一种蔬菜面包的制作方法
本发明涉及一种粗杂粮食品,特别是发酵面包,其制作程序为将面粉经发酵、烤制而成。
现有的面包生产是将小麦粉加上鸡蛋、牛奶、糖等配料经发酵,烤制而成。这种传统面包的营养构成还不算丰富。
本发明的目的是提供一种加用粗杂粮生产的面包,这种面包的营养成份更多样、口味也更丰富。
本发明的目的是由如下措施完成的:面包的主料和各配料重量配比为:荠麦粉∶玉米粉∶燕麦粉∶胡萝卜汁∶糖∶鸡蛋=2∶2∶2∶5∶2∶1。
本发明的优点是:
面包增加了粗杂粮和蔬菜成份其营养比传统面包更丰富,口味也较为独特。它的氨基酸、赖氨酸及粗纤维、维生素的含量较高,更有利于人体消化、吸收。
本附图为面包配比说明。
实施例:
将荠麦粉500g、玉米粉500g、燕麦粉500g、胡萝卜汁1250g、糖500g、鸡蛋250g、再加酵母100g和成面团。

Claims (1)

1、一种蔬菜面包的制作方法,制作程序为将面粉经发酵烤制而成,其特征在于面包的主料和各配料重量配比为:荠麦粉∶玉米粉∶燕麦粉∶胡萝卜汁∶糖∶鸡蛋=2∶2∶2∶5∶2∶1。
