本发明涉及一种五粮粉丝,属营养食品。
粉丝是人们喜爱的食品,但美中不足的是,市售的粉丝大都采用单一的豌豆、绿豆或山芋为原料加工成,因此不论哪种粉丝,其营养成份单一。本发明的目的是提供一种多营养成份的五粮粉丝,这种粉丝主要由玉米淀粉、蚕豆淀粉、绿豆淀粉、山芋淀粉和藕粉混合加工成。这种五粮粉丝含有上述五种粮食的各种营养成份。即含有大量的蛋白质及维生素A、B、C、K、B1、B2等。
这种五粮粉丝的制作方法是用山芋淀粉60-75%、玉米淀粉3-5%、蚕豆淀粉5-10%、绿豆淀粉3-8%和藕粉5-9%称重加水搅拌成糊状,再经煮、成形、冷却、干燥工艺制成。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。五粮粉丝的配比为:山芋淀粉75%、玉米淀粉3%、蚕豆淀粉8%、绿豆淀粉5%、藕粉9%,以上百分比按重量百分比计,按上述配比,称取上述原料,置于一容器中,搅拌混合后,加适量温水,搅拌成糊状,通过漏勺,将糊状混合物,漏入开水锅中,煮熟成形后,再放入冷水池冷却,凉一会儿,进冷库,达到制冷目的后,经干燥成粉丝。
这种五粮粉丝对人体有利尿、利胆、清热解毒、降压等功效。是老少皆宜的营养食品。

  1. 一种由山芋淀粉、玉米淀粉、蚕豆淀粉、绿豆淀粉和藕粉加工成的五粮粉丝,其特征在于它的重量百分比为山芋淀粉60-75%、玉米淀粉3-5%、蚕豆淀粉5-10%、绿豆淀粉3-8%和藕粉5-9%。
