Abstract

本发明涉及一种的定子。
背景技术
由EP 0 880 215 A2中已经公开了一种具有塑料涂膜的定子。塑料涂膜采用注塑设置上,而且同时可以造型出夹套(Aufnahme),这些夹套可以简化支承件或者插头的装配。
然而,定子的各个薄板叠片必须在注塑之前组合成叠片铁芯。另外,在环包注塑时,薄板叠片必须被压到相应的定子极齿上,这样,各个薄板叠片之间不会形成塑料可以到达的空隙。除此之外,定子极齿相互导磁连接。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出一种定子,由多个薄板叠片组和至少部分地存在的塑料涂膜组成,该薄板叠片组由至少一个薄板叠片组成,其中,定子有一个芯环,它构成了一个不漏水的内通道并且沿着一个中心轴线伸展,在芯环上安置了多薄板叠片组,该多个薄板叠片组通过塑料涂膜被固定在一起,其中,该芯环为每个薄板叠片组具有至少一个钩状的伸出部分,该钩状的伸出部分在芯环外表面上在定子的中心轴线方向上伸展,并且,该钩状的伸出部分至少部分地围握住薄板叠片组,形成一种形状匹配连接。
相比而言,本发明定子的优点是,采用简单的方式方法使定子的制造容易,通过此可以更简单、快速和有利地组装电机定子。
通过其它有利的措施可以有利地进一步构造和改进所述定子。
为了将薄板叠片组装配到芯环上,有利的是,芯环对于每个薄板叠片组具有一个钩状的伸出部分,它至少部分围握薄板叠片组并且构成一种形状匹配连接。
对于薄板叠片组在芯环上的装配,有利的是,芯环具有一个凸起部分,它可插入薄板叠片组的一个槽里,因为通过此可以对中心地装配薄板叠片组。
有利的是,定子的塑料涂膜通过注塑制造。
为了将线圈装配到至少一个薄板叠片上,有利的是,薄板叠片具有径向朝外延伸的伸出部分,线圈可以被推置到伸出部分上。
本发明的一个有利构造是,围绕着薄板叠片的伸出部分注塑上一个线圈架,因为通过此可以简化线圈在定子上的装配。
电线圈安置在线圈架上,该电线圈由至少一个绕组线组成,在塑料涂膜上配置了至少一个夹套,它用于与绕组线的刀形线夹连接。
在线圈架上配置了至少一个夹套。
在线圈架上在至少一个绕线平面内绕制了一个线圈,有一个位于线圈架最下面的绕线平面,它最靠近中心轴线,该最下面的绕线平面只在各自的线圈架上接触塑料涂膜。
对于线圈在线圈架上的绕制,如果塑料涂膜具有至少一个绕线支点,它可以使控制定子变得简单,并且如果只有线圈架最下面的绕线平面与线圈架接触,则是有利的,因为通过此可以使线圈架可被自由接近以便绕线,并且绕线机的绕线头可以自由地围绕着线圈架旋转。
另外,如果线圈架或者塑料涂膜有一个夹套,可以采用有利的方式与绕组线和外部的接头形成刀形连接、线夹连接(Schneid-,Klemmverbindung)。
有利的是,薄板叠片的伸出部分这样造型,使得一个外件可以推置到薄板叠片上并且通过伸出部分借助于构成传力链的连接或者通过卡口式连接固定。
该外件由单个薄板层构成。
另外,由薄板叠片构成叠片铁芯是有利的。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个芯环70。对于每个薄板叠片组16(图2),芯环70至少具有一个钩状的伸出部分77,它在芯环70外表面上沿中心轴线3的方向伸展。该伸出部分77至少部分地围握住薄板叠片组16的一个脚并构成一种形状匹配连接。在这个例子中,对于每个薄板叠片组16有两个伸出部分77。
在这两个伸出部分之间,芯环70至少具有一个凸起部分74,它在芯环70外表面上在中心轴线3的方向上伸展并且插入薄板叠片组16的一个槽58中。芯环构成了一个不漏水的内通道27,通过该内通道可以输送介质、例如液体介质。
图2示出了薄板叠片组16或者薄板叠片18形式的薄板叠片1,它们安置在芯环70上。在下面的图中,使用与前面图中所用的相同参考标号来标明相同的或者作用相同的部件。伸出部分77和薄板叠片组16这样相互成形,例如伸出部分77具有径向上不同的高度,这样,薄板叠片只可以采用一定的方式方法安装。在例如通过注塑设置上塑料涂膜22之后,薄板叠片组16通过该部分地存在的塑料涂膜22固定在一起。预制的线圈可以推置到定子极齿上。
一个这样制造的部件例如是用于液压泵的一个定子,在这里,伸出部分5构成了定子极齿。由于定子极齿相互分开导磁构成,在泵运行期间只产生很小的电损耗。
图3示出了图2中叠片铁芯18的一个进一步构造,具有塑料涂膜22。围绕着构成定子极齿的伸出部分5,注塑上了一个线圈架34。它们可以在一道工序中与涂覆塑料涂膜22一起制造。由导电线材制成的线圈45(图5)可以绕制到线圈架34上。这个线圈45包围了伸出部分5并且用来电磁激励没有示出的转子。为了线圈45的外部供电必须形成一种连接结构。比如说通过一个夹套38实现,在这个夹套里可以在绕组线引出头和外部的或者其它的连接电线之间形成刀形一、线夹连接。与电线钎(锡)焊连接相比,这种机械连接很简单而且快。
图4示出了按照本发明的定子20。线圈45绕制到线圈架34上。线圈架34具有一个最下面的绕线平面51,它被用一条离中间轴线3最近的线标明。最下面的绕线平面51只在各自的线圈架34上接触塑料涂膜22。这样,为了绕制上线圈,线圈架34是可自由接近的,并且绕线机的绕线头可以自由地围绕着线圈架34旋转。
在塑料涂膜22上或者与在这个实施例中一样,线圈架34具有一个绕线支点54,它用来在绕线过程期间更好地抓住薄板叠片18。在这个示例中,夹套38用做绕线支点54。
线圈45的绕组线48的一个端部配置在夹套38内并且例如夹紧在一个缝槽49里。
图5示出了按照本发明的定子20,按照图5具有一个冲压栅极60,这个栅极从一个夹套38延伸到另一个夹套38并构成了线圈45的星形汇接点。
图6示出了一个环形的外件30,它可以被推置到一个薄板叠片组16或一个叠片铁芯18上。在这里,伸出部分5在径向方向延伸这样远,使该外件借助于附着(Kraftschluss)固定在叠片铁芯上。比如说,这通过此实现,即,伸出部分5相对于中心线3错位和将外件30这样拧到一个锥形面上。外件30构成了一个磁回路元件(Rueckschluss-element)或者一个电机壳体部件。该外件30同样可以由各个薄板叠片构成。
Claims (13)
1.一种定子(20),由多个薄板叠片组(16)和至少部分地存在的塑料涂膜(22)组成,该薄板叠片组由至少一个薄板叠片(1)组成,其中,定子(20)有一个芯环(70),它构成了一个不漏水的内通道(27)并且沿着一个中心轴线(3)伸展,在芯环(70)上安置了多薄板叠片组(16),该多个薄板叠片组(16)通过塑料涂膜(22)被固定在一起,其特征为,该芯环(70)为每个薄板叠片组(16)具有至少一个钩状的伸出部分(77),该钩状的伸出部分在芯环(70)外表面上在定子(20)的中心轴线(3)方向上伸展,并且,该钩状的伸出部分(77)至少部分地围握住薄板叠片组(16),形成一种形状匹配连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的定子,其特征为,芯环(70)具有至少一个凸起部分(74),它在芯环(70)外表面上在中心轴线(3)方向上伸展,并且该凸起部分(74)插入薄板叠片组(16)的槽(58)中。
3.按照权利要求1所述的定子,其特征为,定子(20)的塑料涂膜(22)通过注塑制造。
4.按照权利要求1所述的定子,其特征为,每个薄板叠片组(16)具有一个径向朝外延伸的伸出部分(5),电线圈(45)配置在该伸出部分上。
5.按照权利要求4所述的定子,其特征为,在薄板叠片组(16)的至少一个伸出部分(5)上注塑上一个线圈架(34)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的定子,其特征为,电线圈(45)安置在线圈架(34)上,该电线圈(45)由至少一个绕组线(48)组成,在塑料涂膜(22)上配置了至少一个夹套(38),它用于与绕组线(48)的刀形线夹连接。
7.按照权利要求6所述的定子,其特征为,在线圈架(34)上配置了至少一个夹套(38)。
8.按照权利要求5至7之一所述的定子,其特征为,在线圈架(34)上在至少一个绕线平面内绕制了一个线圈,有一个位于线圈架(34)最下面的绕线平面(51),它最靠近中心轴线(3),该最下面的绕线平面(51)只在各自的线圈架(34)上接触塑料涂膜(22)。
9.按照权利要求5至7之一所述的定子,其特征为,用于将一个线圈(45)绕制到线圈架(34)上的绕线过程的线圈架(34)具有至少一个绕线支点(54)。
10.按照权利要求4或5所述的定子,其特征为,一个外件(30)推置到薄板叠片组(16)的伸出部分(5)上。
11.按照权利要求10所述的定子,其特征为,该外件(30)由单个薄板层构成。
12.按照权利要求10所述的定子,其特征为,外件(30)与至少一个薄板叠片组(16)构成了一个卡口式连接(64)。
13.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的定子,其特征为,薄板叠片组(16)构成了一个叠片铁芯(18)。
