技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料地板,尤其涉及一种无须使用任何粘合剂铺设的自沉块状塑料地板。
背景技术
块状塑料地板相对于卷材塑料地板,其便于运输和铺贴,内部含大量填料,具有价格低廉、耐用性好、易于更换等特点。
申请人于2009年8月14日向中国专利局提出的、申请号为200910041835.0的专利申请中提出了一种块状塑料地板,这种块状塑料地板的重量比其它的块状塑料地板在每平方米的重量上要大,达到7kg~11kg,因此铺设后不易发生滑动。这种块状塑料地板的出现对铺设工艺产生深远的影响,其能够不使用粘胶剂的情况下,可以在基础为相对平整的地面上自选铺设,而不是需要专业技术人员来进行施工。为了达到这种能够止滑的重量,还提出了以铁粉替代原先制造中添加的碳酸钙。
申请人在上述基础上,提出进一步的改进方案,较上述技术方案的性能更加优良。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提出一种具有更加优良的防滑效果的块状塑料地板。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种块状塑料地板,所述块状塑料地板的厚度为3.5~5mm,每平方米的重量为7kg~11kg,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板与地面接触的一面压有一层PVC止滑膜,所述PVC止滑膜按重量百分比计,含有:聚氯乙烯56%、增塑剂DINP40%、安定剂2.5%、色素1.5%。
作为优选,所述PVC止滑膜与地面接触的一面设置止滑纹。
作为优选,所述块状塑料地板中含有铁粉。
作为优选,所述块状塑料地板底面的防滑花纹,其深度不超过所述块状塑料地板厚度的十分之一。
作为优选,所述块状塑料地板为全柔质。
作为优选,所述块状塑料地板的底面防滑花纹为数个独立圆圈的图形、或是平行排列的条纹状图形、或是波浪状的图形。
采用上述技术方案后,在基础为相对平整的地面上,该地面其包括是潮湿的水泥地、瓷砖、木板、旧塑料等,不使用粘胶剂,可直接将本发明的地板依次拼接铺设于地面上,由于塑料地板的自重和带有防滑底纹的PVC止滑膜的阻力以及相邻地板的紧靠支持,该塑料地板较不加PVC止滑膜的塑料地板更加难以作相对于地面的平行移动,从而彻底解决了现有塑料地板的铺设和使用缺陷,降低了成本,提高了该产品的适应性。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本实施例1的块状塑料地板,成形后呈块状,其在制造过程中的填充剂,除碳酸钙外,还加入了适量的铁粉,其具体的份量为,在保持同等体积的混合料的前提下,每移除一份碳酸钙,然后加入同等体积的铁粉。与此同时,加大了增塑剂的含量。在保持耐磨层厚度不变的情况下,增加了塑料地板的重量,使得每平方米的塑料地板重量为11kg,该塑料地板的厚度为4mm,具有优越的贴地性和稳定性,其柔软性质为柔中带刚,刚柔相济,且物性稳定。在其制造的最后一道热压的工序中,在其最底面铺设一层PVC止滑膜,该PVC止滑膜按重量百分比计,含有:聚氯乙烯56%、增塑剂DINP40%、安定剂2.5%、色素1.5%。上述的聚氯乙烯,其CAS登记号为9002-86-2,上述的增塑剂DINP,其CAS登记号为28553-12-0,上述的安定剂,其CAS登记号为Ca-ST:1592-23-0,Zn-ST:557-05-1。
这种塑料地板,由于其自身重量达到一定的程度,同时加上PVC止滑膜吸附地面作用形成的阻力并在相邻塑料地板的互相抵触下,在基础为相对平整的地面上不使用粘胶剂的情况下,也不易平行移动。
为了增强与地面的结合力度,该塑料地板的与地面接触的底面设置有花纹,防滑花纹的深度不超过所述块状塑料地板厚度的十分之一,该花纹可以是由数个独立圆圈的图形,也可以是平行排列的条纹状图形,也可以是波浪状的图形。所述花纹包括但不限于上述几种图案的图形,花纹的形状可以是任意方式。花纹的作用在于,在地面有微小的颗粒,例如小的沙石时,在塑料地板与地面的共同挤压作用下,该微小颗粒会运动至所述花纹的凹槽处,以减少其对塑料地板的平移所造成的影响,增强塑料地板与地面的吸附能力。
底层所设置花纹的深度最好不超过该塑料地板厚度的十分之一。如果太多,即陷入底层太深,虽然对于塑料地板与地面的结合有好处,但在塑料地板的表面,在有外力作用下,会出现不完全平整的情况。
在增加了增塑剂的情形下,塑料地板呈柔性,即使在运输、堆放、搬动过程中造成弯曲,也会很快恢复平整;地板为柔性之后,更加有利于贴紧地面,减少平行移动的可能。
另外,本发明和现有已知的技术相比而言,由于优化改变了塑料地板的内在结构,增加了PVC止滑膜,在不增加生产工序的情况下,实现塑料地板的无粘合剂铺设,并使塑料地板装拆自如,真正可以不受环境影响,并可反复使用。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种块状塑料地板,所述块状塑料地板的厚度为3.5~5mm,每平方米的重量为7kg~11kg,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板与地面接触的一面压有一层PVC止滑膜,所述PVC止滑膜按重量百分比计,含有:聚氯乙烯56%、增塑剂DINP40%、安定剂2.5%、色素1.5%。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述PVC止滑膜与地面接触的一面设置止滑纹。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板中含有铁粉。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板底面的防滑花纹,其深度不超过所述块状塑料地板厚度的十分之一。
  5. 如权利要求1或2或3所述的块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板为全柔质。
  6. 如权利要求1至4所述的任一种块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板的底面防滑花纹为数个独立圆圈的图形。
  7. 如如权利要求1至4所述的任一种块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板的底面花纹为平行排列的条纹状图形。
  8. 如权利要求1至4所述的任一种块状塑料地板,其特征在于,所述块状塑料地板的底面花纹为波浪状的图形。
