Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及下述类型的机动车车门,其包括支承构件、可以相对于支承构件竖直移动的车窗、用来控制车窗移动的电驱动传动装置、以及用于在车门打开或关闭时相应地使车窗从其完全升起位置移位以及使车窗移位至其完全升起位置的装置。
背景技术
特别是在下述类型的机动车中,需要提供上述装置来自动驱动车窗,在该类型的机动车中,侧门不带有侧窗窗框,在车门关闭并且车窗完全升起时,后者与机动车车身上带有的密封条(weather strip)中形成的凹槽相接合以便防止车门打开。为了实现该目的,本领域中已知的是提供由电子控制单元控制的自动电驱动系统,该系统能够检测打开或关闭车门的操作,随后,如果车窗最初位于完全升起的位置,则一打开车门,该系统便使车窗产生微小的打开移动。同样地,当车门再次关闭时,该自动驱动系统会使车窗恢复到其完全升起位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的车门,其中用于在开闭车门时自动驱动车窗的系统将会特别简单,将有小的总体尺寸,廉价、容易安装,在工作时高效且可靠。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的主题是一种机动车车门,其具有在本发明一开始所提及的所有特征,此外其特征还在于,前述用于使车窗移位的装置包括:联接器,位于车窗和由所述传动装置控制的从动部件之间,设计成能使车窗相对于所述从动部件移动;形状记忆驱动装置,用来控制车窗相对于所述从动部件的移动;以及电子控制单元,设计成检测车门的打开和关闭状态和车窗的位置,还设计成可驱动所述驱动装置以使得车窗在车门打开或关闭时相应地从其完全升起位置移位以及移位至其完全升起位置。

具体实施方式
在图1中,附图标记1表示设有两扇侧门2的机动车,每一扇侧门都具有不带侧窗窗框的构件。每一扇门2都具有支承构件3(图2)和车窗4,该车窗4可在安装于车门构件中的导向件5(见图3)之间竖直移动。在车门关闭状态下且车窗4处于其完全升起位置时,车窗与机动车车身带有的密封条(图中未示)的凹槽相接合,准确地说,该密封条一部分形成在挡风玻璃相应的竖直边上,一部分形成在车顶的侧边上,一部分形成在为车门所设的开口后方的车身的竖直边上。
参考图3,附图标记6从整体上表示用来控制车窗4相对于导向件5的竖直移动的传动装置。该传动装置6可以是任何已知的类型,因此在这里不作详细描述。其被由电子控制单元控制的电动机驱动,随着机动车上设置的控制按钮被按下,该电子控制单元便控制车窗的开闭移动。
根据本发明,车窗4的下缘与水平杆形式的从动部件7相联接,该从动部件7通过传动装置6来控制。该杆7设有座,车窗4可滑动地安装在该座中以便能够相对于杆7作微小的竖直移动。杆7带有一对凸轮8,该一对凸轮8铰接安装在杆7上并且可以借助形状记忆线9而从水平的非工作位置变换到竖直的工作位置(在该过程中它们使车窗4升起小量)。形状记忆合金已被公知并且已经应用了一段时间。它们的特征是具有在超过临界温度时改变状态的特性。在形状记忆线的具体情况下,后者可以预先设定为当超过它的转变温度时长度减小。在当前情况下,形状记忆线9的加热通过经由供电装置10对其通电来进行,该供电装置10在图4中示意性地示出并且由电子控制单元11对其进行控制,该电子控制单元11接收信号12,该信号12表示车门状态(打开或关闭)以及车窗4在其完全升起状态下的可能位置。
当车门关闭并且车窗4完全升起时,可能的打开车门的操作通过电子控制单元11来检测,这会引起对形状记忆线9的驱动并从而使得车窗4下降一小量,该小量下降足以使车窗能够脱离对应的密封条并修正打开车门的操作。只要形状记忆线9使凸轮8从与车窗最高升起位置相对应的位置移动到转动了的位置,就能实现车窗的降低,在该转动了的位置上,车窗可以靠重力落入其设置在杆7中的座内。一旦重新关闭车门,形状记忆线便被解除驱动,复位弹簧13使凸轮8重新恢复到车窗4完全升起时它们所在的位置。
当然,可以设想任意不同的机械传动装置来代替上述的凸轮装置,例如使用杠杆机构或楔块系统的机械传动装置。
本发明的优点在于,该用于控制车窗微小位移的控制装置非常简单,总体尺寸小以及容易安装。
同样可以设想分别用于控制车窗微小下降和微小升起的第一和第二形状记忆驱动装置,也可以设想用于将车窗保持在形状记忆装置被解除驱动后所达到的位置上的接合装置。同样可以使用用于在每一次相继的驱动中控制车窗下降或升起的双稳态型形状记忆驱动装置,例如在EP中所描述的类型。
当然,在不违背本发明的原理的情况下,结构和实施例的细节可以相对于在这里仅仅以示例方式描述和说明的内容进行很大的改变,只要不会因为该改变而偏离本发明的范围即可。
Claims (7)
1.一种机动车车门,包括:
支承构件(3)、可相对于支承构件(3)竖直移动的车窗(4);
用来控制车窗(4)的移动的电动传动装置(6);以及
用于在车门打开或关闭时相应地使车窗(4)从其完全升起位置移位以及使车窗移位至其完全升起位置的装置,
所述车门的特征在于,所述用于使车窗移位的装置包括:
联接器,位于车窗和由所述传动装置(6)控制的从动部件(7)之间,设计成能使车窗(4)相对于所述从动部件(7)移动;
形状记忆驱动装置(9,10),用来控制车窗(4)相对于所述从动部件(7)的移动;以及
电子控制单元(11),设计成检测车门的打开或关闭状态和车窗的位置,还设计成可驱动所述形状记忆驱动装置(9)以使得车窗(4)在车门打开或关闭时相应地从其完全升起位置移位以及移位至其完全升起位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车门,其特征在于,所述形状记忆驱动装置包括形状记忆线(9)和用于对形状记忆线(9)通电的装置(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车门,其特征在于,所述形状记忆装置还包括用于使形状记忆线恢复到其非工作状态的复位弹簧(13)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车门,其特征在于,所述形状记忆装置包括至少一个致动部件(8),该致动部件(8)可以随着对所述形状记忆致动装置(9)的驱动而在与车窗(4)完全升起位置相对应的第一工作位置和与车窗(4)稍微降低的位置相对应的第二工作位置之间转换。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车门,其特征在于,对形状记忆驱动装置的驱动使得车窗(4)下降,上升移动在形状记忆驱动装置被解除驱动时由弹性复位装置(13)控制。
6.根据权利要求4所述的车门,其特征在于,设置有第一和第二形状记忆驱动装置,分别用来控制车窗从其完全升起位置进行的微小移动和移入其完全升起位置进行的微小移动;并且设置有用来随着形状记忆驱动装置被解除驱动而使车窗停留在所到达的位置上的装置。
7.根据权利要求4所述的车门,其特征在于,设置有双稳态驱动装置,该装置设计成在其每次相继的驱动中既能使车窗作打开移动又能使车窗作关闭移动。
