层压成型品及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将多种合成树脂作为材料,通过将这些材料共挤出得到的吹塑预形体、直接吹塑瓶子等的层压成型品及其制造方法,本发明在该层压成型品的色调方面具有变化,谋求进一步改善外观。
背景技术
在盛装化妆品的合成树脂制造的容器方面,从适合大批量生产与降低生产成本的观点来看,大量地使用着通过将合成树脂注塑成型、吹塑成型的方法成型的成型品。该成型品大部分色调单一或者色调变化少,从容器的美观方面来看,尚且不足。
因此,近年来,例如特开2000-117820号公报记载所示,关于赋予容器色彩方面,逐渐采用了增加色彩的浓淡、提高容器的装饰效果的所谓的具有色彩浓淡效果的方法。
在上述的公报中记载的技术为在注塑半透明的有色树脂时,在型坯上预先设置厚度差,然后通过吹塑成型形成不同的壁厚。可以认为利用此技术,不需要特殊的工序,可以通过颜色浓淡产生花纹,在生产成本方面,也可以控制得很低。
但是,上述的以前的技术,由于在型坯上设置了壁厚差,吹塑成型品也具有与型坯相同的壁厚分布,吹塑成型时很难对壁厚进行控制,而且,对于壁厚特别薄的部分,由于刚性降低,会对容器的强度产生影响,同时,还存在由于外界的气体(氧气等)容易侵入,内装物的保质期会缩短,很难稳定地生产出高质量的成型品,而且,希望整体保持刚性时,颜色深的部分的壁厚会达到要求刚性以上,不必要的壁厚会导致成本增加等问题,这就要求进一步改善。
由此可见,上述现有的成型品及其制造方法在结构、方法与使用上,显然仍存在有不便与缺陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。为了解决成型品及其制造方法存在的问题,相关厂商莫不费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成,而一般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题,此显然是相关业者急欲解决的问题。
有鉴于上述现有成型品及其制造方法存在的缺陷,本发明人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新的层压成型品及其制造方法,能够改进一般现有的成型品及其制造方法,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作样品及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的成型品及其制造方法存在的缺陷,而提供一种新的层压成型品及其制造方法,所要解决的技术问题是使其可以解决上述以前技术中的问题点,从而更加适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。为了达到上述发明目的,依据本发明的层压成型品,是通过将至少两种树脂材料共挤出得到的,上述层压成型品中的至少一层由沿着以该树脂材料的挤出方向为基准的规定方向(例如:与挤出方向平行的方向以及/或者该挤出方向的交叉方向)连续或者断续地改变厚度的有色层构成。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下的技术方案来实现。又,为了达到上述发明目的,依据本发明的层压成型品的制造方法,为将至少两种树脂材料共挤出,形成层压成型品时,挤出作为上述层压成型品的至少一层的有色层,控制该有色层的树脂材料的挤出量,使该有色层具有沿着以该树脂材料的挤出方向为基准的规定方向(例如:与挤出方向平行的方向以及/或者该挤出方向的交叉方向)连续或者断续地改变的厚度。
根据本发明,通过在共挤出时调整形成有色层的树脂材料的供给量,可以容易且确实地得到改善了美观的层压成型品。而且,通过沿着规定的方向连续或者断续地改变构成有色层的树脂材料的厚度,可以产生在其规定方向上有色层的浓淡连续或者断续变化的视觉效果,即色彩浓淡效果。例如:沿着与挤出方向平行的方向改变构成有色层的树脂材料的厚度时,有色层的浓淡会按照与挤出方向平行的方向变化。此外,沿着与挤出方向交叉的方向改变构成有色层的树脂材料的厚度时,有色层的浓淡会按照与挤出方向交叉的方向变化。
希望上述的层压成型品的整体厚度沿着以树脂的挤出方向为基准的上述规定方向几乎保持均匀。即为了层压成型品的厚度沿着规定方向保持均匀,希望控制有色层以外的至少一层的树脂材料的挤出量。此时,即使有色层的厚度产生变化,作为层压成型品的整体厚度几乎是均匀的,所以,不是局部产生了壁薄、壁厚,而是得到了在强度方面稳定的成型品,同时,可以提供控制了成本增加的浓淡效果好的层压成型品。
在达到上述结构的层压成型品中,希望有色层在层压成型品厚度的50%之内的范围内改变厚度。
利用本发明制造的层压成型品可以适用于双轴延伸吹塑成型时使用的吹塑预形体、共挤出的型坯中的通过直接吹塑成型得到的瓶子或者直接吹塑管、甚至软管等容器的主体部位。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。经由上述可知,本发明是有关于一种层压成型品及其制造方法。将至少两种树脂材料共挤出的层压成型品适合用于吹塑预形体、直接吹塑瓶、管子或者吹塑软管,沿着该树脂材料的挤出方向以及/或者该挤出方向的交叉方向,其中至少一层是由连续或者断续地改变厚度的有色层构成,可以提高颜色的渐变效果。
综上所述,本发明特殊的层压成型品及其制造方法,可以解决上述以前技术中的问题点的新的层压成型品及其制造方法的方案。其具有上述诸多的优点及实用价值,并在同类产品及制造方法中未见有类似的结构设计及方法公开发表或使用而确属创新,其不论在产品结构、制造方法或功能上皆有较大的改进,在技术上有较大的进步,并产生了好用及实用的效果,且较现有的成型品及其制造方法具有增进的多项功效,从而更加适于实用,而具有产业的广泛利用价值,诚为一新颖、进步、实用的新设计。

图9是在展开的状态下表示图1所示的成型品的主要部位的扩大剖面图。
图10是与本发明的其他的实施形态相关的层压成型品的结构说明图。
具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的层压成型品及其制造方法其具体实施方式、结构、制造方法、步骤、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
图1是举例说明作为与本发明的一种实施形态相关的层压成型品的双层瓶子状容器的吹塑成型品,在该图中,参照数字1表示作为内层的主体部分,2为表示被一体配置在主体部分1的外侧的有色层。有色层2为通过从成型品的口部向底部逐渐加厚来逐渐提高颜色的浓度的层。而且,通过将作为内层的主体部分1的厚度从成型品的口部向底部逐渐变薄,来使层压成型品的整体厚度t保持几乎均匀的厚度。
上述图1表示的成型品是一种具有颜色沿着与挤出方向平行的方向,即从口部向底部逐渐变浓的浓淡效果好的容器,在容器的美观方面显著地得到了改善。
成型此类容器时,可以使用将不同的树脂材料同时混合的类型的模具,或者逐渐混合型的多层共挤出的模具。
层压成型品中的颜色的浓淡,可以通过适当地控制构成有色层的树脂的挤出量进行调整。有色层的厚度越厚,颜色就越浓;厚度越薄,颜色就越淡,这是不言而喻的。将图1所示的容器的主要部位扩大,就如图2所示,有色层2的厚度具有从底部向口部逐渐减少的壁厚分布,而且,作为内层的主体部分1的厚度具有从底部向口部逐渐增加的壁厚分布。
在共挤出时,通过控制树脂材料的挤出量,可以使有色层2的厚度适当地变化,同时也会使与有色层2邻接的内层1的厚度产生变化。所以,层压成型品的整体厚度是几乎一定的,除了由于产品形状的原因造成的壁厚变化以外,不会产生壁厚极薄或者极厚的部位。
把构成层压成型品的材料添加在聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂等链烯烃树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙酯(PET)等聚酯树脂中,作为隔离树脂,可以使用乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)或者尼龙等。
上述结构的层压成型品可以使用具备为了供给与作为内层的主体部分1对应的树脂材料的流道和为了供给与一体配置在主体部分1的外侧的有色层2对应的树脂材料的流道的成型装置,将这些树脂材料共挤出成型而成。
下面,说明与图3~图7中所示的其他实施形态相关的层压成型品。
按照本发明成型的层压成型品可以如图3所示,在有色层2的外侧设置由具有光泽的材料或者雾状材料构成的哑光层3,据此,不只是颜色的浓淡变化,还可以增加色调的变化。
此外,利用本发明成型的层压成型品,如图4~图7所示,可以采用设置了粘贴层与由用于抑制氧的穿透的EVOH、含有间二甲苯基的酰胺等构成的隔离层的适当的组合。即,在图4的实施形态中,在图3的实施形态中的有色层2及哑光层3之间配置了粘贴层4。在图5的实施形态中,在作为图1及图2的实施形态中的内层的主体部分1与有色层2之间顺次配置了粘贴层4、隔离层5及粘贴层4。在图6的实施形态中,在作为图5的实施形态中的内层的主体部分1的内侧也配置了隔离层5。而且,在图7的实施形态中,在图6的实施形态中的主体部分1与其内侧的隔离层5之间也配置了粘贴层4。此外,还可以设置含有已知的氧气吸收剂的层。关于层的构成,除了上述以外,还可以根据用途适当地进行变更,关于这一点,没有特殊的限定。
有色层的厚度希望在层压成型品整体厚度的50%之内的范围内变化。这是为了有色层的壁厚变更性及外观性。而且,通过改变有色层的壁厚,可以实现多彩的浓淡效果,例如,也可以把上述图2中所示部分的主体部分1作为有色层,采用将该主体部分1与有色层2重叠的邻接配置型的层的构成。据此,可以进一步扩大浓淡效果相关的选择范围。
在层压成型品中有多个有色层存在的层结构中,除了将有色层相互重叠的邻接配置型以外,也可以采用在有色层之间夹入粘贴层、隔离层或者哑光层的隔离配置型,据此,也将进一步扩大与改变浓淡效果相关的选择范围。
图8及图9为举例说明作为本发明的其他的实施形态的层压成型品的双层瓶状容器的吹塑成型品,与图1及图2中相同的参照数字表示相同或者对应的结构要素。在本实施形态中,容器主体1只在其圆周方向的半周上具有有色层2,剩余的半周上没有设置有色层2。有色层2被一体配置在主体部分1的外侧。有色层2的厚度如图9所示,由一端向中央部位逐渐增加,从中央向另一端部逐渐减少。所以,有色层2的色调体现出从一端向中央部分逐渐变深,再从中央部分向另一端部逐渐变浅的圆周方向的浓淡效果。
而且,图8及图9所示的层压成型品,例如可以通过把与作为内层的主体部分1对应的树脂材料和与有色层2对应的树脂材料的混合部分中的流道断面形状设置为近月牙状,进行成型。此外,设置为了使在该混合部位中的流道断面积随时间增减的适当的控制手段时,不仅可以在与挤出方向交叉的方向上,在与挤出方向平行的方向上也可以适当地增减有色层2的厚度,据此,可以实现多种浓淡花纹。
使有色层2的厚度在与挤出方向交叉的方向及与挤出方向平行的方向上增减的本发明的实施形态如图10所示。
从上述说明中可以得知,根据本发明,在共挤出时,单纯调整形成有色层的树脂材料的供给量,就可以简单而且确实地得到改善了美观的层压成型品。而且,即使改变有色层的厚度,也可以将层压成型品整体的厚度t保持一定,所以,不是在局部形成壁薄、壁厚,而是可以得到在强度方面具有稳定的质量的成型品,同时,可以提供控制了成本增加的浓淡效果好的层压成型品。
而且,虽然介绍了本发明适当的实施形态,但是在不偏离该范围的情况下,可以具有上述以外的各种形态,这一点是不言而喻的。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的方法及技术内容作出些许的更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (14)

1.一种将至少两种树脂材料共挤出成型而成的层压成型品,其特征在于:
沿着该树脂材料挤出方向为基准的规定方向,上述层压成型品中的至少一个层是由连续或者断续地改变厚度的有色层构成;
其中所述的有色层在层压成型品厚度的50%以内的范围内改变厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层压成型品,其特征在于:
其中所述的规定的方向为与层压成型品的上述至少一个层的树脂材料挤出方向平行的方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的层压成型品,其特征在于:
其中所述的规定的方向为与层压成型品的上述至少一个层的树脂材料挤出方向交叉的方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的层压成型品,其特征在于:
其中所述的规定的方向为与层压成型品的上述至少一个层的树脂材料挤出方向平行的方向以及与该挤出方向交叉的方向的两个方向。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的层压成型品,其特征在于:
其中所述的层压成型品的整体厚度沿着上述的规定方向几乎是一定的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的层压成型品,其特征在于:
其中所述的层压成型品为吹塑预形体、直接吹塑瓶、软管或者吹塑软管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的层压成型品,其特征在于还包括:
哑光层,设置于上述有色层的外侧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的层压成型品,其特征在于还包括:
粘贴层与隔离层,上述粘贴层位于上述有色层与隔离层之间。
9.一种层压成型品的制造方法,其特征在于其包括以下步骤:
在共挤出至少两种树脂材料,形成层压成型品时,挤出作为上述层压成型品的至少一层的有色层;
控制该有色层的树脂材料的挤出量,使该有色层具有沿着以树脂材料的挤出方向为基准的规定方向连续或者断续地变化的厚度;
其中,控制上述有色层的树脂材料的挤出量,使该有色层的厚度在层压成型品的整体厚度的50%以内的范围内变化。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
其中所述的规定的方向为与层压成型品的上述至少一层的树脂材料的挤出方向平行的方向。
11.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
其中所述的规定的方向为层压成型品的上述至少一层的树脂材料的挤出方向交叉的方向。
12.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
其中所述的规定的方向为与层压成型品的上述至少一层的树脂材料挤出方向平行的方向及与该挤出方向交叉的方向的两种方向。
13.根据权利要求9至12中任一权利要求所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
控制上述有色层以外的至少一个层的树脂材料的挤出量,使上述层压成型品整体的厚度沿着上述规定的方向几乎保持一致。
14.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于:
利用上述层压成型品制造吹塑预形体、直接吹塑瓶、软管或者吹塑软管。
