Abstract

本发明涉及一种猴头菌发酵茶的生产工艺,其特征在于:(1)培养基配方为:茶叶40%,玉米粉2%,水58%;(2)将培养基装瓶后,高压灭菌时间为50分钟,温度为121℃;(3)接种:在培养基上用猴头菌接种;(4)培养:在温度为28℃的环境下培养;(5)收取:待培养基长满菌丝后收取、烘干;(6)将烘干物粉碎并包装成成品。该生产工艺配料简单,制造容易,其产品不仅具有药用菌和茶叶双重特性,而且易于冲泡、易于被人体吸收。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种猴头菌发酵茶的生产工艺。
技术背景
目前具有保健营养的茶的代用品已有很多种,如专利号为91104035.8的“一种保健茶的配置方法”,是将去杂、清洗、炮制、粉碎的原料按每百克用山楂15~25克、枸杞4~10克、红花3~8克、菊花2~6克、茶叶8~15克、红枣15~35克、草决明10~30克、陈皮3~10克的比例混合,搅拌后分装成3克重的袋泡茶,再消毒、密封成“保健茶”,其存在的缺点是,配料复杂,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种药用菌发酵茶的生产工艺,该生产工艺配料简单,制造容易,其产品不仅具有药用菌和茶叶双重特性,而且易于冲泡、易于被人体吸收。
本发明猴头菌发酵茶的生产工艺的特征在于:
(1)培养基配方为:茶叶40%,玉米粉2%,水58%;
(2)将培养基装瓶后,高压灭菌时间为50分钟,温度为121℃;
(3)接种:在培养基上用猴头菌接种;
(4)培养:在温度为28℃的环境下培养;
(5)收取:待培养基长满菌丝后收取、烘干;
(6)将烘干物粉碎并包装成成品。
本发明采用天然的植物生长规律来合成一种具有药用菌和茶叶双重特性的新型保健饮品,现在医学研究表明药用菌的萃取物能改善人的身体素质,提高人体免疫能力,而茶是世界上广泛饮用的健康饮品因此,采用本发明工艺制得的产品不仅兼有上述两种对人体有益的成分,而且易冲泡、易被人体吸收。
此外,该生产工艺配料简单,制造容易,故具有生产成本较低,有利于推广应用的显著优点。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例按如下工序步骤进行:(1)制作培养基,培养基配方为茶叶40%,玉米粉2%,水58%;(2)灭菌:在121℃下高压灭菌50分钟;(3)接种:在培养基上接种猴头菌;(4)培养:在温度28℃培养;(5)收取:待培养基长满菌丝后收取,烘干;(6)将烘干物粉碎并包装成成品。
本发明构思新颖,设计合理,采用该工艺制得的产品保健效果好,市场前景可观。

1.一种猴头菌发酵茶的生产工艺,其特征在于:
(1)培养基配方为:茶叶40%,玉米粉2%,水58%;
(2)将培养基装瓶后,高压灭菌时间为50分钟,温度为121℃;
(3)接种:在培养基上用猴头菌接种;
(4)培养:在温度为28℃的环境下培养;
(5)收取:待培养基长满菌丝后收取、烘干;
(6)将烘干物粉碎并包装成成品。
