Claims (4)
- 複数の樹脂素材を共押出して本体表面に少なくとも装飾層を成形する積層成形体であって、
前記装飾層は、外側に位置する、着色した樹脂素材からなる着色膜と、この着色膜を輝かせる樹脂素材からなり、内側に位置する光輝膜とを積層してなり、
外側に位置する着色膜として、内側に位置する膜が透けて見える透過性を有する着色膜を用い、当該着色膜の厚さを積層成形体の厚さの50%以内で連続的に肉厚にし、これに従い内側に位置する光輝膜を薄肉にすることで、積層成形体全体としての厚さをほぼ一定にし、更に、
前記装飾層の外側に、光沢材又はフロスト材からなる表面層を設けることで、
積層成形体の本体表面に、色の濃淡に加えて色調の変化を加えたことを特徴とする積層成形体。 - 前記光輝膜は、光を反射してパール光沢を呈するパール材を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層成形体。
- 前記光輝膜は、光を反射して金属光沢を呈する粒状体を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層成形体。
- 前記積層成形体が、ブロープリフォーム、ダイレクトブローボトル、チューブ又はブローチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の積層成形体。
