一种 PVC无锁扣无胶防滑地板 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰地材的技术领域,尤其是一种 PVC无锁扣无胶防滑地 板。
背景技术
现有技术的 PVC地板,相邻的两块地板的连接处设有用于固定连接地板的 锁扣或胶黏剂。 普通的 PVC地板, 由于锁扣或者胶黏剂的缘故, 安装与拆卸都 需要花费大量的时间和人力, 且槽口容易磨损,特别如商场或者商铺这类经常需 要重复装修的场所,装修一次就需要换一次地板,且更换下来的地板无法再利用, 造成了人力物力的浪费, 对经济也有一定的损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有的 PVC地板安装更换需要花费大量的人力和时间且更换下来 的地板无法再利用, 造成经济浪费的不足, 本发明提供了一种 PVC无锁扣无胶 防滑地板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种 PVC无锁扣无胶防滑地 板, 构成包括材料为 PVC的基层, 该基层上方依次设有彩膜层和磨砂层, 该基 层下方设有防滑底层。
根据本发明的另一实施例, 进一步地, 所述防滑底层的材料为热塑性聚氨 酯弹性塑胶。
根据本发明的另一实施例, 进一步地, 所述防滑底层的底面设有网格状突 起。
根据本发明的另一实施例,进一步地,所述基层材料的硬度为 A45〜55度。 根据本发明的另一实施例, 进一步地, 所述基层材料的密度为 1.75〜1.95g/cm3
本发明的有益效果是,在 PVC复合地板的下方设有防滑底层,防滑性能好, 无需在地板边缘处开槽形成锁扣或使用胶黏剂就可以将所述地板安装好;所述地 板在安装完毕后基本不会移动, 且拆卸或更换方便快捷; 所述地板在拆卸过程基 本无损耗, 拆卸后还可以重复使用, 其利用率高, 有效节省人力物力。 附图说明

实施例 1
图 1是本发明的结构示意图,如图 1所示为一种 PVC无锁扣无胶防滑地板, 构成包括材料为 PVC的基层 1, 该基层 1上方依次设有彩膜层 2和磨砂层 3, 该 基层 1下方设有防滑底层 4。
基层 1采用以聚氯乙烯及其共聚树脂为主要原料, 加入填料、 增塑剂、 稳 定剂、 着色剂等辅料, 在片状连续基材上, 经涂敷工艺或经压延、 挤出或挤压工 艺生产而成。基层 1下表面设有防滑底层, 防滑性能好, 无需在地板边缘处开槽 形成锁扣或使用胶黏剂就可以将所述地板安装好;所述地板在安装完毕后基本不 会移动, 且拆卸或更换方便快捷; 所述地板在拆卸过程基本无损耗, 拆卸后还可 以多次重复使用, 其利用率高, 有效节省人力物力。
彩膜层 2使地板表面颜色鲜艳, 可以组成多种图形, 使得地板可选择的种 类更加丰富。
磨砂层 3位于 PVC无锁扣无胶防滑地板中的最上层, 可以使本发明所述的 PVC无锁扣无胶防滑地板在安装及使用的过程中防止刮伤彩膜层 2,有效保护彩 膜层 2。
防滑底层 4用于增加了地板底部的摩擦系数, 达到了防滑的效果, 保证了 地板可以直接铺设在地面上而不移动。
实施例 2
实施例 2的技术方案大部分与实施例 1的技术方案相同, 其区别技术特征 在于: 防滑底层 4的材料为热塑性聚氨酯弹性塑胶。这样就增加了地板底部的摩 擦系数,达到了防滑的效果,保证了地板可以很方便的一块一块直接铺设在地面 上而不移动, 相邻地板块之间的连接, 无需使用胶水或锁扣, 进而使得整个房间 的地板实现无胶水无锁扣即可安装的效果, 且安装完毕后底地板块也不会移动。 实施例 3
实施例 3的技术方案大部分与实施例 1的技术方案相同, 其区别技术特征 在于: 防滑底层 4的底面设有网格状突起, 可以有效增加了地板底面与地面之间 的摩擦系数, 增强防滑效果, 确保地板可以直接铺设在地面上而不会发生移动, 达到免胶水免锁扣安装的效果, 且安装完也不会移动。
进一步地, 实施例 3还可以包括如下技术方案: 防滑底层 4的材料为热塑 性聚氨酯弹性塑胶, 其相应的技术效果与实施例 2相同。
实施例 4
实施例 4的技术方案大部分与实施例 1的技术方案相同, 其区别技术特征 在于: 基层 1的材料的硬度为 A45〜55度, 确保本发明所述的地板足够坚固结实 且弹性好。
进一步地, 实施例 4还可以包括如下技术方案: 防滑底层 4的材料为热塑 性聚氨酯弹性塑胶, 其相应的技术效果与实施例 2相同。
实施例 5
实施例 5的技术方案大部分与实施例 1的技术方案相同, 其区别技术特征 在于: 基层 1的材料的密度为 1.75〜1.95g/cm3, 确保本发明所述的地板相对于其 他同类产品密度较大且重量较大, 可以进一步增强防滑效果,确保地板可以直接 铺设在地面上而不会发生移动。
进一步地, 实施例 3还可以包括如下技术方案: 防滑底层 4的材料为热塑 性聚氨酯弹性塑胶, 其相应的技术效果与实施例 2相同。
