Abstract
腔体在与节流部的位置形成有顶部导向孔和底部导向孔。节流杆分别以可旋转的方式穿过导向孔。每个节流杆形成有开口度改变用凹部,其沿轴线方向相邻接,呈切口状,以便与两个螺旋部中的开口度可改变的槽形成部一起形成开口度可改变槽。每个凹部包括第1半圆形面和第2半圆形面,该面呈将第1半圆形面的上游侧端斜切的形状。通过使节流杆沿正反方向旋转,可在完全打开状态和完全关闭状态之间改变开口度。
Description
本发明涉及双轴挤压机用的混合度调节装置。
图6表示普通的双轴挤压机中的混合度调节装置的一个实例。该挤压机中的混合度调节装置包括腔体101和两个螺旋部102,该螺旋部102以可旋转的方式设置于筒体101上。一对双轴节流阀103a,103b通过液压缸106a,106b相互靠近,或相互分隔开,该节流阀103a,103b设置于混合部B的下游侧,以便可沿与轴线方向相垂直的方向(图中的上下方向)移动,这样形成于螺旋部102中的叶片的根部处的表面102a,与形成于节流阀103a,103b的前端的半圆形面104a,104b之间的间隙改变,由此改变混合度(参见JP实公昭平7-56185号文献)。
在上述的已有技术中,由于双轴节流阀沿与轴线方向相垂直的方向移动,以便改变形成于叶片的根部处的螺旋部的面与形成于节流阀的前端处的半圆形面之间的间隙,便产生了下述的问题,
开口度可改变槽的截面形状从基本呈环状变为基本呈椭圆状,一对双轴节流阀的半圆形面与叶片的根部处的螺旋部的面之间的间隙沿竖向的变化大于沿横向的变化。其结果是,使具有较高粘度的未熔化材料快速地通过顶部和底部的较大间隙,于是,位于节流阀中的混合部上游侧的材料的填充度会产生不稳定。
因此,由于开口程度可改变的槽的打开程度是通过使双轴节流阀沿与腔体的轴线相垂直的方向移动的方式改变的,这样不仅上述槽的开闭时间较长,而且上述结构较复杂。
本发明是针对上述已有技术中存在的上述问题而提出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种双轴挤压机用的混合度调节装置,在这里材料的填充程度可保持稳定,槽的开闭运动快速地进行。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种双轴挤压机用的混合度调节装置,其包括:腔体;以可旋转的方式设置于上述腔体中的两个螺旋部;至少传送部,混合部,节流部,排放部,它们按照从上游侧到下游侧的顺序设置;其特征在于该装置包括:开口度可改变的槽形成部,其分别在与上述节流部相对应的位置,设置于上述螺旋部中,每个开口度可改变的槽形成部的外径等于或稍大于螺旋部中的叶片根部处的直径;顶部导向孔和底部导向孔,它们在与上述节流部相对应的位置,在上述螺旋部的上方和下方,设置于上述腔体中,以便沿径向延伸;节流杆,其分别以可旋转的方式设置于上述顶侧导向孔和底侧导向孔中,每个节流杆带有开口度改变用凹部,其沿上述节流杆的轴线方向相互邻接,呈切口状,以便与上述开口度可改变的槽形成部中的外缘面一起形成呈环状的开口度可改变用槽,每个开口改变用凹部包括第1半圆形面和第2半圆形面,该第1半圆形面的内径等于或稍大于腔体中的内壁面,该第2半圆形面呈将第1半圆形面的上游侧端或下游侧端相对第1半圆形面斜切,或其向外倾斜的形状,上述第2半圆形面的内径大于或稍大于上述开口度可改变的槽形成部的外缘面。
另外,最好上述第1半圆形面与上述第2半圆形面之间的边缘部包括曲面。

图5表示沿轴线方向看到的本发明的双轴挤压机用的混合度调节装置中的节流部的打开程度可改变槽的形状,其中图5(A)为处于完全关闭状态的示意图,图5(B)为处于半打开状态的示意图,图5(C)为处于完全打开的示意图;
图6表示双轴挤压机用的普通的混合度调节装置,其中图6(A)为剖视图,图6(B)为局部是剖视的主要部分的放大图,图6(C)为沿A-A线剖开的剖视图。
如图1和2所示,作为本发明的一个实施例的双轴挤压机用的混合度调节装置包括支承于底座1上的腔体2,以可旋转的方式设置于腔体2中的两个螺旋部3,图中未示出的旋转驱动器,其用于使两个螺旋部3沿相同方向或不同方向旋转,并且依从形成于腔体2的一端处的供给口6朝向形成于另一端的排放口9的次序,该旋转驱动器包括传送部,混合部A,节流部B,具有通气口8的通气部,排放部。
每个螺旋部3在与混合部A相对应的位置,带有转子5,在与节流部B相对应的位置,设置有呈柱状的开口度可改变的槽形成部14,该槽形成部14的外径等于或稍大于叶片的根部处的螺旋部3的直径。上述螺旋部3中的除了混合部A和节流部B之外的整个区域带有叶片4。
上述腔体2在与节流部B相对应的位置,设置有顶部导向孔10a和底部导向孔10b,这些孔分别高出和低于螺旋部3,以便沿与腔体的轴线方向相垂直的方向延伸,并且其开口主要位于腔体的内壁。后面将要描述的节流杆7以可旋转的方式插入导向孔10a,10b中。
最好每个节流杆中的至少一端可从腔体的外壁向外伸出,并且可与图中未示出的旋转驱动器连接,以便按照确定的旋转角度进行正反向旋转。
如图2~4所示,每个节流杆7形成有开口度改变用凹部11,该凹部11呈切口状,沿其轴线方向相互邻接,以便形成开口度可改变槽S,该槽与螺旋部3的开口度可改变的槽形成部14中的外缘面共同形成环状。每个开口度改变用凹部11包括第1半圆形面12和第2半圆形面13,该第1半圆形面12的内径等于或稍大于腔体2中的内壁面2a,该第2半圆形面13具有这样的形状,从而以相对第1半圆形面12,确定的角度α,将第1半圆形面12的上游侧端斜切,并且使其向外倾斜。第2半圆形面13的内径大于或稍大于螺旋部3的开口度可改变的槽形成部14的外径。
在本实施例中,第2半圆形面13呈在上游侧端相对第1半圆形面12倾斜(切割)的形状。但是,第2半圆形面13不限于这样的形状,其可呈在下游侧端相对第1半圆形面12倾斜(切割)的形状。应注意到,在第2半圆形面13在下游侧端,相对第1半圆形面12倾斜(切割)的场合,必须按照下述方式将节流杆7沿腔体的轴线方向设置,该方式为:上述两个面之间的边界部可与螺旋部3的开口度可改变的槽形成部14相对。
另外,第1半圆形面12和第2半圆形面13之间的边界部不限于本实施例中的倾斜形状,其可为曲面状。
图3表示处于完全打开状态的开口度可改变槽。在此完全打开的状态,穿过沿轴向对称的顶部导向孔10a和底部导向孔10b的节流杆7分别相对下述位置旋转,在该位置,开口度可改变的槽形成部14中的外缘面和第1半圆形面12基本上保持平行,上述可改变的槽S的开口度达到最大。在此场合,从轴线方向看,开口度可改变的槽S的形状呈完整的环状。
图4表示处于完全关闭状态的开口度可改变槽S。在此完全关闭状态,穿过沿轴向对称的顶部导向孔10a和底部导向孔10b的节流杆7分别相对下述位置旋转,在该位置,第2半圆形面13压靠于每个螺旋部3中的开口度可改变槽形成部14中的外缘面上,该开口度可改变槽S的开口度为最小。在此场合,从轴线方向看,开口度可改变槽S的形状使得在轴芯的两侧,由第1半圆形面12形成微小的间隙。
图5表示从轴线方向看,处于完全关闭状态,半关闭状态,完全打开状态的开口度可改变槽S的形状。在从图5(a)所示的完全关闭状态,经图5(b)所示的半关闭状态,到图5(c)所示的完全打开状态的整个范围内,从轴线方向看,开口度可改变槽S的形状基本呈环状。其结果是,即使在开口度可改变槽S的开口度发生变化的情况下,位于节流部B的上游的混合部A的材料的填充度仍保持稳定,可获得均匀的混合效果。
本发明不仅可用于上述实施例中给出的,具有相同直径的两个轴的混合机,而且可用于具有不同直径的两个轴的混合机。显然,本发明不仅对非啮合型的双挤压机是有效的,而且对啮合型和半啮合型也是有效的。
在上述的实施例中,设置有包括通气口8的通气部。但是,在无需从材料中去除挥发性成分的场合,无需设置具有通气口的通气部。
由于按照上述方式构成,这样本发明可获得下述效果:
由于在从完全打开的状态到完全关闭的状态的整个范围,从轴线方向看,开口度可改变槽的形状基本呈环状,这样使位于节流部的上游的混合部中的材料的填充度保持稳定,可有效地进行均匀的混合。
另外,由于通过使节流杆旋转微小的旋转角度,开口度可改变槽可从完全打开的位置改变到完全关闭的位置,这样可快速地改变开口度。
此外,由于设置于腔体中的导向孔,节流杆等容易通过机加工方式形成,这样可大大减少制造成本。
Claims (2)
1.一种双轴挤压机用的混合度调节装置,其包括:
腔体;
以可旋转的方式设置于上述腔体中的两个螺旋部;
至少传送部,混合部,节流部,排放部,它们按照从上游侧到下游侧的顺序设置;
开口度可改变的槽形成部,其分别在与上述节流部相对应的位置,设置于上述螺旋部中,每个开口度可改变的槽形成部的外径等于或稍大于螺旋部中的叶片根部处的直径;
顶部导向孔和底部导向孔,它们在与上述节流部相对应的位置,在上述螺旋部的上方和下方,设置于上述腔体中,以便沿径向延伸;
节流杆,其分别以可旋转的方式设置于上述顶侧导向孔和底侧导向孔中,每个节流杆带有开口度改变用凹部,其沿上述节流杆的轴线方向相互邻接,呈切口状,以便与上述开口度可改变的槽形成部中的外缘面一起形成呈环状的开口度可改变槽,每个开口改变用凹部包括第1半圆形面和第2半圆形面,该第1半圆形面的内径等于或稍大于腔体中的内壁面,该第2半圆形面呈将第1半圆形面的上游侧端或下游侧端相对第1半圆形面斜切,或其向外倾斜的形状,上述第2半圆形面的内径大于或稍大于上述开口度可改变的槽形成部的外缘面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于上述第1半圆形面与上述第2半圆形面之间的边缘部包括曲面。
