背景技术
在由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用带状叠层材料中,为了容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域上具有叠层在支撑层与热塑性最内层之间的碳黑导电性层的叠层材料,公知的有例如特公昭63-222号公报中所记载的材料。在图1中所示的叠层材料中,构成有支撑层、热塑性最内层、它们的中间层的碳黑导电性层。
此外,配置有在带状叠层材料的将被热封的部分上张贴高频感应加热用铝箔带的张贴装置,靠加热器的高频线圈对铝箔带进行高频感应加热的包装机械例如在特许第26942867号中述及。

本发明技术方案1所述的叠层材料是至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用带状叠层材料,其特征在于,
在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域上具有叠层在该支撑层与该热塑性最内层之间的导电性层,以便由该感应加热发生的热量传到该最内层,
该导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
本发明技术方案2所述的叠层材料,前述导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜内表面上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
本发明技术方案3所述的叠层材料,前述导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜外表面上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
本发明技术方案4所述的叠层材料的制造方法是至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用带状叠层材料的制造方法,其特征在于,准备多个支撑层的原料卷;从前述原料卷依次拉出带状支撑层,在包括为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域的该支撑层内表面上,叠层由基底膜,与设在该基底膜的内表面或外表面上的金属性导电材料的金属蒸镀层组成的蒸镀膜;在该长带状支撑层的外表面上,间接或直接地印刷容器图案,同时或依次在印刷后的该带状支撑层的外表面和内表面上形成同种或异种、单个或多个热塑性层,把上游侧的带状支撑层的前端与下游侧的带状支撑层的后端接合,形成更长的带状支撑层。
本发明技术方案5所述的叠层材料的热封方法的特征是,准备至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用叠层材料,即,在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域上具有叠层在该支撑层与该热塑性最内层之间的导电性层,以便由该感应加热发生的热量传到该最内层该导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层的带状叠层材料;把该带状叠层材料形成为管状,并在长度方向上进行纵封;在该叠层材料管内填充液体食品;在填充后的该管的横断方向上,每隔规定间隔通过高频感应加热形成热封区域进行横封,切断前述热封区域的中央而形成一个个的容器。
本发明技术方案6所述的包装容器是至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的叠层材料所形成的包装容器,其特征在于,在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域处的,由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀的导电性层上,通过该感应加热发生的热量,最内层熔融或软化而与对置的软化或熔融的最内层形成热封区域。
具有上述构成的本发明具有以下的作用。
本发明的包装容器用带状叠层材料为可以形成多个容器的长长的带状,因此,可连续而高速地进行包装容器的填充制造。
在本发明中,支撑层赋予包装容器和叠层材料以物理的机械的强度,维持支撑它们的形状、形态等。其热塑性最内层是容器的器壁的最内层,与液体食品直接接触,防止液体向容器的支撑层的浸透/湿润。此外,该最内层被热量熔融·软化而形成热封中的热封区域。
导电性层是由设在叠层在支撑层与热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
由于导电性层具有电气传导性,所以如果高频电流流入外部线圈,则在导电性层内产生高频感应引起的感应电流,靠其电阻产生的热量使邻接的最内层的塑料(热塑性材料/树脂)熔化。也就是说,在本发明中,在容器形成时,导电性层被高频感应加热所感应加热,发生的热量传到最内层,热塑性最内层被加热,熔融·软化。在其加热区域中,形成热封区域。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,导电性层是由设在叠层在支撑层与热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
在本方式中,可以采用在聚乙烯或聚酯等基底膜的外侧面上,通过真空蒸镀金属,例如,金属铝、铝合金等所得到的蒸镀带。金属蒸镀的方法和蒸镀层的厚度等可以通过种种的方法来进行。例如,蒸镀方法可以用真空蒸镀法、溅射法、等离子体法等。
在本方式中,包装容器用带状叠层材料的层构成,从外侧向内侧,成为支撑层/蒸镀膜(基底膜/金属蒸镀层)/热塑性最内层。在本方式中,金属蒸镀层配置于内侧。
本方式的优点是不仅为了容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域,而且可以在叠层材料的实质上整个面上叠层蒸镀膜。因此,在叠层材料的制造工序中,通过代替历来的铝箔的层压(叠层)而叠层蒸镀膜,可以同时进行本发明的导电层的形成和隔离层的形成。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,导电性层是由设在叠层在支撑层与热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜外表面上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
在本方式中,包装容器用带状叠层材料的层构成,从外侧向内侧,成为支撑层/蒸镀膜(金属蒸镀层/基底膜)/热塑性最内层。在本方式中,金属蒸镀层配置于蒸镀膜的外侧。
本方式的优点是,与上述方式同样,不仅为了容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域,而且可以在叠层材料的实质上整个面上叠层蒸镀膜。因此,在叠层材料的制造中,通过叠层蒸镀膜,可以同时进行导电层的形成和隔离层的形成。
进而,通过在基底膜中添加白色遮盖剂,可以遮盖金属蒸镀层的金属光泽色。
在本发明的优选实施方式中的带状叠层材料的制造方法中,准备多个支撑层的原料卷,从前述原料卷依次拉出带状支撑层,在包括为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域的该支撑层内表面上,叠层由基底膜与设在该基底膜的内表面或外表面上的金属性导电材料的金属蒸镀层组成的蒸镀膜,在该长带状支撑层的外表面上间接或直接地印刷容器图案,同时或依次在印刷后的该带状支撑层的外表面和内表面上形成同种或异种、单个或多个热塑性层,把上游侧的带状支撑层的前端与下游侧的带状支撑层的后端接合,形成更长的带状支撑层。
本方式的优点是,像上述那样,不仅为了容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域,而且可以在叠层材料的实质上整个面上叠层蒸镀膜,在叠层材料的制造工序中,通过代替历来的铝箔的层压(叠层)而叠层蒸镀膜,可以同时进行本发明的导电层的形成和隔离层的形成。
在本发明的叠层材料的热封方法中,准备上述本发明的叠层材料,也就是由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的叠层材料,在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域上具有叠层在该支撑层与该热塑性最内层之间的导电性层,以便由该感应加热发生的热量传到该最内层,该导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层的带状叠层材料。带状叠层材料通常卷取成卷状而保管、搬送。
例如,把卷状的带状叠层材料装入包装填充机,从料卷拉出该叠层材料,搬送到该填充机内。所搬送的带状叠层材料一边下降一边形成为管状。在叠层材料的长度方向上进行纵封,成为不漏液体的液体密封。在通过高频感应加热进行纵封的场合,通过高频感应加热形成热封区域。
把液体食品填充于该叠层材料管内。
在填充后的该管的横断方向上,而且,最好是在液面下,每隔规定间隔通过高频感应加热形成热封区域而进行横封。
接着,用切刀等切断前述热封区域的中央而形成一个个容器,根据需要,沿着折痕弯折,形成最终形状。

具体实施方式
下面,就本发明的实施方式,用图1至图5进行说明。
(第1实施方式)
图1示出作为本发明的一个实施方式的带状叠层材料的一部分的剖视图。在图1中,叠层材料包括由纸、厚纸、塑料、它们的复合材料组成的支撑层1,低密度聚乙烯、直链低密度聚乙烯等热塑性最内层3,在通过高频感应加热被热封的区域里为了把由感应加热发生的热量传到最内层3而叠层在支撑层1与热塑性最内层3之间的导电性层2。
这种导电性层是由设在叠层在支撑层与热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜8的基底膜9外表面的金属导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层2。
图2是表示作为本发明的一个实施方式的带状叠层材料的一部分的俯视图。在图2中,带状叠层材料4是由纸、塑料、它们的复合材料组成的支撑层与低密度聚乙烯等热塑性层的叠层材料。从该叠层材料可以得到多个包装容器,向横断方向进行横封的两个热封区域5之间的部分对应于一个包装容器。通过高频感应加热被进行热封的区域5里在支撑层与热塑性最内层之间叠层有导电性层,以便由感应加热产生的热量传到最内层。
在通过高频感应加热进行纵封的场合,为了通过高频感应加热形成热封区域,在带状叠层材料的两端部分7中也叠层导电性层。
该导电性层在图2中所示的区域5及其附近也通过高频感应加热进行纵封的场合,在两端部分7和7处也叠层。
图3是表示把来自第1料卷的叠层材料4″的最终端与来自第2料卷的叠层材料4′的前端接合的情形的俯视图。在叠层材料4″的热封区域5,与叠层材料4′的热封区域5的中间处正确地切断。如图3中所示,以图3的距离A与距离A′为相同长度的方式切断印刷工序的下游侧的叠层材料带4″的最后端与印刷工序的上游侧的叠层材料4′的前端,在暂时静止的状态下使两个材料的切断面接合。导电层的宽度取为比获得密封性的必要宽度宽些,也可以留出可以吸收纸的伸缩的余地。这种接合在高速地印刷中的印刷机内,利用自动接合装置正确地处理,可由大规模的凸板印刷机、凹版印刷机进行批量生产。
如上所述,将上游侧的带状支撑层的前端与下游侧的带状支撑层的后端接合起来,形成更长的带状支撑层。所得到的带也可以作为料卷保管。此外,可以不保管,连续地流到下游工序。
带在印刷工序中是在带状支撑层的外表面上间接地或直接地,印刷容器图形。这里,所谓间接或直接,意味着在图形、图案的印刷层与支撑层面之间也可以叠层塑料层压层或薄膜层,粘接层、固定层等。
把所印刷的该带状支撑层的外表面和内表面同时或依次形成为同种或异种,单个或多个热塑性层。结果,形成单层或多层的最外层和最内层。此外,根据需要,在中途的工序中,用压印冲头对叠层材料赋予使容器成形容易用的格子线(折缝、折痕)。
参照图4和图5说明本发明的一个方式的热封方法。图4是本发明中使用的包装填充机的概略图。
准备本发明的叠层材料,也就是由支撑层/蒸镀膜(金属蒸镀层/基底膜)/热塑性最内层组成的带状叠层材料。把卷状的带状叠层材料41装入包装填充机,从料卷41拉出该叠层材料,搬送到该填充机内。所搬送的带状叠层材料由粘贴机42粘好纵封用的胶带后,一边下降一边靠滚轮44形成管状。在叠层材料的长度方向上进行纵封,成为不漏液体的液体密封。在通过高频感应加热把纵封用的胶带接合于叠层材料一端的场合,在该一端7上也叠层导电层。此外,在通过高频感应加热进行纵封的场合,为了通过高频感应加热形成热封区域,在叠层材料带的两端7和7上也叠层导电层。
从填充管把液体食品填充于该叠层材料管内。
在填充后的该管的横断方向上,而且在液面下,每隔规定间隔通过高频感应加热形成热封区域,用横封装置(示于图5)进行横封。
接着,通过用切刀等切断前述热封区域的中央而形成一个个容器4,根据需要,沿着折痕折弯,形成最终形状。
图5是该填充机的横封装置的概略图。
如图5中所示,上下运动的两台横封装置14和15靠高频感应加热用触头19与对峙钳口18在横断方向上挤压填充后的叠层材料管10,进行加热、冷却,每隔规定间隔通过高频感应加热形成热封区域S而进行横封。
接着,用切刀(未画出)切断前述热封区域S的中央而形成一个个容器。
除了上述方式中的容器形状之外,本发明中的包装容器,例如,除了砖块形(平行六面体)之外,有六棱柱形、四面体形、屋顶形容器等。
如上所述,根据本发明,则可以得到以下的有利的效果。
由于即使是无菌包装与冷冻包装的不同的包装系统,也可以挪用不同的包装系统的一部分,所以包装系统总体的有效的运行/运用/操作成为可能,进而,可以有利于能量或材料的节省,制造成本的降低。
根据本发明,能够以全新的热封方法形成封固/接合成,在高速地印刷中的印刷机内,利用自动接合装置正确地进行处理,可用大规模的凸板印刷机、凹版印刷机进行批量生产。
根据本发明的方法,可把迅速、可靠的封固方法运用于完全不含金属箔层的廉价的包装用材料。
工业实用性
本发明的叠层材料、叠层材料的制造方法、叠层材料的热封方法和包装容器可以利用于收容牛奶、清凉饮料等液体食品的包装容器。
Claims (6)
1.一种叠层材料,是至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用带状叠层材料,其特征在于,
在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域上具有叠层在该支撑层与该热塑性最内层之间的导电性层,以便由该感应加热发生的热量传到该最内层;
该导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
2.权利要求1所述的叠层材料,其特征在于,前述导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜内表面上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
3.权利要求1所述的叠层材料,其特征在于,前述导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜外表面上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层。
4.一种叠层材料的制造方法,是至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用带状叠层材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
准备多个支撑层的原料卷;
从前述原料卷依次拉出带状支撑层,在包括为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域的该支撑层内表面上,叠层由基底膜与设在该基底膜的内表面或外表面上的金属性导电材料的金属蒸镀层组成的蒸镀膜;
在该长带状支撑层的外表面上,间接或直接地印刷容器图案,同时或依次在印刷后的该带状支撑层的外表面和内表面上形成同种或异种、单个或多个热塑性层;
把上游侧的带状支撑层的前端与下游侧的带状支撑层的后端接合,形成更长的带状支撑层。
5.一种叠层材料的热封方法,其特征是,
准备至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的包装容器用叠层材料,即,在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域具有叠层在该支撑层与该热塑性最内层之间的导电性层,以便由该感应加热发生的热量传到该最内层,该导电性层是由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀层;带状叠层材料;
把该带状叠层材料形成为管状,并在长度方向上进行纵封;
在该叠层材料管内填充液体食品;
在填充后的该管的横断方向上,每隔规定间隔通过高频感应加热形成热封区域进行横封;
切断前述热封区域的中央而形成一个个的容器。
6.一种包装容器,由至少由支撑层和热塑性最内层组成的叠层材料形成,其特征在于,
在为了该容器形成而通过高频感应加热被热封的区域处的,由设在叠层在前述支撑层与前述热塑性最内层之间的蒸镀膜的基底膜上的金属性导电材料组成的金属蒸镀的导电性层上,通过该感应加热发生的热量,最内层熔融或软化而与对置的软化或熔融的最内层形成热封区域。
