一种车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品,包括有将发泡板(1b)作为填充材并且层叠成二层构造的表皮部材(1),所述发泡板设置在有通气性的表面材(1a)的背面侧,该发泡板(1b)为具有窝胞数为80~90个/25mm的微细窝胞构造的聚脂系发泡板,发泡树脂的含浸层(3)设置在发泡板(1b)的背侧,发泡层(2)和表皮部材(1)一体发泡成形。

车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于构成汽车等车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品。
背景技术
以前,应用于使用者所坐部位的座面部的填充材比其他部分通气性低,将这种填充材层叠在表面材的背面侧制成座椅垫。这种座椅垫表皮和衬垫部通过发泡树脂一体发泡成形制成表皮一体发泡成形座椅垫。对于这种座椅垫,由于使用了低通气性的填充材使得发泡树脂的含浸作用没有增加,因此,使座面部形成柔软柔和的感觉。这样的方案被提了出来(日本实用新案公告号:实公平3-35200号)。
作为这种表皮一体发泡成形用的填充材,如果通气量不到5cc/cm2/sec,由于没有通气性,座椅垫很容易产生蒸热感;如果通气量超过40cc/cm2/sec,由于发泡树脂的含浸作用增加,从而会产生表面的触觉感差的问题;因此,利用通气量在5~40cc/cm2/sec之间的填充材的方案被提了出来(日本实用新案公告号:实公平5-3305号)。
尽管发泡树脂对填充材仍然有含浸作用,但本发明的发明人仍然使其保持了更加柔软柔和的感觉、良好的表面触觉及座在座位上的感觉,并且集中精力着眼于研究抑制汽车用座椅垫的蒸热感的发生。
结果是,由于所使用的填充材的发泡板的窝胞数有特定的数目,因此不仅能在表面形成有更加柔软柔和的感觉、良好的触觉和座在座位上的感觉,而且还能发现汽车用座椅垫的蒸热感也得到了抑制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是通过考虑发泡板的窝胞个数,提供一种车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品,使得在表面形成更加柔软柔和的感觉、良好的表面触觉和座在座位上的感觉,同时,汽车用座椅垫的蒸热感也得到抑制。
本发明涉及一种车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品,其特征在于:包括有将发泡板作为填充材并且层叠成二层构造的表皮部材,所述发泡板设置在有通气性的织物等表面材的背面侧,该发泡板为具有窝胞数为80~90个/25mm的微细窝胞构造的聚脂系发泡板,发泡树脂的含浸层设置在发泡板的背侧,发泡层和表皮部材一体发泡成形。
本发明所述的车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品,相对于窝胞数为40~50个/25mm的通常的发泡板,本发明所述的聚脂系发泡板具有窝胞数为80~90个/25mm的微细窝胞构造,对于层叠有该聚脂系发泡板的表面材,由于发泡树脂对该发泡板的含浸作用被抑制到很小程度,因此能够在表面形成更加柔软柔和的感觉、良好的表面触觉和座在座位上的感觉,同时,由于长时间座在汽车用座椅垫上而伴生的蒸热感也得到抑制。另外,由于发泡树脂的含浸层是在发泡板的背侧形成的,因此表皮部材和发泡层的一体性也很高。尤其是作为汽车用座椅垫能够产生令人满意的效果。

具体实施方式
图1是主要特征为将表面材1a和填充材料1b层叠在一起的表皮部材1的构造示意说明图。
表面材1a具有类似于织物或设置有通气孔的合成皮革等的通气性。填充材1b(以下称:发泡板)为具有窝胞个数为80~90个/25mm的微细窝胞构造的聚脂系发泡板。这种发泡板1b的窝胞数定义为在25mm直线范围内存在的窝胞个数,能够通过显微镜检查方法进行精确检查。
表面材1a和发泡板1b通过碾压层叠成双层构造,将其作为表皮部材1。对于这种表皮部材1(发泡板1b),最好具有大于10cc/cm2/sec并且小于15cc/cm2/sec的通气量。由于使用了这种表皮部材1,因此将发泡树脂的含浸率控制在发泡板1b的20~30%厚度范围内。
由于使用了上述表皮部材,将汽车用座椅垫作为成形品进行制造时,最好将表皮部材设置在成型模的模型内部,将乌拉坦等的发泡树脂填充到座椅垫表皮的内侧并使其发泡,将作为衬垫部的发泡层与表皮部材一体发泡成形。在进行发泡成形时,表皮部材由于吹风机的吸引作用,能够可靠地设置在成形模的模型内。最好使发泡树脂呈现出自由发泡密度达到125~130%左右包裹率的注入量,再添加一定量的触媒,使其呈现出2分钟左右的高速固化。
执行上述的发泡成形过程,在如图2所示的发泡树脂作用下,能够将衬垫部2作为发泡层与表皮部材1一体形成,同时,发泡树脂由于对发泡板1b的背面侧进行含浸而形成含浸层3。具有窝胞数为80~90个/25mm的微细窝胞构造的发泡板1b的厚度为3~4mm左右,相对于这种厚度,衬垫部2所形成的含浸层3的厚度仅为0.6~1.2mm左右。
在上述表皮一体发泡成形座椅垫中,由于发泡树脂的含浸层3相对于发泡板1b很薄,座面部的坚硬感得到了改善,更没有呈现出坚硬感和坐在石板上的感觉的情况。并且由于发泡板1b的材质,能够形成更加柔软柔和的手触感觉和良好的座在座位上的感觉,同时,正是因为发泡板1b还具有通气性,因此由于长时间坐在座位上而伴生的所坐部位的蒸热感也得到了抑制。另外,由于存在发泡树脂的含浸层3,因而使得整个层的一体性也变得很高。
本发明产品是通过具有通气量为10cc/cm2/sec的微细窝胞构造的发泡板而形成座面部;现有产品是根据插入有非通气性的薄膜的填充材而形成的。制作本发明产品和现有产品,并将温度传感器和湿度传感器装设到座面部,据此测定了座面部的舒适度和蒸热感。测定结果如图3所示,现有产品(参照圆点标记线)随着时间的增长同时呈现出显著的蒸热感,舒适度也遭破坏;与此相对,本发明产品(参照方块标记线)由于长时间坐在座位上而伴生的蒸热感得到了抑制,因此,能够确认保持了良好的舒适度。

Claims (1)

1、一种基于发泡树脂的将发泡层与表皮部材一体发泡成形的车辆用座位的表皮一体发泡成形品,其特征在于:包括有将发泡板作为填充材并且层叠成二层构造的表皮部材,所述发泡板设置在有通气性的织物表面材的背面侧,该发泡板为具有窝胞数为80~90个/25m的微细窝胞构造的聚脂系发泡板,发泡树脂的含浸层设置在发泡板的背侧,发泡层和表皮部材一体发泡成形。
