Abstract
本发明提供一种含有成分(A)~(C),且用水稀释为20重量倍时的pH(25℃)为1~5.5的毛发化妆品,(A)阳离子表面活性剂,或者由通式(1)表示的叔胺或其盐(R1~R3为,至少1个以上表示C8~C23的脂肪族烃基,其余表示H、C1~C6的烷基或者羟基烷基或者苄基,R4表示C1~C6的亚烷基,A表示-CONH-或者-NHCO-,a表示0或1的数),(B)C8~C30的脂肪族醇,(C)甲苯磺酸或其盐。该毛发化妆品,在使由于染发剂等的损伤积累而造成的零乱而卷曲的毛发回复到损伤前的状态的效果方面良好,并且使用时可以赋予良好的柔软性和光滑性。

技术领域
本发明涉及含有甲苯磺酸,特别是涉及可以使由染发剂等的损伤的累积造成的毛发的零乱或卷曲回复到损伤前的状态,并且可以给从湿润时到干燥后的毛发赋予良好的柔软性和光滑性的毛发化妆品。
背景技术
毛发经常受到太阳光的紫外线或热、干燥等的影响,同时由于日常的洗发或梳发、干燥机的热等往往容易干枯。而且,近年来,自由地改变发色(染发)、改变发型(烫发等)等乐于改变毛发的外观变得普遍化,且这些改变的实施频率也提高了。但是,由于反复的染发或烫发,例如,会在毛发内部产生空洞,其结果会引起失去毛发的弹力那样的力学物性的毛发损伤。此外,由于毛发表面的摩擦增大,在洗发时·干燥时毛发相互之间容易缠绕。特别是在积累了损伤的发尖处,除了力学物性损伤和表面摩擦的增大之外还会产生与毛发本来的形状不同的卷曲,毛发的方向成为朝向零乱的方向的状态,即成为浮起的毛发或零乱的毛发。
于是,为了修复毛发的损伤进行了各种试验。例如,为了修复毛发内部的空洞,使毛发的力学物性·光学物性得到回复而提出的有,含有有机酸、氨基酸、阳离子表面活性剂的毛发化妆品(日本特开2000-247841号公报),以及,配合了有机酸、聚丙二醇、阳离子表面活性剂等的毛发化妆品(日本特开2002-29938号公报以及日本特开2002-47141号公报)。
但是,在这些毛发化妆品虽然可以修复由染发剂等损伤的毛发的力学的·光学的物性,并且能够降低毛发的表面摩擦从而给毛发赋予柔软性和光滑性,但是,有关回复由损伤的积累产生的毛发的卷曲的功能是不充分的。
发明内容
本发明提供含有以下的成分(A)~(C),并且用水稀释为20重量倍时的pH(25℃)为1~5.5的毛发化妆品,
(A)阳离子表面活性剂、或者由通式(1)表示的叔胺或其盐;
〔式中,R1~R3的至少1个以上表示碳原子数8~23的脂肪族烃基,其余表示氢原子、碳原子数1~6的烷基或羟烷基或者苄基;R4表示碳原子数1~6的亚烷基;A表示-CONH-或者-NHCO-;a表示0或者1的数。〕
(B)碳原子数8~30的脂肪族醇;
(C)甲苯磺酸或其盐。
具体实施方式
本发明涉及使由于染发剂等的损伤积累而引起的零乱且卷曲的毛发回复到损伤前的状态的效果良好,并且能够给从湿润时到干燥后的毛发赋予良好的柔软性和光滑性的毛发化妆品。
本发明者们发现,通过并用选自阳离子表面活性剂、特定的叔胺化合物或其盐的1种以上的化合物,高级醇、甲苯磺酸或其盐,可以得到满足上述要求的毛发化妆品。
作为成分(A)的阳离子表面活性剂,可以使用季铵盐或者醚型季铵盐。作为季铵盐可以举出例如由以下的通式(2)表示的季铵盐。
〔式中,R5和R6表示氢原子、碳原子数1~28的烷基或者苄基,但不同时为氢原子或苄基,至少1个是碳原子数8以上的烷基。R7和R8表示碳原子数1~5的烷基或羟烷基,或者合计加成摩尔数10以下的聚氧乙烯基,An-表示阴离子。〕
在这里,当R5或R6是烷基时,优选碳原子数16~24、更优选碳原子数22的烷基,此外优选直链烷基。作为An-,可以举出氯化物离子、溴化物离子等的卤化物离子,乙基硫酸离子,碳酸甲基离子等的有机阴离子等,优选卤化物离子,其中优选氯化物离子。
作为季铵盐,优选单长链季铵盐,具体可以举出二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵,二十烷基三甲基氯化铵等,其中,优选二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,十八烷基三甲基氯化铵。
此外,作为醚型季铵盐,可以举出由通式(3)表示的化合物。
〔式中,R9表示碳原子数6~24的直链或者支链的烷基或者烯基;R10~R12表示碳原子数1~6的烷基、苄基或者-(BO)nH(B表示碳原子数2~4的亚烷基,n表示1~6的平均加成摩尔数,n个B可以相同也可以不同,其排列是任意的。);An-表示阴离子。〕
在上述通式(3)中,作为R9优选碳原子数12~22的,更优选16~18的,并且是直链的烷基。作为R10~R12优选碳原子数1~6的烷基和-(CH2CH2O)nH(n优选1~3,更优选1),更优选甲基和乙基,进一步优选甲基。其中,R11优选为甲基或者乙基,更优选甲基。作为An-优选与前面列举的相同。
作为醚型季铵盐,例如可以举出硬脂氧丙基三甲基氯化铵。
作为叔胺化合物,优选可以举出通式(1)中的a为0的烷基胺化合物(1a),通式(1)中的A为-CONH-、a为1的氨基酰胺化合物(1b)。
(式中,R13~R15的至少1个以上表示碳原子数8~23的脂肪族烃基,其余表示氢原子、碳原子数1~4的烷基或者羟烷基、苄基。但是,2个以上不同时为氢原子。〕
作为烷基胺化合物(1a)的具体例,可以举出二甲基癸基胺、二甲基月桂基胺、二甲基肉豆蔻基胺、二甲基棕榈基胺、二甲基十八烷基胺、二甲基辛基胺、二甲基二十二烷基胺、二月桂基单甲基胺、三辛基胺等。
其中,优选R13~R15的1个为碳原子数8~23的脂肪族烃基,其它2个为碳原子数1~4的烷基或者羟烷基。具体来说,优选二甲基棕榈基胺,二甲基十八烷基胺。
〔式中,R16表示碳原子数11~23的脂肪族烃基,R17表示相同或者不同的氢原子或者碳原子数1~4的烷基,m表示2~4的整数。〕
作为通式(1b)中的R16CO,例如可以举出月桂酰基,肉豆蔻酰基,棕榈酰基,硬脂酰基,油酰基,山萮酰基等。作为R17可以举出甲基、乙基、丙基等,优选甲基、乙基,作为m优选2和3。
作为氨基酰胺化合物(1b)的具体例,可以举出硬脂酰胺基乙基二甲基叔胺、硬脂酰胺基丙基二甲基叔胺、硬脂酰胺基乙基二乙基叔胺、硬脂酰胺基丙基二乙基叔胺、硬脂酰胺基乙基二丙基叔胺、硬脂酰胺基丙基二丙基叔胺、棕榈酰胺基乙基二甲基叔胺、棕榈酰胺基丙基二甲基叔胺、肉豆蔻酰胺基乙基二甲基叔胺、肉豆蔻酰胺基丙基二甲基叔胺、山萮酰胺基乙基二甲基叔胺、山萮酰胺基丙基二甲基叔胺等,其中,从性能、稳定性、容易得到性等的方面考虑,优选硬脂酰胺基乙基二乙基叔胺、硬脂酰胺基丙基二甲基叔胺、山萮酰胺基丙基二甲基叔胺。
成分(A)的叔胺化合物优选用酸中和。作为酸优选使用至少1种水溶性有机酸。作为水溶性有机酸,可以举出烷基硫酸、烷基磷酸、一元羧酸、二元羧酸、羟基羧酸、多元羧酸、酸性氨基酸等。其中,优选羧酸、酸性氨基酸,作为羧酸优选二元羧酸、羟基羧酸。作为二元羧酸,可以举出丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、马来酸、富马酸、邻苯二甲酸等,优选丙二酸、琥珀酸、马来酸。作为羟基羧酸,可以举出乙醇酸、乳酸、羟基丙烯酸、羟基丁酸(更优选α-羟基丁酸)、甘油酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸等,其中优选α-羟基羧酸,更优选乙醇酸、乳酸、苹果酸。作为酸性氨基酸,可以举出L-谷氨酸、L-天冬氨酸,优选L-谷氨酸。从降低胺臭和提高柔软性、光滑性这样的回复效果的观点出发,上述有机酸的配合量优选为,相对于叔胺使用0.1~10倍摩尔,更优选0.3~3倍摩尔。
成分(A)阳离子表面活性剂、叔胺化合物或其盐,可以单独或者组合2种以上使用,在本发明的毛发化妆品中配合0.01~20重量%,更优选0.1~10重量%,更优选0.5~5重量%时使用感良好而优选。
作为成分(B)碳原子数8~30的脂肪族醇,优选具有碳原子数12~28的烷基的醇,更优选具有碳原子数16~24、进一步优选碳原子数22的烷基的醇,并且该烷基优选为直链烷基。作为脂肪族醇的优选具体例,可以举出鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、二十烷醇、二十二烷醇等,优选硬脂醇、二十二烷醇。
成分(B)的脂肪族醇也可以并用2种以上,此外,从使用感的观点出发,其含有量优选为本发明的毛发化妆品的0.1~20.0重量%,更优选为0.5~10.0重量%。此外,从提高毛发化妆品的稳定性的观点出发,成分(A)的阳离子表面活性剂、叔胺化合物或其盐,与成分(B)的脂肪族醇的含有摩尔比〔成分(A)/成分(B)〕优选为0.8/2~0.8/15。
作为成分(C)甲苯磺酸,可以举出邻甲苯磺酸、对甲苯磺酸,此外作为它们的盐,可以举出钠盐、钾盐、铵盐。从使由于染发剂等的损伤的积累而造成的零乱或卷曲的毛发回复到损伤前的比直的状态的功能的观点出发,成分(C)的含有量优选为在本发明的毛发化妆品中0.01~5重量%,更优选0.05~2重量%,进一步优选0.1~1重量%。另外,从发挥上述的功能的观点出发,甲苯磺酸优选为另外添加,而不作为成分(A)阳离子表面活性剂的平衡离子或者叔胺的中和盐。此外,从进一步发挥成分(C)的功能的观点出发,作为成分(A)使用叔胺时,作为叔胺的中和酸和成分(C)的合计量,优选存在相对于成分(A)1.0摩尔当量以上。
此外,从使由于染发剂等的损伤的积累造成的零乱或卷曲回复到原来的状态的观点出发,本发明的毛发化妆品优选为,将其用水稀释为20重量倍时的pH(25℃)被调节为1~5.5,更优选为2~5.5,进一步优选为2.5~5,更进一步优选为3~4.5。
在本发明的毛发化妆品中,从提高使由于染发剂等的损伤的积累而造成的零乱或卷曲的毛发回复到损伤前的笔直的状态的功能的观点出发,优选进一步添加有机溶剂作为成分(D)。作为有机溶剂,可以举出以下所示的化合物。
(d1)以通式(4)表示的化合物。
〔式中,R18表示氢原子、碳原子数1~6的烷基、或者R19-Ph-R20-基(R19表示氢原子、甲基或者甲氧基,R20表示键或者碳原子数1~3的饱和或不饱和的二价的烃基,Ph表示对亚苯基),Y和Z表示氢原子或者羟基,p、q和r表示0~5的整数。但是,当p=q=0时,Z为羟基,而R18不是氢原子和R19-Ph-基的任意一个。〕
(d2)在氮原子上结合了碳原子数1~18的烷基的N-烷基吡咯烷酮。
(d3)碳原子数2~4的碳酸亚烷基酯。
(d4)分子量200~5000的聚丙二醇。
(d5)由通式(5)、(6)或(7)表示的内酯或者环酮。
〔式中,X表示亚甲基或者氧原子,R21和R22独立地表示选自可以取代磺酸基、磷酸基、羧基的直链、支链或者环状的碳原子数1~10的烷基,羟基、磺酸基、磷酸基、羧基和苯基的取代基,b和c表示0或1。〕
具体来说,作为(d1),例如p=q=0且Z为羟基时,可以举出乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇等的一元醇类;乙二醇、丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甘油等的多元醇类;作为具有R19-Ph-R20-基的上述化合物,可以举出苯甲醇、肉桂醇、苯乙醇、对茴香醇、对甲基苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇、2-苄氧基乙醇等的芳香族醇类等。还可以举出甲基卡必醇、乙基卡必醇、丙基卡必醇、丁基卡必醇、三乙二醇单乙醚、三乙二醇单丁醚等。
作为(d2),可以举出N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、N-月桂基吡咯烷酮等。
作为(d3)可以举出碳酸亚乙基酯、碳酸亚丙基酯等。
作为(d4)的聚丙二醇,优选为分子量200~1000的聚丙二醇。
在(d5)中,作为通式(5)~(7)中的R21和R22优选直链、支链或者环状的烷基、羟基、磺酸基、磷酸基、羧基、苯基、磺烷基、磷酸烷基、羧烷基等,其中,优选在γ-内酯的情况下在γ位、在δ-内酯的情况下在δ位(即杂氧原子的邻接亚甲基)上取代的碳原子数1~6的直链或者支链的烷基,例如甲基,乙基,丙基,异丙基,丁基等。此外,当希望增大化合物(5)~(7)的水溶性时,作为R21或R22优选具有磺酸基、磷酸基、羧基等的酸性基,或者,取代有它们的烷基。在(d5)中,作为内酯,可以举出γ-丁内酯、γ-己内酯、γ-戊内酯、δ-戊内酯、δ-己内酯,δ-庚内酯(δ-heptanolactone)等,从内酯的稳定性的观点出发,优选γ-内酯,其中优选γ-丁内酯、γ-己内酯。在(d5)中,作为环酮,可以举出环戊酮、环己酮、环庚酮、4-甲基环庚酮等。
这些有机溶剂中,优选(d1)的芳香族醇、多元醇,(d3)的碳酸亚烷基酯,(d4)的聚丙二醇,从使由于染发剂等的损伤的积累造成的零乱或卷曲回复到原来的状态的观点出发,更优选使用至少1种芳香族系的有机溶剂。此外有机溶剂也可以并用2种以上。
根据上述的效果的观点,在本发明的毛发化妆品中有机溶剂的含有量优选为0.01~20重量%,更优选0.1~15重量%,更优选0.5~10重量%。另外,从能够从湿润时到干燥后为止赋予良好的柔软性和光滑性的性能的观点出发,毛发化妆品中的有机溶剂和水的存在比例优选为,有机溶剂相对于水的重量比,不满有机溶剂∶水=20∶80的比例。
为了提高干燥后的毛发的整齐,在本发明的毛发化妆品中可以进一步添加聚硅酮化合物。作为聚硅酮类例如可举出以下所示的化合物。
(i)高聚合二甲基聚硅氧烷
例如,可以举出BY11-026、BY22-19〔东丽·道康宁·聚硅酮(株)〕、FZ-3125〔Nippon Unicar Co.,Ltd.〕等。此外,高聚合二甲基聚硅氧烷也可以使用在液状油(例如,下述(ii)二甲基聚硅氧烷油,(iii)环状聚硅酮等的液状聚硅酮油,和异链烷烃等的液状烃油)中溶解或者分散的。
(ii)由通式(8)表示的二甲基聚硅氧烷油
〔式中,d表示0~650的整数。)
具体来说,包括SH200C系列,粘度1cs,50cs,200cs,1000cs,5000cs〔东丽·道康宁·聚硅酮(株)〕等的市售品。
(iii)由通式(9)表示的环状聚硅酮
〔式中,e表示3~7的整数。〕
具体来说,可以举出十二甲基环六硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环戊硅氧烷等。此外,作为市售品可以举出SH244和SH245〔东丽·道康宁·聚硅酮(株)〕。
(iv)由通式(10)表示的氨基改性聚硅酮
〔式中,R23表示与R24相同的基或者甲基或者羟基,R24表示由-R25-W(这里R25表示碳原子数3~6的2价烃基,W表示伯、仲、叔氨基含有基或者铵基含有基。)表示的反应性官能基,f和g分别是正整数,且f+g依赖于分子量。优选的平均分子量为3000~100000。〕
例如,可以举出SS-3551,SF8452C,DC929,DC8500〔以上,东丽·道康宁·聚硅酮(株)),KT 1989〔GE东芝(株)〕等。使用氨基改性聚硅酮作为水性乳浊液时,该水性乳浊液中所含的氨基改性聚硅酮的量优选为20~60重量%,更优选为30~50重量%。作为优选的氨基改性聚硅酮水性乳浊液,可以举出SM8704C〔东丽·道康宁·聚硅酮(株)〕。
(v)其它的聚硅酮类
除上述以外还可以举出聚醚改性聚硅酮、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、脂肪酸改性聚硅酮、醇改性聚硅酮、烷氧基改性聚硅酮、环氧改性聚硅酮、氟改性聚硅酮、烷基改性聚硅酮等。
配合聚硅酮化合物时,其配合量从发的整齐、整齐的持续性的观点出发优选在本发明的毛发化妆品中为0.1~15重量%,更优选为0.5~10重量%,进一步优选为1.0~5重量%。
此外,为了进一步提高给予毛发的触感以及毛发的良好梳通性,本发明的毛发化妆品中可以含有成分(B)和聚硅酮以外的油性成分。作为油性成分,可以举出癸酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山萮酸、油酸、椰子油脂肪酸、异硬脂酸、异棕榈酸等的高级脂肪酸,液体石蜡、液体异链烷烃、凡士林、角鲨烯、角鲨烷等的烃油等。此外,可以举出山茶油、澳洲坚果油、玉米油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、蓖麻油、红花油、希蒙得木油、向日葵油、菜籽油、芝麻油、大豆油、白芒花籽油等的天然油;肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、棕榈酸辛酯、硬脂酸硬脂酯、硬脂酸异鲸蜡酯、异壬烷酸异壬酯、异壬烷酸异十三烷基酯、硬脂酸氢化蓖麻子油、羟基硬脂酸氢化蓖麻子油、三2-乙基己酸甘油酯、四2-乙基己酸季戊四醇酯、二癸酸新戊二醇酯、二异硬脂酸二甘油酯、二季戊四醇与羟基硬脂酸/硬脂酸/松香脂酸等的混合脂肪酸的酯等的酯油。还可以使用二氢鞘氨醇、植物鞘氨醇等的鞘氨醇类;通过合成或者从天然物中提取而得到的N-酰基化鞘氨醇类、N-酰基化植物鞘氨醇类、N-酰基化二氢鞘氨醇类等的神经酰胺类等的油脂类。具体来说,除了神经酰胺1、神经酰胺2、神经酰胺3、神经酰胺1A、神经酰胺6II、羟基己酰植物鞘氨醇之外,还可以使用在日本特开平11-209248号公报或日本特公平01-042934号公报等中记载的合成似神经酰胺。
本发明的毛发化妆品中还可以根据目的配合在毛发化妆品中一般使用的其它的成分。例如,可以举出阳离子化纤维素、羟基化纤维素、高聚合聚氧化乙烯等的高分子化合物;聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯类、聚甘油脂肪酸酯类、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻子油类、蔗糖脂肪酸酯类、聚甘油烷基醚类、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、烷基糖苷类等的非离子性表面活性剂;磷酸等的无机酸;吡啶硫酮锌、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵等的抗头屑剂;维生素剂;杀菌剂;抗炎症剂;防腐剂;螯合剂;泛酰醇等的保湿剂;染料、颜料等的着色剂;桉树的极性溶剂提取物、从具有珍珠层的贝壳或者珍珠中得到的蛋白质或其加水分解物、从蚕丝中得到的蛋白质或其加水分解物、从豆科植物的种子中得到的含蛋白提取物、人参提取物,米胚芽提取物,墨角藻提取物,山茶提取物,芦荟提取物,艳山姜叶提取物,小球藻提取物等的提取物类;云母钛等的珠光化粉体;香料;色素;紫外线吸收剂;抗氧化剂;其它在香波成分百科全书〔ENCYCLOPEDIA OFSHAMPOO INGREDIENTS(MICELLE PRESS)〕中记载的成分等。
本发明的毛发化妆品是通过在水中、或者根据需要在溶剂中溶解成分(A)~(C)和其它的任意成分而制造的,作为其产品形态可以举出护发水(hair rinse)、护发素(hair conditioner)、毛发修护剂(hair treatment)等。
-实施例-
以下的pH是用水稀释为20重量倍时的在25℃下的值。
实施例1~7和比较例1~4
用通常方法制造表1中所示的毛发化妆品(护发素),分别按照以下的顺序进行官能评价试验。
(涂布·洗涤时的光滑性)
将使用预先进行8次漂白处理、反复洗发和干燥720次的损伤毛发制作的长20cm、宽5.5cm、重10.0g的毛发束,用1.0g的普通洗发香波(由聚氧乙烯(2.5)月桂基醚硫酸钠和二乙醇酰胺制备)完全洗浄之后,轻轻地水洗,涂布护发素1.0g。此时,评价涂布时的光滑性。其后,用6L/分的40℃流水洗涤30秒钟,对洗涤时的光滑性进行评价。评价由5人进行,表示其评价的合计值。

(使零乱而卷曲的毛发尖端回复到本来的笔直的状态的效果)
将使用预先漂白处理8次、反复进行洗发和干燥720次的损伤毛发制作的长20cm、宽5.5cm、重10.0g的毛发束,用1.0g的普通洗发香波完全洗浄之后,轻轻地水洗,涂布护发素1.0g。其后,用6L/分的40℃流水洗涤30秒钟,用毛巾使其干燥,再用干燥机的暖风充分干燥2~3分钟。将这样操作计作1次,反复进行合计20次。使用反复20次后的毛束,用目视评价消除毛发尖端的卷曲的程度。评价由5人进行,表示其评价的合计值。

Claims (2)
1.一种毛发化妆品,含有以下的成分(A)~(C),并且用水稀释为20重量倍时在25℃下的pH为1~5.5;
(A)阳离子表面活性剂,或者由通式(1)表示的叔胺或其盐,
式中,R1~R3的至少1个以上表示碳原子数8~23的脂肪族烃基,其余表示氢原子、碳原子数1~6的烷基或、羟烷基或者苄基;R4表示碳原子数1~6的亚烷基;A表示-CONH-或者-NHCO-;a表示0或1的数;
(B)碳原子数8~30的脂肪族醇;
(C)甲苯磺酸或其盐。
2.如权利要求1所述的毛发化妆品,
还含有选自以下的(d1)~(d5)的有机溶剂作为成分(D):
(d1)由通式(4)表示的化合物,
式中,R18表示氢原子、碳原子数1~6的烷基、或者R19-Ph-R20-基,R19表示氢原子、甲基或者甲氧基,R20表示键或者碳原子数1~3的饱和或不饱和的二价的烃基,Ph表示对亚苯基;Y和Z表示氢原子或者羟基,p、q和r表示0~5的整数;其中,当p=q=0时,Z为羟基,且R18不为氢原子和R19-Ph-基的任意一个;
(d2)氮原子上结合有碳原子数1~18的烷基的N-烷基吡咯烷酮;
(d3)碳原子数2~4的碳酸亚烷基酯;
(d4)分子量200~5000的聚丙二醇;
(d5)由通式(5)、(6)或者(7)表示的内酯或者环酮,
