Abstract

本发明涉及一种指甲油或护甲油组合物,其中含有一个丙烯酸类聚合物颗粒的水分散系,该丙烯酸类聚合物具有大于或等于45℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤20℃,具有常压下大于或等于225℃的沸点的第一种有机溶剂和具有常压下70℃至180℃的沸点的第二种有机溶剂。本发明还涉及了将上述组合物涂施在指甲上的对指甲的化妆和/或防护方法。可把本发明的用于装饰指甲的组合物粘着在指甲上,呈现光亮,并且容易用通常的溶剂卸妆。

Description

含有聚合物的水分散系的指甲油
本发明涉及一种指甲油或护甲油组合物,其中含有聚合物颗粒,增塑剂和特别聚结剂的水分散系。本发明还涉及对指甲,尤其对人体指甲或假指甲的化妆和/或护理方法。
指甲油组合物可以用作釉基质,用作指甲化妆品,用作精细加工组合物,在英语术语中也被称为“表面涂料”,用于涂施指甲化妆品,或者还用作护甲化妆产品。
已知指甲油组合物含有成膜聚合物颗粒的水分散系。但是这些指甲油的性质不能令人满意;特别是粘着在指甲上的膜可能粘着性差和/或不够光亮。此外,干燥后的指甲油难以用丙酮或乙酸乙酯为基质的通常的卸妆。
本发明提供含水介质的指甲油,它具有例如在指甲上粘着性好和外观光亮的主要特征,而且可用通常的丙酮和/或乙酸乙酯基质的溶剂卸妆。
本申请人发现可以通过特别与所选择的溶剂相结合的水分散系聚合物获得上述指甲油。
更具体地说,本发明涉及一种指甲油或护甲油组合物,其中含有聚合物颗粒的水分散系,其特征在于:-该聚合物是丙烯酸类聚合物,至少具有大于或等于45℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤20℃,此外组合物还含有:-至少一种具有常压下大于或等于225℃的沸点的第一种有机溶剂。-至少一种具有常压下70℃至180℃的沸点的第二种有机溶剂。
本发明还涉及了将上述组合物涂敷于指甲上的指甲化妆品和/或护甲油的化妆方法。
本发明也涉及水分散系丙烯酸类聚合物的指甲油或护甲油组合物的用途,其中可以获得可用丙酮和/或乙酸乙酯卸妆和/或粘在指甲上和/或呈现光亮的涂膜,其中该丙烯酸类聚合物至少具有大于或等于45℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤20℃,该组合物还含有一个具有常压大于或等于225℃的沸点的第一种有机溶剂,和一个具有常压下70℃至180℃的沸点的第二种有机溶剂。
该丙烯酸类聚合物宜至少具有大于或等于45℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤10℃,并以≤5℃为宜。
该水分散系聚合物Tg最好小于70℃,并以55℃至65℃为宜。该玻璃化转变温度(Tg)的测定是根据ASTM D3418-97标准通过DSC(差示扫描量热法)进行的。
该丙烯酸类聚合物可以是苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物,尤其是选自由至少一种苯乙烯单体和至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C18烷基酯的聚合作用形成的共聚物。
作为本发明可使用的苯乙烯单体可以是苯乙烯或α-甲基苯乙烯,并优选苯乙烯。
上述(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C18烷基酯单体可优选(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C12烷基酯,并以(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C10烷基酯为宜。
上述(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C18烷基酯单体可以选自丙烯酸甲酯,甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丙烯酸乙酯,丙烯酸丙酯,丙烯酸丁酯,甲基丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸己酯,丙烯酸辛酯,丙烯酸2-乙基己酯,(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯,(甲基)丙烯酸十八烷基酯。
该水分散系丙烯酸类聚合物在25℃下在有机溶剂中的溶解度性质最好能相应地满足平均HANSEN的溶解度参数dD,dP和dH的下述条件:dD=17.5dP=7dH=7.6其中半径R范围宜为5-10,并优选5-6。
溶剂在HANSEN的三维溶解度空间的定义已描述于C.M.HANSEN的文章《三维溶解度参数》,J.Paint Teehnol.39,105(1967)。
dD表示来自于分子撞击时诱导偶极的形成的LONDON分散力的特征。
dP表示永久偶极之间的DEBYE相互作用力以及诱导偶极和永久偶极之间的KEESON相互作用力特征。
dH表示特殊相互作用力特征(氢键型,酸/碱,供体/受体等)。
参数dD,dP和dH以(J/cm3)1/2表示。
在Hansen溶解度参数空间中,半径R相应于有机溶剂在所述空间内与dD=17.5;dP=7;dH=7.6的点之间的距离,R应符合下面的关系:
5J1/2cm-3/2≤R≤10J1/2cm-3/2,其中: R = 4 ( δ s d - 17 . 5 ) 2 + ( δ s p - 7 ) 2 + ( δ s h - 7 . 6 ) 2 并且δs d,δs p或δs h是有机溶剂的Hansen溶解度参数,其中本发明中使用的丙烯酸类聚合物具有这些溶解度性质。半径R的定义公知于Allan F.M.Barton,《溶解度参数和其它内聚力参数的CRC手册》(CRC Handbook of solubility parameters and othercohesion parameters),第二版,1991,95-109页。
作为水分散系的丙烯酸类聚合物,根据本发明可以使用Johnson公司以《JONCRYL SCX-8211》商品名出售的苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物。
根据本发明的一个具体的实施方案,上述组合物可以含有作为单一的水分散系的聚合物的上述丙烯酸类聚合物。
水分散系丙烯酸类聚合物可以有效形成膜的含量存在,尤其是以干燥物质计该含量占组合物总重量的3%至50%重量比,较好地10%至40%重量比为宜。
上述组合物中存在第一种有机溶剂,也称为增塑剂,可使该水分散系中的聚合物塑性增加。优选地,第一有机溶剂可以具有小于或等于0.1的分配系数D。该分配系数根据期刊“有机涂料进展”(Progress in Organic Coatings)vol.30,1997,pp.173-177中公开的标题为“预测胶乳和水相之间的聚结剂的分布系数的方法”的文章的教导测定。
根据本发明的第一种有机溶剂可以选自己二酸二异丁酯,叔丁酸和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇的酯,己二酸二乙酯,邻苯二酸二乙酯,邻苯二酸二丁酯,邻苯二酸二辛酯,邻苯二酸丁酯和邻苯二酸2-乙基己酯,癸二酸二甲酯,癸二酸二丁酯,硬脂酸乙酯,十六烷酸2-乙基己酯,二丙二醇正丁基醚,和它们的混合物。
第一种有机溶剂优选选自己二酸二异丁酯,叔丁酸和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇的酯,二丙二醇正丁基醚,和它们的混合物。
第一种有机溶剂的沸点最好是在常压小于或等于285℃,优选小于或等于270℃,并且以小于或等于250℃为宜。本说明书中,由于沸点测定的误差,沸点值应考虑±2℃。
第一种有机溶剂可以以占组合物总重量的0.1%至20%重量比的含量存在于本发明的组合物中,并以0.5%至10%为宜。
本发明组合物中存在第二种有机溶剂,也称为聚结剂,有利于水分散系聚合物颗粒的聚结。优选地,第二种有机溶剂可以具有按上述期刊教导测定的大于或等于0.5的分配系数D’。
作为第二种有机溶剂,根据本发明可以使用丙二醇正丁基醚,二丙二醇二甲基醚,丙二醇甲醚乙酸酯,丙二醇丙基醚,乳酸甲酯,乳酸乙酯,乳酸异丙酯,和它们的混合物。
优选地,第二种有机溶剂选自丙二醇正丁基醚,二丙二醇二甲基醚,乳酸异丙酯,和它们的混合物。
优选地,第二种有机溶剂的沸点在常压是90℃至180℃,并以150℃至180℃为宜。
第二种有机溶剂可以以占组合物总重量的2%至15%重量比的含量存在于本发明的组合物中,并以3%至10%为宜。
本发明组合物可以另外含有至少一种添加剂,选自增稠剂,展开剂,湿润剂,分散剂,消泡剂,防腐剂,滤UV剂,着色剂,顔料,活性剂,表面活性剂,水合剂,芳香剂,中和剂,稳定剂,抗氧化剂,以及它们的组合。
在下面的实施例中更详细地描述本发明:
实施例1制备具有下面组成的指甲油:-其干物质重量为44%的水分散系丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯聚合物(Johnson公司的《JONCRYL SCX-8211》)  28.8克MA-己二酸二异丁酯                            2.8克-丙二醇正丁基醚                            2.7克-二丙二醇正丁基醚                          1.6克-LaponiteXLS                               0.8克-颜料                                      2克-水                                        适量至100克
这种指甲油易使用和处理,干燥后形成光亮的膜,较好地粘着在指甲上,并且可用丙酮或乙酸乙酯卸妆。
实施例2制备具有下面组成的指甲油:-其干物质重量为44%的水分散系丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯聚合物(Johnson公司的《JONCRYL SCX-8211》)   30克MA-叔丁酸和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇的酯     2.8克-丙二醇正丁基醚                             2克-二丙二醇正丁基醚                           1.6克-LaponiteXLS                                0.8克-颜料                                       2克-水                                         适量至100克
这种指甲油易使用和处理,干燥后形成光亮的膜,较好地粘着在指甲上,并且可用丙酮或乙酸乙酯卸妆。

Claims (22)

1.含有聚合物颗粒水分散系的护甲油组合物,其特征在于:
-该聚合物是丙烯酸类聚合物,至少具有至少一种大于或等于45℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤20℃,
-并且该组合物另外含有:
-至少一种具有常压下大于或等于225℃的沸点的第一种有机溶剂,
-至少一种具有常压下70℃至180℃的沸点的第二种有机溶剂。
2.据权利要求1的组合物,其特征在于其中丙烯酸类聚合物至少具有大于或等于45℃的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤10℃。
3.据权利要求1或2的组合物,其特征在于其中玻璃化转变温度(Tg)大于或等于45℃,并且其成膜最低温度(TMF)例如为Tg-TMF≤5℃。
4.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中玻璃化转变温度Tg小于70℃。
5.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中玻璃化转变温度Tg是55℃至65℃。
6.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中丙烯酸类聚合物是苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物。
7.据权利要求6的组合物,其特征在于其中苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物包括至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C18烷基酯单体。
8.据权利要求7的组合物,其特征在于其中苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物包括至少一种丙烯酸C1-C10烷基酯单体。
9.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中水分散系聚合物主要由丙烯酸类聚合物组成。
10.前面权利要求任一项的组合物,特征在于其中丙烯酸类聚合物的含量以干燥物质计,占组合物总重量的3%至50%重量比,并以10%至40%为宜。
11.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中第一种有机溶剂在常压下的沸点或大于或等于230℃。
12.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中第一种有机溶剂具有小于或等于0.1的分配系数D。
13.前面权利要求任一项的组合物,特征在于其中第一种有机溶剂选自己二酸二异丁酯,叔丁酸和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇的酯,己二酸二乙酯,邻苯二酸二乙酯,邻苯二酸二丁酯,邻苯二酸二辛酯,邻苯二酸丁酯,和邻苯二酸丁酯2-乙基己酯,癸二酸二甲酯,癸二酸二丁酯,硬脂酸乙酯,十六烷酸2-乙基己酯,二丙二醇正丁基醚,和它们的混合物。
14.据前面权利要求任一项的组合物,其特征在于其中第一种有机溶剂选自己二酸二异丁酯,叔丁酸和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇的酯,二丙二醇正丁基醚,和它们的混合物。
