Abstract
绳索式窗玻璃升降器,具有一个驱动单元、一个用于与窗玻璃以及绳索相连接的拨动件的导轨和绳索导向辊,这些绳索导向辊具有用于绳索的导向槽或者运行槽,为了使安装简单、快速及不损坏绳索,至少一个绳索导向辊(10)具有一个在轴向方向与运行槽(12)相邻安置的安装槽(14),它具有一个与绳索导向辊(10)轴(15)相邻的部分(16)和一个与运行槽(12)相邻的部分(17),通过它使绳索由安装槽拉入运行槽。
Description
本发明涉及按照权利要求1前序部分所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器。
已经公知单股或者多股绳索式窗玻璃升降器,特别是用于车辆的,这种绳索式窗玻璃升降器由一个具有手动或者电机驱动装置和一个传动辊的驱动单元、用于一个或者多个与窗玻璃以及缠绕在传动辊上的绳索相连接的拨动件的一个导轨或者多个导轨以及多个绳索导向辊组成。绳索导向辊具有一个导向槽或者运行槽,绳索在槽里运行和转向。
作为例子,图1示出了用于窗玻璃7升起和下降的单股绳索式窗玻璃升降器,窗玻璃被包围在一个拨动件6里。该拨动件6同绳索4连接并且可移动地安装在一个导轨5上。绳索4缠绕在一个驱动单元1的卷绳筒3上,在所示出的例子中,该驱动单元具有一个作为驱动元件的电机2。在导轨5的端部安装了绳索导向辊8,9,它们将在导轨5范围内与导轨5平行运行的绳索4转向到卷绳筒3上,在那里,绳索4单股或者多股缠绕到卷绳筒3上并且与此相连接。通过卷绳筒3在一个或者另一个旋转方向的旋转,拨动件6同窗玻璃7一起在导轨5上升起或者下降。
图2以局部放大视图示出了绳索导向辊8,绳索导向辊安装在图1所示出的导轨5上端。绳索导向辊8具有一个轴孔80,绳索导向辊插到与导轨5相连的轴或者与导轨5相连接的固定元件的轴上。多个连接板81把轴孔80的壁同导向槽或者运行槽82的壁连接在一起,绳索4在槽里运行和转向。
同卷绳筒3摩擦连接地或者通过形状配合元件同其端部连接的绳索4在绳索式窗玻璃升降器“松弛”状态中松动,这会导致拨动件6和窗玻璃7的运动状态难以确定以及导致很大的噪音和加速材料疲劳,一直到系统出故障。为了排除绳索松动,绳索被绷紧,并且在这个绷紧状态、也就是说以适当的绳子长度或者通过配置弹簧元件,将绳索放到图1中绳索导向辊8,9上。
为了容易地把绳索4放入图1中的绳索导向辊8,9的导向槽里,已公知,至少一个绳索导向辊配有图2的凹口83,绳索4放入该凹口里,通过继续旋转绳索导向辊8使其进入导向槽82中。
但是,由于在放入凹口83里时绳索的强烈折弯,存在着由于绳索接头或者折弯而引起的绳索损坏的危险。因为这个绳索部分始终紧贴在绳索导向辊转向部分内运动,所以另外还存在着先前有损伤的绳索在这个部位断裂的危险。
另外还有一个缺点,绳索在非人机工程学的运动过程中通过手腕旋转在同时高的力负荷中被加载,这导致了装配工的手腕提前疲劳和损伤。
另外,这样安放绳索也使安装费时间,因为首先凹口83要开在对于安装有利的位置中和紧接着花费高的力把绳索放入导向槽里。
本发明的任务是,创造前面所述种类的绳索导向辊,它可以保证绳索材料完好地进入绳索导向辊的导向槽里,能够以小的力消耗完成人机工程学的运动过程和减少安装时间。
这个任务按照本发明通过权利要求1的特征来解决。
按照本发明的解决方案,通过连续将绳索从没有绷紧或者较小绷紧状态进入绷紧状态以及在小的力消耗和较少安装时间下进行人机工程运动过程,避免了在进入到绳索导向辊的导向槽或者运行槽内时绳索被直角折弯。
通过在运行槽和与运行槽相邻的安装槽部位之间配置一个过渡部分,保证了绳索没有阻力地从安装槽过渡到运行槽里。
另外,由于在过渡部分的安装槽侧隔板朝着导向槽方向连续倾斜以及通过中断在安装槽和运行槽之间配置的隔板,绳索可以容易地从安装槽过渡到运行槽里。
有利的是,安装槽具有其边为凸形的三角形轮廓,(一个球面三角形投影到一个平面上),其角以有利的方式被倒圆。
通过安装槽的这种成型,在拉绳索时进入安装槽里的绳索使绳索导向辊随动一小段,一直到绳索达到安装槽三角形轮廓的一个角点上,在那里绳索只是稍微弯折,而且由于摩擦提高,随动到小角段上并且通过过渡部分进入运行槽里。
在有利的实施形式中,安装槽基本上具有一个等腰三角形轮廓,其角倒圆,在这里,底边位于绳索导向辊的轴附近,底边相对的三角形的角通到过渡部分或者通到运行槽内。
通过在安装槽中配置用于绳索的附加夹紧部分,可以在安装期间加大绳索与绳索导向辊的摩擦连接,从而容易地将绳索放入运行槽。
从权利要求8至11的特征中可得知按照本发明解决方案的进一步有利构造。

在图3中以俯视图、在图4中以正视图、在图5中以剖视图和在图6中以透视图示出的绳索导向辊10具有一个圆柱形的主体11,该主体具有一个轴线或者轴孔15和一个外围的、设置在圆柱体壁中的运行槽12。运行槽12用于在转向部分内容纳绳索,并且由侧隔板21和22围成。在圆柱形主体11的一个侧面上安置了一个安装体13,它具有等腰三角形的轮廓,该三角形具有凸形的边、也就是说边向外拱起,以及倒圆的角。在安装体13的外围上设置了一个安装槽14,它在侧面被图4中的隔片20,21围成。
等腰三角形底边16位于轴15附近,而安装体13的等腰三角形对面的、倒圆的尖17与主体11的外轮廓对齐,这样,在过渡部位23中的安装槽14通到运行槽12内。
在过渡部位23,围成安装槽14的外隔板20在部位200内同样地向运行槽11倾斜,象将安装槽14与运行槽12分开的隔板21在部位210内的倾斜那样,隔板21在过渡部位23内中断。
为了安装上绳索并且放入运行槽12里,将绳索放入安装体13等腰三角形底边16部位内的安装槽14里,在这里由于在轴15附近,绳索环短。通过在一个方向或者另一个方向拉绳索或者通过旋转绳索式窗玻璃升降器的驱动装置,该绳索使绳索导向辊10随动并且在等腰三角形的角点处稍微折弯,这样,由于小的表面段提高了绳索和安装槽14之间的摩擦连接,绳索在等腰三角形的两个边的一个上并且在过渡部位23被拉入运行槽12里。因为在绳索装配了的状态中绳索导向辊的运行槽位于一个平面内,绳索保持在这个位置中,不会重回到安装槽上。
通过安装槽14的合适成型或通过安置所形成的夹紧部位可以在绳索安装期间提高绳索和安装槽14之间的摩擦连接,从而容易地将绳索放入运行槽12中。
在本发明的范围内,通过旋转绳索导向辊使绳索从安装槽14到达运行槽12,绳索导向辊的端面例如装有位于隔板18之间的槽19,一个相应造型的工具形状配合地啮合入这些槽中。通过一个杠杆连接旋转该工具从而在所要求的方向旋转绳索导向辊将绳索放入运行槽12中。
然而,为了容易地安装,特别地对绳索施加一个拉力,以便使绳索从安装槽14通过过渡部分23进入运行槽12。为了进一步使安装工作简单,在主体11的两侧安置安装体13,这样在安装时不需要绳索导向辊10相应的侧定向。
在绳索和绳索式窗玻璃升降器几何形状相应造型时,多个绳索导向辊中的一个按照本发明构造就足够了,而其它绳索导向辊没有安装辅助件。然而,最好所有绳索导向辊配备按照本发明的安装辅助件,以便通过此缩短安装时间并且整体减轻安装工作。
Claims (11)
1.绳索式窗玻璃升降器,具有一个驱动单元、一个用于与窗玻璃以及绳索相连接的拨动件的导轨和绳索导向辊,这些绳索导向辊具有用于绳索的导向槽或者运行槽,其特征是,
至少一个绳索导向辊(10)配有一个在轴向方向与运行槽(12)相邻安置的安装槽(14),它具有一个与绳索导向辊(10)轴(15)相邻的部分(16)和一个与运行槽(12)相邻的部分(17)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
在运行槽(12)和安装槽(14)的与运行槽(12)相邻的部分(17)之间配置一个过渡部分(23)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
在过渡部分(23)内,安装槽(14)的侧隔板(20,21)向运行槽(12)倾斜,位于安装槽(14)和运行槽(12)之间的隔板(21)中断。
4.按照前面权利要求至少之一所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
安装槽(14)具有一个的三角形的轮廓,三角形的边是凸状的。
5.按照权利要求4所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,三角形的角是倒圆的。
6.按照权利要求4或者5所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
安装槽(14)的轮廓由一个等腰三角形组成,三角形底边构成了与绳索导向辊(10)轴(15)相邻的部分(16)并且三角形的位于两个腰之间的角部构成了与运行槽(12)相邻的部分(17)。
7.按照前面权利要求至少之一所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
在安装槽(14)中至少设置了一个用于绳索(4)的夹紧部分。
8.按照前面权利要求至少之一所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
在绳索导向辊(10)的至少一侧设置了用来与一个安装工具形状配合地连接的作用件(18,19)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的绳索式窗玻璃升降器,其特征是,
该作用件由多个配置在轴(15)和绳索导向辊(10)外围之间的隔片形轮辐(18)组成。
