Abstract
本发明提供了一种制备既具有高纯度又具有高产量的糖浆的工艺方法,该方法包括含糖浆汁的热处理和酸化处理、电化学处理、超滤、电渗析、离子交换和吸附剂处理、反渗透浓缩浆汁和为保证长期储存完全蒸发的处理过程。浆汁处理的工艺规则确保在农作物加工过程中超滤、反渗透和离子交换膜等可靠的运行周期。由本发明制备的含糖制品可用于糖果、面包、罐头、啤酒及不含酒精产品的生产中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及含糖工业。由本发明获得的含糖制品可用于糖果、面包、罐头、啤酒及不含酒精产品的生产中。本发明可实现制备同时具有高纯度和高产量的糖浆,并且没有副产品。
现有技术
众所周知,糖浆是传统糖加工过程中的中间产品,现有的制糖浆的方法见A.R.Sapronov,L.D.Bobrovnik《糖》,莫斯科;《轻工业和食品工业》,1981。该方法包括获得浸出浆汁,通过澄清饱和液(defecosaturation〕纯化浆汁并蒸发浆汁。该方法的缺点在于:蒸发耗能高,糖浆质量差。需要对糖浆进行成本高的纯化过程得到白色晶体糖。另外,传统制糖方法还涉及例如水处理、石灰气处理、产生热能、储存制糖甜菜等复杂过程。与所述传统方法很相似的另一种方法是从含糖原料中获得糖浆,包括对不纯浆汁进行机械过滤纯化、超滤、将浆汁通过阴离子交换剂和阳离子交换剂净化,反渗透浓缩溶液,蒸发为糖浆。[俄罗斯专利2016637,C13F 1/00,1994]。该方法的主要缺点在于:富含高分子化合物和盐的浸出浆汁不易进行超滤,其结果是滤膜要不断更新,由特殊溶液再生离子混合物的速度极慢,再生时阳离子交换剂转化为Na+形式时脱盐不足。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供一种从含糖农作物获得高纯度糖浆的方法。该发明的技术结果是在保证所用设备具有同样长的使用周期条件下,提高最终产品的质量,并不破坏生态环境。本发明通过下面的方法达到了上述目的。本发明的从含糖原料制备糖浆的方法包括斩碎原料、获得浆汁、浆汁超滤、离子交换法纯化、反渗透浓缩浆汁、蒸发为糖浆等步骤。本发明在超滤之前,将浆汁或斩碎的原料酸化予以净化,降低其pH值,加热直至蛋白质凝结,然后用过滤或离心分离法分离。溶入多价的离子,用活性电极电解,从而使胶体絮凝,进一步分离沉淀物。在离子交换纯化之前,超滤获得的制品,并进行电渗析以除去矿物质,然后将含糖溶液通过有吸附剂的过滤膜。浆汁电解后,如果絮凝不充分,必须注入使胶体沉淀的酸或多价金属盐,然后分离沉淀物。
发明详述
必要时必须将含糖原料清洗,然后斩碎。有些农作物必须注入降低原料pH值的物质使其环境酸化,以便使原料中含的蛋白质凝结。用离心分离、压榨或浸出方法或这些方法的组合,从斩碎的原料中获得浆汁。将获得的浆汁加热直至所含蛋白质凝结。加入可使环境pH值降低的物质进行酸化(如果没有对斩碎的原料酸化),直至悬浮沉淀物出现。用过滤或离心分离法分离沉淀物。当溶入多价离子时,在有活性电极的电解槽中对经上述过程纯化的浆汁进行电解,直至浆汁中含的胶体絮凝。如果絮凝不充分,电解溶液必须用酸或多价金属盐溶液处理直至胶体沉淀。然后将凝结物过滤或离心分离,然后再进行超滤。下一步将超滤的浆汁通过电渗析器,从而降低浆汁中矿物质含量,其矿物质的去除效果由测定浆汁的导电率得到。然后将浆汁通过离子交换过滤膜全部去除矿物质,将浆汁通过含有吸附剂的过滤器去除甜菜味。然后将导电的浆汁通过反渗透膜浓缩得到糖浆,蒸发糖浆,直至得到保证长时期保存不产生晶体的固态物质。获得的含糖制品满足俄罗斯第22-94号有关精制糖标准对比色指数、纯度、微生物特性、有毒物质及杀虫剂的含量要求。考虑这种含糖制品的质量时允许忽略结晶糖生成过程中溢出物的纯度。
最佳实施例
将由长期储存的甜菜得到的蔗糖含量为13.2%、纯度系数为82%、干燥物为16.1%的浸出甜菜汁加热至90℃,用盐酸酸化至pH值为4.5。将形成的蛋白质沉淀物过滤,得到的沉淀物是蛋白质多糖浓缩物。该物质不含任何有害物质,可加入榨过的甜菜中作为牲畜的饲料。过滤的浆汁其纯度系数为89%,该浆汁在用铝作电极,两极间的电位为2.5V,电流密度为5A/cm2的电解槽中电解,直至氢氧化铝沉淀产生。在电解溶液中必须加入30%的硫酸铝混合液,直至出现明显相分离。然后过滤溶液分离沉淀物。经过滤后的电解产物,其纯度系数为91.6%,该物质不包含有色杂质,含有少量高分子化合物,其pH值为6.95。经电解的物质在0.3Pa压力下,经芳香聚酰胺膜进行超滤处理,然后分离残余的高分子化合物。经超滤的物质在电渗析器中,用离子交换膜MK-40和MA-40处理,测量其导电性,导电率降低10倍后停止。然后经阳离子交换剂IMAC HP1110,阴离子交换剂IMAC HP 661及阳离子交换剂IMAC HP 336进一步去除矿物质,然后用活性碳纯化。获得的溶液中干物质含量为13%,纯度系数为99.9%,比色指数为0。获得的溶液经芳香聚酰胺膜反渗透浓缩,直至蔗糖含量为35%。然后蒸发浓缩物,直至蔗糖含量为60%。蒸发后,该物质比色指数为0,纯度系数为99.9%。这样,获得的物质可达到俄罗斯第22-94号有关精制糖标准。
工业实用性
本发明所述糖浆制备方法可制备一种新型精制糖浆,可从任何含糖原料有效地制备糖浆并且制备的糖浆符合目前生态环境的要求。用所述方法制备糖浆可保证在净化全部流程的每一步骤工作量分配均匀,也可保证所用设备的相同使用周期。使用该方法可改善超滤、反渗透部件和蒸发器的工作环境。用所述方法从糖浆制备糖,不需净化溢出物,因为糖浆具有精制的纯度。
Claims (2)
1、从含糖原料制备糖浆的方法,包括:斩碎原料、获得浆汁、将浆汁进行超滤、离子交换净化、反渗透浓缩及将浆汁蒸发成为糖浆;其特征在于:在超滤前,浆汁或斩碎的原料经酸化处理,降低其pH值予以净化,加热使蛋白质凝结,然后过滤或用离心分离法分离蛋白质,溶入多价离子,用活泼电极电解,使胶体絮凝,进一步分离产生的沉淀物,而在离子交换净化之前,对超滤获得的制品先进行电渗析以除去矿物质,然后,使含糖溶液通过含有吸附剂的过滤器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:向电解后的浆汁中注入酸或多价金属盐,使胶体沉淀,然后分离沉淀物。
