该地址管理单元 107可识别从外部导入的地址簿, 并存储在存储单元 104 内, 地址簿内的多个地址经外部设备, 如 PC机, 分类为存盘类地址和打印类地 址, 并分别标识存盘类地址和打印类地址。 存盘类地址是指可接收扫描文件的 云端服务器的地址, 打印类地址是指接入网络中的打印机的 IP地址。 如图 2所 示, 打印类地址被标记为 "P", 而存盘类地址被标记为' Ή"。 当然, 也可以是通 过图标的方式进行标记, 在此不再赞述。
地址簿内的多个地址还可以预先经过命名的, 如图 2所述, 例如在 PC管理 机上, 对地址簿内某一个 IP地址 192.168.1.101命以"北京办事处,,的名称, 该地 址簿通过一个应用软件被导入至扫描仪后, 扫描仪可识别该以数字和中文命名 的名称, 并显示在显示单元 102上。 当然, 扫描仪还可以识别以英文、 德文、 法文、 日文、 韩文、 阿拉伯文等多种语言中一种或多种组合形式命名的名称, 并选定这些名称对应的 IP地址作为发送对象地址。 如此, 在另外的实施例中, 扫描仪的排序单元 107a还可以是通过这些名称的首字母进行排序。 地址管理单元 107可识别该组名, 并可在显示单元 102上显示。 如图 2所示, 例如将侦查室、 技术室等对应的 IP地址进行分组, 并命以 "6.6专案组 "的名称, 对应地,该名称 "6.6专案组"下将包括多个对应的 IP地址,在选择该" 6.6专案组" 作为接收方后, 其包括的多个对应的 IP地址均将作为发送对象地址, 在扫描仪 发送扫描文件时, 扫描文件将同时被发送至上述多个对应的 IP地址。
当然,在另外的实施例中,还可以通过其他方式选择地址簿中的一个或多个 地址作为接收方, 例如, 复选模式设计, 可选择一个或多个未命名的 IP地址、 一个或多个组名、 一个或多个名称作为接收方, 将扫描文件所生成的数位信息 发送至对应的 IP地址。
前述地址薄在 PC机上经过命名、 标识、 分类、 分组等编辑动作后, 可通过 一个软件导入至扫描仪内, 由扫描仪存储、 识别和显示其中的名称、 分组和分 类信息, 并选择其中的一个地址或多个地址作为接收方, 发送数位信息。 在这 些被选择的一个或多个地址被作为接收方, 发送数位信息后, 处理器 105发送 指令至排序单元 107a,排序单元 107a将上述被选择的一个或多个地址的使用次 数加 1 , 并对所有的地址进行重新排序, 并将排序后的地址序列存储, 显示单元 102上显示重新排序后更新的地址序列。
本实施例中,处理器 105还可控制地址管理单元 107将存储单元 104内存储 的地址簿上传至外部存储空间, 例如一云端服务器, 以利将该地址簿下载至 PC 管理机上并再导入至其他扫描仪, 实现共享。 该外部存储空间还可以是一 USB 闪存盘、 移动硬盘等, 扫描仪通过 USB接口、 无线共享协议等方式将地址簿导 出。 在另外的实施例中, 处理器 105还可以是由地址管理单元 107控制直接将 地址簿发送至其他扫描仪, 实现地址共享。
本实施例中 ,处理器 105还可以控制地址管理单元 107将该地址簿上传至外 部设备进行编辑, 包括对地址进行分类、 标识、 命名、 分组。 例如, 将地址簿 导出到 PC管理机或移动智能设备 ( MID )上进行编辑操作, 并将编辑后的地址 簿再导入到扫描仪中或上传至云端服务器。
本实施例中, 术语"地址"或' ΊΡ地址", 是指接入网络中的打印机的 IP地址 和云端服务器的 IP地址, 扫描仪可连接至该 IP地址, 并将数位信息发送至这些 IP地址进行对应的打印或存储。
图 2为本发明实施例一扫描仪的操作界面和显示界面的示意图。如图 2所示, 本实施例的扫描仪上具有"打印"和"存盘"选择按键, 即分别为" Printer"和' 'Host" 键。 在扫描仪启动后, 地址序列显示区 102b将显示按照使用次数进行排序后的 混合的地址序列, 而在按下" Printer"键后, 地址序列显示区 102b将显示对打印 类地址进行排序后的地址序列, 同样地, 在按下 "Host"键后, 将显示对存盘类地 址进行排序后的地址序列。
优选地, 在上述的地址序列显示区 102b上, 每一页可显示 5个地址, 并将 排序在第一位的地址自动地作为被选定的发送对象地址, 在发送对象地址显示 区 102a显示该地址。 操作界面单元 106还进一步包括具有翻页键 110, 该翻页 键 110构造为中心对称的结构并具有加设定部 110a和减设定部 110b, 用户按下 该加设定部 110a和减设定部 11 Ob可对应地向上和向下翻页,将对应的地址上翻 和下翻, 用以选定其他位置的地址作为发送对象地址。 利用加设定部 110a和 / 或减设定部 110b, 当想要发送的地址翻至地址序列显示区 102b第一位后, 将自 动地选定该地址作为发送对象地址, 并在发送对象地址显示区 102a上显示。
操作界面单元 106还包括一操作面板 150, 该操作面板 150具有数字键盘 ( 0 ~ 9 ), 退格键、 确认键的输入键位。 该操作面板 150由外部可接近地操作, 通过这些输入键位, 可进行多种输入设定。 本实施例中, 操作界面单元 106还包括: 黑白扫描键 130a和彩色扫描键 130b , 用以选择对待发送文件进行黑白或彩色扫描作业; 取消键 130c, 用以取 消当前对扫描仪的操作。
在本发明一实施例中, 显示单元 102还进一步包括时间显示单元 102a; 此 时操作界面单元 106进一步包括"时钟"("Clock" )按键。 后续实施例将详细阐 述该功能。
在本发明一实施例中,显示单元 102还进一步包括打印份数显示单元 102b; 此时操作界面单元 106进一步包括打印份数设定功能键 140。后续实施例将详细 阐述该功能。
图 3为本发明本实施例的扫描仪的操作流程示意图。 如图 3所示, 结合图 2 所示,,扫描仪在启动后,将检测是否按下扫描仪上设置的" Host"或" Printer"功能 键。 如检测到" Printer"功能键被按下, 则在步骤 S1中显示打印类地址的 Top5排 名, 并将排名的地址序列显示在 LED显示屏的地址序列显示区 102b上, 接下 来开始计时, 处理器 105判断用户是否有按下黑白扫描键 130a或彩色扫描键 130b (以下筒称扫描键), 如果判断为是, 则根据用户的选择执行黑白或彩色扫 描作业的处理, 在处理结束后, 对所选择的作为扫描文件接收方的一个或多个 发送对象地址的使用次数进行累加操作(步骤 S4 ), 基于累加的结果, 排序单元 107a对打印类地址进行排序调整, 也即重新排序 (步骤 S5 )。 如果在前述过程 中, 自计时起超过预定时间例如 30S,仍未收到用户的选择的黑白或彩色扫描作 业确认信息, 也即未检测到扫描键的触发信息, 则放弃本次操作。
如果检测到" Host"功能键被按下,则在步骤 S2中显示存盘类地址的 Top5排 名, 并将排名的地址序列显示在 LED显示屏的地址序列显示区 102b上, 接下 来开始计时, 类似地, 接下来扫描仪将根据用户的选择执行黑白或彩色扫描作 业的处理, 并对所选择的作为扫描文件接收方的一个或多个发送对象地址的使 用次数进行累加操作 (步骤 S6 ), 基于累加的结果, 排序单元 107a对存盘类地 址进行排序调整(步骤 S7 ); 或者扫描仪在预定时间内未检测到用户的扫描确认 信息, 放弃本次操作。
在完成打印类地址或存盘类地址的重新排序, 之后在步骤 S8中所所有存盘 类地址和打印类地址进行排序调整, 并在步骤 S9将重新排序后的地址序列保存 在存储单元 104内。
图 4为本发明实施例存盘类功能的方法流程示意图。 如图 4所示, 在按下 "Host"功能键后, 扫描仪将显示存盘类地址的 Top5排名。 扫描仪判断是否手动 地进行地址输入, 如判断为是, 则在步骤 S10中进行地址输入处理, 并在处理 结束后开始计时。 之后的步骤与图 3所示的后续步骤相同, 扫描仪将根据用户 的选择执行黑白或彩色扫描作业的处理, 并对所选择的作为扫描文件接收方的 一个或多个发送对象地址的使用次数进行累加操作(步骤 S6 ),基于累加的结果, 排序单元 107a对存盘类地址进行排序调整(步骤 S7 ); 或者扫描仪在预定时间 内未检测到用户的扫描确认信息, 放弃本次操作。
图 5为本发明实施例存盘类地址 top5排名显示方法流程示意图。 如图 5所 示, 按下" Host"功能键后, 扫描仪将读取存储单元 104内的地址序列, 并判断在 LED显示屏上显示的地址序列记录是否超过 5条。 如果否, 继续读取并显示; 如果已超过 5条地址记录, 则判断是否有按下翻页键 110的加设定部 110a和减 设定部 110b的触发信息 (也即向上翻页按键和向下翻页按键), 如果都未检测 到, 则将显示屏上显示的第一条地址记录自动地存入为发送对象地址并在对象 地址显示区 102a上显示出来。
如果检测到加设定部 110a或减设定部 110b的触发,进行向上翻页或向下翻 页时, 将对应的地址记录存入为发送对象地址并在对象地址显示区 102a上显示 出来。
本实施例中, 地址簿内存储的地址序列具有 32条经过排序的地址记录, 在 图 5所示出的流程图中, k变量表示在地址簿中存储的所有地址记录的编号, i+k 变量表示在 LED显示屏上更新和显示的 5条地址记录。
图 6为本发明实施例存盘类地址使用次数累加的方法流程示意图。 如图 6 所示, 扫描仪判断已经执行完毕的扫描发送处理作业中, 被选定的作为扫描文 件接收方的地址记录的名称是代号, 或者组名, 或者为空。 这里的代号是指是 一个 IP地址所对应的唯一名称, 如如图 2所示的 "北京办事处 "即为代号。 这里 的组名指的是多个 IP地址对应的的唯一组名称,如图 2所示的 "6.6专案组 "即为 组名。
如果判断为代号, 则对代号所对应的 IP地址的使用次数累加 1 ; 如果判断 为组名, 则对组名的使用次数累加 1 , 并对所有组成员的 IP地址的使用次数均 累加 1 ;如果判断为空,即作为发送方的地址记录的名称既不是组名也不是代号, 则对还数字式 IP地址的使用次数累加 1。 基于累加的结果, 对存盘类地址的排 序进行调整, 和对所有的存盘类地址和打印类地址进行排序调整, 并保存新的 排序结果。
图 7为本发明实施例打印类功能的方法流程示意图。如图 7所示,在用户按 下" Printer"功能键后, 扫描仪将显示打印类地址的 Top5排名。 接下来, 扫描仪 判断是否手动地进行地址输入, 如判断为是, 则在步骤 S10中进行地址输入处 理, 并在处理结束后进入的打印份数设定处理步骤(步骤 14 ), 根据接收方的需 求, 设定扫描文件的打印份数, 并开始计时。 之后的步骤与图 3所示的后续步骤相同,处理器 105判断用户是否有按下黑 白扫描键 130a或彩色扫描键 130b (以下筒称扫描键); 如果判断为是, 则根据 用户的选择执行黑白或彩色扫描作业的处理, 在处理结束后, 对所选择的作为 扫描文件接收方的一个或多个发送对象地址的使用次数进行累加操作 (步骤 S4 ), 基于累加的结果, 排序单元 107a对打印类地址进行排序调整, 也即重新 排序(步骤 S5 )。 如果在前述过程中, 自计时起超过预定时间例如 30S, 仍未收 到用户的选择的黑白或彩色扫描作业确认信息, 也即未检测到扫描键的触发信 息, 则放弃本次操作。
在 Printer发送功能下, 其 Top5打印类地址的显示、 地址输入处理、 使用次 数的累加处理与 Host发送功能下的 Top5存盘类地址的显示、 地址输入处理和 使用次数累加的处理过程和存盘类均相同, 再次不做赞述。
图 8为本发明实施例的地址输入处理方法流程示意图。如图 8所示, Ν表示 扫描仪需要接受的数字个数, 由于 IP地址为 12位, 一旦输入数字超过 12位即 可表示输入完成, 因此一旦判定 N>=12, 则完成地址输入, 输入流程结束。 由 于 IP地址只有数字构成, 因此, 如果不是 0-9的数字输入就不是合法 IP地址输 入, 将不接受该输入同时判定输入是否为退格键, 如果输入为退格键, 则删除 一个已经接受的数字, 同时计数器减 1 ( N-1 )。 如果输入的既不是数字也不是退 t, 则发出警告以提示用户错误输入。
图 9为本发明实施例的扫描仪上输入网络地址的方法的流程图。如图 9所示, 在需要输入网络地址时, 用户可触发操作面板 105上的数字键位 ( 0-9 ), 用以输 入网络地址。 当用户触发数字键位且触发动作维持的触发时间大于等于一个预 设的时间阀值时, 则输入对应的数字和点符号, 并在 LED显示屏 102上显示。 当用户触发数字键位且触发动作维持的触发时间小于预设的时间阀值时, 则仅 仅输入对应的数字, 并在 LED显示屏 102上显示对应的数字。 当输入完成网络 地址后, 扫描仪通过地址管理单元 107将该输入的网络地址处理并存储在存储 器 104内。 时间阀值可以预先配置, 也可根据用户的操作习惯而做适当的调节。
当用户发现操作错误时, 可通过操作面板 130c上的删除键来删除所输入的 数字, 或者删除所输入的数字和点符号。
利用本实施例扫描仪上输入网络地址方法,无需设置额外的点符号键,就可 以实现网络地址的输入, 节省扫描仪的面板和空间, 同时减少了操作的步骤, 提高了输入的速度和效率。
图 10为本发明实施例的地址处理方法流程示意图。如图 10所示,扫描仪在 对地址簿的多个地址排序形成地址序列后, 在图 2所示的 LED显示屏上显示该 地址序列。 如前述实施例所示, 可根据每个地址的使用次数进行排序。 地址簿 地址可分类为存盘类地址和打印类地址, 且分别对该存盘类地址和该打印类地 址按照使用次数排序。 地址簿内的至少两个地址还可以被预先进行分组并命以 组名。接着由用户选定一个或多个地址作为接收方, 并执行黑白 /彩色扫描作业, 将扫描文件生成的数位信息发送至所选定的接收方。 地址管理单元 107接着对 接收方地址进行使用次数的累加, 重新排序地址簿地址, 并存储更新后的地址 序列。
图 11为本发明实施例的地址簿的导入和导出方法流程示意图。如图 11所示, 扫描仪将判断是否进行手动输入地址, 如果判断为是, 则进入步骤 S10进行地 址输入处理, 地址输入处理结束后进行地址簿的存储并排序地址序列; 如果判 断为否, 则继续判断是否从 PC上下载地址簿(步骤 S15 ), 如果判断为是, 则 从 PC上下载地址簿并保存在存储单元 104内。 地址簿存储完成后, 将选定接收 方并执行扫描发送作业, 将扫描文件所生成的数位信息发送, 之后重新排序地 址簿内的地址序列, 接着进入步骤 S16, 判断是否需要上传地址簿。 在步骤 S15 中, 如果判断为否, 则进入步骤 S16。
在步骤 S16中, 如果判断为是, 即需要上传地址簿, 则扫描仪将地址簿上 传至 PC或者云端服务器; 如果判断为否, 则结束流程。 如前所述地, 地址簿上 传至 PC或云端服务器后, 可进行存储备份、 再编辑或共享操作。
本实施例中,从 PC上下载的地址簿可以包含事先在 PC上进行编辑、命名、 分类、 标识和分组并存储的地址记录。
由以上的实施例可知,本发明的扫描仪具有完善的地址簿管理功能,可从外 部导入地址簿, 亦可将地址簿导出到外部存储空间或管理设备上, 进行备份存 储、 再编辑和共享; 本发明的扫描还可基于一定的规则对发送地址进行排序, 并快速方便地选定目标发送地址, 无需进行繁杂的数字地址的单独录入, 减少 按键的次数或操作的步骤, 即可快速、 准确、 筒便地完成文件扫描和传送过程;; 还可以基于上述地址薄的管理和快速选择, 一次对多个发送地址发送扫描文件, 大大提高扫描仪的使用效率, 方便使用。
在实际使用中,并非所有的打印机均连接或者可以连接到网络中,可以用来 直接收扫描仪发送的数位信息进行打印作业。 在本发明一实施例中, 还进一步 将扫描生成的数位信息发送到与扫描仪无网络连接的打印机直接打印。
图 12为本发明实施例的扫描仪与计算机、 打印机组成的系统示意图。 如图 12所示, 扫描仪 100、 计算机主机 210与打印机 400组成一个远端打印系统。 远端打印机 400通过 USB接口与计算机主机 210连接,实现数据的传送和接收。 计算机主机 210通过有线或无线的方式接入在网络中, 可与扫描仪进行数据的 通讯, 接收扫描仪 100发送的包括数位信息后, 该数位信息为一个可打印文件 ( printablefile ) , 连接至该计算机主机 210的打印机 400将直接打印数位信息。 而无需通过计算机主机 210发送打印指令给打印机 400,如此可使扫描仪 100扫 描生成的数位信息可直接由与扫描仪无网络连接的打印机 400直接打印。
图 13为本发明实施例一扫描仪的操作界面和显示界面的示意图。 如图 13 所示, 此时操作界面单元 106上进一步包括远端打印设定键 ("Remote"键), 用来 设定扫描仪的远端打印模式。
图 14为本发明实施例远端打印功能的方法流程示意图。如图 14所示,扫描 仪首先判断用户是否设定了远端打印模式, 如果判断用户触发或按下" remote" 键, 进入远端打印模式。 扫描仪判断是否手动地输入地址以设定计算机主机 210 的 IP地址, 如果是, 则在步骤 S3进行地址输入处理; 如果否, 则在扫描仪内 存储的地址簿中选定计算机主机 210的 IP地址。
以上实施例提供的扫描仪系统以及方法,可使扫描仪不仅可发送数位信息至 网络打印机进行打印, 还可以发送数位信息至计算机主机并由连接至计算机主 机的与扫描仪无网络连接的打印机直接打印数位信息, 扩展了扫描仪的应用范 围, 优化了扫描仪的兼容性和扩展性, 使最终用户在使用该扫描仪时无需另外 再另行购买网络打印机, 而使用传统的打印机即可实现文件的扫描、 发送打印, 为用户节约了成本。
在以上描述的实施例中, 扫描仪与外界设备之间通过 IP地址进行通信, 但 在实际应用中, 扫描仪、 远程打印机或其他外界设备的 IP地址会经常变动, 为 了保证扫描仪利用 IP地址准确地找到目标设备,本发明实施例提供了一种 IP地 址更新方法。 图 15为本发明实施例的地址更新方法流程示意图。 如图 15所示, 该方法包括:
在步骤 S150中, 云扫描仪、打印机等外界设备向服务器注册自己的 IP并实 时更新, 服务器可以维护设备的 IP地址与 MAC的映射关系;
在步骤 S152中, 云扫描仪根据目标设备的 MAC地址向服务器请求获取目 标打印机的 IP地址;
在步骤 S154中, 云扫描仪接收服务器返回的目标设备的 IP地址, 用此 IP 地址更新其所存储的 IP地址信息。
在本发明一实施例中,扫描仪 100还可以进一步包括地址更新模块,用于与 服务器通信, 自动向服务器更新自身的 IP地址, 同时更新存储单元中地址簿的 IP地址信息。
在本发明一实施例中,扫描仪还支持时间设定功能,用户可以利用操作面板 150进行手动输入,设定时间信息, 还可以通过网络连接单元 103连接至网络中 的任意一个服务器以获取实时时间信息。 时间信息存储在存储单元 104内。 时间信息包括日期和标准时间, 其标注方式为十二码, 其中四码为年, 二码 为月,二码为日,二码为小时,二码为分钟。例如 2010-08-30-12-02,表示为 2010 年 8月 30日 12时 02分。
在本发明一实施例中,将时间信息写入扫描生成的扫描数位讯息中,接收方 在接收到该扫描数位讯息并打印时, 可选择地打印该时间信息。
在本发明一实施例中,可以在 LED显示屏上的时间信息显示区 102a上则显 示标准时间信息, 其格式为 HH: MM, 如图 2所示的 "10: 30"。
在这种情况下,扫描仪 100还可以进一步包括时间设定单元,用以设定时间 信息。 其中, 时间设定单元包括时间设定模块, 可利用操作面板 150进行手动 输入, 设定时间信息; 时间信息写入单元, 用以将时间信息写入扫描生成的扫 描数位讯息中。
图 16为本发明实施例的扫描仪时间设定方法流程示意图。 如图 16所示,当 "Clock"功能键触发后, 发送地址显示区 102c被激活为一个时间编辑显示区,显 示闪烁的时间设定格式, 即十二码格式, 例如" 20YYMMDDHHMM", 等待用户 通过敲击操作面板 150来设定当前时间, 当用户输入确定的时间信息后, 时间 编辑显示区的时间设定格式将不再闪烁, 当输入时间错误时, 可以敲退格键修 改时间, 直至正确为止。 设定好的时间信息将存放在存储单元 104中, 处理器 105将读取存储单元 104内的时间信息,并按一定时间运算规则进行时间累加和 处理(即时、 分、 秒的累加处理、 单双月、 闰年的处理), 处理器 105将累加和 处理后的时间信息再保存至存储单元 104中,最终处理器 105将从存储单元 104 读取标准时间信息, 并在图 2中的时间信息显示区 102a中表征出来, 如 HH: MM格式。
在图 16中, N表示为用户输入的次数, 当用户在 0 ~ 9十个数字键中选择一 个输入时, 那么 N=N+1 ; 当用户输入的是退 4建时, 那么 N=N-1 ; 当用户输入 的既不是 0-9数字键也不是退格键时,此时将通过警告声提示用户当前输入不正 确, 时间设定只接受 0-9数字键与退格键进行有效的输入。
结合图 17所示, 当用户输入的 0 ~ 9数字键的次数大于等于 2时, 此时图 2 中的时间编辑显示区将接受年份的设定, 否则结束流程并接受用户的重新输入; 当输入的 0 ~ 9数字键的次数大于等于 4时, 判断用户输入的月份是否大于 12, 若不大于 12就接受用户输入的月份信息, 否则通过警告声提示用户输入月份大 于 12, 处理器 105对时间设定格式进行处理, 以重新接受用户输入; 当用户输 入的 0 ~ 9数字键次数大于等于 6时, 判断该年份、 月份下的日期是否正确, 若 正确则接受日的输入, 否则通过警告声提示用户输入的日期不对, 并且处理器 105对时间设定格式进行处理, 以重新接受用户输入; 当用户输入的 0 ~ 9数字 键次数大于等于 8时, 判断用户输入时间的时钟是否大于 23 , 若不大于则接受 时钟的输入, 否则通过警告声提示用户输入的时钟不对, 并且处理器 105对时 间设定格式进行处理, 以重新接受用户输入; 当用户输入的 0 ~ 9数字键次数大 于等于 10时, 判断用户输入时间的分钟是否大于 59, 若不大于则接受分钟的输 入, 否则通过警告声提示用户输入的分钟不对, 并且处理器 105对时间设定格 式进行处理,以重新接受用户输入。 当 N大于 10时,表明当前时间设定已完成, 进而对时间进行累加的处理,并将设定好的时间在图 2中的时间信息显示区 102a 中显示给用户, 其格式为 HH:MM。
在本发明一实施例中,扫描仪还支持打印份数设置功能,可根据接收方的需 求, 预先设定待发送文件的打印份数。 用户可以通过操作面板 150输入打印份 数的数值, 根据所输入的数值来设定打印份数, 处理器 105控制份数显示模块 将该数值在打印份数显示区 102b上显示出来。
处理器 105可根据图 2所示的功能键 140的触发状态来决定是否激活打印份 数的可设定状态。 功能键 140以有利的方式设定在 LED显示屏 102的边上, 并 邻近打印份数显示区域 102b。
在本发明一实施例中, 打印份数显示区 102b被配置为接受两位数的份数设 定和显示, 即、 最大可设定并显示的份数值为 99, 因此, 通过数字键(0 ~ 9 ) 的输入信息, 处理器 105控制所输入信息的最后两位作为的打印份数设定值, 并显示在打印份数显示区 102b上(以下流程部分详述)。 如此, 通过筒单的输 入操作即可实现打印份数的设定, 无需额外的确认动作。 当然, 打印份数显示 区 102b也可配置为赋予任意大小数值的显示,而不局限于本实施例的最大数值, 这是本领域普通技术人员所容易实现的。
如果用户发现设定的打印份数值与接收方的需求不符合,或者发生误操作等 情况, 还可以通过触发扫描仪上的取消键 130c来取消此前的操作, 处理器 105 检测该取消键 130c的触发状态, 以决定是否取消此前设定的打印份数数值, 并 控制将打印份数重置为默认值 1 ,此时可重新进行打印份数的设定和扫描作业的 确认。
优选地,扫描仪还包括自动重置功能,处理器 105内置一计时模块(未示出 ), 在下列条件之一满足时, 处理器 105控制关闭打印份数的可设定状态, 并将打 印份数值重置为默认值 1 , 并显示在打印份数显示区 102b上: 1 )打印份数为可 设定状态时,处理器 105在预定时间例如 30s内, 未收到以确认进行扫描作业的 扫描键(130a、 130b ) 的输入; 2 )在功能键 140按下并激活打印份数的可设定 状态后,如处理器 105在预定时间如 30s内, 未接收到操作面板 150的输入的以 设定打印份数的信息。 图 18是本发明实施例的份数设定处理方法流程示意图。如图 18所示,启动 扫描仪, 显示默认的打印份数值 1 (步骤 S30 ) , 接着在步骤 S31中处理器 105 将检测打印份数设定功能键 140的触发状态, 如果没有检测到打印份数设定功 能键 140被触发或按下的情况下 (步骤 S31 : 否), 结束设定流程。 在检测到打 印份数设定功能键 140被触发或按下的情况下 (步骤 S31 : 是), 则启动计时器 开始计时(步骤 S32 ), 此时打印份数为可设定状态, 并在打印份数显示区 102b 上闪烁地显示打印份数默认值 1 (步骤 S33 )。
接着, 处理器 105判断所输入的数字是否为 ( 0 ~ 9 ) (步骤 S34 ) , 如果判断 为否 (步骤 S34: 否), 则发出警告信息(步骤 S35 ), 并继续判断所输入的数字 是否为 (0 ~ 9 ) (步骤 S34 ), 该提醒可以是一声信号或者光信号, 优选地, 处理 器 105可连接一声音发生器如蜂鸣器, 或光发生器如红光 LED , 以有利的方式 发出如提醒声或者闪烁光, 用于提供用户。
在步骤 S34中, 如果判断所输入的数字为 (0 ~ 9 ), 则继续判断输入次数 N 是否大于 2 (步骤 36 ), 如果判断为否, 则个位接受输入(步骤 S37 ), 如前面所 表述的, 本实施例的扫描仪可设定和显示的最大数值为 99, 如果判断输入次数 N大于 2 (步骤 S36: 是 ), 则所输入数值的个位移至十位(步骤 S38 ) , 并继续 接受个位输入(步骤 S37 ), 以此实现打印份数的设定操作。
接着, 处理器 105判断扫描键( 130a、 130b ) 的输入信息 (步骤 S39 ), 如 果检测到扫描键( 130a、 130b )被触发或按下的情况下 (步骤 S39: 是), 则在 步骤 S42中清除计时, 执行扫描和发送操作。 如果没有检测到扫描键( 130a、 130b )被触发或按下的情况下(步骤 S39: 否 ), 处理器 105控制发出警告提醒, 并开始计时, 如果预定时间如 30秒内, 检测到操作面板 150的输入信息(步骤 S40 ), 则进入步骤 S34。 如果在预定时间内未检测到输入信息, 则放弃设定操作 (步骤 S41 ), 清除计时, 结束流程。
由以上的实施例可知,本发明的扫描仪可设定时间信息,并写入扫描数位讯 息中发送给接收方; 快速地选定发送地址, 同时还可根据接收方的需求, 方便 地设定打印份数, 并在接收方接收到扫描数位讯息时打印多份。 本发明的扫描 仪, 集成时间设定、 地址设定和打印份数设定功能于一身, 可为用户提供更为 优质的用户体验, 极大地提高扫描仪的使用效率。 本发明的扫描仪体积小巧, 并通过无线方式将扫描仪连接在网络中, 不会受到传统多功能事务机-扫描仪的 体积庞大、 操作过程复杂等问题的影响, 适宜移动办公、 现代办公的需要;. 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然其并非用以限定本发明。本发明所 属技术领域中具有通常知识者, 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内, 当可作各种 的更动与润饰。 因此, 本发明的保护范围当视权利要求书所界定者为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种具有地址管理功能的扫描仪, 包括扫描模块单元, 其特征在于, 包 括:
存储单元, 用于存储发送对象的地址信息;
地址管理单元, 用于对存储单元内的地址信息进行编辑和排序;
操作界面单元, 用于根据所述地址管理单元对地址信息的编辑排序结果, 接收用户对地址信息中一个或多个发送对象地址的选择;
网络连接单元, 用于将所述扫描仪连接至一网络;
处理器, 连接所述扫描模块单元、 地址管理单元、 操作界面单元和网络连 接装置, 用于控制扫描仪执行具体的操作, 并控制该网络连接单元将所述扫描 结果发送至所述一个或多个发送对象地址。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 进一步包括显示单元, 所述 显示单元包括地址序列显示区, 用于显示所述地址管理单元对地址信息的编辑 排序结果, 供用户通过操作界面单元快速选择所述显示单元的显示结果。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元包括翻页 键, 所述翻页键具有加设定部和减设定部, 用户通过所述加设定部和减设定部 选择所述显示单元显示的地址信息的顺序。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 将所述位于显示单元地址序 列显示区第一位的地址信息作为发送对象地址。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述存储单元中的地址信息 有一对应的名称; 和 /或
所述存储单元中的至少两个地址信息被分组, 并命以一组名。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元的地址序列显 示区每次显示 5个名称和 /或组名, 所述操作单元可操作地选择该 5个名称和 /或 组名中一个作为接收方。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述地址的名称或组名具有 以数字、 中文、 英文、 德文、 法文、 日文、 韩文中的至少一种命名的名称, 所 述地址管理单元可识别该每种语言的名称。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述地址管理单元按照每个 地址信息或每组地址信息的使用频率进行排序; 和 /或根据每个地址信息或每组 地址信息的首字母进行排序。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元包括输入 键位, 用户通过所述输入键位输入对象地址信息; 所述输入的发送对象地址信 息存储在所述存储单元内。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述输入键位为数字键盘、 退 4 、 确认键。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述输入键位不包括点符 号, 如用户点击输入键位的触发时间大于一定的阈值时, 显示输入键位对应的 数字和点符号; 如果用户点击输入键位的触发时间小于一定的阈值时, 显示输 入键位对应的数字。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述地址管理单元通过网 络连接单元识别从外部输入的地址簿, 并存储在所述存储单元内; 和 /或
通过所述网络连接单元将所述存储单元的地址信息导出到外部地址簿。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 进一步包括 USB接口, 所 述地址管理单元通过所述 USB接口识别从外部输入的地址簿, 并存储在所述存 储单元内; 和 /或
通过所述 USB接口将所述存储单元的地址信息导出到外部地址簿。
14、 如权利要求 2所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元包括黑 白扫描键, 和 /或彩色扫描键, 和 /或取消键。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元包括打 印按钮, 点击所述打印按钮, 所述显示单元显示该打印类地址经排序后的地址 序列; 所述处理器通过所述网络连接单元将所述扫描结果发送至所述显示单元 地址序列显示区第一位的地址信息打印。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元进一步 包括存盘按钮, 点击所述存盘按钮, 所述显示单元显示存盘类地址经排序后的 地址序列, 所述处理器通过所述网络连接单元将所述扫描结果存盘至发送至所 述显示单元地址序列显示区第一位的地址信息。
17、 如权利要求 15所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元进一步 包括远程打印按钮, 点击所述远程打印按钮, 所述处理器通过所述网络连接单 元将所述扫描结果发送至所述显示单元地址序列显示区第一位的地址信息打 印, 所述地址信息为至少一个计算机主机的 IP地址。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元进一步 包括时间按钮, 点击所述时间按钮, 所述显示单元出现一个时间编辑显示区, 显示时间设定格式; 用户通过所属操作界面单元以手动方式实现时间设定; 所 述设定的时间信息存储在所述存储单元内。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述时间信息包括日期和 标准时间, 所述时间信息标注方式为十二码, 其中四码为年, 二码为月, 二码为 日, 二码为小时, 二码为分钟。
20、 如权利要求 16所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 利用所述网络连接单元连 接至一网络服务器取得实时时间信息。
21、 如权利要求 18或 20所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 用户通过所述操作 界面单元选择将所述时间信息写入所述扫描数位讯息中, 接收方在接收到该扫 描数位讯息并打印时, 可选择地打印该时间信息。
22、 如权利要求 16所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元进一步 包括份数设置单元, 所述显示单元进一步用于份数显示。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述处理器根据所述取消 键的操作状态来决定是否重置打印份数值。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述操作界面单元进一步 设置有打印份数激活键, 所述处理器根据所述激活键的操作状态来决定是否激 活打印份数的可设定状态。
25、 如权利要求 24所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述处理器基于下列条件 之一重置打印份数值: 1 )打印份数为可设定状态, 处理器在预定时间内未收到 所述操作面板的输入信息; 2 )打印份数值设定后, 处理器在预定时间内未收到 扫描作业确认信息。
26、 如权利要求 2所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 所述显示单元为一触控屏 幕, 用以输入和显示扫描仪的各种信息。
27、 如权利要求 2所述的扫描仪, 其特征在于, 进一步包括地址更新模块, 用于与服务器通信, 自动向服务器更新自身的 IP地址, 同时更新存储单元中地 址簿的 IP地址信息。
