Abstract

本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,公开了一种PVC复合材料,该PVC复合材料由以下重量份比的原料组成:55份PVC、45份DOP、2~8份膨胀剂、0.1~0.5份发泡剂、1~2份稳定剂、1~2份调节剂,本发明采用上述制备配比,生产出来的PVC复合材料、密度好、产品重量轻、发泡均匀、品质好,而且生产时不用吹气,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC复合材料。
背景技术
鞋底材料的种类很多,一般分为天然类鞋底材料和合成类鞋底材料两种。天然类鞋底材料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类鞋底材料包括橡胶、PU 材料、PVC 合成树脂等。
鞋底材料共通的特性具备耐磨、耐水、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变形等等条件。目前合成类鞋底材料是应用最广泛的一类鞋材。而在合成鞋底材料中,PU 材料因其质量轻手感柔软手感好等特点广受欢迎,但其价格较贵。
PVC 具有较高的机械强度、良好的耐酸碱性能,其价格远便宜于 PU,是世界上产量最大的塑料产品之一。PVC 鞋底材料具有耐磨、耐化学腐蚀,价格低廉,加工方便,鞋底花纹清晰,着色鲜艳等特点,成为应用最广泛的鞋底材料之一。但其现有PVC制作出来的鞋底材料其气孔大、密度差、产品重,在生产时候发泡不均匀,而且生产还需要进行吹气,工作效率差。因此,需要提高 PVC 材料的品质来适应市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种PVC复合材料,通过改变助剂的成份配比后,能够PVC制品气孔小、密度好、产品轻,而且发泡均匀,生产不用吹气,提高效率,减低成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种PVC复合材料,该PVC复合材料由以下重量份比的原料组成:
PVC 55份
DOP 45份
膨胀剂 2~8份
发泡剂 0.1~0.5份
稳定剂 1~2份
调节剂 1~2份。
优选的,本发明所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸钡,硬脂酸锌,硬脂酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
优选的,本发明所述发泡剂为的碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠、N,N’-二甲基- N,N’-二亚硝基对苯二甲酰胺、4,4’-二磺酰肼二苯醚中的一种或几种混合。
优选的,本发明所述调节剂为PVC发泡调节剂、硬酯酸、石蜡中的一种或几种混合。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用上述制备配比,生产出来的PVC复合材料、密度好、产品重量轻、发泡均匀、品质好,而且生产时不用吹气,提高生产效率。

实施例1
一种PVC复合材料,该PVC复合材料由以下重量份比的原料组成:
PVC 55份
DOP 45份
膨胀剂 3份
碳酸钙发泡剂 0.2份
硬脂酸钡稳定剂 1份
PVC发泡调节剂 1份。
实施例2
一种PVC复合材料,该PVC复合材料由以下重量份比的原料组成:
PVC 55份
DOP 45份
膨胀剂 4份
N,N’-二甲基- N,N’-二亚硝基对苯二甲酰胺 0.3份
硬脂酸钡稳定剂 0.5份
硬脂酸锌稳定剂 1.5份
硬脂酸 1份。
实施例3
一种PVC复合材料,该PVC复合材料由以下重量份比的原料组成:
PVC 55份
DOP 45份
膨胀剂 2~8份
碳酸钙发泡剂 0.1份
N,N’-二甲基- N,N’-二亚硝基对苯二甲酰胺 0.2份
碳酸氢钠发泡剂 0.1份
硬脂酸钡稳定剂 1份
硬脂酸钙稳定剂 1份
石蜡 1份
PVC发泡调节剂 1份。

1.一种PVC复合材料,其特征在于:该PVC复合材料由以下重量份比的原料组成:
PVC 55份
DOP 45份
膨胀剂 2~8份
发泡剂 0.1~0.5份
稳定剂 1~2份
调节剂 1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种PVC复合材料, 其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸钡,硬脂酸锌,硬脂酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种PVC复合材料, 其特征在于:所述发泡剂为的碳酸钙、碳酸镁、碳酸氢钠、N,N’-二甲基- N,N’-二亚硝基对苯二甲酰胺、4,4’-二磺酰肼二苯醚中的一种或几种混合。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的种PVC复合材料, 其特征在于:所述调节剂为PVC发泡调节剂、硬酯酸、石蜡中的一种或几种混合。
