技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于含水原料如热塑性弹性体、橡胶、树脂或类似含水原料的脱水的锥形双螺杆挤压机和脱水机。
背景技术
已经知道,如日本未审查专利申请公开No.2001-353719所述的脱水机是用于含水原料的脱水机。在该专利文件的图2中,公开了采用锥形单螺杆挤压机作为脱水机和采用串联设置的并行双螺杆挤压机作为脱水机的技术。
参考上述已知的脱水机,待供应的含水原料应当具有与机器相应的规格。这样就产生了问题,即脱水机不能适用于各种类型的原料。
具体地说,在一些情况下,脱水机不能恒定地挤压从粉末状原料到直径200毫米以上的大块形状原料的范围内的所有材料。这样就产生了问题,即在使用脱水机时导致了加工量产生变化。而且,存在着这样一些情况,无法对所供应的原料进行生产,这取决于原料的形状和尺寸。
而且,已知类型的脱水机可应用于约含10%到40%水分的原料。问题在于,该脱水机不能加工约含80%水分的原料以及含大量水分的原料,例如与水一起运送的原料,等等。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可应用在各种形状、尺寸和特性的原料中的脱水机。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供了下述装置。也就是说,在一种锥形双螺杆挤压机中,在其外周表面具有螺旋片且在侧向上彼此相邻的两个转子轴容纳于一侧具有原料供给口而另一侧具有原料卸料口的筒体内,转子轴的转轴与转子轴上的螺旋片的外径之间的距离从供给口一侧到卸料口一侧逐渐减小,其特征在于,筒体设有可将通过原料供给口供应的原料所含的水分排出筒体的排水端口。
锥形双螺杆挤压机可应用在各种形状和尺寸的原料上,这是因为相对于锥形单螺杆挤压机或并行双螺杆挤压机来说,锥形双螺杆挤压机对通过原料供给口所供应的原料的挤压性能优良。锥形双螺杆挤压机能以高比率压缩含水原料。这样,脱水效果很好。因此,通过为筒体设置排水端口,锥形双螺杆挤压机便可用作含水原料的脱水机。
优选的是,两个转子轴的轴线形成10到40度的角。
如果转子轴所形成的角小于10度,那么必须增加转子轴的长度以确保压缩比率。因此,改变转轴之间的距离就变得毫无意义。如果该角度超过40度,那么转子轴的长度就比较小。这样就不能保证充分脱水所需的转子轴长度。而且,具有较大直径的转轴的直径会过分的大,这是不利的。
优选的是,一个转子轴的螺旋片与另一个转子轴的螺旋片处于啮合的状态,两个转子轴可在相反的方向上旋转。
采用上述构造可以增强针对各种形状的原料的挤压性能。这样,具有各种形状即具有粉末形状、碎屑形状或幕罩形状的原料可有效地传送和压缩。
优选的是,筒体具有围绕着螺旋片的腔室周向壁,腔室周向壁形成为截面大体上是由具有相同直径且相互重叠的两个圆所组成的形状,截面的尺寸从原料供给口到原料卸料口逐渐减小,腔室周向壁上设有排水端口。
采用上述构造可以较高程度地压缩原料,不会损害传送能力。这样就增强了脱水效果和加工能力。
原料供给口可以开在转子轴的上侧,卸料口可以开在转子轴的轴向方向上,而排水端口可以开在转子轴的径向方向上。
优选的是,设置了用于排水端口的滤网。
由于设有用于排水端口的滤网,因此就可防止原料中含有的或者在加工中产生的小颗粒从排水端口中漏出。这样,只有水分被分离出来并被排出。
优选的是,滤网是具有预定间隙的楔形丝网或冲压板。
优选的是,各螺旋片形成为最大直径是最小直径的1.5到5.0倍。
通过将转子轴螺旋片的最大直径设定为最小直径的至少1.5倍,就可以确保足够的压缩力。而且,可以容易地增大筒体的原料供给口。如果将最大直径设定为超过最小直径的5倍,那么转子轴所形成的角度至少为40度,这是不合适的。

使用齿轮泵可以增强筒体的内部压力。这样便可增强脱水效果。而且,通过用齿轮泵来计量原料可以增强向后续工序供应原料的准确度,即使在未设置计量部分时也是如此。在设置了计量部分的情况下,可以进一步增强向后续工序供应原料的准确度。
优选的是,在原料卸料口上连接了限料部分而非齿轮泵。由限料部分在卸料口处所提供阻力而产生的背压可以增强脱水效果。
可以同时设置齿轮泵和限料部分。
另外,可以提供一种脱水装置,该装置包括与上述锥形双螺杆挤压机相连并设置在该锥形双螺杆挤压机的下游的并行双螺杆挤压机,该并行双螺杆挤压机包括用于加热挤压机筒体的加热器、脱水滤网和/或用于排除挤压机筒体用蒸气的通风口。
优选的是,在通风口上连接了减压和脱气装置。

参考图1和2,图1是用于挤压均含有水分的热塑性弹性体、橡胶、树脂等并使之脱水的锥形双螺杆挤压机1的平面剖视图。图2是锥形双螺杆挤压机1的侧剖视图。
锥形双螺杆挤压机1包括挤压机本体筒体2。在筒体2的一侧设有用来供应含水原料的原料供给口3。在筒体2的另一侧设有用来排出已除去水分的原料的原料卸料口4。
在筒体2的内部沿水平方向彼此相邻地设置了两个转子轴5,它们用来输送经由供给口3所供应的含水原料且同时压缩这些原料。原料供给口3具有位于上部的开口,而卸料口4具有位于转子轴5的轴线方向上的开口。

转子轴5布置成使得由轴线所形成的角θ处于10到40度的范围内。两个转子轴5布置成使其螺旋片6处于啮合状态。设置上述角θ的原因如下所述。也就是说,如果角θ过大即超过40度,压缩区域内的挤压性能将劣于计量区域。而且,在压缩区域内施加了高负荷,这会产生机械问题。如果角θ设置成小于10度,那么挤压性能将不太好,除非将螺旋片6的直径设定得大一些。不过,在增大螺旋片6直径的情况下,机械长度要变长。因此,上述角度范围是优选的。
位于供给口3下方的螺旋片6的形状使得螺旋片6可以挤压从约10微米大小的粉末到约200毫米直径的大块体的范围内的原料。
各螺旋片6形成为使其最大直径D是其最小直径d的1.5到5倍。当最大直径D是最小直径d的5.0倍时,螺旋片6可以挤压尺寸约5倍于螺旋片6之最小直径d的原料。况且,位于供给口3下方且具有上述尺寸的螺旋片6可以直接供应含有较多水分即10到90%含水量的原料。而且,当供应较高含水量的原料时,排出量也会提高。
螺旋片6的直径比率D/d与上述角度θ相关。通过将比率D/d设定在1.5到5.0的范围内,供给口3的容量就可以相对于卸料口4充分地提高。从压缩和脱水的角度来看,希望将最大直径D相对于最小直径d设定为较大的值。然而,如果最大直径D设定得较大,那么轴之间的角θ会变大。因此,计量区域内的原料挤压变得不充分。由于压缩区域内的负荷增加,因此就会产生机械问题。
两个转子轴5在大直径一侧从筒体2的端壁上悬伸出来。在其支撑部分中设有驱动装置7。
驱动装置7使两个转子轴5在相反的方向上旋转。转子轴5的旋转方向使得经供给口3所供应的原料可在两个转子轴5之间受到挤压。
根据本实施例,马达8驱动其中一个转子轴5,连接到伞齿轮9上的另一转子轴5朝相反方向旋转。然而,驱动系统并不限于上述。
筒体2设有排水端口10。经原料供给口3供应的原料中含有的水分通过排水端口10排出,直到原料从卸料口4中排出为止。排水端口10在转子轴5的径向方向上敞开。
排水端口10设于原料供给口3的下方。
如图2和3所示,筒体2包括围绕着螺旋片6的腔室周向壁11。腔室周向壁11形成为其截面大体上为眼镜孔形(由具有相同直径且相互重叠的两个圆所组成的形状)。截面尺寸从原料供给口3到卸料口4逐渐减小。在腔室周向壁11与螺旋片6的上侧之间形成有间隙。该间隙朝着顶端一侧变小。该间隙有利于原料的挤压。另外,由于原料的回流作用,因在螺旋片6的大直径部分中与在其小直径部分中所输送的原料量的不同而导致的机械负荷是可以允许的。
排水端口10形成于腔室周向壁11中。排水端口10可形成于从腔室周向壁11的侧面到其下表面的范围内。
排水端口10具有其尺寸使得原料不能从中通过但水能从中通过的开口。在排水端口10具有较大开口的情况下,可以为该开口提供滤网12,由此得到排水端口10。
如图4所示,滤网12优选是设有大体上与转子轴5平行的间隙的楔形丝网。滤网12可以是多孔的冲压板。然而,滤网12并不局限于滤网或板。
从除去大量水分的观点来看,空隙或孔隙尺寸优选比较大。不过,希望空隙或孔隙尺寸处于0.1到3.0毫米的范围内,以防止原料泄漏。
根据本发明的上述锥形双螺杆挤压机的结构对其主要结构来说已足够了。而且,根据本实施例,在卸料口4的一侧,其中一个转子轴5比另一转子轴5在轴向上延伸得更多。该延伸部分13起着用来决定原料的量和将原料从中挤出的单轴计量部分14的作用。具有计量部分14的转子轴5比另一转子轴5更长,即长度是另一转子轴5的长度的1.05到2.0倍。
计量部分14包括螺旋片15和圆柱形计量部分筒体16。螺旋片15形成于转子轴5的延伸部分13中,并具有恒定的直径和恒定的节距。圆柱形计量部分筒体16围绕着螺旋片15。计量部分筒体16与挤压机本体筒体2的原料卸料口4相连。
根据具有上述结构的锥形双螺杆挤压机,含水原料经原料供给口3来供应。由于两个转子轴5朝相反的方向旋转,所供应的原料在处于啮合状态的螺旋片6之间被挤压,并朝卸料口4一侧输送。在原料含有大量水分例如用水运送的原料的情况下,水分通过设于原料供给口3附近的排水端口10来除去。由于转子轴5的锥形形状,因转子轴5的旋转而输送的含水原料被显著地压缩,这样就将水分离出来。被分离出来的水向后流动,并经排水端口10排出。脱水后的原料经卸料口4供应到计量部分14。由于螺旋片15的输送能力小于螺旋片6的输送能力,因此在计量部分14中充满了原料。然后,原料在定量比率下向后续工序供应。
图5显示了本发明的另一实施例。在计量部分14的出口处连接了齿轮泵17。在齿轮泵17的出口处设有限料部分18。限料部分18由孔板等制成。限料部分18需要向原料的流动提供阻力。限料部分18具有使得其管道截面可以变化的结构。
通过用齿轮泵17来提高锥形双螺杆挤压机的卸料口4附近的内部压力,就可以提高脱水效果。而且,通过用齿轮泵17来计量原料,就可以增强向后续工序供应原料的准确度。
限料部分18所施加的阻力也可以增强脱水效果。限料部分18可以设置于齿轮泵17的上游。限料部分18和齿轮泵17可独立地设置。在锥形双螺杆挤压机未设计量部分14的情况下,限料部分18和齿轮泵17可与原料卸料口4相连。
图6显示了一种串联式脱水机,其中锥形双螺杆挤压机通过连接件(未示出)与并行双螺杆挤压机19相连。并行双螺杆挤压机19包括用于加热挤压机筒体20的加热器(未示出)、用于挤压机筒体20的脱水滤网21,以及用于排除蒸气的通风口22。在通风口22上连接了减压和脱气装置23。
脱水滤网21和排除蒸气通风口22两者都不是必需具备的。也就是说,可以设置它们中的任何一个。
使用具有上述构造的脱水装置,含水量高的原料就可以连续脱水并脱气,从而生产出作为产品的颗粒。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例。
本发明可以在制造热塑性弹性体、橡胶和树脂的装置中使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种锥形双螺杆挤压机,包括:
筒体;
设于所述筒体的一侧的原料供给口;
设于所述筒体的另一侧的原料卸料口;
外周表面上具有螺旋片且在侧向上彼此相邻的两个转子轴,所述转子轴容纳于所述筒体内,其中,所述转子轴的转轴与所述转子轴上的所述螺旋片的外径之间的距离从所述供给口一侧到所述卸料口一侧逐渐减小;和
将通过所述原料供给口来供应的原料中所含有的水分排出所述筒体的排水端口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,所述两个转子轴的轴线形成10到40度的角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,其中一个所述转子轴的所述螺旋片与另一个所述转子轴的所述螺旋片处于啮合的状态,所述两个转子轴可在相反的方向上旋转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,所述筒体具有围绕着所述螺旋片的腔室周向壁,所述腔室周向壁形成为截面大体上是由具有相同直径且相互重叠的两个圆所组成的形状,所述截面的尺寸从所述原料供给口到所述原料卸料口逐渐减小,所述腔室周向壁上设有所述排水端口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,设有用于所述排水端口的滤网。
6.根据权利要求5所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,所述滤网是具有预定间隙的楔形丝网或冲压板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,各所述螺旋片形成为其最大直径是最小直径的1.5到5.0倍。
8.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,在所述卸料口一侧,其中一个所述转子轴从另一个所述转子轴中沿轴向方向延伸出来,该延伸部分起着将原料从其中以定量比率挤出的单轴计量部分的作用。
9.根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机,其特征在于,所述挤压机还包括与所述原料卸料口相连的齿轮泵和限料部分中的至少一个。
10.一种脱水装置,包括:
根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆挤压机;和
与所述锥形双螺杆挤压机相连并设置在所述锥形双螺杆挤压机的下游的并行双螺杆挤压机,
其中,所述并行双螺杆挤压机包括用于加热所述挤压机筒体的加热器,以及脱水滤网和用于排除所述挤压机筒体用蒸气的通风口中的至少一个。
