Abstract

本發明提供一種止滑地板,包括一本體及至少一黏貼層,黏貼層設於本體之底部,黏貼層為多層複合重疊者,包含35~55重量份之增粘樹脂、10~20重量份之軟化劑、2~5重量份之抗氧化劑、10~20重量份之丁基膠、以及5~10重量份之環烷油;黏貼層與地面接觸之底面凸設有複數凸肋,凸肋相連形成複數封閉凹腔式吸盤,此黏貼層不但可與地面黏貼,且封閉凹腔式吸盤可吸附地面,提高止滑性能。

Description

止滑地板
本發明係有關一種地板結構,特別是指一種止滑地板。
眾所周知,以高分子化合物(樹脂為主要原料)所製成的地板覆蓋材料稱為塑膠地板。它有以下特點:(1)價格適度與地毯、木質地板,石材和陶瓷地面材料相比,其價格相對便宜;(2)裝飾效果好:其品種、花樣、圖案、色彩、質地、形狀的多樣化,表面為高密度特殊結構,能滿足不同人群的愛好和各種用途的需要,如仿真木紋/大理石紋/地毯紋/花崗岩等紋路,模仿天然材料,十分逼真;(3)兼具多種功能:足感舒適,有暖感,能隔熱、隔音、隔潮;(4)施工鋪設方便,無需水泥沙子,不需要興木動土,專用膠漿鋪貼、快速簡便,消費者更可親自參與整體構思,選材和鋪設;(5)施工重量輕,比木地板施工後重量輕10倍,比瓷磚施工後重量輕20倍,比石材施工後重量輕25倍,最適合三層以上之高建築物、辦公大樓等實用,減低其大樓的承重量,安全有保證,且搬運方便;(6)易於保養:易擦,易洗,易幹,耐磨性好,使用壽命長。由此可見,塑膠地板雖具有諸多特點和優勢,具有廣闊的市場前景。
在塑膠地板中,止滑性能一直是業內不斷研究與攻堅的重要課題之一。止滑性能是指塑膠地板的防滑能力,止滑係數的大小是其止滑性能高低的重要指標。目前,曾有人提出一種在塑膠地板與地面接觸的底面上設置止滑紋路的設計,其止滑紋路多樣,有正六邊形、圓形或波浪形等。但是,這些紋路設計與組合不盡理想,導致塑膠地板之止滑係數仍然較低,現有塑膠地板的止滑係數只能達到1.1而已,而無法進一步提升,成 為塑膠地板業內的一大瓶頸。為此,有人試圖採用粘性很強的固化膠將地板直接粘固在地面上,然而,該種方式會使得地板無法重複使用。
有鑑於此,本發明遂針對上述習知技術之缺失,提出一種止滑地板,以有效克服上述之該等問題。
本發明之主要目的在提供一種止滑地板,其利用在黏貼層與地面接觸的一面上設置複數凸肋所形成之複數封閉凹腔式吸盤,使止滑地、板吸附於地面上。
本發明之另一目的在提供一種止滑地板,其藉由黏貼層的黏性與封閉凹腔式吸盤的吸附力使止滑地板與地面的黏著度增加,提高止滑功能。
本發明之再一目的在提供一種止滑地板,其本體係由底料層、中料層、印刷層及耐磨層依序以熱壓方式複合層疊而成,而黏貼層與耐磨層連接,本體為聚氯乙烯材質,具有低酚、低揮發性有機化合物(VOC)、環保無毒、尺寸穩定性佳、抗凍性佳、服貼性高等優點。
為達上述之目的,本發明提供一種止滑地板,包括一本體及至少一黏貼層,黏貼層設於本體之底部,黏貼層為多層複合重疊者,包含35~55重量份之增粘樹脂、10~20重量份之軟化劑、2~5重量份之抗氧化劑、10~20重量份之丁基膠、以及5~10重量份之環烷油;黏貼層與地面接觸之底面凸設有複數凸肋,凸肋相連形成複數封閉凹腔式吸盤,此黏貼層不但可與地面黏貼,且封閉凹腔式吸盤可吸附地面,提高止滑性能。

本發明是一種止滑地板,請參考第1圖,本發明止滑地板包括一本體10及至少一黏貼層12,黏貼層12設於本體10之底部,本體10由下而上依序包括以層疊熱壓方式複合在一起之一底料層102、一中料層104、一印刷層106及一耐磨層108,此底料層102、中料層104、印刷層106及耐磨層108皆為聚氯乙烯(PVC)材質,特別是耐磨層108為環保透明者;黏貼層12與本體10的耐磨層108相連,於黏貼層12之底面,亦即與地面接觸之一面凸設有複數凸肋122。
請參考第2圖,其為第1圖中A位置處之放大示意圖,由圖中可清楚看出黏貼層12底部所凸出之凸肋122。
黏貼層12為多層複合重疊者,包含35~55重量份之增粘樹脂、10~20重量份之軟化劑、2~5重量份之抗氧化劑、10~20重量份之丁基膠、以及5~10重量份之環烷油,其中增粘樹脂包括25~40重量份之主體樹脂(SBS)和10~15重量份之聚酯樹脂。
黏貼層12為感壓型熱敏膠材質,因此具有可重複利用的特性,使本發明可重複使用,便於安裝及拆卸。
第3圖為本發明止滑地板中黏貼層12底面之一實施例之示意圖,凸肋122相連形成複數封閉凹腔式吸盤,這些封閉凹腔式吸盤為非等邊六角形,彼此互相重複連接,彷彿蜂巢般的形狀,係以熱壓方式在黏貼層12上所形成的柔性熱壓紋路。由於黏貼層12本就可黏貼在地面上,再加上封閉凹腔式吸盤的吸附力,使止滑地板與地面的黏著力得到加成效果。
下面對上述粘貼層12的材料配方列舉八個實施例,以及對感壓型熱敏膠材質列舉三個比較例,它們的配方如下表一所示:
將上述實施例1~8及比較例1~3的配方應用於本發明止滑地板的粘貼層上,進行一些基本性能的檢測,結果如下表二所示: 其中測試條件如下:止滑係數:在23℃/50RH%條件下按廠內標準進行測試;直線直角:在23℃/50RH%條件下,採用EN427進行測試;常溫翹曲:在23℃/50RH%條件下,採用EN434進行測試;剝離:在23℃/50RH%條件下,採用EN431進行測試。
由上表二之測試結果可知,採用發明之配方製作的感壓型熱敏膠作為本發明止滑地板的粘貼層,並配合粘貼層上設置有凸肋,使得本發明在直線直角、常溫翹曲、剝離等性能測試方面都有優異的表現,尤其是在止滑性能方面更為突出,具有很好的自粘性和吸附效果,本發明之止 滑地板的止滑係數可達1.7~2.0,較傳統地板的止滑係數1.1提高了63%以上,攻克了塑膠地板業內之止滑性能提升的瓶頸。
綜上所述,本發明提供之止滑地板係利用感壓型熱敏膠製作黏貼層,除了可重複使用之外,黏貼層的自黏性結合其上凸設凸肋所形成之封閉凹腔式吸盤具有吸附地面的效果,進一步提高本發明止滑地板的止滑性能,底部止滑係數可達1.7~2.0;此外。本體為聚氯乙烯材質,具有低酚、低揮發性有機化合物(VOC)、環保無毒、尺寸穩定性佳、抗凍性佳、服貼性高等優點,從而使家居鋪設地板時無須顧慮地板材質對老年人及兒童的身體健康造成影響。
唯以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,並非用來限定本發明實施之範圍。故即凡依本發明申請範圍所述之特徵及精神所為之均等變化或修飾,均應包括於本發明之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種止滑地板,包括:一本體;至少一黏貼層,其設於該本體之底部,該黏貼層為多層複合重疊者,該粘貼層包含:35~55重量份之增粘樹脂;10~20重量份之軟化劑;2~5重量份之抗氧化劑;10~20重量份之丁基膠;以及5~10重量份之環烷油;以及複數凸肋,其凸設於該黏貼層與地面接觸之底面,該等凸肋相連形成複數封閉凹腔式吸盤。
  2. 如請求項1所述之止滑地板,其中該增粘樹脂包括25~40重量份之主體樹脂和10~15重量份之聚酯樹脂。
  3. 如請求項1所述之止滑地板,其中該等凸肋形成之該等封閉凹腔式吸盤為非等邊六邊形。
  4. 如請求項1所述之止滑地板,其中該等封閉凹腔式吸盤係為在該黏貼層上以熱壓方式所形成的柔性熱壓紋路。
  5. 如請求項1所述之止滑地板,其中該本體由下而上依序包括層疊熱壓複合在一起之一底料層、一中料層、一印刷層及一耐磨層。
  6. 如請求項5所述之止滑地板,其中該底料層、該中料層及該印刷層為聚氯乙烯(PVC)材質。
  7. 如請求項5所述之止滑地板,其中該耐磨層為環保透明之聚氯乙烯材質。
  8. 如請求項1所述之止滑地板,其中該黏貼層為感壓型熱敏膠材質。
