Abstract

本发明是提供一种止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料,其主要包含如下的组成成份:聚氯乙烯100重量份;增塑剂45~90重量份;膨胀粉1~5重量份;安定剂1~1.5重量份;及发泡粉0.5~4重量份。

Description

一种止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料
技术领域
本发明是与制造鞋底的组成物材料有关,详而言之,尤指一种止滑、耐油鞋底的成型材料。
背景技术
发泡组成物是一种广泛应用于制造鞋底的成型材料,但利用目前已知的发泡材料所制成的鞋底,在止滑、耐油等方面存在着明显的不足,当鞋底与潮湿地面或附着有油渍的地面接触时,水、油将附着于鞋底表面形成水膜、油膜,使得滑倒意外发生的危险时有发生,故对于需要经常在潮湿或多油地面走动的工作者(例如:厨师)而言,多选择穿着有鞋底具有粗齿纹的鞋靴,利用其鞋底纹的设计提高鞋底的抓地力,试图改善鞋底材料止滑、耐磨性不足所造成的缺失。
但是,鞋底齿纹易受地面的磨擦而渐趋平坦,再加上灰尘、异物极易受到油垢的粘着而积聚填塞于齿沟处,导致鞋底抓地力低落,故而,单纯地改变鞋底纹设计,并无法根本解决鞋底材料止滑、耐油性不足所引发易生滑倒意外的弊病。
针对上述缺弊,本发明的发明人遂积极进行研究创作,经多方试验后终得创新且可供产业利用的本发明。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种新的用以成型制作鞋底的组成物材料,以提高鞋底的止滑及耐油等特性。
为达到上述目的,本发明是一种止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料,其主要包含如下的组成成份:
聚氯乙烯100重量份;
增塑剂45~90重量份;
膨胀粉1~5重量份;
安定剂1~1.5重量份;及
发泡粉0.5~4重量份。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术手段及其所达成目的、功效,得以更进一步地详细揭示,兹举较佳可行的具体实施例详述于后。
本发明止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料是依鞋底成品的特性需求,选用下列组份所组成:
(一)聚氯乙烯(PVC):本发明使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)的具体例子有:
聚氯乙烯粉、聚氯乙烯胶粒等。
(二)增塑剂(DINP)
(三)膨胀粉:碳氢化合物于外部裹覆亚克力外壳的物质。
(四)安定剂:镉钡铅化合物。
(五)发泡粉:Ammonium carborate。
(六)色粉:钛白粉(TiO2,二氧化钛)。
(七)丁腈塑料:丁=烯-丙烯腈聚合物。
(八)止滑剂:drganic copolymer。
(九)耐磨剂:Polyethylene copolymer。
【实施例】
本发明止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料的实施例一是例示制造单色鞋底的成型材料,其是由下列配方比例所组成:
聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉    100重量份
增塑剂(DINP)       45~90重量份
膨胀粉             1~5重量份
安定剂             1~1.5重量份
发泡粉             0.5~1重量份
色粉               0.5~1重量份
原料的制备工艺为:将聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉置入中用搅拌桶内,而后投入增塑剂进行加热混练,待烘干后停止加热,待搅拌桶内的材料稍为冷却后,加入膨胀粉、安定剂、发泡粉及色粉并继续搅拌20分钟,即告完成材料的制备。
制备完成的材料可利用射出成型机成型制得鞋底成品,射出压力为70~140kg/cm2,成型温度为120~170℃。
本发明止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料的实施例二是例示制造具有中层及底层的双色鞋底的成型材料,中层及底层的配方比例分别为:
中层
聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉    100重量份
增塑剂(DINP)       90重量份
膨胀粉             1~5重量份
安定剂             1~1.5重量份
发泡粉             0.5~4重量份
色粉               0.4~3重量份
底层
聚氯乙烯(PVC)胶粒    100重量份
丁腈塑料             100~160重量份
止滑剂               3~1.5重量份
耐磨剂               3~10重量份
中层原料的制备工艺是与第一实施例相同,而底层原料的制备工艺亦与第一实施例雷同,其差异处在于:聚氯乙烯(PVC)胶粒、丁腈塑料及耐磨剂需在120~200℃温度下,搅拌15分钟使其高温胶化后,方可进行量产。
制备完成的材料可利用射出成型机以双料射出成型法,分别成型中层及底层,以制得双色鞋底成品,且其射出压力为70~140kg/cm2,成型温度为120~170℃。
本发明实施例一、二所制得的鞋底成品,其表面具有磨砂底台效果,且重量较轻表面较平整(膨胀粉能使重量减轻)。
本发明止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料的实施例三是例示制造单色鞋底的成型材料,其是由下列配方比例所组成:
聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉    100重量份
增塑剂(DINP)       45~80重量份
丁腈塑料           1~30重量份
安定剂             1~1.5重量份
发泡粉             0.5~1重量份
色粉               1~2重量份
流动剂             0.5~1.5重量份
原料的制备工艺为:将聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉置入中用搅拌桶内,而后投入增塑剂进行加热混练,待烘干后停止加热,待搅拌桶内的材料稍为冷却后,加入膨胀粉、安定剂、发泡粉、色粉及流动剂并继续搅拌20分钟,并使材料经过120~200℃高温胶化,即告完成材料的制备。
制备完成的材料可利用射出成型机配合吹气成型模具,成型制得鞋底成品,其射出压力为70~140kg/cm2,成型温度为130~200℃。本发明实施例三所制得的鞋底成品,其表面效果光滑如镜。
本发明止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料的实施例四是例示制造具有中层及底层的双色鞋底的成型材料,中层及底层的配方比例分别为:
中层
聚氯乙烯(PVC)粉    100重量份
增塑剂(DINP)       90重量份
膨胀粉             1~5重量份
安定剂             1~1.5重量份
发泡粉             0.5~1重量份
色粉               0.04重量份
底层
聚氯乙烯(PVC)胶粒   100重量份
丁腈塑料            100~110重量份
止滑剂              3~1.5重量份
耐磨剂              3~10重量份
中层原料的制备工艺是与第一实施例相同,而底层原料的制备工艺则与第二实施例相同。
制备完成的材料可利用射出成型机配合吹气成型模具以双料射出成型法,分别成型中层及底层,藉以制得双色鞋底成品,且其射出压力为70~140kg/cm2,成型温度为130~200℃。
本发明实施例四所制得的鞋底成品,其表面平整,并具有磨砂效果。
采用前述各实施例的配方所制成的鞋底成品,其外观无流动水痕,比重为0.65~0.75之间,耐磨度为80%以上,在23℃时,弯折100000次无裂痕,且水、油不易附着于鞋底表面形成水膜、油膜,其止滑、耐油性佳。
综上所述,本发明得以充分满足预期目的,申请前又未见有相同、近似者公知在先,诚符合发明专利要件。以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,举凡依本发明权利要求及说明书内容所作的简单等效变化与置换,皆应仍属本发明专利所涵盖的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料,其特征在于,包含如下的组成成份:
聚氯乙烯100重量份;
增塑剂45~90重量份;
膨胀粉1~5重量份;
安定剂1~1.5重量份;及
发泡粉0.5~4重量份。
2.依据权利要求1所述止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料,其特征在于,更进一步添加丁腈塑料1~30重量份及流动剂0.5~1.5重量份,且其制备需经120~200℃高温胶化。
3.依据权利要求1所述止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料,其特征在于,更进一步添加色粉0.04~3重量份。
4.依据权利要求1所述止滑耐油鞋底的成型材料,其是用于制作具有中层及底层的双色鞋底的成型材料,其特征在于,所述底层的成型材料包含如下的组成成份:
聚氯乙烯100重量份;
丁腈塑料100~160重量份;
止滑剂3~1.5重量份;及
耐磨剂3~10重量份;
且其制备需经120~200℃高温胶化。
