Abstract

现有技术
本发明涉及一种如独立权利要求前序部分所述类型的传感器。
DE 4410217 A1已经公开了一种具有多个壳体件的传感器。在这种传感器中,一个固定装置粘接在一个窗玻璃上。在一个外壳体中被导向的两个滑板作为固定机构使该外壳体件与该固定装置啮合。传感元件被安置在一个内壳体件上,该内壳体件借助一个作用在外壳体件上的弹簧力被压在窗玻璃上。这种固定方式繁琐、费事、易受干扰,因而成本高。
本发明优点
具有独立权利要求所述特征的本发明传感器的优点是,固定装置作为可简单制成的冲压一弯曲件成形出,弹性元件被预先确定地固定在壳体上。由此,在装配时不需要另外的零件,只需一个壳体件就足够了,该壳体件作为整体被压向窗玻璃。如果传感元件固定地安置在该壳体件上,则减少了传感器活动件的数量,由此避免由于窗玻璃振动导致失调。
通过从属权利要求中给出的特征可以有利地扩展独立权利要求所述的传感器单元。
通过两个彼此位置相对的固定件可以使传感器在窗玻璃表面上的压紧力保持均匀。
如果固定装置具有用于嵌入固定件中的销轴,可以保证随时简单地拆卸传感器。如果该固定件可转动地安置在壳体上并具有弹簧特性,就可以精确地按要求调整压紧力。在安装时,在固定件上出现连续的力增高,如果该力在转动弹簧时在固定装置销轴在其上滑过的一个倾斜平面上产生,则这种力增高还被加强。这样,可以达到一个较高的压紧力而不增加装配的难度。
固定件中用于容纳在安装状态中的销轴的缺口可保证很高的抗振性。
固定件在其外侧面上有利地具有一个长形的成形部。通过此,该固定件被加强,并且在装配时可以实现更好的力传递。
固定件作为弯曲一冲压件或作为塑料注塑件制成,这特别简单并且节省成本。
此外,如果固定装置是一件式的,在将其粘接到窗玻璃上时不必注意确定的距离尺寸,这意味着不小的时间节省。固定装置上用于容纳传感器壳体的套圈可保证快速简单地装配。
另一个优点产生于该传感器由3个模块组成的模块式结构中。带有固定件的壳体作为第一模块,带有插头或插座的印制电路板与发射器和接收器作为第二模块,以及光导体、耦合介质和例如外来光拒收器作为第三模块。这种结构除了使得可以精确快速地装配相互协调的构件外,还使得可以不复杂地更换各个零部件。

实施例描述
图1示出一个本发明传感器10,包括一个壳体件12,两个固定件14以及一个固定装置16。
固定装置16作为带有一个中心开口的板形件构成,从而它可以套圈式地容纳壳体件12。固定装置16侧面具有连接板19,在它们的上面设置了销轴20,这些销轴20侧向向外延伸。连接板19基本上垂直于窗玻璃18延伸,因此,销轴20的位置大致平行于窗玻璃18。固定装置16粘接在窗玻璃18的内侧面上并且一件式制成。
壳体件12用一个碗形塑料件制成,在其上具有平行于窗玻璃18的凹槽式成形部23,固定件14可被容纳在这些凹槽式成形部中。同样,壳体件12具有一个插座22,它是一个传感元件21(图5)与一个电子分析装置40的通信接口。
图2示出和从图1中也可看到的一样的固定件14。该固定件14是一个基本上呈T形的薄板冲压件,由一个底部连接片14a和一个头部连接片14b组成。底部连接片14a包括三个段,一个弯曲的弹性区域27作为第一段,一个平的区域27a作为第二段附加在其上。连接在此后的第三段由一个半管状的弯曲部25组成。第一段的弹性区域27沿与第三段的弯曲部25相反的方向弯曲。连接在底部连接片14a的第一段的弹性区域27上的头部连接片14b形成一个固定弓形架30,它同样具有三个区域。中间的第一段由一个平的区段组成,在其中部具有一个长形的成形部24。在该段上向两侧连接着一个向弯曲部25方向弯曲的第二区域。头部连接片14b的两端部由两个梯形的弓形架鱼尾板26形成,并且这样构成固定弓形架30的第三段。这些弓形架鱼尾板26在朝向第二区域的一侧具有一个缺口29。通过弓形架鱼尾板26的梯形形状形成一个斜的平面28,该平面在安装状态中位于背离窗玻璃18的一侧。
图5以剖视图示出带有固定件14和传感元件21的壳体件12。凹槽式的成形部23通过壳体件12背离窗玻璃18的表面上的夹子式悬垂部33形成。悬垂部33被一个圆柱形成形部31封闭,固定件14的弯曲部25能够可活动地装入该成形部31中。
在图3中示出固定装置16、壳体件12和固定件14的配合作用,在下面详细解释。
固定装置16粘接在窗玻璃18上。由于固定装置16具有厚度尺寸17,形成一个套圈,壳体件12被装入该套圈中。如果借助弯曲部25被可偏转活动地固定在壳体12的凹槽式成形部23中的固定弓形架30被朝窗玻璃18方向压紧,则弓形架鱼尾板26在销轴20上沿着滑动。因此,销轴20相对于弓形架鱼尾板26在一个由弓形架鱼尾板26的梯形形状决定的倾斜平面28上滑过,通过此,弹性区域27的曲率增大。由于弹性固定件14力求使弹性区域27的曲率保持不变,壳体件12连同传感器单元21被向固定装置16方向并从而向窗玻璃18方向压紧,因为壳体件12被套圈式地容纳在固定装置16中。圆柱形成形部3 1与半管状弯曲部25之间的尺寸关系这样确定,使得力的作用不是在悬垂部33和固定装置16之间实现,而是在一个挤压面32和固定装置16之间实现。
在从图4中看到的最终位置中,销轴20卡锁在固定件14的缺口29中。
在安装时,为了使销轴20可以滑过倾斜的平面28必需一个朝向窗玻璃18的力。长形的成形部24在此时的作用是加强固定件14并有效阻止安装工具向窗玻璃18方向滑下。
在本实施例的一个变型方案中,固定装置16也可以多件式地构成。同样,在固定装置16和窗玻璃18之间还可以采用除粘接连接之外的其它固定方式。
固定件14例如也可以具有涂层,以改善在安装时的握持性。通过固定件14的底部连接片中的一个中间缺口36可以精确调整弹性区域27的压紧力。
如图6所示,在固定件14的底部连接片14a上还可以设置突起35,它们在供货状态时使固定件14在壳体件12上的确定位置中被止动。为此,如图7所示,壳体件12具有固定隔片34。
传感元件21例如也可以用螺纹拧入传感器壳体12中,或者弹性地固定在传感器壳体12中。同样,插座22可以固定在传感元件21上并通过壳体件12中的一个缺口连接。
Claims (14)
1.传感器(10),用于光学探测窗玻璃上、特别是汽车风挡玻璃上的异物、特别是雨滴,具有一个传感元件(21),该传感元件可联接在窗玻璃的内侧面上;具有至少一个固定装置(16),它将固定在、优选粘接在该窗玻璃上;具有一个壳体件(12),它至少容纳所述传感元件(21),其中,传感元件(21)可借助弹簧力联接在所述窗玻璃(18)上,其特征在于,在壳体件(12)上安置至少一个固定件(14),它可在夹紧压力下与固定装置(16)啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的传感器,其特征在于,传感元件(21)固定地安置在壳体件(12)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的传感器,其特征在于,在壳体件(12)上安置两个彼此位置相对的固定件(14)。
