Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连接制动管路两部分的连接器,在该制动管路中连接器在导管容积不需要变化时执行轴向运动。该连接器被使用在摩托车的独立悬架叉形臂中。该制动回路是在手柄和前轮制动缸之间的液压连接。该连接器能够使得制动回路能够集成到前轮叉支架中。为了补偿前轮叉的悬架位移长度需要变化。
背景技术
摩托车的前轮制动器是最重要的制动元件,因为当摩托车猛地向前制动时而在后轮上的压力降低。由于前轮制动器是手工操作的,前轮制动力非常精确地被传输是极其重要的。
在已知的系统中液压力是用软管传输的。这些软管具有或多或少是柔软的这个缺点,因而制动力由于软管容积的变化不是持续地被传输的。为了补偿前轮叉的悬架软管需要空间并且在许多情况中软管伸出到摩托车的外面。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是设计一种制动回路连接器,该连接器能够被固定在支架的中央。由于在执行轴向运动时回路容积不需要变化制动管路能够被完全安装在里面。由于没有软管制动回路非常直接地传输制动力。凸起的部件也被完全避免了。

具体实施方式
以(1)表示了带有入口接头(2)的部件,管(3)和(4)旋在该部件中。管(3)和(4)用密封垫(5)和(6)密封。管(3)与带有密封垫的密封环(7)连通。管(4)与带有密封垫的密封环(8)连通。一端与连接部件(10)连接并且用密封环(11)密封的中心管(9)穿过密封环(7)和(8)。在(12)处是通过孔与孔(13)连通的出口接头。中心管(9)具有孔(13),该中心管(9)在另一端用螺钉(14)封闭。在中心管(9)上有一个横向孔(15)。

Claims (2)

1.用于制动管路的轴向长度可变的连接器,其特征在于,在两个密封环(7,8)之间产生空间(16),该空间与入口接头(2)连通,并且在该空间中中心管(9)可沿轴向运动并且中心管(9)中的横向孔(15)在运动过程中与空间(16)连通,在这里孔(13)与出口部件(12)连通。
