Abstract
本申请公开了一种美容仪,该美容仪包括热源、散热件以及气流驱动器;散热件一端与热源热耦合,另一端向美容仪尾部延伸;气流驱动器相对散热件设置,用于将散热件或热源附近的气流驱动,使气流流动。热源用于与皮肤部位接触,散热件一端与热源热耦合以将热源产生的热量传递出去,有效地保护美容皮肤部位的健康,同时散热件另一端向美容仪尾部延伸,以增长散热件的传热路径,提升对热源的散热效果,通过气流驱动器将散热件或热源附近的气流驱动,使得气流可以快速流动,进而加速美容仪内部的热量散发,进一步提高美容仪的散热效率,使得热量不易回溯到美容仪头部,使得美容仪具有较好的制冷效果,从而提高美容仪对皮肤的美容舒适度。

技术领域
本申请涉及美容仪器技术领域,特别是涉及一种美容仪。
背景技术
随着科技进步和时代发展,人们越来越注重对皮肤的保养,并且在注重保养皮肤的效果的同时,对于保养皮肤时的体验也越来越重视。其中有一种是接触式美容仪。
美容仪在美容过程中会产生热量,需要通过部分结构进行散热。美容仪的制冷效果和制冷时间均受到其散热结构的限制。现有的散热结构散热效率不能满足需求,同时美容仪还会持续不断产生热量,最终导致热量容易回溯到美容仪的头部、美容仪的制冷时间短。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本申请提供了一种美容仪,该美容仪包括热源、散热件以及气流驱动器;所述散热件一端与所述热源热耦合,另一端向所述美容仪尾部延伸;所述气流驱动器相对所述散热件设置,用于将所述散热件或所述热源附近的气流驱动,使所述气流流动。
可选地,美容仪包括主壳体,所述散热件设置于所述主壳体内,所述气流驱动器驱动所述气流流通于所述主壳体内外。
可选地,所述热源位于所述主壳体的一端,所述主壳体远离所述热源的一端设置有出风口,所述出风口位于所述美容仪尾部末端周围。
可选地,所述散热件末端与所述美容仪尾部末端之间具有间隙,使得所述散热件靠近所述美容仪尾部的一端与所述主壳体的尾部之间形成空腔。
可选地,所述间隙的尺寸小于所述美容仪主体长度的三分之一,所述散热件末端对应所述出风口设置。
可选地,所述气流驱动器设置于所述主壳体上,所述气流驱动器靠近所述热源设置。
可选地,所述气流驱动器驱动所述气流向主壳体内部流动,并从所述出风口流出。
可选地,所述气流驱动器的吹风口朝向所述散热件设置,使得所述气流朝向所述散热件流动。
可选地,所述散热件靠近所述气流驱动器的部分设置有向所述美容仪末端延伸的槽体,所述气流驱动器驱动所述气流沿所述槽体流动。
可选地,美容仪包括操作头,设置于所述美容仪头部;所述主壳体靠近所述操作头的一端设置有第一开口,所述操作头盖住所述第一开口。
为解决上述问题,本申请还提供一种美容仪,包括热源和散热件。散热件一端与热源热耦合,另一端向美容仪尾部延伸;气流驱动器,相对散热件设置,用于将散热件或热源附近的气流驱动,使气流流动。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供了一种美容仪,热源用于与皮肤部位接触,且在工作时产生热量,散热件一端与热源热耦合以将热源产生的热量传递出去,以能够对热源进行降温,有效地保护美容皮肤部位的健康,同时散热件另一端向美容仪尾部延伸,以增长散热件的传热路径,提升对热源的散热效果,在散热件对热源进行散热的过程中,通过气流驱动器将散热件或热源附近的气流驱动,使得气流可以快速流动,进而加速美容仪内部的热量散发,进一步提高美容仪的散热效率,使得热量不易回溯到美容仪头部,使得美容仪具有较好的制冷效果,从而提高美容仪对皮肤的美容舒适度。

本申请提供了一种美容仪,参照图1和图2,该美容仪包括主壳体1和操作头2。主壳体1呈长条状,且其内部具有一空腔,主壳体1的头部位置处开设有第一开口11,第一开口11与空腔连通。操作头2装配在主壳体1的头部位置处,并盖住第一开口11,使得操作头2固定于主壳体1上,组成一个整体,以便于使用,同时空腔的存在有利于热量的流动,便于进行散热。操作头2用于与皮肤接触,通过主壳体1使得操作头2能够得到固定,方便对操作有进行操作,有助于提升操作头2的舒适度。
其中,操作头2与主壳体1的安装方式为可拆卸安装,可拆卸的安装方式便于拆卸与安装,在需要更换或者清洗美容仪内部结构时,通过对操作头2进行拆卸可以便利地实现更换操作头2或者清洗美容仪内部结构,操作简单,高效便利。
可选地,操作头2在边缘处设置有第一扣件21,主壳体1可以在第一开口11的边缘处开设有第二扣件12,环槽环绕第一开口11设置。第一扣件21与第二扣件12互相扣合以进行固定,具有安装便利的优势,同时通过第一扣件21与第二扣件12可以使得操作头2和主壳体1能够稳定的固定在一起,操作头2可以稳定的固定在主壳体1上,有助于操作头2对皮肤进行美容。
可选地,第一扣件21可以为卡块或者环槽,第二扣件12可以为环槽或者卡块。
参照图2和图3,美容仪包括热源3、散热件4以及气流驱动器5。热源3安装在操作头2靠近主壳体1一端的位置上,用于与皮肤接触以对皮肤进行美容。散热件4装配在主壳体1内,散热件4一端与热源3热耦合,以能够对热源3进行降温,散热件4另一端向主壳体1尾部延伸,使得散热件4就有较长的散热路径,以提升对热源3的散热效果,其中,热耦合可以通过热传递方式、热对流方式或热辐射方式,或者上述三者方式的任意组合来实现热传递。气流驱动器5安装在主壳体1靠近热源3的位置上,用于将散热件4或热源3附近的气流驱动,使气流流动,有助于美容仪进行散热。气流驱动器5靠近热源3设置,有助于将热源3产生的热量充分并快速散发出去,以对热源3进行降温,同时降低热量辐射至美容仪其他部位上的可能性,通过散热件4和气流驱动器5共同将热源3产生的热量进行转移,使得热量不易回溯到美容仪头部,从而提升美容仪的制冷性能。
在美容仪工作时,热源3会产生热量,散热件4与热源3热耦合,以能够对热源3进行降温,散热件4与热源3互相抵接,限定两者之间的距离,不仅可以让散热件4与热源3充分接触,使得美容仪内部的结构更加紧凑,提升空间利用率,而且还可以提升散热件4与热源3之间的热传递效率,有助于散热件4对热源3进行快速散热,以达到制冷的效果。这样有助于使用者在使用美容仪对皮肤进行美容时,可以更加舒适,同时不会对皮肤造成损伤,有利于保护皮肤的健康。
可选地,热源3可以是用于对皮肤部位进行放电加热的电极头,热源3也可以是美容仪中吸收了皮肤部位热量的冷敷晶体。
可选地,主壳体1远离热源3的一端开设有出风口13,其用于散发主壳体1内的热量,通过出风口13可以让主壳体1内的气流进行流动,使得主壳体1内的热量能够被带走至主壳体1外,并与外界进行热交换,有助于美容仪散热。出风口13位于主壳体1尾部末端的周围,一方面可以将热量通过美容仪尾部进行排出,加速对热源3进行散热,另一方面在气流驱动器5驱动主壳体1内部的气流流动时,通过出风口13可以辅助主壳体1内的气流顺畅地流动,进而使得流动的气流可以携带热量散发至主壳体1外部,以提升热量的散发效果,以对热源3进行降温,有效地防止美容仪发烫,提高美容仪的使用性能。
可选地,气流驱动器5可以为风扇,风扇位于头部对着散热件4吹风,美容仪尾部设置有出风口13排出携带热量的气流。这样能够加快散热。
可选地,散热件4末端与美容仪尾部末端之间具有间隙,使得散热件4靠近美容仪尾部的一端与主壳体1的尾部之间形成空腔。空腔对于流动的气体而言具有一定缓冲作用,在空腔处的气压高于外界气压,气体有一定压缩,有助于气流释放热量,提高散热效果。
可选地,间隙的尺寸小于主壳体1长度的三分之一,散热件4末端对应出风口13设置。对间隙的尺寸进行严格的限制,有效地利用主壳体1内部的空间,避免间隙尺寸过大浪费主壳体1内部的空间布局,节省用材。散热件4末端对应出风口13设置,有助于散热上的热量通过出风口13散发出去,当气流驱动器5朝向主壳体1尾端吹时,美容仪头部的热量的以及散热件4吸收热源3的热量可以一并从出风口13散发出去,使得热量不易回溯到美容仪头部,以实现美容仪良好的制冷效果。
可选地,气流驱动器5驱动气流向主壳体1内部流动,并从出风口13流出。在美容仪工作的过程中,热量持续产生热量,气流驱动器5驱动主壳体1内的气流流动,并驱使气流朝着出风口13的方向流动,操作头2与主壳体1构成的密闭空间可以使得美容仪内部的气流能够充分的流向出风口13,并从出风口13流出,流动的气流可以携带热量移动,也即可以将热源3产生的热量转移至主壳体1外部,减少热源3以及散热件4的周围热量聚集,使得热源3能够得到降温,同时减少热量辐射至美容仪其它地方,有助于使用者能够舒适的手握美容仪以对皮肤部位进行美容。
可选地,气流驱动器5的吹风口朝向散热件4设置,使得气流朝向散热件4流动。气流驱动器5可以近距离地将热源3周围的气流进行驱动,以加快气流流动,气流流动的越快对散发热源3周围的热量越有帮助,散热件4在保持对热源3吸热的过程中,气流驱动器5驱动散热件4周围的气流流动,有效地提高散热件4对热源3的散热效率,同时随着气流流向出风口13,散热件4自身的热量也能够得到转移和散发,极大地提升美容仪的制冷效果,降低主壳体1上有热量聚集的现象,方便使用者抓握美容仪,提升美容仪的使用寿命。
参照图3和图4,可选地,散热件4靠近气流驱动器5的部分设置有向美容仪末端延伸的槽体6,气流驱动器5驱动气流沿槽体6流动。通过槽体6可以使得气流沿着既定的路径流动,气流可以稳定地朝着出风口13的方向流动,有效地避免主壳体1内部的气流紊乱,以能够通过气流快速地带走美容仪内部的热量,进而达到散热的目的,提升散热效果。此外,通过槽体6可以增加气流与散热件4的接触面积,有助于对散热件4进行散热,提升散热效率。
可选地,散热件4可以为陶瓷基座,陶瓷基座具有良好的导热性能,可以提升对散热件4的散热效果。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供了一种美容仪,热源3用于与皮肤部位接触,且在工作时产生热量,散热件4一端与热源3热耦合以将热源3产生的热量传递出去,以能够对热源3进行降温,有效地保护美容皮肤部位的健康,同时散热件4另一端向美容仪尾部延伸,以增长散热件4的传热路径,提升对热源3的散热效果,在散热件4对热源3进行散热的过程中,通过气流驱动器5将散热件4或热源3附近的气流驱动,使得气流可以快速流动,进而加速美容仪内部的热量散发,进一步提高美容仪的散热效率,使得热量不易回溯到美容仪头部,使得美容仪具有较好的制冷效果,从而提高美容仪对皮肤的美容舒适度。

如图5和图6所示,本申请还提供一种美容仪,包括热源3和散热件4。散热件4一端与热源3热耦合,另一端向美容仪尾部延伸;气流驱动器5,相对散热件4设置,用于将散热件4或热源3附近的气流驱动,使气流流动。
散热件4利用热量从温度高的地方向温度低的地方传递的特性,对热源3进行散热。热量从热源3传递到散热件4中,然后散发出去。本申请的美容仪通过气流驱动器5,使得散热件4或者热源3附近的气流流动起来,能够加快对热源3的散热。
可选地,美容仪中的热源3可以是半导体制冷片的发热面,也可以是美容仪中吸收了皮肤部位热量的冷敷件7。
可选地,气流驱动器5设置于美容仪外壳上靠近头部的地方。气流驱动器5驱动气流从美容仪头部向尾部流动,并从尾部排出。例如,气流驱动器5为风扇,风扇位于头部对着散热件4吹风,美容仪尾部设置有出风口13排出携带热量的气流。这样能够加快散热。本申请中蓝宝石可以是人造的也可以是天然的。

1.一种美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
热源;
散热件,一端与所述热源热耦合,另一端向所述美容仪尾部延伸;
气流驱动器,相对所述散热件设置,用于将所述散热件或所述热源附近的气流驱动,使所述气流流动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,包括:
主壳体,所述散热件设置于所述主壳体内,所述气流驱动器驱动所述气流流通于所述主壳体内外。
3.根据权利要求2所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述热源位于所述主壳体的一端,所述主壳体远离所述热源的一端设置有出风口,所述出风口位于所述美容仪尾部末端周围。
4.根据权利要求3所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述散热件末端与所述美容仪尾部末端之间具有间隙,使得所述散热件靠近所述美容仪尾部的一端与所述主壳体的尾部之间形成空腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述间隙的尺寸小于所述美容仪主体长度的三分之一,所述散热件末端对应所述出风口设置。
6.根据权利要求2所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述气流驱动器设置于所述主壳体上,所述气流驱动器靠近所述热源设置。
7.根据权利要求3所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述气流驱动器驱动所述气流向主壳体内部流动,并从所述出风口流出。
8.根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述气流驱动器的吹风口朝向所述散热件设置,使得所述气流朝向所述散热件流动。
9.根据权利要求1所述的美容仪,其特征在于,
所述散热件靠近所述气流驱动器的部分设置有向所述美容仪末端延伸的槽体,所述气流驱动器驱动所述气流沿所述槽体流动。

操作头,设置于所述美容仪头部;
