Abstract
本申请涉及美容仪器领域,公开了一种皮肤保养组件和接触式皮肤保养设备。该皮肤保养组件包括冷敷件、电极头及制冷件。冷敷件具有接触面和传导面,接触面用于接触皮肤部位并进行降温;电极头用于对皮肤部位进行放电加热,电极头与冷敷件相对固定;制冷件具有制冷面,制冷面用于制冷,并与传导面热耦合,冷敷件与制冷件层叠设置。本申请的皮肤保养组件能使接触面的温度变化更为明显,具有快速的温度变化和导热性,进行快速降温从而促进美容效果,让用户有更好的体感体验。

技术领域
本申请涉及美容仪器技术领域,特别是涉及一种皮肤保养组件和接触式皮肤保养设备。
背景技术
随着科技进步和时代发展,人们越来越注重对皮肤的保养,并且在注重保养皮肤的效果的同时,对于保养皮肤时的体验也越来越重视。其中一种是接触式美容仪。
部分接触式美容仪在美容过程中会在皮肤中产生热量,从而导致炙热感甚至烧灼感。
实用新型内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是提供一种皮肤保养组件,以在对皮肤进行加热美容的同时,降低或消除炙热感甚至烧灼感。
为解决上述问题,本申请提供一种皮肤保养组件,该皮肤保养组件包括冷敷件、电极头及制冷件。冷敷件具有接触面和传导面,接触面用于接触皮肤部位并进行降温;电极头用于对皮肤部位进行放电加热,电极头与冷敷件相对固定;制冷件具有制冷面,制冷面用于制冷,并与传导面热耦合,冷敷件与制冷件层叠设置。
为解决上述问题,本申请提供另一种接触式皮肤保养设备,该设备包括上述的皮肤保养组件,其皮肤保养组件安装于设备主体。
本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请在皮肤保养组件中设置了冷敷件和制冷件,制冷件能在电极头对皮肤进行热保养时进行快速制冷,与传导面进行热耦合,使用户皮肤热保养时美容仪接触的位置在给皮肤加热美容的同时,能够对温度敏感的皮肤表层进行快速降温,降低或消除炙热感甚至烧灼感;同时,冷敷件和制冷件层叠设置能够避免皮肤直接接触制冷件,防止炙热感甚至烧灼感的同时还防止冷冻感。

如图1所示,本申请的皮肤保养组件实施例描述的皮肤保养组件100包括制冷件10、冷敷件20、电极头30。
具体地,请参阅图1至图4,冷敷件20具有接触面21和传导面22,接触面21用于接触皮肤部位并进行降温。电极头30用于对皮肤部位进行放电加热,电极头30与冷敷件20相对固定。制冷件10具有制冷面11,制冷面11用于制冷,并与传导面22热耦合,冷敷件20与制冷件10层叠设置。
其中,冷敷件20与制冷件10直接贴合,接触面21与皮肤接触,将皮肤散发的热量通过传导面22与制冷件10接触,使皮肤的温度变化更加明显,热量散发更快,皮肤降温也更快。电极头30用于直接与皮肤接触,进行放电加热,是皮肤保养组件100的主要加热器件。电极头30的放电加热方式主要是进行射频加热,射频加热是利用射频波直接穿透皮肤,利用皮肤的阻抗作用使皮肤细胞产生热能达到对胶原组织加热和脂肪细胞加热的目的,使得皮肤底层的温度升高,利用真皮层的刺激会产生即刻性的胶原蛋白收紧及刺激胶原蛋白再生,具有提升紧肤及除皱瘦脸的功效。电极头30与冷敷件20相对固定,其电极头30可以是镶嵌于冷敷件20上,其固定方式不限。制冷件10可以在皮肤保养组件100对皮肤保养时进行制冷,其制冷件10可以是半导体制冷片,利用半导体材料的珀尔帖效应(电流流过两种不同导体的界面时,将从外界吸收热量,或向外界放出热量),当直流电通过两种不同半导体材料串联成的电偶时,在电偶的两端即可分别吸收热量和放出热量,从而实现制冷的目的。吸收热量一面即为制冷件10的制冷面11。制冷件10的制冷面11与冷敷件20的传导面22进行热耦合,热耦合就是传热连接,可以通过热传递方式、热对流或热辐射方式,或者上述三种方式的任意组合方式来实现传热。制冷面11吸收热量,传导面22将电极头30在皮肤产生的热量传导至制冷面11,从而实现了对皮肤的制冷。冷敷件20与制冷件10层叠设置,这有利于冷敷件20和制冷件10之间流畅地进行热传导。
制冷件10与冷敷件20直接贴合进行热量传递使其散热效率更高。在物体内部或者物体之间,只要有温差的存在,就有热量自发地由高温处向低温处传递。制冷件10与冷敷件20的层叠设置使皮肤保养组件100的能够快速降低皮肤温度。
热量在热传递过程中,传递热量的两者温差越大,热量传递就更快。若冷敷件20与制冷件10没有直接贴合,两者之间隔着空气,其热量传递速度就会变慢,从而导致传热效率变慢。
可选地,冷敷件20和制冷件10之间可以直接贴合,也可以是填充有导热硅脂。填充导热硅脂可以避免冷敷件20和制冷件10之间由于制造工艺等误差造成的无法紧密贴合的缝隙。如果制造工艺足够好,则无需填充导热硅脂,因为直接贴合的传热效率最高。
电极头30进行射频或者微电流等美容时,会定位对皮肤组织进行加热。皮肤保养组件100同时运用制冷件10和冷敷件20对皮肤采取冷却措施,致使真皮层在被加热时表皮层能保持正常温度,此时皮肤真皮层变厚,产生新的胶原质,皮肤会变得更加紧实。通过上述方式,皮肤保养组件100能够实现对皮肤进行加热保养的同时还能进行快速地散热,使得皮肤保养组件100具有快速的温度变化和更快的传热效率,提升了用户体验的同时还提升用户保养皮肤的美容效果;同时,冷敷件20与制冷件10的配合使得接触面21能够对温度敏感的皮肤表层进行快速降温,降低或消除炙热感甚至烧灼感;此外,冷敷件20和制冷件10层叠设置能够避免皮肤接触制冷件10,防止炙热感甚至烧灼感的同时还防止冷冻感。
具体地,冷敷件20包括:接触面21、传导面22及电极头安装孔23。
其中,接触面21为图2左图所示,接触进行热保养的皮肤,传递因电极头30射频加热的热量,传导面22为图2右图所示,与接触面21相对设置,与制冷件10的制冷面11接触,与制冷件10进行热量交换快速散热,电极头安装孔23可以成矩阵设置,设置方式不限,其可以设置于冷敷件20的任意位置,用于安装电极头30,其数量不限。
具体地,如图3所示,电极头30包括:电极头加热部分31和电极头安装部分32。电极头加热部分31与皮肤直接接触,用于对皮肤进行上述的射频或微电流加热,电极头安装部分32用与上述电极头安装孔23进行连接固定。电极头30的数量不限。
具体地,如图4所示,制冷件10包括:制冷面11、发热面12及引线13,制冷面11为半导体材料吸收热量的一面,发热面12半导体材料放出热量的一面。制冷面11与冷敷件20的传导面22接触,吸收冷敷件20的传导面22的热量,用于对冷敷件20进行制冷。引线13包括第一引线131及第二引线132,引线13给制冷件10通电,形成上述的半导体材料的珀尔帖效应,使制冷件10进行制冷工作。
可选地,制冷件10进一步包括:导热介质14,制冷件10与冷敷件20之间间隔距离可以设置0.1毫米~1毫米的导热介质14。
导热介质14可以是导热硅脂,导热硅脂作为填充物,可以使制冷件10与冷敷件20接触更充分,减少由于制造工艺造成的尺寸偏差从而导致的冷敷件20与制冷件10接触不充分,提高导热效果,使制冷件10与冷敷件20热量传递更加迅速与集中。
可选地,在其他实施例中,其导热介质14可以省略,冷敷件20的传导面22与制冷件10的制冷面11之间直接接触。
在热量传递时,冷敷件20的传导面22与制冷件10的制冷面11直接接触,其热量传递的效率更快,若制作工艺良好,其制冷件10与冷敷件20接触得越紧密,其两者之间的间隙也就越小,热量传递得就越快,从而能对皮肤进行快速散热。
可选地,制冷件10可以直接接触皮肤工作,只是需要在制冷面11上涂一层亲肤、导热的涂层。
可选地,在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中,制冷件10的制冷面11的面积大于等于冷敷件20的接触面21的面积,制冷件10的制冷面11的面积与冷敷件20的接触面21的面积比例可以为1.5~1之间。
其中,制冷件10的制冷面11的面积大于等于冷敷件20的接触面21的面积是为了让冷敷件20与制冷件10的导热更加充分,让冷敷件20传递热量更快,其传热效果更好。制冷面11越大,表示进行制冷的面积就越大,吸热效率也就越快。在本实施例的其他实施方式中,若制冷面11的面积小于冷敷件20的接触面21的面积,会导致皮肤保养组件100在进行皮肤保养时降温速度不够或者降温不均匀,只有与制冷件10接触的冷敷件20部位位置降温较快,在冷敷件20的其他的位置降温速度不够,效果不佳,让用户在进行皮肤保养时与冷敷件20接触部位的皮肤体感变差。
在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中,冷敷件20的接触面21面积与制冷件10的制冷面11面积比例可以设置为0.8~1.2之间。
申请人在长期的研究和论证中发现,冷敷件20的接触面21面积与制冷件10的制冷面11面积相比相等或者略小时其散热效果较好,若制冷件10的制冷面11的小于冷敷件20的接触面21,比如设置为接触面21的0.8~1倍之间,尽管其散热效率会降低,但并不影响其功能。制冷件10的制冷面11达到冷敷件20的接触面21面积的0.8以上,散热效率只是略微下降,依旧能够实现较好的制冷效果。冷敷件20也不会形成上述的降温不均匀现象导致用户体感不佳。制冷面11的面积大于冷敷件20的接触面21的面积,其多出的部分可以是为了在安装皮肤保养组件100时提供预留安装尺寸,便于制冷件10的安装与固定。若制冷面11的面积没有考虑预留安装尺寸,极可能造成在安装时制冷面11小于接触面21的面积,从而导致皮肤保养组件100散热效率的下降。
可选地,在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中,冷敷件20可以为蓝宝石。
蓝宝石是氧化铝最洁净的单晶形态,是最硬的氧化物晶体,具有高轻度、高硬度、耐高温、耐摩擦和高强度及高热导率等一系列优良的特性。利用蓝宝石制作冷敷件20,其高硬度和耐高温保证了皮肤保养组件100在使用时的安全性,保障了用户的安全。但是最主要还是利用蓝宝石的高导热性能,可以使接触面21温度变化更明显,导热更加迅速,使制冷件10能更好地对皮肤热量过高的地方进行散热,进而使皮肤保养组件100具有更好的散热效果,促进其美容效果。申请人在长期的研究和论证中发现,蓝宝石与人体皮肤的亲密性很好,具有很强的亲肤性,用于制作与皮肤接触的冷敷件20对皮肤无危害,皮肤感觉也更舒服。
可选地,在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中,冷敷件20的接触面21和传导面22相背设置,电极头30的端面位于冷敷件20的接触面21一侧,且在冷敷件20的接触面21所在参考面的垂直投影位于冷敷件20的接触面21外围边界所定义封闭圈之内。
冷敷件20的接触面21和传导面22相背设置是为了接触面21与传导面22之间的热量传递效率更快,便于与接触面21接触的皮肤直接散热。电极头30的端面位于冷敷件20的接触面21一侧,是为了与接触面21一同接触皮肤,对皮肤进行热保养,也方便接触面21对皮肤进行散热。限定电极头30端面面积这样设置能使电极头30与冷敷件20同时接触皮肤,使冷敷件20也能与皮肤保持充分接触,有利于皮肤保养组件100的散热,使得皮肤接触部位更加舒适,提升用户体验。
可选地,在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中,冷敷件20的厚度与冷敷件20的接触面21面积的数值比例为1:150~1:250。
冷敷件20的形状为如图2所示的薄片状。若冷敷件20的厚度过大,会导致接触面21传导面22的导热效率不佳,若冷敷件20的厚度过小,制冷件10对皮肤的影响就较大,对用户进行皮肤热保养的体感也会有较大影响,而且冷敷件20厚度过小不易加工。申请人在长期的研究和论证中发现,冷敷件20的厚度与接触面21的数值比例在1:150~1:250之间其散热效果较其他比例较好,其导热性能也较好。
可选地,如图5所示,在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中进一步包括了散热件40。
散热件40具有热耦合面41和散热面42,热耦合面41与制冷件10的发热面12进行热耦合。热耦合面41的面积与发热面12的面积比例为1~1.5之间。
其中,热耦合面41的面积不能小于发热面12的面积,热耦合面41面积小于发热面12面积会使制冷件10制冷效率变慢,散热也就变慢,导致热量不能及时散发,会影响整个皮肤保养组件100的散热效率,导致其机身发烫,接触皮肤部位温度升高,有损伤皮肤的风险。面积比例设置在1~1.5之间其中多余的发热面12的部分是为了预留安装所需。如图5所示,散热面42的面积十分大,上面设置有多条条状的凹槽,其目的在于为了增大散热面积,散热面积越大,散热效率越快。散热面42设置多条条状的凹槽就增大了皮肤保养组件100的散热件40的散热面积,增大了其散热效率。
可选地,参阅如图6至图8,在本申请皮肤保养组件100实施例中进一步包括了壳体50。
壳体50具有开口51。制冷件10、冷敷件20及电极头依次设置在壳体50的开口51内。
冷敷件20在厚度方向具有不同的第一径向尺寸和第二径向尺寸,开口51在深度方向具有不同的第三径向尺寸和第四径向尺寸,具有第一径向尺寸的冷敷件20部分较具有第二径向尺寸的冷敷件20部分靠近制冷件10,具有第三径向尺寸的开口51部分较具有第四径向尺寸的开口51部分靠近制冷件10,第一径向尺寸大于第二径向尺寸,第三径向尺寸小于第四径向尺寸,第二径向尺寸小于第三径向尺寸。
在开口51中,冷敷件20在厚度方向具有不同的第一径向尺寸和第二径向尺寸,第一径向尺寸大于第二径向尺寸,其目的在于便于冷敷件20设置于开口51内,开口51具有不同的第三径向尺寸和第四径向尺寸,第三径向尺寸小于第四径向尺寸,第二径向尺寸小于第三径向尺寸是为了冷敷件20能够恰好安装固定于壳体50中。其次,具有第一径向尺寸的冷敷件20部分较具有第二径向尺寸的冷敷件20部分靠近制冷件10,第一径向尺寸大于第二径向尺寸,保证了与皮肤接触的接触面21的面积小于与制冷件10接触的传导面22,有利于皮肤散热效率的提升。
可选地,在本实施例的其他实施方式当中,冷敷件20也可以是金属材料构成。金属材料的冷敷件20在对皮肤制冷的同时,也可以作为电极头30的一部分。这样可以同时利用金属良好的导热性能和导电性。
如图8所示,壳体50抵接冷敷件20,并将冷敷件20压紧于制冷件10。
壳体50抵接冷敷件20,冷敷件20压紧与制冷件10具体的形状可以是坡面,也可以是阶梯型,具体地压紧方式不限。壳体50将冷敷件20压紧是保证了整个皮肤保养组件100的连接固定,成为一个整体。
请参阅图9至图10,本申请接触式皮肤保养设备实施例的接触式皮肤保养设备200,可以包括皮肤保养组件100及设备主体。皮肤保养组件100安装于设备主体,形成一个如图10所示的接触式皮肤保养设备200整体。
区别于现有技术的情况,本申请的皮肤保养组件中设置了冷敷件20和制冷件10,制冷件10能在电极头30对皮肤进行热保养时进行快速制冷,与传导面22进行热耦合,使用户皮肤保养时与冷敷件20接触的位置能够快速降温,冷敷件20和制冷件10层叠设置是为了让皮肤不直接接触制冷件10,获得更好的降温体验。

如图11和图12所示,本申请还提供一种皮肤保养组件100,包括冷敷件20、电极头30和制冷件10。冷敷件20具有接触面21和传导面22,接触面21用于接触皮肤部位并进行降温;电极头30用于对皮肤部位进行放电加热,电极头30与冷敷件20相对固定;制冷件10具有制冷面11,制冷面11用于制冷,并与传导面22热耦合;冷敷件20与制冷件10层叠设置。
层叠设置的冷敷件20和导冷件的接触更加紧密和充分,使得导冷件对冷敷件20的降温更加迅速。迅速的降温在部分美容功能中是必须的,例如保养皮肤的时候先利用电极头30对皮肤部位进行美容,然后需要使得皮肤温度骤降,从而达到紧致皮肤、收缩毛孔的效果。冷敷件20与制冷件10层叠设置,可以是片状的冷敷件20和片状的制冷件10上下平行设置,有利于冷敷件20和制冷件10紧密接触。
可选地,制冷件10的制冷面11的面积大于等于冷敷件20的接触面21的面积,制冷件10的制冷面11的面积与冷敷件20的接触面21的面积比例为1.5~1之间。
可选地,冷敷件20为蓝宝石。
可选地,冷敷件20的接触面21和传导面22相背设置,电极头30的端面位于冷敷件20的接触面21一侧,且在冷敷件20的接触面21所在参考面的垂直投影位于冷敷件20的接触面21外围边界所定义封闭圈之内。
可选地,冷敷件20的厚度与冷敷件20的接触面21面积的数值比例为1:150~1:250。
可选地,冷敷件20的接触面21面积与制冷件10的制冷面11面积比例为0.8~1.2之间。
可选地,皮肤保养组件100包括:
散热件40,具有热耦合面41;
其中,制冷件10具有发热面12,热耦合面41与制冷件10的发热面12热耦合,热耦合面41的面积与发热面12的面积比例为1~1.5之间。
可选地,冷敷件20与制冷件10之间间隔距离0.1毫米~1毫米的空间,空间用导热介质填充。
可选地,冷敷件20的传导面22与制冷件10的制冷面11之间直接接触。
可选地,皮肤保养组件100包括壳体,壳体具有开口,冷敷件20位于开口内,且冷敷件20在厚度方向具有不同的第一径向尺寸和第二径向尺寸,开口在深度方向具有不同的第三径向尺寸和第四径向尺寸,具有第一径向尺寸的冷敷件20部分较具有第二径向尺寸的冷敷件20部分靠近导冷件,具有第三径向尺寸的开口部分较具有第四径向尺寸的开口部分靠近制冷件10,第一径向尺寸大于第二径向尺寸,第三径向尺寸小于第四径向尺寸,二径向尺寸小于第三径向尺寸。
可选地,壳体抵接冷敷件20,并将冷敷件20压紧于制冷件10。
本申请还提供一种接触式美容仪,包括如前所述的皮肤保养组件100和设备主体,皮肤保养组件100安装于设备主体。
本申请中蓝宝石可以是人造的也可以是天然的。

Claims (13)
1.一种皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
冷敷件,具有接触面和传导面,所述接触面用于接触皮肤部位并进行降温;
电极头,用于对所述皮肤部位进行放电加热,所述电极头与所述冷敷件相对固定;
制冷件,具有制冷面,所述制冷面用于制冷,并与所述传导面热耦合;
所述冷敷件与所述制冷件层叠设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,
所述制冷件的所述制冷面的面积大于等于所述冷敷件的所述接触面的面积,所述制冷件的所述制冷面的面积与所述冷敷件的所述接触面的面积比例为1.5~1之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
所述冷敷件为蓝宝石。
4.根据权利要求2所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
所述冷敷件的所述接触面和所述传导面相背设置,所述电极头的端面位于所述冷敷件的所述接触面一侧,且在所述冷敷件的所述接触面所在参考面的垂直投影位于所述冷敷件的所述接触面外围边界所定义封闭圈之内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,
所述冷敷件的厚度与所述冷敷件的所述接触面面积的数值比例为1:150~1:250。
6.根据权利要求5所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
所述冷敷件的所述接触面面积与所述制冷件的所述制冷面面积比例为0.8~1.2之间。
7.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
散热件,具有热耦合面;
其中,所述制冷件具有发热面,所述热耦合面与所述制冷件的所述发热面热耦合,所述热耦合面的面积与所述发热面的面积比例为1~1.5之间,所述热耦合面的面积与所述发热面的面积的单位均为平方毫米。
8.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,
所述冷敷件与所述制冷件之间间隔距离0.1毫米~1毫米的空间,所述空间用导热介质填充。
9.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,
所述冷敷件的所述传导面与所述制冷件的所述制冷面之间直接接触。
10.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,具有开口,所述冷敷件位于所述开口内,且所述冷敷件在厚度方向具有不同的第一径向尺寸和第二径向尺寸,所述开口在深度方向具有不同的第三径向尺寸和第四径向尺寸,具有所述第一径向尺寸的所述冷敷件部分较具有所述第二径向尺寸的所述冷敷件部分靠近所述制冷件,具有所述第三径向尺寸的所述开口部分较具有所述第四径向尺寸的所述开口部分靠近所述制冷件,所述第一径向尺寸大于所述第二径向尺寸,所述第三径向尺寸小于所述第四径向尺寸,所述二径向尺寸小于所述第三径向尺寸。
11.根据权利要求10所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,包括:
所述壳体抵接所述冷敷件,并将所述冷敷件压紧于所述制冷件。
12.根据权利要求1所述的皮肤保养组件,其特征在于,
所述冷敷件为金属材料构成。
13.一种接触式皮肤保养设备,其特征在于,包括:
如权利要求1-12任一项所述的皮肤保养组件;
设备主体,所述皮肤保养组件安装于所述设备主体。
