Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法,所述鞋制品材料由原料主料、填充料、交联剂、发泡剂、发泡助剂、润滑促进剂、添料等组成,通过合理设计原料配比,增加改性材料,经过混料、密炼、二次密炼、开炼、打薄、造粒、模压发泡等工序,制得新型鞋制品材料,产品具有耐磨、高回弹、力学性能好等特点,其拉伸强度高、耐水性好也是其主要优点,此外,本发明还提供了新型鞋制品材料的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明属于复合材料技术领域,具体涉及一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法。
背景技术
EVA是由乙烯~醋酸乙烯共聚物(也称为乙烯~乙酸乙烯共聚物)是由乙烯(E)和乙酸乙烯(VA)共聚而制得,英文名称为:Ethylene Vinyl Acetate,简称为EVA,E/VAC。聚合方法用高压本体聚合(塑料用)、溶液聚合(PVC加工助剂)、乳液聚合(粘合剂)、悬浮聚合,乙酸乙烯(VA)含量高于30%的采用乳液聚合,乙酸乙烯含量低的就用高压本体聚合。
EVA材料被用于制鞋已经有几十年的时间了,EVA材料由E(乙烯)和VA(乙酸乙烯)共聚而制得,是一种制鞋工艺中比较常见的中底材料,但是由于其本身性质的局限性,很难达到集耐磨、高回弹、力学性能好以及拉伸强度高、耐水性能好等特点于一身,同时由于不同工艺对产品的质量及性能存在较大的影响。
发明内容
一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法,其中新型鞋制品材料包含以下组分的原料组成:主料、填充料、交联剂、发泡剂、发泡助剂、润滑促进剂、添料,主料由EVA、POE和TPU组成,填充料为碳酸钙,交联剂为DCP,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,发泡助剂为氧化锌,润滑促进剂为硬脂酸,添料由色母、白炭黑、橡胶改性剂组成,按照重量组成比例为:EVA:48~58份、POE:10~15份、聚氨酯橡胶(TPU):10~15份、碳酸钙:5~10份、DCP:0.5~1份,偶氮二甲酰胺:0.6~1份、硬脂酸:0.5~1份、色母:2~5份、白炭黑:2~6份、橡胶改性剂:2~5份。
一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法,通过合理设计原料配比,经过混料、密炼、二次密炼、开炼、打薄、造粒、模压发泡等工序,制得新型鞋制品材料,主要制备步骤如下:
(1)首先按照工艺配方将所述组分秤取EVA:48~58份、POE:10~15份、聚氨酯橡胶(TPU):10~15份、碳酸钙:5~10份、硬脂酸:0.5~1份、色母:2~5份、白炭黑:2~6份、橡胶改性剂:2~5份,将其充分混合后待用,按照工艺配方秤取适量的发泡剂和交联剂,具体为DCP:0.5~1份、偶氮二甲酰胺:0.6~1份;
(2)将上述混合组分加入密炼机进行阶梯式密炼,密炼温度控制在82~85摄氏度,时间控制在10~15分钟,然后将密炼的温度控制在88~92摄氏度,时间控制在12~15分钟,加入交联剂和发泡剂,再将密炼温度控制在95~99摄氏度,时间控制在8~10分钟,然后进行翻料步骤,时间控制在3~5分钟;
(3)将上述步骤经过密炼的混合料进行开炼,将开炼机辊轮温度控制在88~95摄氏度,将其打匀,进行2~3次打薄操作,设置辊轮间距为0.5~1.5毫米;
(4)将开炼完成的料置入造粒机进行造粒或直接将开炼机辊压成片或利用挤出机将其挤压成片即可;
(5)将所需的粒状或者片状料放入模具中,通过热压发泡操作,其中热压发泡时间控制在10~15分钟,发泡温度控制在160~175摄氏度,加硫时间控制在5~8分钟;
(6)将热压发泡后的产品冷却后定型,根据要求进行裁样即可。
本发明的有益之处在于:
通过合理设计原料配比结合特定的加工工艺,交联速度与发泡剂的分解速度相匹配,生产出的产品较普通产品具有更优良的综合性能,主要具有耐磨、高回弹、拉伸强度高、耐水性等特点,同时由于生产操作简单,生产便捷,具有较强的可操作性。

一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法,其中新型鞋制品材料包含以下组分的原料组成:主料、填充料、交联剂、发泡剂、发泡助剂、润滑促进剂、添料,主料由EVA、POE和TPU组成,填充料为碳酸钙,交联剂为DCP,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,发泡助剂为氧化锌,润滑促进剂为硬脂酸,添料由色母、白炭黑、橡胶改性剂组成,按照重量组成比例为:EVA:48份、POE:10份、聚氨酯橡胶(TPU):10份、碳酸钙:5份、DCP:0.5份,偶氮二甲酰胺:0.6份、硬脂酸:0.5份、色母:2份、白炭黑:2份、橡胶改性剂:2份。

(3)将上述步骤经过密炼的混合料进行开炼,将开炼机辊轮温度控制在88摄氏度,将其打匀,进行2次打薄操作,设置辊轮间距为0.5毫米;
(4)将开炼完成的料置入造粒机进行造粒或直接将开炼机辊压成片或利用挤出机将其挤压成片即可;
(5)将所需的粒状或者片状料放入模具中,通过热压发泡操作,其中热压发泡时间控制在10分钟,发泡温度控制在160摄氏度,加硫时间控制在5分钟;
(6)将热压发泡后的产品冷却后定型,根据要求进行裁样即可。

(2)将上述混合组分加入密炼机进行阶梯式密炼,密炼温度控制在85摄氏度,时间控制在15分钟,然后将密炼的温度控制在92摄氏度,时间控制在15分钟,加入交联剂和发泡剂,再将密炼温度控制在99摄氏度,时间控制在10分钟,然后进行翻料步骤,时间控制在5分钟;
(3)将上述步骤经过密炼的混合料进行开炼,将开炼机辊轮温度控制在95摄氏度,将其打匀,进行3次打薄操作,设置辊轮间距为1.5毫米;
(4)将开炼完成的料置入造粒机进行造粒或直接将开炼机辊压成片或利用挤出机将其挤压成片即可;

(2)将上述混合组分加入密炼机进行阶梯式密炼,密炼温度控制在83摄氏度,时间控制在12分钟,然后将密炼的温度控制在88摄氏度,时间控制在12分钟,加入交联剂和发泡剂,再将密炼温度控制在95摄氏度,时间控制在10分钟,然后进行翻料步骤,时间控制在3分钟;
(3)将上述步骤经过密炼的混合料进行开炼,将开炼机辊轮温度控制在88摄氏度,将其打匀,进行3次打薄操作,设置辊轮间距为1毫米;
(4)将开炼完成的料置入造粒机进行造粒或直接将开炼机辊压成片或利用挤出机将其挤压成片即可;
(5)将所需的粒状或者片状料放入模具中,通过热压发泡操作,其中热压发泡时间控制在12分钟,发泡温度控制在165摄氏度,加硫时间控制在6分钟;
(6)将热压发泡后的产品冷却后定型,根据要求进行裁样即可。

1.一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法,其特征在于,新型鞋制品材料包含以下组分的原料组成:主料、填充料、交联剂、发泡剂、发泡助剂、润滑促进剂、添料,主料由EVA、POE和TPU组成,填充料为碳酸钙,交联剂为DCP,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,发泡助剂为氧化锌,润滑促进剂为硬脂酸,添料由色母、白炭黑、橡胶改性剂组成,按照重量组成比例为:EVA:48~58份、POE:10~15份、聚氨酯橡胶(TPU):10~15份、碳酸钙:5~10份、DCP:0.5~1份,偶氮二甲酰胺:0.6~1份、硬脂酸:0.5~1份、色母:2~5份、白炭黑:2~6份、橡胶改性剂:2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型鞋制品材料及制备方法,其特征在于,主要制备步骤如下:
(1)首先按照工艺配方将所述组分秤取EVA:48~58份、POE:10~15份、聚氨酯橡胶(TPU):10~15份、碳酸钙:5~10份、硬脂酸:0.5~1份、色母:2~5份、白炭黑:2~6份、橡胶改性剂:2~5份,将其充分混合后待用,按照工艺配方秤取适量的发泡剂和交联剂,具体为DCP:0.5~1份、偶氮二甲酰胺:0.6~1份;
(2)将上述混合组分加入密炼机进行阶梯式密炼,密炼温度控制在82~85摄氏度,时间控制在10~15分钟,然后将密炼的温度控制在88~92摄氏度,时间控制在12~15分钟,加入交联剂和发泡剂,再将密炼温度控制在95~99摄氏度,时间控制在8~10分钟,然后进行翻料步骤,时间控制在3~5分钟;
