Description

图象处理装置及其操作控制方法
本发明是1996年7月31日提交的申请号为96106992.9、发明名称为“图象处理装置”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及用于处理图象数据的图象处理装置，并特别涉及能够连接到计算机的图象处理装置。
背景技术
通常，已经知道作为这类图象处理装置的一种装置诸如扫描器，打印机等等，通过连接到计算机而用作计算机的外围设备。而且，近来已经知道，通过把数字复制机连接到计算机，数字式复制机的扫描器和打印机用作为计算机的外围设备。这种情形下，数字式复制机可用来复制原件图象，并还能够作为计算机的外围设备。
外围设备的功能是基于来自计算机的指令进行操作的。即在放置原件到原件托盘后，扫描器基于来自计算机的指令开始阅读原件，并然后所读取的图象数据被传送到计算机。进而，当操作者选择了所需的文件并进行操作指令打印时，打印机打印出从计算机送出的图象数据。
然而，在这种与计算机联合操作系统结构中，外围设备的作用只能作为基于来自计算机指令而操作的隶属装置。因而，如果没有来自计算机的指令，则外围设备不能传送读取的图象数据到计算机或者打印存储在计算机中的文件。

发明内容

根据本发明的另一方面，提供一种图象处理装置的操作控制方法，所述图象处理装置设有用于读取原件图象并根据所述原件图象输出图象数据的读取器和用于同连接有多个计算机的网络连接的接口，所述方法包括步骤：通过接口显示分配图象数据的目标列表；在所述显示步骤中显示的目标中指定所需的一个目标；通过读取器指示原件图象的读出；设置图象数据的文件名；以及通过接口将具有文件名的图象数据分配给与在所述指定步骤指定的目标对应的计算机。根据本发明的图象处理装置及图象处理方法，可实现从图象处理设备(复制机)一侧对所需的计算机进行访问，并可取得由被访问的计算机管理的文件的图象数据以便打印出来。此外，如果需要，可通过选择第一方式或第二方式来执行操作。

图1中，标号1表示复制机(主体)。复制机1的组成为：中央处理单元(CPU)101，只读存储器(ROM)102，随机访问存储器(RAM)103，用于连接PC卡的PC卡接口104，可卸PC卡105，软盘驱动接口(FDD I/F)106，软盘驱动器(FDD)107，液晶显示(LCD)控制器108，液晶显示器(LCD)109，键输入接口110，触摸板111，操作键112，图象存储器113，扫描器接口114，扫描器115，打印机接口116，打印机117，外部接口118，软盘(FD)119，以及红外传感器120。
根据存储在ROM 102，RAM 103，PC卡105等等中的程序，CPU 101把该装置作为一个整体进行控制。ROM 102固定地存储用于通过CPU 101进行控制的执行程序和各种参数，并由例如快闪ROM等构成。如果需要更新存储在ROM 102中的程序等，在任何时候通过向其写入从安装的PC卡105，软盘119或者通过外部接口118从外部主机所获得的更新数据，可易于更新该ROM 102。RAM暂时存储程序及用于执行程序所必须的数据。PC卡接口104的作用是作为接口用来从CPU访问可卸PC卡105。通过驱动软盘驱动器107，软盘驱动器接口106可读取存储在插入软盘驱动器107之中的软盘119中的数据，并向软盘119重新写入数据。LCD控制器108通过从CPU 101接受要被显示的数据在LCD 109上显示字符，图形等等。作为一个压敏晶体管开关的触摸板111安装在LCD 109上以便检测用户的按压操作。键输入接口110用来读取触摸板111和操作键112的状态。通过LCD 109与触摸板111的彼此结合，操作图象平面能够根据各种情形适当地变化，从而能够提供易于由用户使用的操作单元或者控制台单元。图象存储器113存储要由扫描器115及打印机117输入/输出的图象数据。扫描器115与打印机117分别通过扫描器接口114与打印机接口116管理命令和图象数据。扫描器115通过扫描放置在原件台板上的原件阅读原件图象。打印机117打印出通过外部接口118所接受的图象数据。而且，打印机117打印出由扫描器115读取的图象，因而复制了该原件。外部接口118是用来与置于复制机1的外部的一个或者多个计算机进行通信的接口，例如与个人计算机，工作站和/或等。红外传感器120是用来检测操作者是否站在复制机1的操作单元(LCD109，触摸板111及操作键112)附近的一个传感器。
图2示出图1中的复制机1连接到局域网(LAN)的情形的配置的一例。复制机1能够作为熟知数字式复制机，诸如本地复制机，并进而向/从LAN中的其它装置发送/接收数据。
在图2中标号201表示形成一个网络的LAN201，多个计算机，复制机，传真机，扫描器，打印机等等连接到该网络，并在该网络中数据的发送和接收是在这些装置之间进行的。
标号202，203与204表示连接到LAN的个人计算机。可是可以连接到该LAN 201的计算机不限于这三个计算机202，203与204，而是各种计算机都可以连接到该LAN 201。
将基于以下图3中的流程图说明从复制机1访问外部计算机的情形的处理过程。这一流程图是基于存储在ROM 102中的程序执行的。然而，这一流程图也可基于从PC卡105或者软盘119读取或者通过外部接口118发送的程序执行。应当注意，复制机1具有从方式和主方式。在从方式中，复制机1基于来自外部计算机的指令操作。在主方式中，从复制机1的操作键112访问计算机，使得复制机1使用打印机117打印出存储在计算机中的文件，并向计算机传送由扫描器115读取的数据。
而且，在从方式中，打印机117响应来自外部计算机的命令打印出从外部计算机发送的图象数据，并且扫描器115响应从计算机发送的对于读操作的扫描开始命令而被操作读取原件的图象并然后向计算机传送所读取的图象数据。另一方面，在主方式中，通过按压操作键112的远程键，复制机1指定或者访问计算机并然后启动一处理过程。这一处理过程将在以下详细说明。
图3中，当在步骤S301按压远程键时，在步骤S302判断是否在执行另一个处理过程。如果正在执行另一个处理过程，则流程进到步骤S303。在步骤S303，LCD 109显示正在执行另一个处理过程，以便提示操作者，在这种状态不能启动主方式中不同的处理过程。然后在步骤S304，显示询问操作者是否要取消远程键的按压。如果通过触摸板111选择了取消，则LCD 109的显示状态回到初始状态。如果没有选择取消，则在步骤S305启动备用状态并保持到现在执行的另一处理过程终止为止。当判断现在执行的另一处理过程终止(这时产生警告声响)，或者如果在步骤S302判断没有执行另一处理过程时，则表示另一处理过程正在执行的LCD 109的显示或者指示初始状态的LCD 109D显示切换到图4中所示的显示，以便在步骤S306设定主方式。
在图4，打印按钮401用来执行主方式中的打印处理过程，扫描按钮402用来执行主方式中的扫描处理过程，控制按钮403用来执行计算机的遥控处理过程，取消按钮404用来取消主方式中的处理过程。通过按压在LCD 109上的按钮显示的各个位置，检测到触摸板111上的象素的坐标，并然后由CPU 101通过键接口110判断按钮的什么位置被按压。
如果在步骤S307判断了打印机按钮被按压，则流程进到步骤S308进行主方式的打印处理过程。如果在步骤S309判断扫描按钮402被按压，则流程进到S310进行主方式的扫描处理过程。如果在步骤S311判断控制按钮403被按压，则流程进到S312进行计算机的遥控处理过程。如果在步骤S313判断取消按钮404被按压，则主方式被取消且LCD 109的显示返回初始状态。
然后，在以下将基于图5和6所示的流程图说明在图3的步骤S307中打印按钮401被按压的情形下的处理过程。
当在图3的步骤S307中打印按钮401被按压时，LCD 109的显示变为图7所示的显示。
在图7中，表701示出连接到LAN201的计算机的列表，连接按钮702用来启动对计算机的访问，取消按钮703用来取消打印处理过程，口令显示列704表示输入的口令，字符栏705用来输入字符等，书签706用来显示所有可访问到的计算机，书签707用来显示最近所访问的计算机，书签708用来按名称顺序(即按较小代码号的顺序)显示以前所访问的计算机，以及书签709用来显示频繁或者经常访问的计算机。
当在图3的步骤S307中打印按钮401被按压时，通过请求经外部接口118连接到LAN 201的预定的计算机(例如服务器等)，CPU101形成可访问的计算机的登记名称的列表，并然后在步骤S501显示出如图7的列表701。这一显示对应于用于显示所有可访问的主机的书签707正在被选择的状态。然后在步骤S502，在列表701中显示所需的计算机的位置被按压以选择所需的计算机。这种情形下，所选的计算机(图7中的“ABC”)的名称是反向显示的。然后在步骤S503，对应于在步骤S402所选择的计算机的一个口令借助于字符栏705的字符列表输入。所输入的口令以看不见字符形式(或者转换的字母)显示在口令显示列704上，使得能够确保输入操作。如果当输入口令时输入了错误字符，则输入的错误字符能够以字符为单位通过按压包含在字符栏705中的消除键。在以上的操作中，的计算机选择的顺序和口令输入可以任意设定。
当计算机选择和口令输入终止时，在步骤S504通过按压连接按钮702，基于LAN 201中的网络地址CPU 101与选择的计算机通信，以确认口令。然后在步骤S505判断输入的口令是否与登记的口令一致，即输入的口令是否正确。如果在步骤S505判断输入的口令正确，则所选择的计算机可被访问并建立连接。然后流程进到步骤S507。另一方面，如果输入的口令与登记的口令不一致，从而判断输入的口令不对，则在步骤S506进行出错显示，并且流程返回步骤S501。如果建立了连接，则在步骤S507有关对其建立了连接的计算机的信息被存储在一定的区域。即存储有关连接的计算机的名称，进行访问的时间，以前访问的次数等。向其存储这些信息的存储介质最好是RAM103。可是，ROM 102，PC卡105或者软盘119的部分区域也可用作为存储介质。
如上所述，已经说明了从所有可连接的计算机中选择进行连接的目标的情形。可是以下要说明的是，从所有以前进行过连接的计算机中选择要被连接的目标的情形。
本实施例中，计算机显示的方式根据图14所示的流程通过选择书签706，707，708及709而改变。即如果在步骤S1401选择显示所有可访问的计算机的书签706，则在步骤S1402搜索通过外部接口118连接的计算机，并然后在步骤S1408形成并显示可访问的计算机的列表。如果在步骤S1403选择显示最近访问的计算机的书签707，则在步骤S1404搜索有关以前所访问的计算机的信息，使得计算机按最近访问的顺序顺序地列出。然后在步骤S1408显示所形成的列表。如果在步骤S1405选择按名称顺序显示以前访问的计算机(或者显示具有以前被访问经历的计算机)的书签707，则在步骤S1406形成按名称顺序(即代码顺序)列出的以前所访问的计算机的名称的列表。然后在步骤S1408显示所形成的列表。如果选择显示频繁被访问或者经常被访问的计算机的书签709，则在步骤S1407形成按较高频率顺序排列的以前所访问过的计算机的列表，并然后在步骤S1408显示所形成的列表。根据以上的操作，从所有可访问的计算机或者以前访问过的计算机之中，基于用户指令在所需的条件下可显示出计算机列表，然后用户可选择所需的计算机。
当所选择的计算机根据以上的过程被访问而建立连接时，则LCD 109的显示变为如图8所示的状态。
在图8中，列表801显示出由所选的计算机管理的文件，预览按钮802用来显示所选的文件的图象，打印按钮803用来打印出所选的文件的图象，以及取消按钮804用来把现在的图象平面返回到用于图7所示的计算机选择图象平面。
在图5的步骤S508，文件列表如同在图8的列表801中所示被显示。如果该列表在包含对象文件的目录中不存在，则可通过选择子目录(在图8中标记为“..”)或者上级目录(在图8中标记为“↑”)改变目录。
当在步骤S509按压文件列表中所需的文件位置时，被按压的文件的名称被反显并且该文件被选择。当选择了文件时，在步骤S510判断预览按钮802是否被按压。当被按压时，在步骤S511基于所选择的文件名称，指令所访问的计算机鉴别用于形成该文件的应用软件。进而在步骤S512，启动经过鉴别的应用软件，并作为位图数据读出所选择的文件中的数据。然后在步骤S513，传输经过位映象的所需的文件中的图象数据，并在步骤S514在LCD 109上显示出所传输的图象数据。这种情形下，先显示第一页的上部分，然后响应滚动键、下一页键、全显示键(即用来显示所压缩的一页)等(未示出)的操作顺序地显示随后的部分。当在步骤S515显示终止时，该流程等待下一个键输入。当在步骤S516取消键(未示出)被按压时，流程返回步骤S508显示文件列表。如果没有按压取消键，则流程再次等待按压预览按钮802、打印按钮803、以及取消按钮804之中的任何之一。然后如果在步骤S601判断打印机按钮被按压，则根据如同步骤S511到S513所示相同的过程在步骤S603到S605传输用于打印所选的文件的高分辨率图象数据。所传输的图象数据在步骤S606通过打印机117打印出。应当注意的是，在步骤S513或者S605所传输的图象数据在必要时可进行分辨率转换。
另一方面，如果在步骤S602判断取消按钮804被按压，则流程返回步骤S501显示计算机列表。
图9为一流程图表示LAN 201上的计算机一侧执行顺序。这一执行顺序关系到在步骤S501到S513以及S603到S605基于来自复制机1的指令的文件传输。如果存在如同在步骤S511和S603中的指令，则在步骤S901通过参照保存在计算机一侧的文件及对应于用于形成保存的文件的应用软件的数据库，校验哪一个应用软件预览形成指定的文件。然后在步骤S902，如果应用软件没有启动，则应用软件开始读取所指定的文件。之后，在步骤S903，获得显示的图象平面，例如文字处理器的窗口内容，以便产生用于打印的数据，并且所产生的数据被传输到复制机1。
根据以上的操作，复制机1一侧可获得有关在计算机上所显示的文件内容图象平面的数据。这样，即使计算机一侧具有任何形式的文件，复制机1一侧也可接收位映象数据，从而可在复制机1一侧进行所接收的数据的显示和打印。
以下将说明用户明确解除访问的情形。
如上所述，由于通过按压每一操作图象平面中的取消按钮操作可返回前一操作，作为一种操作方法通过重复相同的操作可解除访问。另一方面，在本发明中，作为另一(更容易的)方法提供了用于解除访问的键。
图15的视图表示本发明的复制机1的控制台单元(包括LCD109，触压板111以及操作键112)的外部配置。图15中，标号1501标记由LCD 109与触压板111组成的显示单元，标号1502标记一个复位键，标号1503标记一个远程键(前已说明)，标号1504标记一个预热键，标号1505标记一个启动键，标号1506标记一个十键，以及标号1507标记一个停止键。应当注意，这些键为与操作键112共同构成的硬键。远程键1503与预热键的每一个在其上部分具有一LED显示单元以便显示当前设定的操作方式。
显示单元1501根据上述各种情况对用户显示一操作板，接受用户的键输入。复位键1502是用来把所有当前设定的各种设置状态返回初始设置状态的键。
在通过按压远程键1503经过外部接口118访问计算机的状态中，CPU 101接通远程键1503的一个LED。因而，用户能够易于识别出正在设定计算机访问方式。在计算机访问方式中，如果用户希望解除访问，除了顺序按压取消键之外通过使用几个键可获得相同的效果。即，当按压复位键1502时，通过这一按压意味着用户指示返回设定方式为初始状态。因而，CPU 101终止与计算机的通信并使得显示单元1501返回初始图象平面。当按压预热键1504时，复制机1关断主电源而输入预热方式。在预热方式中，保持计算机的访问是没有意义的，故使得访问类似于被解除，并然后复制机1进入预热方式。在远程键1503的LED正在接通的状态再次按压远程键1503时，这一按压意味着用户指示访问另外一个新的计算机。因而，CPU 101解除对于当前所访问的计算机的访问。
如上所述，由于基于来自操作键112的指令能够直接解除访问，故如果必要用户可立即解除访问。
然后，在由于用户长时间间隔中没有操作复制机1而复制机1的备用状态继续一个预定的时间周期的情形下，即在设置方式复位定时器或者预热定时器操作的情形下，如果保持计算机处于被访问状态，则CPU 101在没有用户任何指令情形下解除该访问，并操作进入方式复位状态或者进入预热方式。
进而，当红外传感器120检测到用户没有站在复制机1附近并且复制机1在终止指定的操作之后处于备用状态达预定的时间周期时，则当前的访问被解除，并且复制机1进入备用状态以便防止下一个用户直接访问该计算机的情形。
以上说明的用于解除访问的各种方法在进行以下所要说明的操作的情形下也是有效的。
以下基于图10所示的流程图将说明在图3的步骤S309中按压扫描按钮402的情形下的处理流程。
当在图3的步骤S309中按压扫描按钮402时，LCD 109的显示改变或者切换到图7所示的显示。
在处理中，在步骤S1001到S1005所示的访问计算机过程与前述步骤S501到S505中所示的过程类似，故对其详述从略。
当通过选择和访问计算机建立了与计算机的连接时，类似于步骤S507，一个对其建立了连接的计算机的信息在步骤S1007被存储。然后流程进到步骤S1008切换LCD 109的显示到图11所示的显示。
在图11中，标号1101标记用于显示读取的原件的图象的预览图框，标号1102标记由被访问的计算机管理的目录表，标号1103标记用来向被访问的计算机传送读取的图象数据的扫描按钮，标号1104标记用来在预览图框中显示读取的图象的预览按钮，标号1105标记用来使得图象平面返回图7所示的用于选择计算机的图象平面的取消按钮，标号1106标记用于显示输入的文件名的文件名显示图框，以及标号1107标记用来输入字母等的字母栏。
当原件放在原件台板上并在步骤S1008按压预览按钮1104时，在步骤S1009由扫描器115读取放在原件台板上的原件。然后所读取的图象数据在步骤S1010存储在图象存储器113之中，并在步骤S1011显示在预览图框1101上。在步骤S1012，如果有必要，指定预览图框1101上的两个点用于调整其对角线由所指定的两个点定义的矩形区域。这种情形下，指定的或者选择的区域的地址信息存储在RAM 103之中。在步骤S1013，向其存储读取的图象数据的目录通过按压在目录列表1102中它的位置而选择。进而，用来向计算机存储所读取的图象数据的文件名从字符栏1107选择。从字符栏1107输入的文件名显示在文件名显示图框1106上，以便能由用户确认。在这些指定和选择终止之后，当在步骤S1014按压扫描按钮1103时，在步骤S1012所选择的读取的图象数据的区域基于存储的地址信息从图象存储器113中读取，并且在步骤S1015与S1016所读取的图象区域以及输入的文件名被传输到所访问的计算机，并存储在计算机的存储器内所选的目录中。
以下将说明在图3的步骤S311中按压控制按钮403的情形。
当在图3的步骤S311中按压控制按钮403时，LCD 109的操作图象平面改变或者切换为图7所示的用来选择计算机的图象平面。选择计算机的方法类似于在步骤S501到S505以及步骤S1001到S1005已经说明过的选择操作，故对其详细说明从略。在通过以上方法建立了与计算机的连接之后，LCD 109切换其显示的图象平面为图12所示的显示平面。在图12之中，标号1201标记一个计算机图象平面显示图框，标号1202标记计算机上的一个图象，标号1203标记放大的图标，标号1204标记一个缩小的图标，标号1205标记一个鼠标点取图标，标号1206标记一个图象平面滚动光标图标，标号1207标记用于输入字符的一个字符栏，以及标号1208标记一个用于使得图象平面返回图7所示的图象平面的取消按钮。
在图12中，在计算机图象平面显示图框1202上显示出与被连接的计算机的图象平面上所显示的图象的内容类似的内容。然而由于计算机的显示装置的尺寸一般大于复制机1的显示装置的尺寸，故在计算机图象平面显示图框1201上所要显示的图象限制在原来由计算机所显示的图象的一部分。为了显示基本上没有在计算机图象平面显示图框1201上所显示的其它部分，用户可通过按压图象滚动图标1206使得图象滚动而移动未被显示部分到图框内。如果用户希望看见整个图象，他可以缩小图示1204使得图象的显示缩小。而且，如果用户希望看到图象的详细部分，他可以按压放大图标1203使得图象的显示放大。为了从复制机一侧使用在计算机一侧的诸如鼠标之类的指点装置，可以通过按压计算机图象平面显示图框1201的内部从图象输入装置指示鼠标光标的位置，并通过使用鼠标点取光标1205还可输入鼠标的点取。如果需要在计算机上输入字符，这种字符可从字符栏1207输入。所有这些改变图象显示和进行字符输入的操作都是由CPU 108进行的。即CPU 108检测用户对LCD 109上的触摸板111的操作，并基于触摸板111上的坐标值判断用户的有目标的操作。
在计算机一侧的软件结构中，如图13所示，在操作系统(OS)与应用程序之间对于复制机1有一个接口程序。在应用程序向该OS传输要在图象平面上画出的图象数据的情形下，接口程序具有向复制机1传输相同的图象数据的功能，并还具有向应用程序以及来自OS的事件输入诸如鼠标输入及键输入的输入操作的功能。
当复制机1一侧接收显示在计算机上的图象时，复制机1以预定的倍数缩放接收的图象，使得该图象可按适合于计算机图象平面显示图框1201的尺寸显示。当由用户指令放大处理过程，缩小处理过程或者滚动处理过程时，复制机1将基本的显示形式转换为新的显示形式，并然后在图象平面显示图框1201上进行显示。当计算机图象平面显示图框1201内的位置由用户按压时，复制机1计算相对于当前显示在计算机上的相对位置并向计算机一侧通知所计算的位置。在计算机一侧，接口程序基于所通知的坐标位置向应用程序输入鼠标光标移动事件，通知由复制机1的发送的用户的操作。这一操作类似于对于鼠标点取的操作。
以下将说明通过使用诸如PC卡、软盘等等可卸存储介质控制操作的情形。
这种情形下，当与计算机建立了连接时，使用其内容已经事先设定的PC卡或者软盘。当在PC卡或者软盘没有插入的状态从操作键112按压远程键时，在LCD 109上显示一个信息督促用户输入作为一个密钥的PC卡或者软盘。然后，当用户插入PC卡或者软盘时，CPU 101确认存储介质的插入并然后访问插入的介质取得要访问的计算机信息。计算机信息包括拥有PC卡或者软盘的用户的计算机地址，以及标识代码，口令等等。复制机1通过使用这些信息能够建立起与计算机的连接。有关多个连接目标的信息可作为计算机信息存储在相同的介质中。当CPU 101确认多个连接目标信息的存储时，CPU101向用户提供可连接的计算机的列表并请求用户从列表中的计算机选择连接目标。
另一方面，有关计算机的信息可能在事先没有存储在PC卡或者软盘中，但是只是用户的信息诸如用户的标识代码、口令等等可能事先存储在PC卡或者软盘中。这种情形下，PC卡或者软盘被插入复制机1，并然后复制机根据用户的信息确定用户。然后，当与计算机的连接在图5的步骤S505和图10的步骤S1005被建立时，计算机信息能够对应于用户信息存储到PC卡或者软盘中。进而，在图14所示的计算机选择过程中通过参照过去用户访问的信息，从用户已经访问过的计算机可按照指定的形式形成计算机列表而被呈现。
当是由用户指定连接目标或者基本上有一个连接目标时，CPU101就会通过外部接口118与该计算机连接。当连接已经建立时，则其后的过程类似于上述的过程，其详细明从略。在按以上方式与计算就建立了连接之后，如上所述，计算机中的文件被打印或者计算机由复制机1操作。
计算机和用户的个人信息可按照以下所述的方式被写入用于本实施例的PC卡或者软盘。即，用户将PC卡或者软盘插入到通常由他所使用的计算机中，并使用数据写入程序向PC卡或者软盘写入他自己的网络连接口令，于是可形成在复制机1中将作为密钥使用的PC卡或者软盘。
作为用于本实施例中的PC卡或者软盘，可使用任何能够存储计算机连接信息并便于由用户携带的介质。例如，磁卡、IC卡、光卡都可用作为存储介质。进而如果在复制机1中装有特别供便携终端使用的接口，则甚至可使用便携终端。
在计算机按以上方式访问的情形下，除了以上所说明的访问解除方法之外，如果PC卡105或者软盘119从复制机1被解除，则CPU 101检测到这一点并进行操作而解除对计算机的访问。根据上述的复制机1，可从复制机一侧对所需的计算机进行访问，并且可取得由被访问的计算机管理的文件的图象数据以便打印出来。进而，由于打印可在预览操作之后进行，这可有效地防止打印出错误的图象数据。而且，由于对计算机的访问允许通过输入口令或者插入包含口令的存储介质，故可有效地保护用户的秘密。进而，对计算机的访问可通过用户的指令立即被解除。
而且，即使用户忘记了指令解除访问，借助于预定的定时器访问也可自动解除。因而，由于能够有效地防止因为用户的错误而造成计算机访问状态不希望地被保持，故可以有效地保护用户的秘密。
而且，由于红外传感器检测没有用户在复制机附近，访问可自动地解除。
而且，在使用存储了连接信息的存储介质进行对计算机的连接的情形下，由于存储介质可以看作是密钥，故可通过取下存储介质(即密钥)使得访问被解除，于是能够有效地保护用户的秘密。
此外，必要时可通过选择从方式和主方式之一进行操作。
另外，由于原件可响应来自复制机1的指令被读取，并然后被传输，所读取的图象数据可有效地存储在所需要的存储器之中。这时，文件名可响应来自复制机的指令输入到所需的计算机之中。
而且，所需的计算机的操作可从复制机1进行。
另外，在所需所计算机从复制机1一侧访问的情形下，通过向用户提供由用户过去访问过的限定的计算机的列表，用户易于选择他通常使用的计算机。
而且，在使用存储了用户信息的存储介质访问计算机的情形下，通过基于存储介质中的用户信息向用户提供专门由该用户访问的计算机的列表，用户能够易于选择计算机。
进而，表示用于控制上述操作的程序的数据可存储在可卸的存储介质中，诸如磁光盘等等，并然后所存储的数据能够读出而施加到其他可控制的装置上。
如上所述，根据本发明，通过将其连接到诸如LAN等网络该数字式复制机能够被有效地使用。
应当理解，本发明是不限于以上所述的实施例的，并且在所附权利要求中定义的本发明的范围内可以有各种变化和修改。

Claims (8)

1.一种图象处理装置，包括：
读取器装置，用于读取原件图象并根据所述原件图象输出图象数据；
连接装置，用于同连接有多个计算机的网络连接；
传送装置，用于通过所述连接装置将图象数据传送到计算机；以及
用于由操作者输入人工指令的操作装置，
用于显示目标列表的列表显示装置，传送装置能传送图象数据到所述目标；
指定装置，用于从由所述列表显示装置所显示的目标中指定所需的一个目标；

2.根据权利要求1的图象处理装置，其中由设置装置设置的文件名是直接分配到管理目录形式文件的计算机中的图象数据的文件名。
3.根据权利要求1的图象处理装置，其中由所述传送装置传送的图象数据存储在计算机中的存储器的预定目录中并具有文件名。
4.根据权利要求1的图象处理装置，其中所述指定装置适于通过预定口令的输入指定所需的计算机。
5.根据权利要求1的图象处理装置，进而包括用于存储所述传送装置的传送历史的存储装置。
6.根据权利要求1的图象处理装置，还包括用于读出可拆卸存储介质的内容的读出装置，所述存储介质存储用于由所述指定装置指定所需计算机的信息；其中所述指定装置适于当设置所述存储介质时通过读出装置读出其内容而指定所需计算机。
7.根据权利要求1的图象处理装置，还包括用于显示由所述指定装置指定的计算机正在进行的访问的状态显示装置。
8.一种图象处理装置的操作控制方法，所述图象处理装置设有用于读取原件图象并根据所述原件图象输出图象数据的读取器和用于同连接有多个计算机的网络连接的接口，所述方法包括步骤：
通过接口显示分配图象数据的目标列表；
在所述显示步骤中显示的目标中指定所需的一个目标；
通过读取器指示原件图象的读出；
设置图象数据的文件名；以及
通过接口将具有文件名的图象数据分配给与在所述指定步骤指定的目标对应的计算机。
