技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮分离器,尤其涉及分离谷粒的皮的皮分离器,所述谷粒优选为带皮糙米。
背景技术
谷类,尤其是大米在进一步加工前需要去皮。已知带橡胶辊的去皮机用于此目的。皮分离器位于去皮机的下游,使得去皮糙米能够在气流中干净地与要去除的皮部分分开。现有的分离器具有三个分离区,并形成不包括糙米的几个混合部分。
在被称为剥皮机的机器中,小麦被送到被粗糙的金属织布绷紧的预清洁筒中。辊穿过该筒,粗糙的混合物被挑出来并丢掉。然后,通过抽吸作用将小麦与轻的混合物分开,其中通过通风机将气流引入沉淀室。气体被循环利用。沙子和尘土不能从产品流中去除。
RU-PS 2133149中描述了一种类似的小麦清洁机。在该实例中,小麦首先与椭圆形谷粒分离,然后轻的产物和尘土被去除。随后小麦流进入辅助的风力分离室,在该处皱缩和凝结的谷粒被去除。然后空气被清洁处理以再利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种皮分离器,其能够有效地将皮从谷粒中分离出来,尤其是从去皮糙米中分离出来,并能明显提高分选能力并保持分选质量至少恒定。
本发明的目的通过权利要求的特征得以实现。根据本发明,至少两个输入器彼此平行地上下布置在糙米皮混合物的产物分配器上,循环气流被直接导向两个分选区。采用翼片有利于进行空气分配。本发明以下面内容为基础:产物不仅必须均匀地供应到分选区的整个宽度上,而且在整个宽度上的皮混合物不能超出一具体的量以实现精确分选。分选误差只是缓慢上升至一极限容量,但随后如果分选量进一步增大,则分选误差急剧上升。
过滤后,糙米流再次混入单产物流。只获得两种分离的产物(糙米,谷皮),不会出现现有技术中的混合部分。在保持分选区相同,只稍微增加整个高度以及保持质量至少恒定的情况下,分选容量可以至少提高一倍。
过滤通道的较陡变化使得还能够更好地将起皱的谷粒与谷皮分开。如果机器宽度近似相同,则输入长度增加一倍。

下面将基于附图详细描述本发明的示例性实施例。附图为双皮分离器及其在去皮机中的布置的两个局部剖视图(图1和图2)。
具体实施方式
在USP419445或DE-A-10043998中公开的去皮机(优选为橡胶辊去皮机)1,包括:带有用于注入未去皮大米的入口13的壳体,振动输入器11以及去皮辊对1a,1b,其中第一去皮辊固定在壳体上,第二去皮辊由于被支承在绕壳体枢转的运送器上并通过预定外力(未示出)压靠在第一去皮辊上,所以可以相对第一去皮辊运动。电机驱动器12通过连续的带12a将驱动力传递给去皮辊,其中连续的带12a被安装在去皮辊1a,1b上的从动主轮12b,12c,至少一个驱动主轮12d以及至少一个表面或偏转板12e引导。
未去皮的大米R从振动输入器11输送到倾斜滑道1c,并从该处直接进入辊隙。
在穿过去皮辊1a,1b之间的辊隙后,去皮后的糙米B与去掉的皮S的混合物进入位于橡胶辊去皮机1下方的双皮分离器2。利用两个分配螺杆22,22′,产品混合物被均匀地分配在过滤通道24的整个宽度上,并且气流31穿过该通道。
到达上分配螺杆22和下分配螺杆22′的产物混合物被大致分成一半对一半。
气流这样设置,使得糙米B向下落在糙米螺杆25,25′上,并从侧面排出(出口35,35′)。随后,两部分流体又混合成糙米流(未示出)。过滤通道24具有陡的导向板23(α≈45°),剩下的产品混合物或皮S在越来越狭窄的过滤通道24中加速,并沿着带壁26被导向到室29。经过去皮螺杆27,皮被排出。使空气循环。通过翻转翼片32使再利用气流(循环气流)31被吹过滤板33,并送入两个分选区34,34′。
设置在下导向板23下方最上面的旁通阀28防止气流削弱风扇30的吸气能力。其它导向板这样布置,即,通过过滤通道24的底板(未示出)更好地将起皱谷粒部分与皮分开。
风扇30具有单个驱动器,并且螺杆22,22′,25,25′,27设置有一个或多个驱动器,从而能够调节速度并更好地分配驱动力。
橡胶辊去皮机1横向偏移地设置在这些螺杆上方,并且橡胶辊去皮机1的排出区(皮分离器2的输入区21的上方)被隔板36分成大小大致相同的两个通道37,38。
由于第二输入器或第二分选区,所以皮分离器2的宽度和长度比现有皮分离器略大几厘米。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于分离去皮谷物的皮的皮分离器(2),优选用于分离大米的皮,其具有靠近分选区(34)的输入器,其具有以一定角度(α)设置的导向板,其中,设置一螺杆以排出去皮谷物,设置另一螺杆以排出谷皮,其特征在于,至少两个分选区(34,34′)被彼此平行地上下布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮分离器,其特征在于,每个分选区(34,34′)分配有一个用于输入产物的分配螺杆(22,22′),以及带出口(35,35′)的糙米螺杆(25,25′)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的皮分离器,其特征在于,在过滤通道(24)的下游设置去皮螺杆(27)以排出谷皮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的皮分离器,其特征在于,分选区(34,34′)的导向板(23)的角度(α)大致为45°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的皮分离器,其特征在于,螺杆(22,22′,25,25′,27)和风扇(30)具有独立的驱动器。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一所述的皮分离器,其特征在于,其直接布置在辊去皮机的下游。
