Abstract

一种驱动模块,装设于一基座,该基座具有一电源插座,该驱动模块包含有:一壳体,可拆卸地固接于该基座,该壳体具有一容室;一马达,固设该壳体且位于该容室内,该马达具有一输出轴和一电源接头,该电源接头伸出该壳体外,与该电源插座电性连接;一传动齿轮组,受到该输出轴驱动而向外传动;一传动轴,枢设于该壳体,该传动轴具有一驱动部和至少一第一齿面,该驱动部受到该传动齿轮组驱动,带动该传动轴旋转;以及至少一转动轴,枢设于该壳体,其具有一第二齿面,啮合该第一齿面,受到该传动轴驱动旋转。

驱动模块
技术领域
本实用新型是与清扫机器人有关,特别是指装设在清扫机器人基座且驱动其滚刷转动的一种驱动模块。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,现代人更注重居家环境整洁,又因为工作繁忙,因而产生了清扫机器人来帮助人们打扫家庭整洁,其中,对于家中有养猫狗等宠物的家庭,此类清扫机器人对其帮助特别明显。
一般的清扫机器人在基座上会设置滚刷使其刷毛可以接触位于基座下方的地面,进而将欲清除的脏东西刷送至预定位置再进行吸尘,而驱动滚刷转动的则是许多枢设在基座上的齿轮以及转轴。借由马达驱动齿轮带动转轴旋转即可带动滚刷转动,但在长时间的运转之下齿轮将会逐渐磨耗而损坏,这时,若是使用者欲更换齿轮,需要确认齿轮尺寸才能进行更换,不但如此,使用者还得注意许多事项,例如齿轮摆放位置的正确性、轴心与基座枢接正确与否或润滑油酯的涂抹方式等相当不便。此外,工厂制作清扫机器人时,若有上述驱动结构,不但会增加工作人员组装作业上的困难,也会使作业出错的机会增加,对于制造管理来说,将会提高管理成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种驱动模块,方便使用者或是工作人员在维修或是组装滚刷的驱动结构。
为了达成前述目的,本发明提供一种驱动模块,装设于一基座,该基座具有一电源插座,该驱动模块包含有:一壳体,可拆卸地固接于该基座,该壳体具有一容室;一马达,固设该壳体且位于该容室内,该马达具有一输出轴和一电源接头,该电源接头伸出该壳体外,与该电源插座电性连接;一传动齿轮组,受到该输出轴驱动而向外传动;一传动轴,枢设于该壳体,该传动轴具有一驱动部和至少一第一齿面,该驱动部受到该传动齿轮组驱动,带动该传动轴旋转;以及至少一转动轴,枢设于该壳体,其具有一第二齿面,啮合该第一齿面,受到该传动轴驱动旋转。
为此,使用者或是工作人员在维修或是组装滚刷的驱动结构时,只需更换本实用新型的驱动模块即可,具有既方便又省时的效果。

具体实施方式
为了详细说明本实用新型的构造及特点所在,兹举以下较佳实施例并配合附图说明如后:
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型第一较佳实施例所提供的一种驱动模块,装设于一基座60,该基座60具有一电源插座(图中未示),该驱动模块包含有:一壳体10、一马达20、一传动齿轮组30、一传动轴40和至少一转动轴50。
该壳体10,可拆卸地固接于该基座60,该壳体10具有一容室11。
该马达20,固设该壳体10且位于该容室11内,该马达20具有一输出轴21和一电源接头(图中未示),该电源接头伸出该壳体10外,与该电源插座电性连接。
该传动齿轮组30,受到该输出轴21驱动而向外传动。
该传动轴40,枢设于该壳体10,该传动轴40具有一驱动部41和至少一第一齿面42(在本较佳实施例中以数量二为例,不过数量也可以为一),该驱动部41受到该传动齿轮组30驱动,带动该传动轴40旋转。
该转动轴50(在本较佳实施例中以数量二为例,不过数量也可以为一),枢设于该壳体10,其具有一第二齿面51,啮合该第一齿面42,受到该传动轴40驱动旋转。
请参阅图5和图6所示,本实用新型第一较佳实施例的使用方式,由使用者或工作人员将该壳体10固接于该基座60,并将该电源接头与该电源插座电性连接,最后再将滚刷80卡掣于各该转动轴50上,即可使该马达20的输出轴21所传出的动力,驱动该滚刷80旋转。由此可知,使用者及工作人员透过拆卸及装置本实用新型提供的驱动模块,就可正确的更换齿轮及方便组装驱动结构,并且避免先前技术所遭遇的问题。
此外,请参阅图7和图8所示,在本第一较佳实施例,其中,该传动齿轮组30具有一传动齿轮31、一输入齿轮32和一输出齿轮33。该传动齿轮31固设于该输出轴21。该输入齿轮32枢设于该壳体10且啮合该传动齿轮31。该输出齿轮33枢设于该壳体10且受到该输入齿轮32驱动旋转。还有,该驱动部41对应该输出齿轮33形成齿面,且与该输出齿轮33啮合。
当该输出轴21旋转时,该传动齿轮31将带动该输入齿轮32转动而后带动该输出齿轮33转动,因为该驱动部41与该输出齿轮33啮合,从而使该传动轴40开始旋转。
还需要提出的是,该转动轴50与该传动轴40之间具有第一夹角θ1,该第一夹角θ1为锐角。在本第一较佳实施例中,该第一夹角θ1为60度。为此,该第一齿面42和该第二齿面51为伞型齿面,使该传动轴40带动该转动轴50转动。
在本第一较佳实施例中还须说明的是,该第一齿面42和该转动轴50数量为二,且各该转动轴50设置于该传动轴40同一侧。各该转动轴50位于以该驱动部41为准的相对位置上。且各该转动轴之间具有一第二夹角θ2,该第二夹角θ2为锐角,在本第一较佳实施例中,该第二夹角θ2为60度。
由以上较佳实施例可知,本实用新型驱动模块让使用者或是工作人员在维修或是组装滚刷的驱动结构时,只需更换本实用新型的驱动模块即可,确实具有既方便又省时的效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种驱动模块,装设于一基座,该基座具有一电源插座,其特征在于,该驱动模块包含有:
一壳体,可拆卸地固接于该基座,该壳体具有一容室;
一马达,固设该壳体且位于该容室内,该马达具有一输出轴和一电源接头,该电源接头伸出该壳体外,与该电源插座电性连接;
一传动齿轮组,受到该输出轴驱动而向外传动;
一传动轴,枢设于该壳体,该传动轴具有一驱动部和至少一第一齿面,该驱动部受到该传动齿轮组驱动,带动该传动轴旋转;以及
至少一转动轴,枢设于该壳体,其具有一第二齿面,啮合该第一齿面,受到该传动轴驱动旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:该传动齿轮组具有一传动齿轮一输入齿轮和一输出齿轮;该传动齿轮固设于该输出轴;该输入齿轮枢设于该壳体且啮合该传动齿轮;该输出齿轮枢设于该壳体且受到该输入齿轮驱动旋转;该驱动部对应该输出齿轮形成齿面,且与该输出齿轮啮合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:该转动轴与该传动轴之间具有第一夹角,该夹角为锐角。
4.根据权利要求3所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:该第一夹角为60度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:该第一齿面和该第二齿面为伞型齿面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:该第一齿面和该转动轴数量为二,且各该转动轴设置于该传动轴同一侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:各该转动轴位于以该驱动部为准的相对位置上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:各该转动轴之间具有一第二夹角,该第二夹角为锐角。
9.根据权利要求8所述的驱动模块,其特征在于:该第二夹角为60度。
