Description
それは以下の特徴を備える。
(1)価格が適度:カーペット、木質フローリング、石材、セラミック床材に比べ、非常に安価である。
(2)装飾効果が高い:種類、模様、図案、色彩、質、形状が多様で、表面は高密度特殊構造であるため、さまざまな人の好みと各種用途の需要に適応させられ、木目/マーブル模様/カーペット模様/花崗岩等の模様も、天然材料を模倣して非常にリアルである。
(3)多種の機能を備える:肌触りがよく、暖かみがあり、断熱及び防音を備え、湿気にも強い。
(4)施工が便利:コンクリートや工事が不要で、専用の接着剤で接着でき、スピーディーで便利であるため、全体のアイデア、選択、設置に使用者が自ら参加できる。
(5) 施工後に軽量:施工後の重量は木質フローリングの十分の一、タイルの二十分の一、石材の二十五分の一で、三階建て以上の建築物、オフィスビル等に適し、これによりビルの負荷を下げられるため、安全が保証され、しかも運搬に便利である。
(6)メンテナンスが容易:拭き易く、洗い易く、容易に乾燥し、耐磨耗性が高く、使用寿命が長い。
上記したように、樹脂フローリングには多くの長所があるため、市場で非常に有望である。
滑り止め性能とは、樹脂フローリングの滑り防止能力おことで、滑り止め係数の大きさが、滑り止め性能の重要な指標となる。
現在のところ、樹脂フローリングの床面と接触する底面上に、滑り止め模様の設計を設置する構造が開発されている。
その滑り止め模様は多様で、正六角形、円形、或いは波型等がある。
該本体の底面には、粘着層を重ねて設置する。
該粘着層の床面と接触する底面には、多数の凸リブを突出状に設置する。
該凸リブの1つ1つは輪状に閉じていて陥没式の吸盤を形成する。
該粘着層は、感圧型熱伝導性接着剤材質である。
増粘樹脂45%〜60%、
軟化剤10%〜20%、
抗酸化剤2%〜5%、
ブチルゴム10%〜20%、
ナフテンオイル5%〜10%で、
前記増粘樹脂、前記軟化剤、前記抗酸化剤、前記ブチルゴムおよび前記ナフテンオイルの各割合の和が100%である。
好ましくは、該凸リブは、封鎖非等辺六角形凸リブである。
好ましくは、該多数の凸リブは、該粘着層の床面と接触する底面に熱プレスして形成する軟性熱圧模様で、該熱圧模様は、連続して繰り返し連接する複数の封鎖非等辺六角形凸リブを含む。
好ましくは、該本体は、下から上へと層をなして順番に重なり一体に複合するPVC底料層、PVC中料層、PVC印刷層、PVC耐磨層を備え、該粘着層は、該PVC底料層の底面に重ねて設置する。
感圧型熱伝導性接着剤を採用して粘着層を製造し、粘着層の床面と接触する底面には、多数の凸リブを突出状に設置することで、感圧型熱伝導性接着剤の繰り返し利用可能な特性により、本発明は可繰り返し使用可能となり、設置と取り外しが容易かつ便利となり、また粘着層を利用すれば、本発明は床面に非常にうまく接着することができるため、本発明の滑り止め性能を大幅に向上させることができ、非常に良好な自粘性と吸着効果を備え、底部の滑り止め係数を、1.7〜2.0に高めることができる。
さらに、本発明は低フェノール、低VOC、環境にやさしく、有毒物質を含まず、寸法の安定性に優れ、凍結に強く、フィット性が良い等の特徴を備えるため、家庭の床材に対する高齢者や子供の安全に関する危惧を払拭することができる。
図1〜3に示すように、本発明の一実施形態は、本体10を備える。
滑り止め係数:23℃/50RH%条件下で通常の方法に基づきテストを行う。
直線直角:23℃/50RH%条件下で、EN427に基づきテストを行う。
常温反り:23℃/50RH%条件下で、EN434に基づきテストを行う。
剥離:23℃/50RH%条件下で、EN431に基づきテストを行う。

201 凸リブ。
Claims (5)
- 滑り止めフローリングであって、
本体を備え、
前記本体の底面には、粘着層を重ねて設置し、
前記粘着層の床面と接触する底面には、多数の凸リブを突出状に設置し、
前記凸リブの1つ1つは輪状に閉じていて陥没式の吸盤を形成し、
前記粘着層は、感圧型熱伝導性接着剤材質で、
前記粘着層の材料配合は、
重量をパーセンテージで表わすと、
増粘樹脂45%〜60%、
軟化剤10%〜20%、
抗酸化剤2%〜5%、
ブチルゴム10%〜20%、
ナフテンオイル5%〜10%で、
前記増粘樹脂、前記軟化剤、前記抗酸化剤、前記ブチルゴムおよび前記ナフテンオイルの各割合の和が100%である
ことを特徴とする滑り止めフローリング。 - 請求項1に記載の滑り止めフローリングにおいて、
前記増粘樹脂は、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステル樹脂を含み、
前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーは、前記粘着層の25%〜40%を占め、
前記ポリエステル樹脂は、前記粘着層の10%〜20%を占める
ことを特徴とする滑り止めフローリング。 - 請求項1に記載の滑り止めフローリングにおいて、
前記凸リブは、封鎖非等辺六角形凸リブである
ことを特徴とする滑り止めフローリング。 - 請求項3に記載の滑り止めフローリングにおいて、
前記多数の凸リブは、前記粘着層の床面と接触する底面に熱プレスして形成する軟性熱圧模様で、
前記熱圧模様は、連続して繰り返し連接する複数の封鎖非等辺六角形凸リブを含む
ことを特徴とする滑り止めフローリング。 - 請求項4に記載の滑り止めフローリングにおいて、
前記本体は、
下から上へと層をなして順番に重なり一体に複合するPVC底料層、PVC中料層、PVC印刷層、PVC耐磨層を備え、
前記粘着層は、前記PVC底料層の底面に重ねて設置する
ことを特徴とする滑り止めフローリング。
