302能够加快散热件300的散热,使得热量能够在散热件300处快速地散发出去,能够减少一段时间后热量的回溯。由此,散热鳍片结构302能够进一步延长回溯之前的时间,有利于便携式皮肤护理设备10的工作。
可选地,壳体100套设于散热件300,散热鳍片结构302抵接壳体100的内壁,以使槽体303和壳体100的内壁之间形成风道。风道可以作为槽体303与壳体100的内壁之间的空气流通的通道,进而传导至槽体303的热量可以被流动于风道的风带走,以提高槽体303的散热效果。
可选地,风道沿散热件300的邻近光/电产生组件200的一端延伸至远离光/电产生组件200的另一端。形成于槽体303和壳体100的风道从散热件300的头端延伸至散热件300的尾端,进而能够提升热量从光/电产生组件200传导至散热件300头端进而传导至散热件300尾端的散发效率,以增强散热件300的散热能力。
可选地,若干风道的径向尺寸均相同,且沿风道延伸方向与壳体100交叉处对散热件300进行铣切,以使散热件300贴合壳体100。也即是说,散热鳍片结构302可以形成有一个或多个铣切面,使得散热件300能够贴合壳体100,进而使得槽体303与壳体100内壁之间的风道能够提高散热鳍片结构302的热传导效率,同时能够提高散热件300与壳体100的连接结构的稳定性。
可选地,便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部设有出风口(图未示),散热件300尾部对应出风口设置。风道的末端临近出风口,以将风道中的热空气排出便携式皮肤护理设备10。
请结合参阅图5,图5是本申请便携式皮肤护理设备10另一实施例的结构示意图。可选地,便携式皮肤护理设备10可以包括气流驱动器400。气流驱动器400可以向槽体303吹风,使得气流沿着槽体303从热源如光/电产生组件200吹向散热件300的尾部,中途无任何阻隔,故气流不会被阻挡反弹,从而不会携带热量返回热源,能够提高便携式皮肤护理设备10的散热效果。
请继续参阅图3,可选地,散热件300位于便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部的末端与便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部末端之间具有间隙304,间隙304的尺寸小于便携式皮肤护理设备10长度的三分之一。其中,便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部的末端可以安装工作时会产生热量的器件或组件,如充电口等,设于散热件300的末端与便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部末端之间的间隙304可以阻止便携式皮肤护理设备10尾部末端的热源产生的热量传导至散热件300,以避免散热件300的温度接近或者高于热源温度而导致热量回溯。同时,间隙304的尺寸小于便携式皮肤护理设备10长度的三分之一,可以避免因间隙304过长而导致的散热件300的散热表面积不足,以保证便携式皮肤护理设备10的散热能力。
可选地,散热件300可以设置有安装槽305,安装槽305背离散热鳍片结构302,安装槽305用于安装便携式皮肤护理设备10中的其他组件。可以理解地,便携式皮肤护理设备10可能需要安装其他组件或器件以扩充便携式皮肤护理设备10的功能,安装槽305可以是设置于散热件300的空槽,用于安装其他组件或器件,使得便携式皮肤护理设备10的多个组件可以集设于散热件300内,进而散热件300可以连同其内部集设的多个组件容纳于壳体100中,提高了便携式皮肤护理设备10的集成性和便携性。其中,安装槽305可以开设于散热件300的中部并背离散热鳍片结构302,以避免降低散热件300的散热能力。
可选地,安装槽305内设置有安装板306,安装板306可以安装于安装槽305的开口处并向便携式皮肤护理设备10的尾部延伸,安装板306用于安装部分其他组件。例如,安装板306可以是电路板,多个组件可以安装于安装板306以扩充便携式皮肤护理设备10的功能。
可选地,安装槽305的侧壁上设置有安装部307,安装板306固定于安装部307。其中,安装部307可以是凸台结构,以使安装板306可以卡接于安装部307进而固定于安装槽305内;当然,安装部307也可以是其他能够将安装板306固定于安装槽305内的结构,此处不作具体限定。
可以理解地,安装槽305内设置的其他组件也可能包括会产生热量的组件即光/电产生组件200之外的其他热源,散热件300能够将安装槽305内的热源产生的热量散发出去,以避免便携式皮肤护理设备10工作时内部组件热量过高而影响其性能。
图6是本申请美容仪中散热件300一实施方式的结构示意图。
如图6所示,本申请还提供一种美容仪,包括热源和散热件300。散热件300一端与热源热耦合,另一端向美容仪尾部延伸;其中,散热件300一侧具有散热鳍片结构302。
散热鳍片结构302增大了散热件300与空气之间的接触面积,有助于提高散热效率。同时散热件300延伸到美容仪尾部,能够有效吸收热源的热量。散热鳍片结构302加快散热件300的散热,使得热量能够在散热件300处快速的散发出去,能够减少一段时间后热量的回溯。当散热件300温度接近或者高于热源温度时可能会发生热量的回溯。散热鳍片结构302能够进一步延长回溯之前的时间,有利于美容仪的工作。
可选地,热源可以是美容仪中半导体制冷片的发热侧,也可以是接触皮肤的冷敷件。
可选地,散热件300外侧具有若干槽体303,槽体303从邻近热源的一端延伸至远离热源的另一端,以形成散热鳍片结构302。槽体303和槽体303之间的壁形成鳍片。热量从热源向远离热源的一端传递,槽体303顺着热量传递方向延伸,能够促进热量的散发。
可选地,美容仪可以包括气流驱动器400。气流驱动器400向槽体303吹风,使得气流沿着槽体303从热源吹响散热件300的尾部,中途无任何阻隔。气流不会被阻挡反弹,从而不会携带热量返回热源,能够提高散热效果。本申请中蓝宝石可以是人造的也可以是天然的。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。本申请实施例中“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

综上所述,区别于现有技术,本申请实施例提供的便携式皮肤护理设备10至少具有以下有益效果:通过光/电产生组件200对皮肤进行保养护理;通过与光/电产生组件200热耦合的散热件300及设置于散热件300上的散热鳍片结构302将光/电产生组件200及便携式皮肤护理设备10其他组件的热量散发出去;通过壳体100至少部分包裹光/电产生组件200和散热件300,以防止外界因素对便携式皮肤护理设备10的损害,并使得美容仪具有完整的结构,有利于调整三者之间的位置关系和数量关系,同时壳体100外侧的握持区域提高了便携式皮肤护理设备10的便携性和可操作性。其中,散热鳍片结构302与壳体100内壁之间形成的风道能够配合气流驱动器400使气流沿着组成散热鳍片结构302的槽体303从热源吹向散热件300的尾部,促进热量的散发,有效地延缓了散热件300温度接近或者高于热源温度时可能会发生的热量回溯,有利于便携式皮肤护理设备10的工作。

Claims (11)
1.一种便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,包括:
光/电产生组件;
散热件,一端与所述光/电产生组件热耦合,另一端向所述便携式皮肤护理设备尾部延伸;
壳体,至少部分包裹所述散热件和所述光/电产生组件,所述壳体外侧具有握持区域;
其中,所述散热件一侧具有散热鳍片结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,
所述散热件外侧具有若干槽体,所述槽体从邻近所述光/电产生组件的所述一端延伸至远离所述光/电产生组件的另所述一端,以形成所述散热鳍片结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,包括:
所述壳体套设于所述散热件;
所述散热鳍片结构抵接所述壳体的内壁,以使所述槽体和所述壳体的内壁之间形成风道。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,
所述风道沿所述散热件的所述邻近所述光/电产生组件的所述一端延伸至远离所述光/电产生组件的另所述一端;
若干所述风道的径向尺寸均相同,且沿所述风道延伸方向与所述壳体交叉处对散热件进行铣切,以使所述散热件贴合所述壳体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,
所述散热件具有热耦合面,所述热耦合面与所述光/电产生组件热耦合,以将来自所述光/电产生组件的热量散发出去;
所述散热件自所述便携式皮肤护理设备的头部延伸至所述便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,
所述散热件位于所述便携式皮肤护理设备尾部的末端与所述便携式皮肤护理设备尾部末端之间具有间隙,所述间隙尺寸小于所述便携式皮肤护理设备长度的三分之一。
7.根据权利要求6所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,
所述便携式皮肤护理设备尾部设有出风口,所述散热件尾部对应所述出风口设置;
所述风道的末端临近所述出风口,以将所述风道中的热空气排出所述便携式皮肤护理设备。
8.根据权利要求7所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,
所述散热件设置有安装槽,所述安装槽背离所述散热鳍片结构。
9.根据权利要求8所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于,包括:
安装板,所述安装板安装于所述安装槽的开口处并向所述便携式皮肤护理设备的尾部延伸;
所述安装槽的侧壁上设置有安装部,所述安装板固定于所述安装部。
10.根据权利要求3所述的便携式皮肤护理设备,其特征在于
所述散热件为一体成型制成;
所述壳体为一体成型制成,其头部具有开口,所述散热件通过所述开口安装于所述壳体内。
11.一种美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
热源;
散热件,一端与所述热源热耦合,另一端向所述美容仪尾部延伸;
其中,所述散热件一侧具有散热鳍片结构。
